The leading and systematic way out of crisis and destructive situations for construction enterprises, as well as for other industrial enterprises, is an innovative activity strategy, a radical or partial transformation (modernization) of the enterprise's operating system and the system and structure of the administration of its activities based on the latest information technologies. architectural environment including integrated project delivery (IPD, Integrated Project Delivery), virtual design and construction (VDC, Virtual Design Construction) and integrated digital delivery (IDD Integrated Digital Delivery), building information modeling (BIM, Building Information Modeling) are used in the construction and implementation of models of management processes in information systems, the use of which simplifies the complexity of modernizing the information system to solve the tasks of enterprise management processes.
