Design of University Archives Business Data Push System Based on B/S Structure

In view of the inaccurate results and poor real-time performance of college archives business data push, the college archives business data push system based on B/S structure is designed using ASP/NET, ADO.NET, and other technologies. The system consists of database management module, management maintenance module and query module. The database management module uses the archive business data classification method optimized based on the initial cluster center to classify and manage large-scale archive data. The management and maintenance module completes the encryption and decryption management of archive business data through key management technology and key verification. After the user enters a valid key to log in to the system, the query module uses the association rule-based file business data push method to extract the file data in the strong weighted association rule conditions from the database, feed it back to the front browser interface, and complete the file business data push. After testing, the average accuracy rate of this system for multiple file data push is greater than 0.95, and the maximum time consumption for file business data push after use is reduced by 748[Formula: see text]ms.

FEATURES OF INTERNET ADVERTISING OF HOTEL BUSINESS ENTERPRISES IN THE UKRAINIAN INTERNET SEGMENT

The article analyzes the use of the main types of Internet advertising by hotel business enterprises. The peculiarities of the use by hotel business entities in the Ukrainian Internet segment of such types of Internet advertising as search optimization of the hotel website, «Google My Business» service, contextual advertising, partnership with online reservation services, advertising in social networks are given. Basic requirements for the website of the hotel enterprise are generalized. Such indicators of ease of use of the site as easy availability of basic information, cross-browser compatibility, download speed and others are described. Recommendations for the modern design style of the hotel website are given. The expediency of multilingual hotel website is substantiated. The main components of the information content of the website of the hotel enterprise are described - the conditions of booking and accommodation, the appearance of the rooms, information about the location of the hotel, etc. The main requirements for the hotel website were analyzed. On the basis of statistical data of thematic search queries in Ukrainian and foreign languages, the relevance of attracting thematic traffic to the hotel website in both Ukrainian and foreign languages has been proven, and recommendations for the implementation of such attraction have been given. Such means of obtaining foreign language traffic by the site as creating foreign language mirrors of the hotel site and including foreign language key phrases in the metatags and pages of the site are described, which allows to increase the visibility of the site in search engines by expanding its semantic core and increasing positions in thematic search results. The peculiarities of the use of the contextual advertising to attract potential hotel customers were studied and its advantages and disadvantages were described. The specifics of contextual advertising in the Ukrainian Internet segment are determined, in particular, the need for separate adjustment of this type of advertising in the google.com and google.com.ua push systems. Advertising formats and specifics of advertising of the hotel enterprises in social networks are described. The specifics of the using the «Google My Business» service for advertising hotel enterprises are analyzed in detail. Recommendations are given for registering a hotel business enterprise in this service and administering of the created account is made. Reasoned Recommendations regarding the content and completeness of the information in the hotel card in the «Google My Business» service, and the correspondence of this information to the content of the hotel website are justified.

Improving the last mile delivery of vaccines through an informed push model: Experiences, opportunities and costs based on an implementation study in a rural district in Uganda.

Developing countries face challenges in ensuring equitable, timely, and efficient vaccine availability at health facilities. In Uganda, the distribution of vaccines from district stores to the last-mile health facilities is hindered by an unpredictable and unreliable mixed push-pull delivery system. This system often results in poor vaccine management, stock-outs, and missed vaccination opportunities. This pilot study aimed to enhance the efficiency of last-mile vaccine delivery by implementing an informed push model. The specific goals were to improve vaccine lead time, standardize cold chain management during transportation, and evaluate the costs of implementing the informed push model. A mixed methods approach was used to evaluate the impact of the informed push model in Gomba district, Uganda. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected at baseline and endline. Quantitative data included mode, frequency, lead-time, and costs of vaccine delivery, vaccine stock status, and cold chain maintenance during transportation, gathered through semi-structured interviews. Qualitative data on experiences and challenges were collected using a guide. Descriptive statistics were used for quantitative data analysis, while an ingredients approach was used for costing data. Thematic analysis was applied to qualitative data. The informed push system significantly improved vaccine delivery efficiency and quality in Gomba district. The average lead-time for vaccine delivery reduced from 14 days at baseline to 5 days at endline. Timely vaccine receipt at health facilities increased from 36.8% to 100%. Temperature monitoring during transit improved from 26.3% to 100%. The proportion of facilities experiencing stock-outs dropped from 79.0% to 36.8%. Monthly distribution costs decreased from $494.8 ($0.07 per child) to $445.9 ($0.06 per child). The informed push model is a cost-effective strategy for improving last-mile vaccine delivery by reducing lead times, enhancing cold chain management, and decreasing stock-outs. Integration into the national immunization program is recommended for broader adoption in Uganda.

