Analisis Time Series Dan Cross Section Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Sub Sektor Otomotif: PT Astra Internasional Tbk, PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk Dan PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk Tahun 2020-2022

This study aims to analyze the financial performance in the automotive sector of PT Astra Internasional Tbk, PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk, and PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk during the 2020-2022 period. The analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive research methods. Explaining that descriptive research is research that seeks to describe a symptom or event that is happening. The results showed that the financial performance of the three automotive companies improved in 2022 compared to 2020. This is indicated by an increase in financial ratios, such as liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio and market ratio. Based on Time Series and Cross Section Analysis, it can be concluded that PT Garuda Metalindo is a company that has high growth prospects than PT Astra Internasional Tbk and PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk.

Perbandingan Rasio PT Astra International, PT Gajah Tunggal, PT Indospiring, Dan PT Astra Otoparts Tahun 2020-2022

The aim of this research is to analyze the comparative ratio of PT Astra International, PT Gajah Tunggal, PT Indospiring, and PT Astra Otoparts for 2020-2022. The type of research carried out was qualitative with secondary data sources from the IDX. The population in this study were automotive companies listed on the IDX and four of them were selected as samples. The results of this research show that Astra Otoparts and Indospring have the best liquidity ratio values, then for the activity ratio the company that has the best value is Astra Otoparts. Meanwhile, in terms of profitability ratios, the companies that have good scores are Indospring and Astra Otoparts, then in terms of profitability ratios and market ratios the company that has the best ratios is Astra Otoparts.

Analysis of the Effect Current Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Astra Otoparts TBK.

This study makes an important contribution in understanding the relationship between current ratio and return on assets at PT Astra Otoparts Tbk. Through the use of a simple linear regression test on financial statement data for the period 2015-2022, this study intends to explain the extent to which the current ratio affects the company's return on assets. Current ratio, as the independent variable, is used as an indicator of the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations, while return on assets, as the dependent variable, reflects the company's level of profitability. The results show that, although the current ratio has a positive influence on return on assets, the influence is not statistically significant. In other words, the increase in current ratio does not contribute significantly to the increase in return on assets at PT Astra Otoparts Tbk. The findings can provide valuable insights for company management in designing financial strategies, especially in terms of managing short-term assets and liabilities. In the context of the automotive and spare parts industry in Indonesia, where PT Astra Otoparts Tbk operates, an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence return on assets is crucial. The results of this study can serve as a basis for similar companies to evaluate and improve their financial performance, optimize asset allocation, and manage short-term liabilities more effectively. Further research and the integration of other factors in financial analysis can help shape a more holistic and sustainable business strategy amidst changing market dynamics.

The Relationship between Leadership Style and Corporate Financial Compensation to Employee Job Satisfaction

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and financial compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT Astra International TBK Toyota Sales Operation (Auto2000) Pasteur Bandung. The population in this study were all employees within the scope of PT Astra international TBK Toyota Sales Operation (Auto2000) Pasteur Bandung as many as 80 people. Data collection is done by using observation, documentation, interview, and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and Multiple Correlation Coefficient Analysis and Coefficient of Determination Analysis using the IBM Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables, namely Leadership Style (X1) and Financial Compensation (X2) have a relationship or influence individually or partially and a relationship together or simultaneously on the dependent variable, namely Job Satisfaction. The correlation coefficient of 0.978 is in the interval 0.91-0.99 which indicates the strength of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strongly correlated. The coefficient of determination of 0.965 shows that the independent variable to predict the dependent variable is 96.5%, the remaining 4.4% is influenced by other factors.

Implementasi PSAK 65 pada Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasi PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk dan Entitas Anak

Companies face the challenge of achieving goals and objectives with effective, efficient and risk-free operations. One strategy that is commonly used is opening new branches or establishing new branches. This research focuses on PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, an oil palm plantation company, and investigates the implementation of PSAK 65 in preparing consolidated financial statements. PSAK 65 is important for recording transactions during the consolidation process, recognizing subsidiary profits, and preparing financial reports according to general accounting standards. This study involves comparisons with previous research, such as the implementation of PSAK 65 by PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This research aims to provide further understanding of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk's consolidated accounting practices and compliance with these standards.

