Edukasi Membangun Kesadaran Anti-Bullying di Sekolah pada Siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan

Bullying connotes actions taken intentionally to give other people a feeling of discomfort by berating, demeaning, criticizing, nicknamed, kicking, pushing, depriving money, avoiding, and refusing to make friends is a real form of action. The purpose of this Community Empowerment Program (Podamat) is to provide knowledge about the factors that cause bullying that occurs at Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan Middle School, provide knowledge about the impacts caused by bullying that occurs at Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan Middle School, and provide education to students to build Anti-Bullying awareness at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan. The results of the Prodamat activity (Community Empowerment Program) entitled "Education to Build Anti-Bullying Generations have had a positive impact, namely increasing insight and better understanding of students at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan regarding bullying compared to before receiving this education. This increased understanding includes definitions, types, causal factors, characteristics of perpetrators, victims, witnesses, then knowing the harmful effects of bullying behavior.

INDEKS KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PROGRAM CSR BUJUR BERSTAMINA: BUDIDAYA JAHE MERAH

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a community empowerment program that can improve the community's economic level. PT. DPPU Pertamina Syamsudin Noor is implementing a CSR program that focuses on red ginger nuns. This study aims to measure the community satisfaction index (IKM) for the CSR programs that have been implemented. This research is a quantitative research using 10 elements of question indicators. The research population is all the people in Sidomulyo Village 1 RT. 02 and RT. 03, Guntung Payung Village, Banjarbaru City. The sample in this study was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the IKM score was 3.39, with a conversion value of 84.75. Based on this value, it was concluded that the IKM from the implemented CSR program was in the very good category.

Penyelenggaraan Program Taman Bacaan Masyarakat Berbasis Kualitas Hidup Sebagai Relawan Magang Ruang Belajar Aqil (Studi Deskriptif Di Taman Bacaan Masyarakat Pondok BK Pakis Malang)

This article aims to identify and map the potential of community reading gardens (TBM) and target areas through programs and services, design and prepare empowerment activities according to community needs and profiles, manage and implement community empowerment programs and services, map the impact of programs and community empowerment services, and coordinate and cooperate with the team. TBM is a non-formal education unit, which was established and managed by the community itself with the aim of increasing their knowledge and skills, as well as their talents so that they can improve their quality of life, including increasing their income. It is not uncommon for TBMs to face problems and obstacles in improving their functions and performance, especially in implementing quality-of-life-based programs for the community. In this article, the study used is the reading garden of the Pondok BK Sekar Wijaya community, Pakis, Malang, with the subject of children to the people of Pucangsongo village, Pakis, Malang. Using a qualitative approach, with literature that refers to theoretical/theoretical studies and other references with the aim of finding out some knowledge information which later the information obtained will be implemented to the practice of implementing community programs and services

DISPUTE ON LAND STATUS IN THE TRANSMIGRATION VILLAGE AREA IN AND AROUND THE FOREST AREA IN PURWOTANI VILLAGE LAMPUNG SELATAN

One of the objectives of transmigration is to move people from one area to another in the context of population distribution and development. Transmigration participants will be given residential land and business land. The promised land for business often needs to be clarified or still has the status of forest land. Transmigrants are still facing the problem of obtaining business land so horizontal and vertical land disputes are often found in the province of Lampung. This study aims: first, to analyze government policies in resolving land status disputes in transmigration villages in Lampung Province. The type of research used is normative empirical with a statutory approach. Legal materials required by legislation, documents, and library materials. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of the study show that the Government's Policy in Settlement of Transmigration Village Land Status Disputes in Lampung Province, especially in the Purwotani village area which is included in Register 40 Gedongwani is carried out through a community empowerment program in the form of a social forestry program which is in line with Presidential Regulation 88 of 2017 concerning the Settlement of Land Tenure in Forest Areas. The legal implication is that transmigrants do not get land ownership rights as business land but only use forest land (social forestry). It is recommended to the government considering that transmigrants control land business first then the determination of the Gedongwani Register 40 forest area, the government should release the forest area by changing the forest area boundaries and give it to transmigrants with land ownership rights, and not limited to social forestry.

