Education is one of the most important aspects of human life. With education, human life will become directed towards a better goal. However, the progress of an education is also largely determined by the management of the institution itself. To manage educational institutions towards a more advanced direction, effective management innovation is needed. As done at MTs Negeri Kota Tegal, by implementing superior class program management innovations to improve the quality of education. From the research conducted, MTs Negeri 1 Tegal has carried out innovative management of the upper class program. This application has succeeded in improving the quality of education in institutions, especially those related to student achievement.

CURRENT PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF MONITORING MEASURES ON THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN A TEACHING UNIVERSITY

The essence of the phenomenon of monitoring the quality of education is revealed, which is considered as a research process that requires constant and standardized monitoring of various aspects of the provision of educational services; analysis of received information to identify changes and prevent the occurrence of negative phenomena; regular evaluation and forecasting of the further development of the higher education system. The peculiarities of monitoring the quality of education in institutions of higher education are traced using the example of internal and external monitoring at the Poltava National Pedagogical University named after V.G. Korolenko in accordance with the general goals of the strategic priorities of the institution's development. It is noted that the analysis of monitoring results allows to monitor the real situation of educational activity in the institution of higher education, to forecast its improvement, to make managerial decisions regarding the correction of selected strategies for ensuring the quality of the educational process.
 Attention is focused on the principles of monitoring the quality of education. The need to develop for higher education institutions, along with general, local principles that reflect the specifics of these institutions and the professional competencies that are formed by them, is substantiated. The authors propose to introduce as a local principle of monitoring the quality of education in pedagogical higher education institutions the principle of its professionally determined organization, which means an orientation towards increasing the subjectivity of the students of pedagogical education in the course of monitoring, expanding the forms of their participation in it. In this way, monitoring the quality of education, in addition to its direct purpose, acquires the essence of another resource for the formation of the professional competence of the future teacher in practical personally and professionally significant activities.

GEORGIAN HIGHER EDUCATION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF ACCREDITATION PROCESS

Over the past few years, within the framework of the reform of quality assurance of higher education, important changes have been made. The goal of the reform is higher education improving the quality of education in institutions and making it student-oriented providing an educational environment. As a result of carrying out 8 reforms, the quality assessment system of higher education was changed. Authorization standards and procedures have come in line with the highest with the quality assurance standards of theEuropean space of education and with the guiding principles. The system will become attractive to both locals and foreign students, the process of international recognition of education will be simplified, exchange and joint educational and research programs implementation. From this point of view, the authorization board is important, analysis of the decisions, as well as the assessment of the USD itself, the new authorization standards, their point of view regarding the revised standards. It is important to determine whether there are still problematic issues, different views and recommendations from universities.

Continuing education of teachers as a condition for improving the quality of education in institutions of general secondary education

The article analyses the professional development of teachers in terms of practical significance. The model of managing the process of professional development of teachers in an educational organisation aimed at improving the management of the quality of education in general secondary education institutions is theoretically substantiated. The works and researches of domestic scientists in the field of development of teachers’ professional competence are studied and their influence on the development and formation of quality management in educational institutions is analysed. It is established that the beginning of the process of a teacher’s professional development can be called the moment of self-determination of an individual which is carried out twice: when entering a higher education institution or a college and at the time of its graduation when choosing a further place of work. The theoretical aspects related to the management of teachers’ professional development within general secondary education institutions are generalised. It is noted that the development of teachers in an educational organisation is a process of growth of the educational (general and professional) potential of a teacher's personality, organisationally provided by the system of the state and public institutions. The study reveals and substantiates the state of professional development management of teaching staff, which is a process of purposeful implementation of a management strategy in an educational institution aimed at forming teachers’ certain competencies. The conceptual idea in the theory of development management of pedagogical staff at an educational institution is the creation of an internal organisational practice-oriented system of teacher in-service training, which implies that the basis of professional development should be an active subjective position of the teacher himself/herself, his/her intensive practice-oriented methodological (scientific and methodological) activity, and it should end with a certain result or product developed by the teacher in the process of in-service training.

PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF UNUSUAL TYPES OF TOURISM IN THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE AFTER THE END OF THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN WAR AS AN EXAMPLE OF MILITARY TOURISM

The purpose of the article is to determine state measures for the formation of a mechanism for ensuring the formation of the quality of education in institutions of higher education. Methods. In the course of the research, general scientific methods and approaches, a systematic approach, general logical research methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison), dialectical method, method of cognition, method of objectivity,The issue of the feasibility of developing military tourism during the military-political confrontation and after the end of the Russian-Ukrainian war was considered.In today's conditions during the martial law in Ukraine, it is expedient to understand the development of the tourism sphere in the role of a public, economic and social attractor. Questions related to the identification of problems and prospects for the development of military tourism are promising and require further research.

INTERNAL AUDIT OF SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AS A TOOL TO MANAGE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

The article is devoted to the topical issue of education management as an internal audit of the school and the technology of its implementation. Since the concept of "audit" appeared in the field of education in Ukraine recently, and tools to assess the educational activities of an educational institution is not enough, this issue requires careful study. The aim of the work is to theoretically justify the importance and organizational principles of internal audit as a tool for managing the quality of education, as well as to propose the use of factor-criteria model for such an assessment. In accordance with the goal, the following research methods were used: a) theoretical: analysis and systematization of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological and educational management literature to define organizational and pedagogical principles of quality of education and educational activities and conceptual and categorical apparatus of the study; modeling to develop a factor-criteria model as a technology for evaluating educational activities of general secondary education; content-analysis of legislative, regulatory and methodological documentation to clarify the parameters, factors, and criteria for evaluating educational activities; b) empirical: observations, questionnaires, interviews, the method of expert evaluations to assess the educational activities of institutions of general secondary education. The paper analyzes the scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem under study, which found that the problem of quality education for many centuries has been the subject of scientific discussions and searches of scientists: philosophers, economists, sociologists, educators. The study emphasizes that for a successful educational institution capable of providing a high level of quality education, it is essential to use tools and methods of quality assessment with clearly defined criteria, conducting an annual internal audit of its activities, which is seen as a process of data collection. Value/originality. The necessity and importance of internal audit of school activities were determined; internal audit tools using qualimetric approach to educational activities in institutions of general secondary education were developed; understanding of the main evaluation parameters (parameters of the educational environment, parameters of assessment of teaching activities, parameters of assessment of student activities, parameters of assessment of management processes) was enhanced. The technology of tools for quantitative measurement of the quality of education in institutions of general secondary education has been further developed. Practical implementation. Managers of institutions of general secondary education will be able to understand the importance and feasibility of internal assessment of the quality of education and use the factor-criteria model of the annual internal audit to ensure the continuous development of institutions of general secondary education and improve the level of educational services.

The Strategy Head Madrasah Strengthening The Quality Of Education In Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

This article aims to explain and analyze planning, implementation and evaluation strategies in strengthening the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Gresik. This article uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive design. This research takes place at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Gresik. The research was carried out for three months, from February to May 2021. The technique of collecting data was observation, interviews with relevant informants and documentation. The results of this study are how madrasah strategies in strengthening the quality of education in institutions, both in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation are strongly influenced by the madrasa head as a leader. Because all the strategies and policies used by the head of the madrasa determine the quality of an educational institution that is led. There are several things that the head of Madrasah Tarbiyatul Islmiyah does in strengthening the quality of education, including: 1) Providing examples of direct action with time discipline, 2) Carrying out programmatic and consistent implementation of activities, 3) Always evaluating programs carried out both internal and external evaluations. from outside so as to obtain accountable results.

Standardization of definitions, notions of educational activity and relations between the object and the subject educational services according to the international standards

This article involves basic problems of interpretation invariance of concepts regarding improving the quality of education in institutions of higher education in Ukraine. It gives an example of essential determinations, according to the international standards ISO 9001-10. It shows and describes the correlation between optimization of regulatory policy and international standards in order to improve the strategy of higher education development in Ukraine

A STUDY MODEL ON THE IMPACT OF VARIOUS INDICATORS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF STUDENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

In this technology revolutionized century knowledge has become a vital resource. Also, Education has been viewed as a crucial factor in contributing to the welfare of the country. Higher education does categorize the students by their academic performance. In higher education institutions a substantial amount of knowledge is hidden and need to be extracted using Knowledge Discovery process. Data mining helps to extract the knowledge from available dataset and should be created as knowledge intelligence for the benefit of the institution. Many factors influence the academic performance of the student. The study model is mainly focused on exploring various indicators that have an effect on the academic performance of the students. The study result shows the impact of various factors affecting the students of higher education system. The extracted information that describes student performance can be stored as intelligent knowledge for decision making to improve the quality of education in institutions.