Intelligent Pottery Wheel Machine Design: Enhancing Pottery Throwing Quality and Efficiency

The pottery wheel machine is an essential piece of equipment in ceramics manufacturing. This paper presents the design of an intelligent pottery wheel machine aimed at addressing the issues of low clay material utilization and the challenges of pottery throwing operations. Traditional techniques require exceptional craftsmanship and proficient mechanical operation, and existing pottery wheel machines still demand attention to equipment usage and clay material knowledge. The intelligent pottery wheel machine integrates central positioning, automatic clay feeding, and clay storage. The pull mechanism stores and precisely feeds clay, regulating usage and minimizing excess. The automated settings of the clay storage and power push system replace the need for manual assessment of clay density and quality, ensuring balanced and high-quality clay extrusion. The continuous feeding setting allows for automatic addition of clay, saving replenishment time and reducing the labor intensity of adding clay. The lifting mechanism ensures that the clay body remains centered, avoiding repeated manual adjustments and allowing users to focus on creating pottery rather than spending excessive time mastering the centering technique. The machine’s lightweight, modular design reduces clay waste, making the process more sustainable. By saving clay materials and improving throwing efficiency, it enhances the success rate of throwing.

Research on positioning control strategy of hydraulic support pushing system based on multistage speed control valve

The precise position control of the hydraulic support pushing system in the coal mining face is a key technical support for intelligent coal mining. At present, the hydraulic support pushing system uses the electro-hydraulic directional valve as the control element. However, the electro-hydraulic directional valve has problems such as discrete input values, low switching frequency, delay, inability to adjust flow, and large flow fluctuations during the switching process, which results in relatively low positioning control accuracy of the hydraulic support pushing system. Therefore, this study introduces a multi-stage speed control valve that is suitable for underground coal mine conditions and can achieve flow regulation. At the same time, a segmented control strategy combining Bang-Bang control and online predictive control is proposed. Bang-bang control is used for fast propulsion with large flow rate, large range, and short time. Online predictive control method is used to achieve precise positioning control with small flow rate and small range, thereby solving the problem of low positioning control accuracy caused by the imperfect characteristics of electro-hydraulic directional valves. Finally, this study verified the effectiveness of the proposed scheme through simulation and experiments. The results showed that compared with existing logic positioning control methods based on electro-hydraulic directional valves, the proposed scheme can improve the accuracy of single cylinder positioning control from 62 mm to within 10 mm.

Relating caregiver experiences to personalized "push" content in mobile applications among caregivers of pediatric patients with oncology conditions.

With the evolution of data algorithms and personalized push systems in mobile applications, patients who have searched for disease-related information may repeatedly receive similar content on app homepages or through notifications. This study aims to assess the influence of health-related content delivered through mobile applications on the anxiety and depression levels of caregivers of pediatric oncology patients. A survey consisting of 16 questions was conducted among 91 caregivers of pediatric oncology patients at the Children's Hospital affiliated with Chongqing Medical University. The questionnaire was designed by oncologists and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale was used to assess the caregivers' psychological states. The study found that 31.5% of caregivers exhibited borderline anxiety symptoms, while 20.2% displayed borderline depression symptoms. Caregivers who noticed changes in homepage recommendations reported higher levels of anxiety (p=.004) and depression (p=.034). Additionally, 50.6% occasionally felt anxious or uneasy due to personalized notifications and 19.1% frequently felt this way. Moreover, 53.9% of the caregivers reported a negative impact on their emotions or daily life. Personalized push notifications related to disease information in mobile applications can impose a significant psychological burden on patients and their caregivers. Mobile application developers and healthcare providers must strengthen their support in the digital health domain to enhance the emotional well-being of cancer patients and their caregivers.