Improving knowledge of antemortem dental records through community empowerment programs in disaster-prone areas of Indonesia

Background: Indonesia is situated in the ring of fire area, which is vulnerable to natural disasters. Data from the National Board of Disaster Management (BNPB) revealed that 4650 disasters occurred in Indonesia in 2020, killing over 350 people. Aim and Objectives: The current study was conducted as part of a community empowerment program in a disaster-prone area of Indonesia. This study aimed to assess the community's understanding of the importance of dental records as antemortem data and disaster mitigation awareness. Materials and Methods: A series of lectures, counseling, and training on the management of antemortem dental records and disaster knowledge were delivered to 58 community health promoters (18 males and 40 females; ages 24-57) from the disaster-prone area. Pre-test and post-test questionnaires were used to evaluate participants’ knowledge of disaster preparedness, antemortem data, and dental records. Results: This study found that participants with a high school education had the highest average pre-test questionnaire score (78.5/100), while those with a bachelor’s degree had the highest average post-test questionnaire score (91.0/100). An improvement in the post-test scores was obtained by 55.2% of participants. However, 17.2% of the participants’ post-test scores were lower than their pre-test scores. The Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test revealed that post-test scores increased significantly when compared to pre-test scores (p<0.05). Conclusion: The present study suggests that the community empowerment program positively impacts community awareness of the antemortem dental records data and disaster preparedness in disaster-prone areas.

Implementation of The Village Community Development and Empowerment Program through Priorities of the Use of Village Funds in the Coastal Area, Aceh Barat Regency

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Village Community Development and Empowerment Program (P3MD) in the coastal areas of West Aceh Regency, with a focus on the priority use of village funds. Specifically, the study explores the changes in the community's economy before and after the implementation of village funds and examines the initiatives taken by the village government to enhance economic conditions. Descriptive analysis is employed as the analytical method to evaluate the outcomes. This study shows that the policy assistance of the Village Community Development and Empowerment Program in West Aceh Regency has not yet achieved optimal effectiveness in its implementation. This can be observed from the three approaches used to measure the effectiveness of mentoring in P3MD in Aceh Barat District. Two indicators, including the source approach and the target approach, have not worked well. In the future, policy implementers need to focus more on optimizing resources and involving a wider range of target groups.

COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT PLAN IN OVERCOMING MALNUTRITION

Malnutrition status in children is an important thing that must be known by every parent and malnutrition can affect children's brain development. Malnutrition status includes chronic nutritional problems caused by many factors such as socioeconomic conditions, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, illness in infants, and lack of nutritional intake in infants. To overcome this, the active role of the community is needed through a community empowerment plan. This study aims to investigate community empowerment plans in tackling malnutrition. This research will use qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. This research will also examine documents related to community empowerment programs in tackling malnutrition. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for related parties in the development of community empowerment programs that are more effective in tackling malnutrition.

Peningkatan Pemahaman dan Praktik Filantropi Islam melalui Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Bandar Selamat

This community service aims to provide education on the management of philanthropy according to Islamic law. The objective is to benefit participants in understanding the practical aspects of managing household finances in accordance with Sharia, thereby contributing to the government's community empowerment programs. The research employs a qualitative approach, focusing on the understanding and behavioral changes within the community. Data is collected through direct engagement with sources during the implementation of the community service activities. The collection techniques include: 1) Interviews with key informants and participants, 2) Observations of activities, and 3) Documentation studies. The primary data sources are the informants and members of the "Traders' Mutual Aid Union Pajak Kuburan". Thematic analysis is applied to analyze the collected data. The research findings indicate: 1) Initial issues reveal that members of the "Traders' Pajak Kuburan Bandar Selamat Medan Tembung" still have limited understanding of Islamic philanthropy. 2) The chosen community service methods are: (a) Lecture method, (b) Tutorial method (Mentoring), and (c) Discussion method. The outcomes of this community service recommend the necessity of sustained programs to deepen the understanding of Islamic philanthropy and measure its implementation impact in daily life.

