This study investigates how capital structure and profitability influence the value of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. It employs a quantitative approach using numerical data, specifically analyzing the company's financial reports from 2012 to 2021. The findings indicate that capital structure significantly affects the company's value, with a T-test result showing a calculated value of 5.686, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.89458, and a significance level of 0.031 (less than 0.05). Profitability also has a significant impact, with a calculated value of 5.686 surpassing the t-table value of 1.89458 and a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05). This suggests that both capital structure and profitability individually affect the company's value. Additionally, when considered together, capital structure and profitability have a combined significant impact on firm value, with a significance level of 0.002 (less than 0.05) and a calculated F-value of 17.413, which is greater than the F-table value of 4.74. This confirms that both factors together significantly influence the company's value

Financial reports are a form of company description. With this financial report you can see how the company's financial performance is. Financial performance is defined as something that is really needed by the company, both internally and externally. This research uses a quantitative type of research. This research focuses on looking at the company's financial performance through activity ratios, solvency, liquidity and profitability. The research focuses on PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk in 2022 and 2023. The data collection method used is through literature study from journals, scientific articles and other sources. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis from the results of ratio calculations. The results of this research show that calculations of liquidity ratios, activity ratios and profitability obtain results that can be said to be still bad for PT companies. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, while the solvency ratio results obtained good results at PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk.

Optimizing Paylater Service Design with Service Quality Approach Using Factor Analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process Methods

The automotive business is one of the businesses that experienced a difficult time during the Covid pandemic and gradually increased after the pandemic along with the increasing need for transportation. The aftersales service business has a considerable revenue contribution to the company, but the competition in this business is very tight, considering the cost of service at authorized workshops is more expensive compared to non-authorized workshops. To increase people's interest in using the after-sales service at PT Astra Isuzu, transformation is needed related to service, service quality and payment channel. PT Astra Isuzu already has an e-wallet called AstraPay, which works together with Maucash paylater. However, this digital payment platform has not been utilized as a payment channel for aftersales service. This research aims to identify and prioritize customer needs related to paylater payment methods. The method used in this research consists of 2 (two) stages, namely factor analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The factor analysis method is used to determine the factors that have a positive and significant effect on interest in using paylater by identifying and measuring factors that are thought to have an effect. Furthermore, these factors are made into quality dimensions through Service Quality. While the AHP method is used to determine the priority ranking of the results of factor analysis by weighting. So that the results of factor analysis will be the basis for determining criteria in the AHP method. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire method with respondents being Isuzu vehicle service users. Focus group discussion was also conducted by involving the management of PT Astra Isuzu. By using factor analysis method, it was found that from 15 indicators were reduced to 9 indicators which were grouped into 3 components or factors. Furthermore, for the 9 indicators, AHP weighting was carried out, in which the 3 most important priorities for paylater design were the speed of handling customer complaints, Service Advisor providing information about paylater to customers and followed by a smooth and stable internet network at Astra Isuzu.

Analis Rasio Keuangan Untuk Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan Pada PT. Astra Otoparts, Tbk Periode Tahun 2021-2023

Abstract : This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk from 2021 to 2023 using Liquidity, Solvency, Activity, and Profitability Ratios, based on secondary data from financial reports obtained from the IDX website. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method. The findings indicate that Liquidity Ratios and Solvency Ratios are below industry standards, reflecting an unhealthy financial condition, except for the Debt to Equity Ratio which is healthy. Activity Turnover Ratios in 2023 are also below industry averages, although Days of Receivable, Fixed Asset Turnover, and Working Capital Turnover in 2021-2022 show satisfactory conditions. Profitability Ratios, including Profit Margin on Sales, Net Profit Margin, and Return on Investment, remain below industry averages, indicating poor financial health.