Intelligent towing and pushing system for unmanned tugboats under wind and wave disturbances

ABSTRACT Intelligent unmanned tugboats have the potential to significantly improve the efficiency of barge manipulation. This paper investigates the kinetic modelling, optimal force distribution, and cooperative control within the unmanned tugboat towing and pushing system. A practical kinetic model for the towing and pushing system has been developed, precisely taking into account factors like physical cable forces and disturbances caused by wind and waves in turbulent sea conditions. Following this, an optimal force allocation approach is investigated to allocate the desired force and determine the towing and pushing angles. Furthermore, a cooperative model predicted control strategy is proposed for the dual unmanned tugboats' towing and pushing systems. This strategy aims to ensure the barge quickly reaches its designated location, maintaining the desired heading and velocity. Simulation results indicate that unmanned tugboats can collaboratively tow and push the unpowered barge to the specified location with the desired heading and speed.

Quantitative insights into the integrated push and pull production problem for lean supply chain planning 4.0

Validated quantitative models for lean supply chain planning (LSCP) are still scarce in the literature, particularly because conventional push systems have not been widely integrated and tested with pull systems in sustainable and resilient environments in the Industry 4.0 context. Hence the main contribution of this paper is to develop an optimisation model that is able to contribute to the LSCP with the combination of push and pull strategies. Here we present an integrated just-in-time (JIT) production system with material requirement planning (MRP) for a SC that takes a traditional five-level structure based on a mixed-integer linear programming model (MILP) dubbed as LSCP 4.0. The model is able to simultaneously plan the production and inventory of materials and finished goods to satisfy demand from forecasts and firm orders. The selection of alternative suppliers as a proactive measure to face disruptive events is also considered. Furthermore, sustainable practices are included in the objective function for profit maximisation by considering CO2 emissions. This proposal is tested in the footwear sector. The results demonstrate that the combined use of JIT and MRP through a quantitative approach improve performance in leanness, sustainability and resilience by decreasing the bullwhip effect at different SC levels.

Research on the Methods of Great Spirit Inheritance in Intelligent Teaching of Civics and Political Science Courses in Colleges and Universities

Abstract The Great Spirit is the embodiment of the values of the Chinese people, as well as the valuable spiritual wealth of the Chinese people. In this paper, through word similarity and concept matching algorithms, we extracted the association between the knowledge in the Civic and Political Education Resources, and with the help of an intelligent push system, we pushed the related resources for the learners in the process of knowledge construction, which helped the learners to understand the knowledge and actively construct the knowledge structure. Testing the intelligent push system of ideological and political resources in colleges and universities, the application side of the system does not require high performance of mobile devices, and it can run smoothly on the user’s mobile device. In the teaching environment, the intelligent push system can significantly improve the learning effect of students (p=0.982, p<0.05). At the same time, it was found that the application of the intelligent push system can promote the ideological inheritance of the Great Spirit among college students, manifest the appeal of the Great Idea, improve the radiant influence of the Great Spirit ideology, and coalesce the centripetal force of the Great Culture.

The advertising industry is developing very rapidly, especially outdoor advertising, which has attracted people's attention. All kinds of commercial advertisements can be seen everywhere in outdoor public places, but the advertising delivery system on the market is relatively simple in function, and the evaluation of advertising effect lacks effective automatic analysis means, mainly carried out by manual observation, which is low in efficiency and difficult to conduct quantitative evaluation, which directly leads to the lack of targeted advertising. Artificial intelligence advertising refers to the use of artificial intelligence technology (such as voice recognition, face recognition, deep learning, machine learning, etc.), investigation, production, publishing advertising and other fields, the combination of artificial intelligence and advertising brings great value and convenience to people's lives. Among them, the most common algorithm that can achieve accurate and intelligent advertising is NLP, and the artificial intelligence advertising push system based on natural language processing (NLP) algorithm can provide a variety of useful applications in the advertising field. Analysis on Structural Reliability of Microsphere Focusing Logging Tool Pushing System