Pengurangan Ketimpangan Melalui Penciptaan Lapangan Pekerjaan Dan Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Kampung Nelayang Seberang Sebagai Upaya Pengimplementasian SDGS Di Tingkat Lokal

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are theoretically international action plans adopted by world leaders, including Indonesia, with the intention of eradicating poverty, reducing inequality, and preserving the environment. The 17 Goals and 169 Targets in the SDGs are supposed to be accomplished by 2030. It is thought necessary to address the gaps and various levels of awareness of the SDGs with a new communication strategy or campaign. The growth of information and communication technologies, demographic trends, and political-economic realities are all taken into consideration while developing a communication strategy to address Indonesia's SDGs collaboration challenges. One of the strategies is to combine field study and dissemination methodologies through lecturer’s Community Service. The targeted audiences of this activity are residents of Kampung Nelayan Seberang in Medan Belawan District. It is important to raise public awareness of the local level implementation of the SDGs in order to alleviate social inequality through community empowerment programs and job creation for coastal communities. The evaluation's findings indicate that this service activity has increased public awareness of the 17 goals of SDGs, which can be expanded upon and applied to the lives of the Kampung Nelayan Seberang community. The method of delivering material is in the form of seminars which are conducted in the community meeting hall. Furthermore, lecturers, students, and members of the local community collaborate to conduct field assessments to determine the actual conditions at the site of the activity and map the most urgent needs in the community.

E-Module Design Workshop as Professional Development Program for Pre-School Teachers

Early childhood education is a form of education that places the children at the centre of the learning process and is adapted to the child's developmental stage. To conduct an engaging and meaningful process in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), teachers are expected to improve their capacities in order to catch up with the technological development. The proposed community empowerment program would involve KB Taman Harapan which is located at Jl Raya Sumbersekar No 108 RT 01 RW 03 Krajan, Sumbersekar, Malang. Based on what was observed and what was stated in the interview with the principal, KB Taman Harapan is struggling with challenges. In the first place, they are having trouble dealing with the lack of professional development programs for the teachers. Second, the principal indicated that they are also dealing with some financial issues. Lastly, the principal also mentioned that they were having difficulty generating interesting resources for online instruction. The main agendas would be organized to solve the issues, namely providing training for e-module development program for teachers and providing a tryout session for the results of the e-module. In the process, there would be 4 stages of action: (1) Planning, (2) implementation, (3) Evaluation.

Analysis of the Involvement and Role of Women Farmers in Peatland Horticultural Agricultural Development Efforts (Case Study of Horticultural Agricultural Land Belonging to the Maju Jaya Bersama Farmer Group in Kampung Baru Hamlet, Batang Duku Village, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province)

Maju Jaya Bersama Farmer Group is one of the horticultural farming groups assisted by CSR PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU II Produksi Sungai Pakning, which has been empowered since 2022, is located in Kampung Baru Hamlet, Batang Duku Village, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The empowerment assistance carried out by the company aims to improve the habits of farmers in agricultural land processing techniques that are not environmentally friendly and to increase the capacity of group members in developing agriculture. Another goal is to encourage the optimization of the application of irrigation management on agricultural land, regulate land spatial planning to strengthen group institutions. The program implemented by the company promotes inclusivity by taking into account the needs and interests of members of women's groups. This effort is carried out through education related to the processing of harvested products and access to marketing as well as empowerment in social and political aspects so that they have the capability to be directly involved and actively participate in group planning and policies. Therefore, this research is focused on analyzing the participation and role of women farmers and the social capital owned by the group in encouraging the sustainability of the community empowerment program initiated by CSR PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU II Produksi Sungai Pakning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach supported by data collection techniques by snowball sampling. The results of the study show that economic factors are the main reason why female members of the Maju Jaya Bersama Farmer Group join to help meet household needs. They have a significant role in managing agricultural land even though they have a double burden because they still have to work at home. Their active participation in forms, ideas, labor, and decision-making has resulted in changes in land management and management systems that are able to overcome problems within the group. The access of female members to gain knowledge is an important aspect for increasing knowledge and skills so that their role and participation in the group is increasing and sustainable.

