The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of performance, price and product design on the satisfaction of purchasing Ventela local brand shoes among UINSU students. Quantitative research is used in this research strategy. The major data utilized in this investigation came from questionnaires. 100 students of UINSU who were Ventela shoe users or customers participated in this study. Purposive sampling was the method of sampling that was utilized. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16 was the strategy employed in this investigation. The independent factors in this study include product design, pricing, and performance quality. The dependent variable is customer satisfaction with Ventela local brand shoes. The findings indicated that there was a relationship between product design and purchase satisfaction as well as a relationship between pricing and buy satisfaction.
