Perhitungan Sumberdaya Batu Granit Pada Quarry PT Mandiri Karya Makmur Dengan Metode Cross Section dan Metode Cut And Fill

Resource calculation studies are an important task in evaluating a mining project. Reserve calculation using the method of cross section and method cut and fill in mining area with extensive Active Block 8 hectares, with elevation limit of mining activity 60 m above sea level. The results of the resource volume of granite using method cross section within the cross section 15, 20 and 25 m is 1.436.967,28 m3, 1.435.887,56 m3 and 1.435.162,056 m3 tonnase 3.736.114,927 tons 3.733.307,656 tons and
 3.731.421,345 tons, granite stone resource volume using cut and fill method is 1.437.398,157 m3 with
 3.737.235,209 tons tonnage. The results of calculations using the method of cross section with a distance of 15 m smaller cross section 430,877 m3 or 0,03% of the cut and fill method, method of cross section with a distance of 20 m smaller cross section 1.510,597 m3, or 0,11% of the cut and fill method , cross section method with cross-sectional distance 25 m smaller 2.236,101 m3 or 0,16% from method cut and fill. The result of the calculation of the life of mine of PT Mandiri Karya Makmur is based on the calculation of the amount of resources used method cut and fill with a mine life of 31,14 years, cross section method sectional distance of 15 m with a mine life of 31,13 years, cross section method sectional distance of 20 m with a mine life 31,11 years and cross section method of cross- sectional distance of 25 m with mine life of 31,09 years.

Penilaian Tingkat Kestabilan Lereng Batuan Granit Menggunakan Metode Slope Mass Rating (SMR) dan Analisis Kinematika di PT Mandiri Karya Makmur

PT Mandiri Karya Makmur (MKM) was a private company that mine granite rock. Level in mine site was almost steep so that it had the possibility to failure. The study was conducted to assess the stability of rock slope that may endanger the safety of workers. This study to determine the quality of rock mass of slope based on the value of SMR (Slope Mass Rating) and kinematics analysis. The data used included UCS, RQD, Space of discontinuity, Discontinuity conditions, Groundwater conditions and Discontinuity orientation data. Slopes data were divided into 4 scanline based on the direction changing of the slope. To determine the type of failure using kinematics analysis of Dips program and Schmidt Net.The analysis results revealed that the quality of rock mass for scanline II was very good or very stable based on the SMR value. While on the rock mass quality of scanline I, III and IV were good with the stability of the slope was in a stable condition. The possibility of a failure in scanline I, III and IV were only several blocks. There were two blocks that has possibility to failure was on scanline III and IV. Estimation direction of slope failure on scanline III and IV respectively were N 1350 and N 1850 E. The supporting of slope instability can be done by scaling or cutting blocks that have potential to failure.

Evaluasi Produktivitas Crushing Plant Untuk Pencapaian Target produksi 30.000 Ton/Bulan Batu Granit PT Mandiri Karya Makmur Di Desa Tanjung Gunung Kabupaten Bangka Tengah

PT Mandiri Karya Makmur is one of private company that engaged in sector of mining and processing of granite rock located in Tanjung Gunung village, Central Bangka Regency with production target of 30.000 ton/year. PT MKM operates 1 unit of crushing plant as a place of granite rock crushing process in order to produce the size of granite rock product that suit to consumer demand. However, The production target of determined crushing plant had not been reached.The aim of this research was to assess the real productivity of crushing plant of PT MKM. The data used in in this research included work time data, the amount of obstructive production time, weight of rock sample and belt conveyor velocity. The Data had functions to assess the availability of equipment and the real productivity of crushing plant. It recommended to repair crushing plant in order to increase the productivity from the result of calculation data.The result of crushing plant analysis in field showed that installed production equipment was 56.250 ton/month, 18.738 ton/month of maximal production, and the real crushing production achieved of 8.848,5ton/month.The availability value of crushing unit, mechanical availability (MA) was 62.5 %, phisycal availability (PA) 71.66 %, use o availability (UA) 65.89 %, effective utilization (Eut) 47.22 %, effective work time 4.25 hour/day and work efficiency 47.22 %. From the condition, production target had not been achieved. The efforts can be conducted to repair crushing unit in order to meet production target such as : 1) To change production target to 15.000 ton/month, 2) To decrease delay time caused human errors (non technical) will raise effective work time from 4.25 hour/day to 6.45 hour/day and will raise productivity as big as 4.580,5 ton/month, from 8.848,5 ton/month to 13.429 ton/month, 3) To change crushing plant

Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance

This research was conducted at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study was 2,390 customers. In this study sampling using Accidental Sampling techniques, which amounted to 96 customers. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed Y = 14.820 + 1.035 and the t test showed that t arithmetic> from t table (18,471> 1,98552) this meant that Quality of Service had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru Branch.
 The influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction is 78.4% while the remaining 21.6% is influenced by other variables

Loan-to-Value Policy and Property Loans Risk in Conventional Commercial Banks of Indonesia

This study aims to determine the effect of loan-to-value (LTV) policy on bank's property loan risk. This study utilizes a purposive sampling method and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The number of samples in this study is 66 banks with 563 observations data. The results show that bank's property loan risk, which is proxied by the NPL ratio of property loans, is lower in the LTV tightening policy period than the easing period. We utilize some control variables in this study: inflation, gross domestic product growth, property loan growth, and bank size. Inflation, property loan growth, and bank size have a significant positive effect on non-performing loans, while gross domestic product growth has a significant negative effect. LEADERSHIP STYLES IN FAMIILY BUSINESS : AN PT MANDIRI SUKSES UTAMA CASE STUDY

AbstractThis study aims to provide insight into the meaning and perception of leadership in the family business at PT Mandiri Sukses Utrama. More specifically, this research tries to understand the family business culture context and its importance in developing leadership. We share the view that organizational realities are negotiated and built on the awareness of collective participants. This study uses interpretative case studies. Interviews, observations and documentary analysis are used to collect data. Family business leadership is embedded in the culture of the community. A leader-owner is not the creator but only the manager of organizational culture because he is also a product of the culture of society. Owners and their inner circle (family and not family members) can collectively play an important role in producing and reproducing legitimate MCS based on the extended family concept. In this case, cultural controls based on shared family norms are the most dominant and simplify process and outcome controls. However, business pragmatism can go hand in hand with culture in providing space for MCS transformation. The family business studied is still run by the first generation of families, does not have a subsidiary. The sample size of this study is limited. This study encourages family business owners to consider the use of strong cultural controls along with bureaucratic control to create sustainable organizations.Keywords: Leadrship Style, Management Control System

PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is a state-owned company that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits and redistributes them to the community in the form of loans to improve people's lives. The majority of PT Mandiri Bank's revenues are obtained from the credit system offered. The income earned is regulated by the center of accountability in this case the revenue center. From this, the research was conducted in order to find out the application of PT Mandiri Bank's revenue centers. GAMBARAN STRES KERJA PADA PEKERJA OPERATOR DUMPTRUCK PT. X KOTA TARAKAN KALIMANTAN UTARA

Dumptruck operators have a risk of experiencing job stress. The aim of this research is to describe the level of work stress and analyze the related factors with the occurrence of work stress on dumptruck operators in PT Mandiri Intiperkasa Tarakan City.
 This research is a qualitative research was an descriptive observational design. The respondents was a 110 dump truck operators used simple random sampling method. Data ware collection used Generic Job Stress Questioner from NIOSH for job stress and questionnaires Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42) that has been modified to determine stress level and data analysis used Spearmen correlation test.
 The results of this study showed that from 110 respondents there are had very low job stress level with 73 people (66,4%), had low job stress with 23 people (20,9%) and had moderate job stress of 14 people (12, 7%). There were a correlation betwen lenght of work (p= 0,000),, interpersonal conflict(p= 0,000),, job uncertainty(p= 0,009),, employment Opportunity (p= 0,000), work demands (p=0,003) mental demands (p=0,000). But there were no correlation between Age (p= 0,115), , marital status (p= 0,381), and role conflict (p=0,071) with job stres.
 The conclusion of this research is the level of job stress dumptruck operator PT. Mandiri Inti Perkasa tends to be low and still within normal limits so as not to disrupted its work performance.

