Talent Cultivation Quality of Software Engineering Majors Based on Deep Learning

Online learning, to cultivate talents it is inevitable to encounter some pictures or videos with poor visual quality. Deep-learning algorithms are both data-hungry and expensive to compute. These algorithms work better after being trained on a broad and extensive collection of samples. The current moment deep learning methods must urgently make use of human intellect to address the issue in a way that reduces the most expensive effort computationally. This paper analyzes the current situation of software engineering talent cultivation quality of software engineering to enhance the quality of the education is improved by Hierarchically Gated Recurrent Neural Network (HGRNN). The aim of the work is to foster the development of world-class software engineering talents. Initially, the input data’s are gathered from public dataset train 400 with 400 grey pictures. HGRNN is image de-noising module, as for the smart teaching platform to assist instructors in obtaining teaching photography with high quality and improve teaching quality. The proposed model is implemented in MATLAB/ Simulink platform and the accuracy is compared to various existing approaches such Back Propagation Network (BPN), Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Decision Tree Algorithm (DTA) our proposed method obtains 98% of accuracy.

Exploring the Effectiveness of Psychological Health Education for College Students under the Background of Course Ideology and Politics

Due to social progress and technological development, China is entering a period of diverse cultural development. However, this diverse cultural development has also had some negative impacts, such as the worship of materialism and hedonism. College students are young, have limited social experience, and have weak self-restraint abilities, all of which can lead to an imbalance in their mentality and loss of thought. To better promote their mental health growth and further improve the quality of talent cultivation, we should strengthen our concepts, improve teaching methods, and integrate ideological and political education into the curriculum in mental health. Against the background of industrial structure adjustment, this paper analyses the interactive relationship between the training of new energy professionals and industrial demand and proposes innovative strategies for training new energy professionals to meet the needs of industrial development. The analysis reveals that industrial restructuring has led to a steadily increasing overall demand for talent in the new energy sector, accompanied by a growing need for diversified talent structures, shortages of high-skilled and innovative professionals, a strong emphasis on the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and an emergent requirement for interdisciplinary and cross-boundary talent. To address these industry demands, it is essential to focus on several measures: establishing a scientifically grounded system of talent cultivation objectives, adopting a deep integration model of school-enterprise cooperation, creating flexible and open dynamic training mechanisms, forming an operational framework that continuously monitors industrial frontiers and strengthens industry-university collaboration, building a rigorous and scientific talent quality assessment system, and reinforcing the professionalization of the faculty. These measures collectively aim to develop effective strategies that enhance the quality of talent cultivation in new energy specialties and ensure its alignment with industry requirements.

Research on the Reform of College Students' Employment Guidance Curriculum from the Perspective of the Internet

This paper explores the optimisation path of college students' career development and employment guidance courses in the context of the Internet era. With the advent of the Internet era, college students' employment faces more opportunities and challenges. This article first analyses the impact of the Internet on college students' employment, including more employment and entrepreneurship opportunities, more diversified employment choices, higher employment ability requirements, and more comprehensive employment guidance. Then, the article points out the major problems in the construction of career development and employment guidance courses for college students, including the lack of awareness of the importance of employment guidance courses for college students in colleges and universities, the vague content of the courses, the imperfect system, the unified form of teaching, the lack of practical teaching, and the lack of capacity of teaching staff. Exploration and practice of multi-school co-construction of regional virtual teaching and research room for building electrical and intelligent specialty

To meet the needs of professional development promotion through cross-university collaborative construction in the era of Internet+, a new model of cross-university teaching and research organization is proposed by constructing a regional virtual teaching and research room for remote teaching and research activities among grassroots teaching organizations of different universities, utilizing modern information technology. Led by the national first-class specialty construction site of Building Electrical and Intelligent Specialty at Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, a cross-university regional virtual teaching and research room for this specialty is established in collaboration with other universities offering the same specialty in Henan province. This paper outlines the efficient and stable operation mechanism for the regional virtual teaching and research room’s multi-university collaborative construction and explores the co-construction path for cross-university regional virtual teaching and research rooms. A high-quality resource sharing platform for multi-university collaborative construction is built within the regional virtual teaching and research room, enabling intercollegiate high-quality resource and outstanding teaching team interconnection, co-construction, and sharing. This approach aims to fully leverage the distinctive features and advantages of the Building Electrical and Intelligent Specialty in each university in the region, promote cooperative development and interdisciplinary integration among partnering universities, and improve the quality of talent cultivation. It may also provide valuable reference and guidance for the collaborative construction of virtual teaching and research rooms across a broader range of universities.

It explores the following areas: First, starting from the concept of high-quality development and the needs of SMEs, the study discusses the ideal orientation of talent cultivation in vocational education. Secondly, it delves into the pathway mechanism of how vocational education influences the high-quality development of SMEs and clarifies the crucial aspects of vocational education talent training. Finally, the study confronts the real issues faced in the development of vocational education and seeks possible solutions. The key to vocational education talent cultivation lies in how colleges and businesses achieve deep integration of industry and education and science and education. Strengthening the demand orientation of vocational education and promoting the structural match between vocational education talent cultivation and the talent needs of SMEs in high-quality development is crucial for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in vocational education.