PERBANDINGAN PERFORMA MODEL MACHINE LEARNING SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE, NEURAL NETWORK, DAN K-NEAREST NEIGHBORS DALAM PREDIKSI HARGA SAHAM

This study aims to analyze the performance of three prediction models, namely K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN), Neural Network (NN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM), in predicting the stock price of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII.JK). The research encompasses the initial stages through evaluation using optimal parameters for these three algorithms. The research findings reveal that the K-NN prediction model has the lowest Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value, with a value of 0.037, indicating the most accurate prediction compared to the other models. Despite the NN model having an RMSE of 0.048, which is higher than K-NN, it still provides reasonably accurate predictions. Meanwhile, the SVM model has an RMSE of 0.075, indicating a higher level of error in its predictions. Based on these results, the recommendation is to utilize the K-NN model as the preferred choice for predicting the ASII.JK stock price.

PENGARUH MATERI, METODE DAN KOMPETENSI PENGAJAR DALAM PELATIHAN CUSTOMER SERVICE TERHADAP KINERJA SALES COUNTER DAN SALESMAN DI JARINGAN BISNIS SEPEDA MOTOR HONDA DI INDONESIA

Employees who have good performance, are directly proportional to the company's performance. There are so many ways to to improve employee performance, but one of them is through training which is expected to increase the knowledge, abilities and behavior. PT Astra Honda Motor, as a manufacturer and distributor of Honda motorcycles, also seeks to improve the capabilities of sales counters and salesman through Customer Service training. Based on observations, there are differences in performance in serving consumers between sales counters and salesman who have received training, and those who have not. Based on the results of internal data, it was found that 12% of sales counters and salesman had substandard performance in serving consumers and had not received Customer Service training materials. The results of interviews with 10 branch heads of the Honda motorcycle network also agreed that Customer Service training is an important component in improving the skills, knowledge and attitudes of sales counters and salesman. Based on observations, data and interviews, this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the materials, methods and competencies of the Customer Service training instructor on the performance of sales counters and salesman. As a result, the materials, methods and competencies of the Customer Service training instructor have a significant positive effect on performance, either partially or simultaneously

Peran Csr Pt.Astra International Tbk Dalam Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat (Umkm) Melalui Kampung Berseri Astra

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, which are contributors to national economic growth, still experience many obstacles in their development, such as ineffective partnership patterns, and their development does not meet expectations. This makes the implementation of CSR carried out by companies or BUMN still not on target or still partial. The aim of this research is to evaluate and create a pattern of synergy between the implementation of corporate CSR and community economic empowerment in the form of MSMEs. This research was conducted at PT Astra International Tbk with one of the CSR partners in the form of Kampung Berseri Astra, namely KBA Semanggi Suroboyo. The research method is a qualitative approach, using 3 key informants. The results of the research show that PT Astra International Tbk has committed to implementing corporate CSR with a focus on community economic development through Kampung Berseri Astra which is developed and monitored continuously every year through 4 main pillars, namely Education, Health, Environment and Entrepreneurship. KBA Semanggi Suroboyo, as one of the partners, feels that the implementation of CSR is right on target, but is still hampered by the synergy of regional government programs, especially those related to empowering MSMEs. An appropriate synergy pattern is needed to synergize the implementation of the Company's CSR with community economic empowerment, especially in terms of empowering MSMEs.

Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Dengan Menggunakan Perhitungan Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Gross Profit Margin (GPM) Dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) Pada Pt. Astra Internasional Tbk Periode 2018-2021

This research aims to find out how good the financial performance is based on the current ratio, quick ratio, gross profit margin and net profit margin at PT Astra Internasional Tbk. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The data processed is PT Astra Internasional Tbk financial report data for the 2018-2021 period. The type of data used is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is by copying financial report files. Technical data analysis uses quantitative descriptive methods with the formulas current ratio, quick ratio, gross profit margin and net profit margin. The results of this research show that the financial performance of PT Astra Internasional Tbk for the 2018-2021 period is reviewed from the current ratio, quick ratio, gross profit margin and net profit margin. So the author draws the conclusion that financial performance in terms of the current ratio and quick ratio is not good because the value is still below industry standards. Financial performance in terms of gross profit margin and net profit margin, the company's financial performance is also said to be not good because it is still below industry standards.

ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN OTOMOTIF YANG LISTING DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (PADA 2011-2020)

The purpose of this study was to determine how big the level of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and activity ratios of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been carried out at PT Astra Internasional, Tbk and PT. Astra Otoparts, Tbk. So it can be concluded that PT Astra Internasional, Tbk and PT. Astra Otoparts, Tbk is a company that is included in the category of a healthy and good company because it is seen from the industry standards of its financial ratios, because it is almost able to reach the limits of its industry standards. even though the company is still able to cover the losses that occur even with a ratio of 1:1.

ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF PT ASTRA AGRO LESTARI TBK IN THE PERIOD BEFORE AND DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC USING THE ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED APPROACH

The COVID-19 pandemic has made various changes in every aspect of life, one of which is the industrial world. Economic uncertainty raises a lot of speculation which sectors will benefit and lose. This study uses the Economic Value Added (EVA) approach. This method is an indicator of the added value of an investment every year in a company, with this method can see the added economic value during a certain period and can be one way to assess the company's performance. This study aims to provide an overview of the impact on PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk during the Covid-19 pandemic, and analyze the company's financial performance using the Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis method. This study uses a descriptive analysis technique with a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from the financial statements of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk for the 2018-2021 period.

Analisis Rasio Profitabilitas untuk Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan (PT. Astra International Tbk 2019-2022)

One of the leading industrial companies in automotive manufacturing is PT Astra International Tbk, which is also listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to find out how to measure profitability using ROE, ROA, NPM, and GPM ratios for PT. Astra International Tbk in 2019–2022. The study in question uses descriptive quantitative methods, which involve analyzing company employee data, and a special type of study using time series data from 2020-2022 financial forecasts. The results of the analysis show that financial work is based on profitability; this shows ROE, ROA, and NPM are consistently increasing year after year and at a higher rate than the industry. This shows that there is a good financial job. GPM will fluctuate between 2020 and 2021, and there will be another increase in the following year, 2022.

Effect Of Price, Product Quality and Service On Vario 150 Motorcycle Sales at Tunas Honda Pramuka Dealer Bandar Lampung

PT Astra Honda Motor is a company in charge of manufacturing, assembling and distributing Honda type and brand motorcycles. This company is a company in Indonesia that has rights as an ATPM or Sole Agent for Honda motorcycles. 2001, Knowing that there are limited abilities and time, researchers only see and need to provide clear and focused problem boundaries. So that the problem is limited to discussing only the influence of price, product quality and service on sales of the Honda Vario 150 motorbike at the Honda Tunas Pramuka dealer in Bandar Lampung. In this study using a quantitative method in which the sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents, the analysis technique used was the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, with the results of the study that there was an influence between Price on Sales of 25.71%, then the influence between Quality Product on Sales is 69.05%, then the influence between Service on Sales is 39.31% and the influence of the variables Price, Product Quality and Service on Sales is 1.3%. The results of this study are variable X1 (Price), variable X2 (Quality of Products) and variable X3 (Service) significantly influence Sales (Y), of 1.3%, which means that these three variables influence each other and influence one another.

Evaluation of the Implementation of the Payroll Accounting System at PT Astra International Daihatsu Martadinata

Payroll Accounting System is a system designed to handle the calculation of salaries and wages of employees and their payments. PT Astra Internasional Daihatsu Martadinata is a company engaged in the automotive sector, selling vehicle products and providing repair services. This company has implemented a computerized payroll accounting system. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the payroll accounting system at PT Astra International Daihatsu Martadinata, as well as its comparison with existing theories. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that a computerized payroll accounting system is quite helpful for companies in recording attendance lists, and payment of salaries is made through bank transfers to each employee's account, resulting in cost savings because the company no longer uses salaries.

PREDIKSI KINERJA KEUANGAN PT ASTRA INTERNATIONAL TBK DENGAN REGRESI LINIER DAN EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING

The financial performance of a company can be predicted using various methods, one of which is linear regression and exponential smoothing. This study aims to predict the financial performance of PT Astra International Tbk using linear regression and exponential smoothing methods, as well as combining both methods to obtain more accurate predictions. Financial data from PT Astra International Tbk from 2012-2021 was used in this study. The results of the prediction with linear regression show that the current ratio has the lowest MAPE, while exponential smoothing shows that the debt to equity ratio has the lowest MAPE. In the combination of both methods, the lowest MAPE was obtained in predicting total asset turnover. In the discussion, factors that affect the financial performance of PT Astra International Tbk are discussed for each predicted financial ratio. In conclusion, the combination of linear regression and exponential smoothing can improve the accuracy of financial performance predictions, and the results can be used as a reference in investment decision-making.

