Coping with drug shortages: A study of government-enterprise option cooperation stockpiling strategies for drugs in shortage considering API surrogate stockpiling subsidies.

Drug shortage is a global problem, and the development of government-enterprise cooperative stockpiles of drugs in shortage, combining physical and production capacity, has become one of the most important means of coping with drug shortages. However, existing studies have tended to overlook the fact that shortages of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) have become an important constraint on production capacity stockpiling and that the lack of incentives and provisions for coordination of benefits have led to a double marginal effect of joint stockpiling by government and enterprises of drugs in shortage. Accordingly, this study introduced the option contract to the drug supply system composed of government and pharmaceutical enterprises and used the subsidy of API storage in lieu as an important initiative to incentivize the reserve of APIs, to construct a model of shortage drug reserve under the government's leadership. This study aims to improve the effect of government-enterprise joint stockpiling of drugs in shortage, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. According to the classification of production license types of pharmaceutical enterprises, this study established a three-level supply chain decentralized decision-making model consisting of the government, formulation enterprises, and API enterprises, and a two-level supply chain centralized decision-making model consisting of the government and API Formulation (API-F) integrated enterprises, respectively. By solving the inverse order derivation, the government-enterprise option cooperation conditions and optimal decision-making strategy were derived. The study results showed that: (i) The addition of enterprise API stockpiling mode can help the government conventional reserves, and enterprise production capacity reserves, broaden the way of drug reserves, and improve the effect of government-enterprise option cooperation; (ii) when the probability of drug shortages is high, the government should prefer the cooperation of API-F integrated enterprises, which is conducive to reducing intermediate links and government costs and improving the supply responsiveness to shortages of medicines; (iii) Setting appropriate government subsidies for API storage can incentivize enterprises to stockpile APIs and improve drug production capacity and physical supply response capability. This study took the problem of socialized stockpiling of drugs in shortage as an entry point and explored the problems and solution strategies in the government-enterprise cooperative stockpiling of drugs in shortage, which not only made some theoretical contributions to the application of options contract in the government-enterprise cooperative stockpiling of drugs in shortage but also provided new ideas and theoretical basis for the improvement of the stockpiling work of drugs in shortage.

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF REPRODUCTION OF FIXED ASSETS OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DYNAMIC ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT

The article substantiates key aspects of strategic management of reproduction of fixed assets of enterprises in the context of dynamic economic environment. It is determined that the assessment of the efficiency of reproduction and use of fixed assets of the enterprise in the context of strategic management is important for various reasons: - fixed assets form the material basis of production capacities of enterprises, they are necessary for the implementation of production activities and the creation of goods and services; - fixed assets used in the non-production sphere contribute to the improvement of the level of science, culture, health care and social development of society; - improvement of the quality composition of fixed assets is a prerequisite for increasing labor productivity, modern technological means and equipment can increase production capacity, reduce production costs and improve product quality. The key approaches to the classification of indicators for assessing the efficiency of the use of fixed assets are analyzed, the evaluation of which allows to identify opportunities for optimizing their structure. Reserves for improving the efficiency of the use of fixed assets have been identified, including various opportunities and strategies that an enterprise can use to optimize and improve the management of its assets The features of the formation of the strategy of management of fixed assets are substantiated, which should contribute to increasing the efficiency of use of assets, reducing costs and ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of the enterprise. It is determined that the strategy of management of fixed assets of enterprises in the modern dynamic economic environment requires an integrated and systematic approach, taking into account many factors and constant adaptation to changes. It is substantiated that strategic management of reproduction of fixed assets becomes a key advantage that helps enterprises to remain stable and competitive in the face of uncertainty, but requires them not only to respond to changes, but also to actively manage them, determine priorities and constant readiness for innovation.