Community Involvement in Preparation of EIA Documents as Implementation of Participatory Principles In Law No.32 Year 2009 About Protection and Environmental Management (Study at PT Mandiri Mining Corporindo)

PT.Mandiri Mining Corporindo (MMC) adalah perusahaan tambang Mangan di Desa Bonehau, Kecamatan Bonehau Kabupaten Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat dengan surat izin eksplorasi nomor 418 Tahun 2009 dan izin operasi produksi nomor 333 tahun 2010, dimana proses produksi telah dimulai sejak bulan oktober 2010, adapun luas ijin usaha pertambangan yang dimiliki oleh PT.MMC adalah 178 ha yang meliputi kawasan 178 ha yang meliputi kawasan hutan produksi 125 ha dan perkebunan masyarakat 53 ha, namun areal yang dikelola baru sekitar 30 persen. Sejak awal pembukaan perusahaan tambang di Desa ini telah menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan dampak negatif berupa kerusakan lingkungan, mengingat lokasi tambang berbatas langsung dengan perkebunan dan persawahan masyarakat setempat. Hal ini menjadi masalah yang menarik dikaji dari aspek hukum perizinan, khususnya perizinan lingkungan sehingga permasalahan dalam penilitian ini yaitu; Pertama bagaimanakah kedudukan AMDAL dalam perizinan lingkungan PT.MMC? Kedua, bagaimana pelaksanaan AMDAL PT.MMC. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedudukan AMDAL dalam perizinan lingkungan merupakan kewajiban dan prasyarat mutlak, jika suatu perusahaan melanggar izin lingkungan maka izin usaha atau kegiatan dapat dibatalkan. Dan prosedur penerbitan AMDAL PT.MMC telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan namun dalam pelaksanaannya tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan.

ANALISIS PERENCANAAN KEBUTUHAN BAHAN BAKU DENGAN METODE MRP PADA PT BOGOR MITRADAYA MANDIRI

ABSTRACTRaw material requirements planning is one way to increase cost efficiency. The purpose of this study wasto determine the proper technique for cost efficiency. The Research in Bogor Mitradaya PT Mandirifacing problems of shortage or excess raw materials in the warehouse or stock outs so disrupt the smoothproduction process. Comparative descriptive research with case study method. The analysis wasconducted using MRP (Material Requirement Planning). The Results showed that raw materialrequirements planning at PT Mandiri Bogor Mitradaya pretty good. But in its activities, sometimescompanies have excess or shortage of raw materials warehouse, causing inefficient costs on 17th feb-23feb 2015. The calculation methods Lot For Lot MRP techniques proven to increase cost efficiency. PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BINTANG MANDIRI FINANCE JAWA BARAT

Abstract - This study aims to analyze the contribution of Leadership Behavior, Organizational Environment and Achievement Motivation on Employee Performance. The study was conducted at PT Mandiri Star Finance (Limited) branch office in West Java, with a population of 186 people. Researchers selected 128 sampe by using random sampling method. The research found out that there is a positive effect of the contribution of leadership behavior, and achievement motivation on employee performance, while the organizational climate has a negative effect on the performance of employees, and therefore was excluded from the model.The leadership behavior and achievement motivation are important factors that must be improved to increase employee performance Keywords: Behavioral Leadership, Achievement Motivation, Employee Performance

ANALISIS RASIO LIKUIDITAS, RASIO SOLVABILITAS, DAN UNDERWRITING RATIO UNTUK MENGUKUR KINERJA KEUANGAN PT MANDIRI AXA GENERAL INSURANCE DI INDONESIA PASCA OJK (OTORITAS JASA KEUANGAN )

This study aimstoanalyzethe development ofthe financial performance of PT Mandiri AXAGeneralInsurance in Indonesia after the establishment of the FSA (Financial Services Authority) in 2013 by using theanalysis of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios using solvabillitas rate calculation and risk-based minimum capital,and undderwiting ratio. Based on the results it can be concluded that penellitian seen from the calculation ofthe solvency ratiousing solvabillitas level of risk-based andminimum capital ratio under wrting result andshowed unfavorable results, while the liquidity ratio has increase devery year. The results of the calculationof this ratio in dicates poor performance (except for the liquidity ratio) associated with the presence of FSA(Financial Services Authority).