The push system of the microsphere focusing logging tool is an important moving mechanism of this type of logging tool. The push system will periodically bear large loads under working conditions and is prone to stress concentration. Its structural strength and reliability are related to the logging accuracy. and even the success or failure of the logging mission. Based on ANSYS workbench software, this paper first conducts modeling and static simulation of the microsphere focusing logging tool push system under working conditions, and secondly conducts uncertainty analysis on the maximum equivalent stress of the push system based on the simulation results. , Finally, based on the analysis results, the six sigma module was used to conduct a reliability analysis of the pushing system, and the structural strength reliability of the microsphere focusing logging tool pushing system was given through the probability distribution table obtained from the analysis. The analysis results show that the maximum equivalent stress occurs on the link arm of the pushing system under working conditions. Under the current working condition, the link arm strength of the pushing system is highly reliable and can meet daily logging needs.

Positioning Control Strategy of Hydraulic Support Pushing System in Fully Mechanized Coal Face

At present, the hydraulic support pushing system in coal mines usually uses an electrohydraulic directional valve as the control component. However, the existing control methods based on high-speed on–off valve, servo, and proportional control methods are not suitable for solving such problems because of the nonideal characteristics of the electrohydraulic directional valve, such as discrete input values, low switching frequency, and time delay. This paper proposes a positioning control scheme based on online predictive feedback for the control of hydraulic cylinders by electrohydraulic directional valves. In this scheme, the recursive least-squares estimation algorithm with genetic factors is used to identify the required prediction model in real time, and an improved radial basis function network based on generalized growth and shear is used to realize the online fitting of the target trajectory function. The online learning algorithm provides accurate prediction information for the switching control method, and finally, the hydraulic cylinder can be positioned near the target position using the optimal control method. By using the above methods, a well-designed model can be accurately identified, fundamentally solving the problem of control difficulties caused by the nonideal characteristics of the electrohydraulic directional valve. Finally, the effectiveness of the control scheme is verified through simulation analysis and physical experiment research, which proves that the control strategy can realize accurate and fast positioning control for the hydraulic support pushing system of a fully mechanized mining face.

Research on Positioning Control Strategy for a Hydraulic Support Pushing System Based on Iterative Learning

At present, the positioning control of the hydraulic support pushing systems in fully mechanized mining faces uses an electrohydraulic directional valve as the control component, while the current research mainly focuses on servo valves, proportional valves, high−speed on−off valves, and electromagnetic directional valves. At present, the positioning control for electrohydraulic directional valves is only a simple logical control. Therefore, in order to improve the positioning control accuracy of the hydraulic support pushing system, a predictive positioning control strategy based on iterative learning was designed. Firstly, mathematical modeling of the hydraulic support pulling process was carried out, and its state−space equation was established. Secondly, an iterative learning controller with a state observer was designed, in which the iterative learning method was used to predict the control advance in the positioning process, and the state observer was used to estimate the parameters that could not be measured by the system, so as to improve the control accuracy in the broaching process. Then, a SimulationX–Simulink joint simulation model of the position control system of a multi−cylinder pulling hydraulic support was built, and the designed iterative learning controller was compared with the BP neural network controller. Finally, a test platform for the hydraulic support pushing system was built, and the proposed control strategy was experimentally verified. The research results show that the iterative learning control strategy proposed for the electrohydraulic directional valve not only simplifies the design process of the controller but also has higher positioning control accuracy. The single−cylinder positioning control accuracy can be controlled within 10 mm, and the multi−cylinder coordinated positioning control accuracy can be controlled within 15 mm, which meets the accuracy requirements of the site.

Development of a push power measurement system for wheelchair track and field athletes

Exploring access to community care and emergency department use among people with dementia: A qualitative interview study with people with dementia, and current and bereaved caregivers.