Oil and fat industry of the East Kazakhstan region: growth reserves

The goal is to monitor the current state and prospects of the oil and fat subcomplex of the East Kazakhstan region, to determine the reasons that impede its development. Methods – balance sheet, abstract-logical, statistical-economic, monographic. Results – using the example of the Eastern region, oilseed production and the fat and oil industry have been analyzed over the past five years. Sectoral, regional, socio-economic aspects of the functioning of the oil and fat industry are considered. The sown areas, yields, gross harvest of the main oilseeds (soybeans, sunflower, safflower, rapeseed, flax), volumes of fat and oil products, use of the average annual production capacity of enterprises for the production of vegetable oils are shown. Based on the study, factors reducing the rate of intensification of the oil and fat subcomplex were identified. The main ones are the reduction in crop area, gross output, lack of raw materials and, as a result, the low level of processing. Conclusions – it is necessary to take a set of measures to stabilize the market for oilseeds and processed products in the Eastern region of the country, providing agricultural sector with government assistance in the form of subsidies and loans without collateral at low interest rates; establishing a duty on the export of sunflower seeds for a longer period; formation of integrated structures; creation of advanced training centers for agricultural producers on the basis of research institutes and universities in the East Kazakhstan region. Solving the issues related to expanding the activities of oil and fat enterprises and supplying the population of the region with oil and fat products in the required quantities is one of the main tasks of the state. It is necessary to use innovative approaches to the technological process, the implementation of which will make it possible to produce a high-quality environmentally friendly food product that is in demand in the domestic and foreign markets.

MECHANISM TO INCREASE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE ANDIJAN REGION

A working committee formed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan studied the activities of a total of 17 specialized enterprises for the disabled, including 10 enterprises for the blind, 1 society for the deaf, 3 societies of the disabled and 3 associations of the disabled in Andijan region.The article analyses the materials collected as a result of the above-mentioned research. Based on the results of the analysis, proposals and recommendations have been developed to increase the number of jobs for disabled people at 17 enterprises in the region, improve working conditions, and increase the production capacity of enterprises.

Despite the fact that currently there are a number of calculation formulas for determining the drying time of peeled veneer, they still cause difficulties for employees of plywood enterprises. We have come to the conclusion that these formulas can be greatly simplified. Moreover, it was necessary to find out the changes between the surface quality of the dried and raw veneer. The purpose of the work was to perform analytical calculations of the drying time of birch veneer of various thicknesses in plywood technology in relation to domestic drying equipment by simplifying the calculation formulas to make them easier for employees of plywood enterprises; to study the effect of the drying time of veneer on the production capacity of the enterprise; to study the surface quality of raw and dry veneer when drying it on domestic equipment in roller dryers. As a result of the research simple formulas were obtained that together with visual graphical dependences can significantly help employees of plywood enterprises; a close relationship between the drying time of veneer and the production capacity of a plywood enterprise is shown; the changes in the surface quality of raw veneer after drying in roller dryers are given.

The construction of a large-tonnage fleet is an important factor in the development of maritime trade and the economy as a whole. In recent years, Russian shipbuilders have faced a number of problems that negatively affect the pace of socio-economic development of the industry, do not allow to fully use its potential in the production of civilian products. The purpose of the article is to identify the main problems in the process of building a large–tonnage fleet in the Russian Federation, to indicate the prospects for the development of the industry. The main content of the conducted research is the analysis of statistical data on the number of ships produced, up-to-date information reflecting the current state of production capacities of shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises in Russia is presented, its own definition of the concept of «large-tonnage vessel» is specified and proposed for further use. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that the effective development of large-tonnage shipbuilding in our country is hindered by such problems as: high design and construction costs, a shortage of qualified personnel, lack of intersectoral cooperation, an acute shortage of ship components of domestic production, which negatively affects the pace of development of the industry due to the ban on the supply of products from unfriendly countries, a high degree of depreciation of fixed assets of shipbuilding industry enterprises. The lack of a systematic approach to solving these problems, the insufficient effectiveness of the existing mechanisms of interdepartmental and intersectoral interaction, negatively affect the results of the activities of shipbuilding enterprises and the development of their production potential, both in the current period of time and in the long term. In order to increase the volume of construction of large-tonnage vessels at the shipyards of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to allocate financial resources from the federal budget (or at the expense of the National Welfare Fund of Russia) for the modernization and production capacities of enterprises with the necessary competencies for the construction of large-sized vessels, implement a set of measures aimed at full utilization of production capacities through cooperation, provide preferential financing to manufacturers of ship equipment.

ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ КАПІТАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