Playground Facilities, Augmented Reality and K3L Training, As well as Making a Video Profile as an Effort to Develop the Potential of Educational Tourism in Kesiman Village

Kesiman Village is located in the Trawas District of the Mojokerto Regency in East Java. Kesiman Village possesses unrealized natural potential and is currently attempting to become a tourist village. Therefore, the Community Empowerment Program Team at the University of Surabaya (Ubaya) facilitated the idea. The service team provided Kesiman Village with children's play facilities, including a playground with quite comprehensive play equipment, including swings, suspension bridges, slurutans, and mini wall climbing. In addition, as a safety measure, the Ubaya Team provided supporting equipment such as information boards (posters) with Augmented Reality for playing equipment and medical equipment (P3K). The abstract contains. The Ubaya Team held Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (K3L) training for staff and villagers in order to support the provision of safe and comfortable educational tours. The Ubaya Team provided separate bins for organic and non-organic waste as well as plastic bottles in addition to playground equipment. With the conclusion of this program, Kesiman Village is expanding and advancing, thereby increasing the villagers' standard of living.

Arboretum The Gallery of Sukapura: Sebuah Usaha untuk Mewujudkan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan

This study examines The Gallery of Sukapura, a community empowerment program designed to save the environment and ecotourism through protection and conservation efforts using a sustainable development approach. This study was conducted in Sukapura Village in West Java Province. The study's goal is to discover how the empowerment program can be used for education, recreation, and research, as well as how it can help the Sukapura community's economy. The research method used is a narrative approach with interviews, observation, and documentation studies with narration with informants chosen by snowball sampling. The obtained data was then analyzed in three ways: data display, data transcription, and data verification. The study's findings indicate that The Gallery of Sukapura has the potential to become a community empowerment program that provides value and benefits because the concept was developed while protecting the existing ecosystem of flora and fauna, ensuring a balance between saving the earth and human development. According to the findings of this study, empowerment has the potential to become a pioneer of environmental protection, a vehicle for education-recreation, and a means of increasing the community's economy.

EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT PADA DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN PIDIE JAYA

All over the world, the increase in population in developing and developed countries is accompanied by the same problem, namely a decrease in the level of public services for the community. The phenomenon of poverty in Indonesian cities like Papua is one example. Papua owns 26.80% West Papua 21.43% East Nusaa Tenggara 20.23% Malukui 16.23% Gorontalo 15.51% Aceh 14.75% and other cities One way to improve people's welfare is through community empowerment. This study found that the Pidie Jaya District Office of Social Affairs played an important role in empowering the community by changing the way people think. The Pidie Jaya District Office of Social Affairs itself has attempted to empower the community by offering assistance to economically disadvantaged communities. This type of descriptive research, a qualitative approach, is used in this study. The results of the study show that the community empowerment program used by the Pidie Jaya District Office is still ineffective. How big or small the program depends on the wishes and resources of the community. Therefore, to carry out the Community Empowerment Development Program, the government and the community must work well together. Lack of agreement among the community, ignorance about how to look after, lack of knowledge about how to use rocks, and a very low budget are some of the obstacles that have prevented this program from being implemented. The advice that can be given in this study is that the Social Service Office of Pidie Jaya Regency The effectiveness of the Community Empowerment Development Program in Pidie Jaya Regency needs to be continued, by using a dynamic empowerment process or adapting to the typology of community empowerment and after each completion of a series of activities the community empowerment development program needs to be evaluated towards the development of community empowerment.Keywords : Effectiveness, Program, Community Empowerment Development

In comparison to other Islamic nations, Indonesia has a very high cash waqf potential because the majority of its citizens are Muslims. Waqf is a way of goodness in Islam and has numerous virtues, hence it has a huge potential for growth. Indonesians are still competing to donate their best assets for waqf for both social and religious reasons. The large potential of the waqf must be followed by good management and development as well. This research uses descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach. The findings of this study indicate that the potential for cash waqf will continue to increase along with the number of Indonesian Muslim population which is estimated to reach 237.56 million people, and to maximize the potential for cash waqf can be done by investing waqf funds in LKS products and/or Islamic financial instruments . The Role of Families and Local Government in Overcoming Stunting Through the Probebaya Program in the Bukuan Village Area, Samarinda City

