Biochemical study of antioxidants level in saliva and serum of obese individuals who have a family history of type II diabetes mellitus

The study includes a comparative study biochemical comparative study between the blood and saliva at some pointers early diagnosis for diabetes type II in obese people and over weight ,as this study was conducted on 150 sample (males and females) of blood serum and saliva ,as she was the first set of blood serum of fat people with over weight and they have not family history of second type ΙΙ diabetes obese and over weight people have a family history of diabetes. 
 The concentration of glucose was measured, glutathione, the effectiveness of the enzyme glutathione peroxidase, Catalase, malondialdehyde, peroxy nitrit nitrit peroxy, uric acid, total protein, albumin, triglycerides s, cholesterol, fat high_ density HDL_C, fat low -density LDL-C-very low fat density VLDL-C, the proportion of body mass index- BMI and age of each sample. 
 Results indicated that the presence of artificial increasing in the level of glucose to blood serum and obese of fat people who are over wight and who have family history of diabetes they are comparred whith the control group, while the level of glutathione is high in the blood serum and there are no artificl difference in the saliva enzayme glutathione the lack of artifical diffrence of plasma and the decline in the saliva of the enzyme catalase, high moral in the blood serum and no difference in the saliva of the level of dual malondialdehyde, an artifical increaing in blood serum and saliva to the level of peroxy nitrit, no signifigant diffrence in the serum of blood and decreasing in the saliva of he level of uric acid ,a significant increasing in blood serum and saliva decline in the level of total protein was observed ,no significant diffrence in blood serum and saliva decreasing in the level of albumin people who have a history of diabetes.
 the level of fat in the serum of blood and saliva (triglycerides, cholesterol, high_ density fat, low fat and very density) were studied among the groups .The results showed a significant increasing in serum blood, saliva tripal fat, cholesterol, fat low density, and very few fat density aggregates while there is no significant diffrence of fats serum high_ density and high in the saliva obese people have a family history of diabetes is. so observed .So these results are early diagnosis for diabetes type II in the blood serum and saliva of obese people who have a family history of diabetes.

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics and Influencing Factors for H-Type Hypertension Complicated with Other Chronic Diseases in a Community in Beijing.

Objective The aim of the study is to analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with H-type hypertension complicated with other chronic diseases in a community in Beijing and to explore the influencing factors related to the occurrence of the disease by means of a case-control study. Methods A questionnaire was designed. 362 residents with H-type hypertension in a community in Beijing were randomly enrolled from January 2020 to December 2021. The general data and clinical indexes of the patients were collected and their clinical characteristics were analyzed. According to the complications of other chronic diseases, they were divided into the simple hypertension group (n = 65) and the other chronic disease group (n = 297). Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to analyze the influencing factors for H-type hypertension patients with other chronic diseases. Results Among the 362 H-type hypertension patients, 21 cases were aged 35–45 years, 35 cases were aged 45–55 years, and 127 cases were aged 55–65 years. The number of patients aged ≥65 years was 179, and the number of patients aged ≥55 years accounted for the highest proportion with a constituent ratio of 85.00%. Only 65 patients were patients with simple hypertension. The remaining 297 patients were complicated with different kinds of chronic diseases. The types of chronic diseases include malignant tumors, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, coronary heart disease, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, and stroke. The proportion of H-type hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, diabetes, and stroke is higher. Among the 297 patients, most of them were local, resident, and nonagricultural patients with a constituent ratio of 89.90%, 95.96%, and 98.98%, respectively. The prevalence rate of the male was 59.60% higher than that of the female at 40.40%. The blood types B and AB were more common. 90.57% of patients were married and the proportion of body mass index (BMI) was 45.79%. 60.61% of patients had a history of smoking, 55.56% had a history of drinking, 35.02% had a regular physical examination, 14.81% had regular exercise, and 37.71% had a light diet. There were significant differences in marital status, smoking, alcohol consumption, regular exercise, and light diet between the simple hypertension group and the chronic disease group (P < 0.05). The results of the logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, drinking, little exercise, and not eating lightly were the independent risk factors for other chronic diseases (P < 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of H-type hypertension is higher in people ≥55 years old. Most of them are accompanied by three other chronic diseases: smoking, drinking, little exercise, and no light diet are also risk factors for chronic diseases.

The Relationship of Body Mass Index and Diabetic Foot Risk in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus at Royal Prima Hospital on Period 2018 to 2020

Body mass index (BMI) is a simple method that is commonly used to determine whether a person is obese or not. Diabetes mellitus is a disorder of the metabolic system because the pancreas cannot produce enough insulin or the body's cells cannot use insulin effectively. Diabetic foot is one of the chronic complications of diabetes mellitus (DM). Diabetic foot begins with hyperglycemia which causes abnormalities in neuropathy and blood vessels, causing infection. To determine the proportion of body mass index in patients with diabetes mellitus, to determine the prevalence of diabetic feet and non-foots. The research design used in this study is observational analytic. There is a relationship between body mass index and the risk of diabetic foot in type 2 DM patients at Royal Prima Hospital. Prevalence of body mass index 23. 0 in DM Type 2 at Royal Prima Hospital Medan in 2018-2020 reached 70%. The prevalence of diabetic foot in Type 2 DM at the Royal Prima Hospital Medan in 2018-2020 reached 54%.

Prognostic factors for in-hospital mortality in patients with acute kidney injury requiring continuous renal replacement therapy undergoing surgery for acute Stanford type A aortic dissection

Objective: To evaluate prognostic factors for in-hospital mortality in patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) requiring continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) undergoing surgery for acute Stanford type A aortic dissection. Methods: Retrospective analysis were conducted for 60 patients diagnosed with AKI requiring CRRT undergoing surgery for acute Stanford type A aortic dissection at Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University from March 2015 to September 2016. There were 43 male and 17 female patients with an mean age of (50±14) years. Demographic characteristics, diagnosis, perioperative periodrelated data, clinical parameters during CRRT were collected to set up a database. The patients were divided into survival group and non-survival group according to in-hospital mortality. The prognostic factors of mortality in-hospital after AKI requiring CRRT were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis regression. Results: In the 60 adult patients who had received CRRT, 21 patients (35.0%) died. There were significant differences between died and survival patients on proportion of age>60 years (χ(2)=6.851, P=0.003), lactic acid levels at 12-hour after CRRT (t=-3.631, P=0.004), lactic acid levels at 24 hours after CRRT (t=-2.986, P=0.032), proportion of body mass index >25 kg/m(2) (χ(2)=5.660, P=0.041), cardiopulmonary bypass time (t=-2.720, P=0.001). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that age≥60 years (OR=16.450, 95% CI: 2.172 to 84.589); high lactic acid levels at 12-hour after CRRT (OR=1.719, 95% CI: 1.998 to 2.960) and long cardiopulmonary bypass time (OR=1.028, 95% CI: 1.004 to 1.052) (all P<0.05) were independent prognostic factors of in-hospital mortality. Conclusions: Age ≥60 years, high lactic acid levels at 12-hour after CRRT and long cardiopulmonary bypass time were independent prognostic factors of patients with AKI requiring CRRT after aortic surgery. Proper identification and management shall improve the prognosis of patients.