Dampak Negatif Kerugian Penjualan dan Beban Opersional terhadap Laba Bersih pada PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk Tahun 2018-2022

This research was conducted with IBM SPSS version 25 to evaluate the operational and financial performance of PT Astra Agro Lestari's laboratory. Through the collection and analysis of historical data related to sales, operating expenses, and net income, this study identifies the relationship between these factors in the context of the company. Using quantitative approaches with descriptive and verifiative approaches, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, descriptive statistics, normality tests, classical assumption tests (such as multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity tests), hypothesis tests (such as T, F tests and correlation coefficients). determination), and hypothesis testing. The results of the information analysis were conducted using IBM SPSS 25, and the research findings provide a deeper understanding of the quantitative impact of these variables on the company's net income. The practical implications of the research results were also discussed to provide guidelines for PT Astra Agro Lestari's management in managing risk and developing more effective business strategies.

Forecasting the Stock Price of PT Astra International Using the LSTM Method

Stocks are one of the long-term investment options and represent ownership in a company that can be acquired through buying and selling. Investment carries both the profit potential and the risks that investors must face when providing their capital to companies. Accurate stock price forecasts are very important because they provide an estimate of risk. This research aims to forecast the stock price of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII.JK) using a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method. Data set closing stock prices were taken from January 2, 2015, to December 30, 2020, with a total observation of 1506. This data set is divided into 80% for training and 20% for training. The forecasting results show that the best performances have MSE, MSE, MAE and MAPE are 151.910, 23076.561, 118.128, and 2.3%, respectively. The model has a batch size of 4 and epochs of 50. This research recommends that other parties consider this method when they need to manage their investment risk in stocks.

The Influence Of Youtube Advertising And Brand Awareness On Buying Interest In Honda Scoopy Motorbikes At Pt Astra Motor Honda Cirebon Branch

The purpose of this study is to examine how brand awareness and YouTube advertising affect consumers' inclination to purchase Honda Scoopy motorcycles from the PT Astra Motor Honda Cirebon Branch. Utilizing a survey approach, quantitative research methodology is applied. Questionnaires were sent to 150 respondents who were considering purchasing Honda Scoopy motorcycles in Cirebon in order to gather data. According to the results of a regression analysis, creative and informative YouTube advertising has the ability to pique customers' interests and has a favorable and significant impact on purchase intention. Additionally, it has been demonstrated that brand awareness positively and significantly influences buy intention; this means that consumers' purchase intentions are higher when brand awareness is higher. In conclusion, brand awareness and YouTube advertising work together to significantly impact consumers' intentions to buy Honda Scoopy motorcycles in Cirebon. PT Astra Motor Honda is advised to continue to improve the quality of advertisements on YouTube and strengthen branding strategies to increase consumer buying interest.

APPLICATION OF QUADRATIC PROGRAMMING ON PORTFOLIO OPTIMIZATION USING WOLFE’S METHOD AND PARTICLE SWARM OPTIMIZATION ALGORITHM

Stock portfolios can be modeled into quadratic programming problems using the Markowitz mean-variance model. Quadratic programming problems can be solved using two methods, namely classical and heuristic methods. In this research, the classical method uses Wolfe’s method, while the heuristic method uses the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. This research aims to determine optimal results in portfolio problems using two methods, namely Wolfe’s method and the PSO algorithm. The data used in this research is data from 10 stock companies that distribute the highest dividends in the IDX High Dividend 20 category for the 2022 period. The research results discuss the portfolios of PT Astra International Tbk and PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. Based on the result, using Wolfe’s method, the ASII and ITMG stock portfolios are obtained, namely the optimal proportion of ASII shares = 0.76401 or 76.401% and ITMG shares = 0.23598 or 23.598%, while the PSO algorithm obtains a portfolio of ASII and ITMG shares, namely ASII shares = 75.02% and ITMG shares = 24.98%. Compared to Wolfe’s method, the PSO algorithm has a smaller Z value 5.7.

