Learning Quality Management Junior High School Accredited "A " (Multi-Site Study At Eben Haezar 1 Christian , Don Bosco Frater And SMP NEGERI 6 SMP In Manado City)

Quality management of learning in schools greatly affects student learning activities. The quality of school graduates is a reflection of a quality in the school. This study aims to obtain the results of descriptive analysis of a situation from three accredited schools in Manado City, namely Eben Haezar 1 Christian Middle School, Manado, Bosco Manado Brother Middle School and Manado 6 Public Middle School. This study uses a qualitative approach with the survey/ observation method. The population of this study was the Principal and several teachers from three accredited junior high schools (Eben Haezar 1 Christian Middle School, Don Bosco Middle School and Manado 6 Public Middle School) in Manado City, North Sulawesi Province. The sample method used is a random sample. The research data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed by a single analysis and cross -site analysis. Conclusion Based on the results of this study is the application of management functions (planning, organizing, implementing, supervising) in Eben Haezar 1 Christian Middle School, Don Bosco Brother Middle School and SMP Negeri 6 in Manado City.

STRATEGIES FOR BUILDING RELIGIOUS CHARACTER IN SCHOOL

The quality of school graduates in the disruption era is now seen from its character. In research conducted with a qualitative approach. The type of research in this study uses a case study type multi site study design. In data collection techniques using techniques through: 1) Interview, 2) Observation and 3) Documentation. In data analysis using the theory of Miles and Huberman which consists of: 1) data collection, 2) sorting data, 3) presentation of data, 4) conclusion. The results of this study include: 1) The forms of religious character in SD Islamic Global School Malang and MI Miftahul Ulum Batu include: First, the Dimension of Faith (Aqidah). Second, the Dimensions of Worship Practices (Morals). 2) The strategy of religious character activities at SD Islamic Global School Malang and MI Miftahul Ulum Batu, among others: First, habituation. Second, exemplary. 3) The implications of the formation of religious character at SD Islamic Global School Malang and MI Miftahul Ulum Batu include: a) Fostering a spirit of worship and charity, b) Having a polite attitude towards others, c) Fostering social attitudes and a spirit of leadership for students.

Подготовка пилотов морской авиации в Молотовской области в годы Великой Отечественной войны

The system of state and military control under the influence of crisis phenomena of any type, war or pandemic, undergoes profound transformations and requires the mobilization of all resources including efforts aimed at training the necessary military personnel. Our country has gained considerable experience in training military pilots, including naval aviation, both in peacetime and in wartime. Without a doubt, the experience of the Great Patriotic War is one of the most important in the history of aviation and the system of military educational institutions of the Navy. Just the war, which required maximum effort, demanded quick, non-trivial, but extremely productive decisions in the training of aviation personnel with limited human, material and time resources. The article explores the training and combat activities of the Second School of the pilot training of the Navy, as a part of the pilot training system during the Great Patriotic War. The author relies on the chronological sequence and analysis of archival and personal documents some of which are being used in the scientific field, reveals issues related to the development of management and organization of training of pilots of the Navy in the conditions of termination of such activities of OSOAVIAHIM. The interaction of the military command and Soviet local authorities on the organization of educational process, as well as the main steps for reforming and transforming all studies have been anlyzed. From the point of view of objectivity the author reveals both positive and negative aspects of these processes; indicates that the difficulties of the initial period of the school’s formation affected the number and quality of school graduates. All this makes it possible to assess the degree of effectiveness of such a system of training aviation personnel both in individual educational institutions and in the country's navy as a whole during the war years.

The Factors That Influencing Curriculum Implementation in Sport Class of Public Senior High School I of Sewon, Bantul

Education is process that aims to produce competent graduates. A learning plan which is famous as curriculum is needed to produce competent graduates. Curriculum described as all materials and all experiences that provided to students during doing education process in school. The process to serve all the materials and also experiences to the students called curriculum implementation. The better quality of curriculum implementation, the better quality of school graduates. Therefore, the factors that influence curriculum implementation need to identified. For getting data about the factors that influence curriculum implementation, the author was conducted a qualitative study at sport class in The Public Senior High School I of Sewon, Bantul. This paper present the result of the study that the inhibiting factors of curriculum implementation include: the low of teacher commitment and the uniqueness of sport class student’s characteristics. Meanwhile, the supporting factors of curriculum implementation includes: the teacher’s competence, the teacher’s commitment, the courage of sport class students, and the collaboration between teacher and students.

CONCERNING THE MATHEMATICAL QUALITY KNOWLEDGE OF MODERN UNIVERSITY ENTRANTS

The aim of the article is to analyze the dynamics of Unified State Examination GPA on Mathematics in Novosibirsk Region, Russia over the last two years. Methods. For diagnosing the Mathematics quality digestion of general education institution graduates, the authors apply the empirical material; correlation relationship between entrance test results and the results of Unified State Examination is assessed. Results. The research findings include the main causes of low results in Mathematics; one of them is the absence of clear conceptual thinking. The authors give the analysis of residual assessment for school mathematical knowledge during the entrance test results of incoming first-year students (brunches of study: Public and Municipal Administration, Human Resource Management) of Siberian Management Institute, Siberian Affiliate of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (Siberian Affiliate of RANEPA). The conclusion is drawn that the result of Unified State Examination isn’t an objective indicator of mathematical knowledge of the incoming first-year students. Scientific novelty. The authors single out the key factors caused low mathematical knowledge quality of school graduates. Correction ways and concrete steps to be taken for improving students’ assimilation of Bachelor’s Programme Science Disciplines are described. Practical significance. The authors note that the research outcomes can be used not only for improving Unified State Examination probity and objectivity of students’ quality assessment but for increasing basic Mathematics education as well