Emergency department (ED) attendance is common among people with dementia and associated with poor health outcomes. Literature suggests a link between access to community care and the ED, but we know little about the mechanisms behind this link. This study aimed to explore experiences of accessing community and emergency care among people affected by dementia. Informed by critical realism, semi-structured online and telephone interviews were conducted with people with dementia and family caregivers, with and without experience of using the ED. Participants were recruited from across the United Kingdom using purposive sampling with maximum variation. A mostly experiential reflexive thematic analysis approach was used, applying the candidacy model of access to deepen interpretation. Two dyad and 33 individual interviews were conducted with 10 people with dementia, 11 current caregivers and 16 bereaved caregivers (men=11, 70-89years=18, white ethnicity=32). Three themes are reported: (1) Navigating a 'push system', (2) ED as the 'last resort', and (3) Taking dementia 'seriously'. Themes describe a discrepancy between the configuration of services and the needs of people affected by dementia, who resort to the ED in the absence of accessible alternatives. Underlying this discrepancy is a lack of systemic prioritisation of dementia and wider societal stigma. Although a last resort, ED attendance is frequently the path of least resistance for people with dementia who encounter multiple barriers for timely, responsive access to community health and social care. Greater systemic prioritisation of dementia as a life-limiting condition may help to reduce reliance on the ED through essential development of post-diagnostic care, from diagnosis to the end of life.

Assessment of the WHO non-communicable diseases kit for humanitarian emergencies in South Sudan: a retrospective, prospective, observational study

BackgroundThe WHO Non-Communicable Diseases Kit (NCDK) was developed to support care for non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in humanitarian settings. Targeting primary healthcare, each kit contains medicines and supplies that are forecasted to meet the needs of 10,000 people for 3 months. This study aimed to evaluate the NCDK deployment process, contents, usage and limitations, and to explore its acceptability and effectiveness among healthcare workers (HCWs) in South Sudan.MethodsThis mixed-method observational study captured data from pre-and-post NCDK deployment. Six data collection tools included: (i) contextual analysis, (ii) semi-structured interviews, in addition to surveys measuring/assessing (iii) healthcare workers’ knowledge about NCDs, and healthcare workers’ perceptions of: (iv) health facility infrastructure, (v) pharmaceutical supply chain, and (vi) NCDK content. The pre- and post-deployment evaluations were conducted in four facilities (October-2019) and three facilities (April-2021), respectively. Descriptive statistics were used for quantitative data and content analysis for open-ended questions. A thematic analysis was applied on interviews findings and further categorized into four predetermined themes.ResultsCompared to baseline, two of the re-assessed facilities had improved service availability for NCDs. Respondents described NCDs as a growing problem that is not addressed at a national level. After deployment, the same struggles were intensified with the COVID-19 pandemic. The delivery process was slow and faced delays associated with several barriers. After deployment, poor communications and the “push system” of inventories were commonly perceived by stakeholders, leading to expiry/disposal of some contents. Despite being out-of-stock at baseline, at least 55% of medicines were found to be unused post-deployment and the knowledge surveys demonstrated a need for improving HCWs knowledge of NCDs.ConclusionsThis assessment further confirmed the NCDK role in maintaining continuity of care on a short-term period. However, its effectiveness was dependent on the health system supply chain in place and the capacity of facilities to manage and treat NCDs. Availability of medicines from alternative sources made some of the NCDK medicines redundant or unnecessary for some health facilities. Several learnings were identified in this assessment, highlighting barriers that contributed to the kit underutilization.

Sweeping the floor is not a hard job, sweeping activities will be hard and take up a lot of time if the area to be worked on is very large like in UM-West Sumatra. To simplify and save time, it is necessary to innovate a floor sweeper. The push system floor sweeper is a form of innovation that facilitates the process of sweeping the floor. In this study a thrust system floor sweeper was designed and manufactured. The design process begins with identification of needs, concept design, design and analysis using the fabrication method, then this tool is tested in a room of 35.28 meters, 61.2 meters and 122.4 meters. From the trials conducted, it was found that the floor sweeper functions properly and can clean large and spacious rooms with 50% efficiency. Thus it can be concluded that a floor sweeper can simplify the process of sweeping the floor by 50% compared to an ordinary broom.