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of families and local government in overcoming stunting through the community development and empowerment (Probebaya) program in the Bukuan Village Area, Samarinda City. This study uses a qualitative approach. Population in this study are all the Heads of the Rukun Tangga in the Bukuan Village Area, Palaran District, Samarinda City and 173 people affected by stunting; very short category 39 people and short category 134 people, as well as agencies related to the Probebaya program. Samples are taken based on random sampling. Sample consisted of 15 stunting cases with very short category 5 people and 10 short category people in the Bukuan Village Area, Palaran District, Samarinda City. Data analysis is carried out during the research activities of data collection and the most important activities include such as data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results show that the role of the family in tackling stunting through the organizers of the Probebaya program had been carried out starting from checking children at the posyandu to providing additional food but is not fully maximized. The role of the government in tackling stunting through the Probebaya program has been maximized through several fields and other elements of society. Community Empowerment in Tourism in Lake Lengkong of Panjalu, Ciamis, West Java

Empowerment programs in the community will be prosperous and fulfill their life needs. The development of Lake (Situ) Lengkong Panjalu tourist object that along with the development of this tourist object has had an impact on social changes in the Panjalu Village community, especially in terms of social and economic. This change is based on the empowerment program in the tourism sector planned by the Panjalu Village government. The findings in the study show that the people of Panjalu Village before the existence of one of the empowerment programs, namely efforts to improve the welfare of the village community in the field of tourism, the community's economy has not improved. It tends to be below standard because it relies on the agricultural sector, including farming and fishing. However, after a community empowerment program and making the Lake a tourist attraction, the community's economy increased because it did not rely only on the agricultural sector; the people of Panjalu Village began to prosper and reduced unemployment then their lifestyle changed. Along with the development of human civilization, there have been changes in human life. As well as the village's asset income increases as tourists continue to visit Lake Lengkong Panjalu.

Model Pendistribusian Dana Zakat Infak Sedekah (Zis) Dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Balai Kreatif Laz-da Rizki Jember

The distribution of zakat funds comprises both consumptive and productive zakat in addition to the former. The Lamiga (Family Nutrition Pond) and Seel For Charity projects are examples of effective zakat. Utilizing zakat is a way to make the most of it without diminishing its worth or utility, making it effective for achieving social good. The infaq and alms funds itself are distributed through the Creative Center's community empowerment program. The Creative Center, also known as bakre, is a platform for empowerment that supports the development of a sense of community, character, independence, and responsibility that influences the transformation of the country. There are 15 bakre now dispersed throughout Jember Regency. With the help of this creative hub, the locals will feel more empowered, independent, and creative, which will raise their standard of living. At this bakre, there are various activities, including Roda (empowering potential), Tasya (planting family vegetables), Tasjali (collecting used items and protecting the environment), Supermas (supporting the prosperity of the mosque), Mas Rangga (packing baskets for families), and Dasat (health conscious).

Pengembangan Usaha Keripik Tempe melalui Kolaborasi Lembaga Manajemen Infaq dan YBM PLN dalam Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Keniten

Community empowerment programs play an important role in improving community welfare and economic empowerment. One form of this program is the collaboration between LMI and YBM PLN to develop a tempeh chips business in Keniten Village. The purpose of this research is to analyze the results and impact of community empowerment programs. This research was conducted using field research methods or field research. The results of the research show that this community empowerment program has succeeded in providing significant social and economic impacts for the people of Keniten Village. The community experienced an increase in income and economic welfare from the tempeh chips business. As a result, recommendations are made to expand market access, improve technicalities- develop more effective marketing strategies. In conclusion, the collaboration between LMI and YBM PLN in the community empowerment program in Keniten Village has had a positive impact on the development of the tempeh chips business and economic community empowerment.