Research on Quality Evaluation of Talent Cultivation in Modern Industrial Colleges based on CIPP Model Evaluation of Talent Cultivation by CIPP

As an important carrier for the implementation of transformation and development of applied undergraduate colleges and universities and the carrier for the integration of industry and education, as well as collaborative education, modern industrial colleges are the solid foundation for establishing a modern application-oriented vocational education system for undergraduate students and cultivating more highly skilled personnel. Taking the CIPP evaluation model as the basis, following the principles of dynamic development and effectiveness balance, targeting at at the talent cultivation goal of modern industry college of applied undergraduate colleges, this paper constructs a talent training quality evaluation index system with four primary indicators and their corresponding secondary indicators from four dimensions: background evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and result evaluation, so as to conduct comprehensive and systematic supervision and feedback on the dynamic process of talent cultivation for the purpose of providing reference for optimizing the talent cultivation quality of modern industrial colleges.

A Research on the Teaching Reform of Integrating Cross Culture, Critical Thinking, Value Cultivation and Multiple Competences for English Majors

In order to address the long-standing issues in English language teaching, including “focusing on language knowledge and skills”, “weakness in cross-cultural communication abilities”, “prioritizing language over culture”, “absence of critical thinking”, “uniformity in competences” and “separation of knowledge and affection”, a new model has been proposed based on the interpretation of key national policy documents. The model of “Integrating Cross Culture, Critical Thinking, Value Cultivation and Multiple Competences” (ICCVM in short) (Note 1) aims to implement educational reforms from various perspectives, such as talent cultivation, curriculum frameworks, textbook adaptation, teaching methods, and assessment models.Breaking away from the traditional language-centered approach, this model places moral value cultivation at its core. It systematically develops students’ innovative and research abilities, as well as their collaboration and negotiation skills, through cross-cultural linguistic activities and critical thinking language activities. The model strives to achieve an educational goal that integrates value shaping, knowledge imparting, and competence cultivation into one cohesive process. It is anticipated that this will enhance the overall quality of talent cultivation in English major, producing students who possess outstanding English skills and diverse competencies, profound cultural knowledge, as well as both an international perspective and a sense of Chinese identity.

The relationship between self-control and learning engagement among Chinese college students: the chain mediating roles of resilience and positive emotions.

As the main driver of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, the learning and development level of college students is a core indicator of the quality of talent cultivation. The current status of college students' learning has always been a heavily researched topic. However, there is a lack of academic research on the potential mechanisms of self-control about how it affects college students' learning engagement. This study explored the relationship between college students' self-control and learning engagement and the potential mechanisms underlying this relationship with reference to a large sample. A total of 765 college students from Guangxi, China, completed the self-control scale, the resilience scale, the positive emotions scale, and the learning engagement scale. SPSS 26.0 was used to conduct common method bias tests, descriptive statistics, correlation tests, and regression analyses. Structural equation modeling was constructed using AMOS 26.0, and mediation effects were tested. This article mainly used questionnaires to collect data and, on this basis, examined the relationship between self-control, resilience, positive emotions, and the learning engagement of college students. The results showed that (1) self-control positively affected college students' learning engagement; (2) resilience partially mediated the relationship between self-control and college students' learning engagement; (3) positive emotions partially mediated the relationship between self-control and college students' learning engagement; and (4) resilience and positive emotions played a chain-mediating role between self-control and college students' learning engagement. The present study identifies the potential mechanism underlying the association between the self-control and learning engagement of college students. The results of this study have practical implications for enhancing the learning engagement of Chinese college students by increasing their psychological resources and improving the teaching of university teachers.

Construction and Practice of the Undergraduate Teaching System of New Media Technology

With the rapid development of new technologies such as mobile internet, big data, and artificial intelligence, new media has become an important force in the communication field. It is imperative to build a complete undergraduate teaching system of new media technology and cultivate versatile talents to meet the needs of industry development. Taking the majors of new media technology and new media (big data news communication direction) at Qilu University of Technology as an example, this study analyzes the issues in talent training objectives, curriculum setting, teaching content and teaching methods through literature review, questionnaires and interviews. It is proposed to build a modularized and flexible curriculum system oriented to ability training, increase cutting-edge new media technology courses, and strengthen the cultivation of software and hardware platform application abilities. In terms of teaching methods, project-driven teaching methods are implemented, distinctive project training courses are set up to promote knowledge application and comprehensive ability training. The research shows that building an open, flexible undergraduate teaching system of new media technology that emphasizes cross integration will help improve the quality of talent cultivation and enable talents to better meet the needs of new media industry development. This study provides theoretical support and practical approaches for promoting the teaching reform of the new media technology major.

