Unfortunately, there is significant morbidity associated with cystectomy, including urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction. METHODS: In this video, we present the steps to perform en bloc robotic prostate capsule sparing cystectomy with the intent to preserve sexual function and urinary continence in patients with advanced bladder cancer. RESULTS: We have performed the procedure in five men. All of them are continent, though two are hypercontinent. CONCLUSIONS: En bloc robotic prostate capsule sparing cystectomy represents a feasible option for patients with advanced bladder cancer.