Analisis Penerapan Perencanaan Pajak Final (Final Tax Planning) Melalui Revaluasi Aktiva Tetap Pada PT Astra Internasional Tbk

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the application of fixed asset revaluation and planning for tax implementation through fixed asset revaluation of financial reports at PT Astra International Tbk for the 2019-2021 period.In this study, the objects taken were companies engaged in the automotive, financial services, heavy equipment, mining, construction and energy, agribusiness, infrastructure and logistics, information technology, and property sectors, namely PT Astra International Tbk. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data and the source of data obtained is secondary data with data collection techniques using literature and documentation. Then it is processed using descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis by describing the reality that exists at PT Astra International Tbk and comparing it with standard theory so that a conclusion is obtained.Based on the research results, the company has implemented a fixed asset revaluation of its financial statements using the partial revaluation method. Planning for tax implementation through revaluation of fixed assets at PT Astra International Tbk provides changes to the company's income statement, namely savings on the final tax burden. The fixed asset revaluation policy implemented by PT Astra International Tbk has an impact on increasing the book value of fixed assets.

Effect of Communication and Work Environment on Employee Performance

This study aims to find out: (1) to find out that communication has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch (2) to find out that the work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch (3) to know communication and work environment influences simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch. In this study using primary data, while the research method involves one dependent variable (employee performance), and two independent variables (communication and work environment). The population used in this study were all PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch employees, totaling 45 people. The sampling method was carried out using a non-probability sampling method. The technique used is saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The analytical method uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, F test. Conclusion of the study: communication has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch, this is evidenced by the tcount (3.9437) > ttable (2.01808) and a significant level of 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.05. The work environment has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch, this is evidenced by the tcount (3.580) > ttable (2.01808) and a significant level of 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.05. Communication and the environment simultaneously influence the performance of PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch employees. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount (46.655) > Ftable (3.21) and a significant level of 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.05.

Automotive Salespeople Performance: Political Skill, Relationship Building, and Deviance

This study explores the relationship between political skill, customer-relationship-building competence, customer-oriented selling, and customer-directed deviance, and investigates whether these relationships affect the sales performance of PT. Astra International Tbk. This study included 220 automotive salespeople as sample using nonprobability sampling, purposive sampling method technique, with various showroom branches of PT Astra International – Tbk’s automotive dealerships as the study’s setting. Structural Equation Modeling is used to test the study’s hypotheses. Results suggest that political skill positively affects customer-relationship-building competence and sales performance yet negatively affects customer-oriented selling and customer-directed deviance. Customer-relationship-building competence positively affects sales performance yet negatively affects customer-oriented selling and customer-directed deviance. Customer-oriented selling positively affects customer-directed deviance and customer-directed deviance negatively affects sales performance. Theoretical and managerial implications for future research are provided.

Analisis Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Finansial dan Non Finansial Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Pada karyawan PT Astra International,Tbk-Daihatsu Kediri

The main objective of this research is to determine the influence of Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Performance of PT Astra Internasional, Tbk-Daihatsu Kediri Employees. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in the study consisted of 103 employees and was a saturated sample. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the test results, it is proven that Financial Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance; this is indicated by a significant t of 0.046, which is smaller than 0.05. Non-financial compensation significantly affects employee performance; this is shown by a significant t of 0.049, which is smaller than 0.05.

Individual Behavior and Transformational Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior and Employee Performance

This research aims to analyze the influence of individual behavior and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior and employee performance at PT Astra International Tbk - HSO Kaltim2. This study uses a quantitative approach and utilized a sample of 128 informants, representing 100% of the total permanent employee population at PT Astra International Tbk - HSO Kaltim 2. The author used SmartPLS version 3.2.9 as the analysis tool and conducted data analysis using PLS in two stages: first, by evaluating the outer model or measurement model, and second, by assessing the inner model or structural model. The results of the research showed that individual behavior had a positive and significant impact on innovative work behavior, transformational leadership had a a positive and significant impact on innovative work behavior, individual behavior had a positive and significant impact on employee performance, transformational leadership had a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and innovative work behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