Constructing a new field of ecology for tourism major education in vocational colleges: A research study

This study employs a quantitative analysis of teacher capabilities, student qualities, and other factors to explore the construction of a new educational ecology for tourism majors in higher vocational colleges. This study employed a quantitative approach with a total of 851 participants. The main data analysis was conducted through observation and questionnaires from teachers and students majoring in tourism. Research findings show that teacher capabilities and student qualities are key in shaping tourism education. This aids in establishing a new educational paradigm. Additionally, national policies, societal needs, and institutional support can align to facilitate this process. Constructing a new ecosystem in the field of tourism education at vocational colleges is a comprehensive endeavor that demands collective efforts. This process involves enhancing the capabilities of teachers and the qualities of students, alongside the synergistic influence of national policies, societal demands, and institutional support. The limited sample size of this study may constrain the generalizability of its results, and there is a possibility of dishonest responses among the students. This study holds significant practical and policy implications for constructing a new ecosystem in the field of tourism education at vocational colleges, contributing to enhancing the quality of talent cultivation, driving industry development, and fostering in-depth academic research. This study delves into teacher competence, student quality, and external factors in vocational college tourism education's ecosystem. It provides insights to enhance education practices and policies, boosting tourism education and industry growth.

Exploration of Innovation Points of Cultivating High-Quality Talents under the Background of New Engineering

Through literature analysis, questionnaire survey and field interviews, this paper statistically analyzes the professional data of six institutions containing engineering majors in Tangshan City, and then thoroughly analyzes the characteristic reform and innovation methods of four institutions, namely, North China University of Science and Technology, Tangshan Polytechnic College, Tangshan College and Tangshan Normal College, to explore how to cultivate high-caliber talents under the background of the new engineering discipline. The study finds that the cultivation of high-quality talents needs to highlight the following innovations: (1) Deepen the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality, strengthen the practical teaching link, and enhance the quality of talent cultivation, including professional knowledge, practical ability, and humanistic literacy, etc.; (2) "Project-based" drive students' independent innovation, including entrepreneurial plans, experimental development, and competitions, etc., to improve students' practical ability and innovation consciousness; (3) Parallel enterprise feedback to expand the boundaries of employment services, including explaining employment policies, analyzing the employment situation, teaching career choice skills and other ways. The research in this paper has certain reference significance for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities under the background of new engineering disciplines, which is conducive to better cultivating high-quality talents in line with the needs of the society.

Interdisciplinary Talent Cultivation and Development of Drama, Film and Television Literature in the Perspective of New Media

Abstract With the change in knowledge production mode, “inter-specialization of drama, film and literature” has become an important cradle of innovation. In this paper, under the perspective of new media, we have constructed an interdisciplinary talent cultivation mode of drama, film, and literature and its quality evaluation index system, and after standardizing the indexes by using the extreme value method, we calculate the index weights of the inter-disciplinary talent cultivation quality evaluation system by using the entropy weight method. Combining the indicators obtained at all levels and the gray correlation analysis method, the quality level of interprofessional talent training in drama, film, and literature is comprehensively evaluated. To further explore the effectiveness of inter-specialty talent cultivation in drama, film, and literature, a quantitative analysis is carried out with the drama, film, and literature major of T College of Arts as an example. The results show that: In the evaluation of talent cultivation quality, the weight values of ideological and moral level and relocatable ability are 0.342 and 0.207, and the overall proximity of the overall level of interprofessional talent cultivation of drama, film, and literature from 2018 to 2022 has been increased by 0.16. The enhancement of the quality of interprofessional talent cultivation of drama, film, and literature needs to break down the current professional barriers, coordinate the planning, share the resources, and collaborate in the cultivation of human beings to ensure that inter-professional education is steadily promoted and the quality of talent cultivation is effectively improved.

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Improving Talent Cultivation Quality by Managing Skill Competitions in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Internet Era

Abstract Skills competition is an essential link in the cultivation of applied talents in higher vocational colleges and universities, and plays a crucial role in improving the quality of practical teaching. This paper focuses on the mode and process of talent cultivation through skill competitions in higher vocational colleges and universities. It conducts an in-depth investigation on the cultivation quality. A comprehensive evaluation model of talent cultivation quality of skill competition is constructed using the particle swarm algorithm to optimize the K-means algorithm and combining with the principal component analysis method. The model was applied to a sample of students from university X. By collecting and analyzing the data, the quantitative assessment of the students’ abilities in each dimension and the hierarchical categorization of the comprehensive skills were carried out. The study results showed that students who participated in the skills competition performed well in their professional skills, averaging 0.312. However, there is still room for improvement in collaboration ability. Students of agricultural engineering, logistics management and finance are outstanding in management practice power and professional competitiveness, with a comprehensive score of more than 0.45. While economics, law, geology and accounting students have low complete scores, which need to be further strengthened for cultivation. To improve the quality of talent cultivation, higher vocational colleges and universities should build a training mode of “integration of competition and education”, deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and improve the guarantee system of skill competitions, to comprehensively promote the enhancement of students’ abilities.