This study aims to ascertain the financial condition and anticipate bankruptcy of several automotive industry companies during the Covid-19 outbreak. PT Astra International Tbk, PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk, PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, and PT Astra Otoparts Tbk became the population in this study. This study also describes the company's financial performance, analyzes financial ratios to distinguish healthy and unhealthy companies, and determines how the company's financial performance and health in 2020-2022. Primary data is the company's financial statements from 2020-2022. Secondary data are journals and articles that support this research. The research method is a quantitative method based on the formulas in the Altman Z-Score theory. The results showed that the financial condition of these companies was not always stable from year to year during the pandemic.

This research uses a quantitative approach with the aim of explaining the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. This research is intended to test hypotheses that have been previously formulated. The results of this research will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm and Case Base Reasoning on Xenia Car Damage Detection Expert System

PT Astra Daihatsu Motor or commonly abbreviated as ADM is the Sole Agent Brand Holder (ATPM) of Daihatsu cars in Indonesia. Xenia car is one of the most popular cars in Indonesia. Although there are many Xenia car users, it is not uncommon for Xenia cars to experience damage caused by the ignorance of car users, where the car user only knows how to use it but does not know how to maintain the car properly and correctly. Before damage occurs to the car, the car usually experiences several symptoms of damage that the user does not realize. With that, there are often difficulties experienced by users to find out the type of damage to the car. The purpose of applying and designing applications in this study is to apply the Case Based Reasoning method with the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm to detect damage to Xenia cars and to design and build applications with the Case Based Reasoning method with the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm to detect damage to web-based Xenia cars. This research uses the Research and Development method. Based on the results of research from previous cases, the new case has similarities with 5 cases and the highest similitude value is with the highest type, namely the type of Injector Malfunction damage with a value of 0.625 or around 62.5%. This expert system application can detect and determine the results of Xenia car engine damage detection by applying a method that looks for the closest similarity value of new cases to old cases, namely the Case Based Reasoning method and the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm looking for the closest neighbors of the same weight value. This web-based expert system can be used by users to find the results of Xenia Car engine damage detection experienced by determining the symptoms that are available in web-based applications. This web-based application can also provide solutions from the detection results of the type of Xenia car engine damage.

ANALYSIS OF THE COOPERATIVE LOTKA-VOLTERRA MODEL IN THE CASE OF TWO AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRIES IN INDONESIA

The automotive industry sector is one of the main sectors contributing to the national economy. Companies in the automotive industry work together to increase productivity and win the market competition. This research aims to construct the cooperative interaction between two companies into the cooperative Lotka-Volterra model. The cooperative Lotka-Volterra model was analyzed for stability at the equilibrium point and bifurcation analysis was performed. Sales data for the Calya 1.2 G product from PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia and sales data for the New Sigra 1.2 R MT product from PT Astra Daihatsu Motor are applied to the model. The results of the study show that there is a model that explains the cooperative interaction of the two companies, namely the cooperative Lotka-Volterra model. Four equilibrium points are obtained with three equilibrium points being unstable and the fourth equilibrium point being stable with conditions. The Hopf bifurcation analysis of the model shows that there are no parameters that cause a change in stability from initially stable to unstable. The data simulation shows that the cooperation of the two companies is mutually beneficial because it increases the number of sales and creates balanced market conditions.

Analysis of Sustainability Reporting Disclosure Based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the disclosure of PT Astra Internasional Tbk Jakarta's sustainability report for 2020-2021. This research uses quantitative qualitative research methods. Data obtained from the results of the sustainability report of PT Astra International Tbk Jakarta. Data analysis uses content analysis. The results of the analysis show that sustainability reports are company reports that convey information regarding the economic, environmental and social performance of a company's actions. Disclosure standards for business sustainability reports that use the Global Reporting Standards (GRI) standard should consist of general disclosure series (100 series) to specific disclosure series (200, 300, 400 series) to ensure that stakeholders receive consistent information during the decision-making process.

PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) is one of the companies operating in the automotive sector that is successful in this marketing. The success achieved will certainly be related to the network, patterns, and culture of organizational communication carried out. This is because, with the formation of networks, organizational communication patterns, and culture, cooperation will increase to achieve its goals. The aim of this research is to analyze the network, patterns, and culture of organizational communication at PT Astra Motor Honda (AHM) Majalengka. The research method used is qualitative with primary and secondary data collection techniques, by conducting a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to interpret the findings obtained. The results of this research show that AHM Majalengka has an organizational communication network and pattern, which can be seen in the communication network having several characteristics such as opinion leaders, bridges, and gatekeepers. The Organizational Communication Pattern has 2 (two) patterns, namely the Chain Communication Pattern which is found from the Main Director to the Director to the HRD Manager, while the Y Organizational Communication Pattern is found in the HRD Manager to several divisions such as Psychologist, Marketing, Account & ADM Manager, Operational Division, and Recruitment Division.

Employing a qualitative research approach rooted in postpositivism philosophy, the study investigates natural phenomena or events. The finding reveal that PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk adheres to the provisions outlined in PSAK No. 69 concerning the recognition, measurement, and disclosure of biological assets. The company exercises control over biological assets through activities such as planting, maintenance, and upkeep of oil palm trees over time. Biological assets are measured based on fair value less costs to sell. Moreover, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk discloses gains and losses incurred during the reporting period in the profit and loss statement, while distinguishing between producing and non-producing plants.

The Influence of Compensation, Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on The Performance of Employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor Plant Sunter in 2018

This research is useful to analyze the influence of compensation, leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of PT Astra Honda Motor Plant Sunter, Jakarta. PT Astra Honda Motor Plant Sunter has a worsening performance from year to year, performance data can be seen from the average performance appraisal results. The results of this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires to 100 employees of PT Astra Honda Motor Plant Sunter as respondents, using multiple linear regression method. The conclusion obtained shows the three independent variables studied separately have a positive and significant effect on employee performance PT Astra Honda Motor plant Sunter. Each research variable, the results in some of the indicator statements declare neutral this research. PT Astra Honda Motor Sunter should be able to improve some of the indicators of compensation, leadership style and organizational culture to a better level or with a statement agree, and even strongly agree that improve the performance of PT Astra Honda Motor plant Sunter employees.

Margin Calculation on Non-Cash Car Purchases

PT Astra Credit Companies Banda Aceh has converted to Sharia in December 2021. This company provides services for the sale and purchase of cars on a non-cash basis using the Murabahah contract. Murabahah is a sale and purchase contract in which the trader must openly state the initial price, the cost of goods, and the profit he will take. In practice, PT ACCS has done these things, but the margin calculation is not made openly to the buyer. The purpose of this study is to answer the problems, namely how the margin calculation method on non-cash car purchases at PT ACCS, the factors that affect the margin rate and how the validity of the margin calculation system in the perspective of the murabahah contract. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which later researchers will conduct research through the field or literature, as for data collection techniques, namely through interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this study is that in calculating the margin, PT ACCS applies two methods, namely flat and annuity, the amount of the margin percentage depends on the time period taken by the buyer. The factors that influence the margin rate are competition factors and local OJK regulations. The validity of the margin calculation system in the perspective of the murabahah contract carried out by the company is in accordance with the general concept of murabahah. However, the margin calculation method used, namely the annuity method, can damage the murabahah contract because the annuity calculation method is a margin calculation method for financing products, not products for buying and selling goods.

Based on the multiple regression test, it shows that the higher the value of Digital Marketing (X1) and Green Promotion (X2) simultaneously at a certain value, then it will increase the value of Purchase Decision (Y) at a certain value as well. The simultaneous effect of Digital Marketing and Green Promotion on Purchase Decision of Toyota Raize at PT Astra Internasional is significant. Partially Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision of Toyota Raize, and Green Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision of Toyota Raize at PT Astra Internasional.

The level of profitability. This company is very good, it can be seen from the company's ability to generate net profit and the level of market value ratio. This company can be seen very well from the company's ability to increase the value of its share price.