The article describes the peculiarities of the formation of the enterprise's capital. The author's definition of the capital of the enterprise is given. The main goal of the formation of the enterprise's capital is determined, which consists in optimizing its structure to ensure the enterprise's assets and their effective use. The main principles of capital formation of the enterprise were studied. Two groups of functions are distinguished, which are performed during the functioning of the enterprise's capital management system. Features of capital management are established, taking into account the industry specifics of the enterprise. A comprehensive analysis of the efficiency of the company's capital formation was carried out according to the parameters of its cost and the level of financial risk of «GREEN COOL» LLC in 2020–2022. which determines the growth of the welfare of investors and the owner of the enterprise. The cost of equity according to the indicator of its profitability increased from 8.01% to 9.17%, which indicates the ability of the enterprise to generate profit for the owners. The cost of loan capital had an upward trend, which indicates a lack of own financial resources in the enterprise's economic activity. The level of financial autonomy indicates the possibility of financing needs at the expense of own sources by 33%, therefore the composition and structure of the capital of the enterprise need to be revised. Directions for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise's capital functioning are given, taking into account effective management taking into account the riskiness and cost of capital, increasing profitability, as well as reinvesting free funds and retained earnings into the expansion of the enterprise's production capacity are relevant. To increase the efficiency of capital formation of «GREEN COOL» LLC, it is necessary to constantly monitor and analyze the main indicators of the company's activity, develop new strategies and change the capital structure, activating the investment attractiveness of the company under study to attract investmentresources.

Features of the regulation of land relations during the state of martial

In the article, the authors submit the main changes to the current land legislation of Ukraine since the beginning of a full-scale invasion of the russian armed forces. The article deals with the novellas, in particular: Law No. 2145-IX «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Creation of Conditions for Food Security in Martial Status» of April 7, 2022; Law No. 2247-IX «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Peculiarities of Regulation of Land Relations in Martial Status» of June 9, 2022. The conditions and requirements for the formation of new land plots and documentation during the war are revealed; The rights of tenants of agricultural land during hostilities are explained; Changes in the rules of regulation of land relations are currently analyzed. Explained: system of change of purpose of land plots; lease of state and communal property for placement of production capacity of enterprises evacuated from the war zone; The simplified procedure for renting free land plots of state and communal property of agricultural purposes used for conducting commodity agricultural production is investigated. The procedure for leasing, privatization and compulsory alienation of such a plot in the form of confiscation and requisition was determined, the procedure for determining the damage and losses caused by the aggressor state, the land fund of Ukraine is analyzed. The systematic legislation on regulation of land relations in the conditions of martial law and the possibility of simplification to ensure the functioning of the economy and the accelerated restoration of infrastructure of Ukraine is revealed.

Особенности работы котельного оборудования при минимальных нагрузках

At industrial enterprises built in the former USSR, the capacity of the installed boiler equipment was determined based on the projected growth of heat loads. Due to the decline in production capacity of enterprises, the consumption of thermal energy is also reduced, and there is a problem of prolonged operation of steam and hot water boilers at minimum loads. The operational personnel of different enterprises solve this problem in practice in their own way, without being aware of the possible consequences of these regimes, which are not provided for by the manufacturers. The article analyses the risks of boiler transfer to one burner associated with the occurrence of condensate, which leads to the destruction of the exhaust duct and chimney. At operation on high-sulphur fuel oil at minimum loads conditions are created for formation of sulphuric acid in flue gases and flow of sulphuric acid corrosion of tail surfaces of boiler heating. The examples of boilers PTMV-50 and DE-25-14 show that as heat load decreases heat loss increases and boiler efficiency decreases. It is noted that the nature of the change in heat loss depends on the design of the boiler. Recommendations on modernization of boilers operating at minimum loads are given. It is stated that the final decision on the possibility of operation of boilers with loads below those permitted by manufacturers can be made only after special tests with control of circulation of steam-water mixture in heating surface circuits. The article draws conclusions based on the results of research of real equipment of the Kirov region.

Анализ производственного травматизма и профессиональной заболеваемости на предприятиях угольной отрасли Кузбасса

The level of occupational risks, to which employees of coal enterprises are exposed, is significantly higher than in other branches of industry. Therefore, one of the main tasks of the coal complex development is the prevention of occupational diseases and injury rate based on risk assessment and analysis. The article gives a brief description of the coal industry — in the Kemerovo region. The information is given about the production capacity of enterprises and the volume of coal production in the region. It is established that the high levels of occupational injuries and diseases are explained by the impact on employees of the number of harmful and hazardous factors of the production environment and the labor process. At the same time, 80% of occupational diseases in Kuzbass occur at the coal mining enterprises. Statistical information is presented on the identified cases of occupational diseases at the mines and open pits of the Kemerovo region — Kuzbass in 2021. Possible causes of the high accident rate, including fatal injuries of the personnel, in the mines of Kuzbass over 5 years are identified. It is noted that 91.3 % of all the injuries in the coal industry occur at the enterprises that carry out underground mining. Despite the ongoing accidents and loss of life, the issue of miner safety is not becoming a priority. Many business leaders do not pay enough attention to this issue, and they have little control over the planned steps in this direction. Occupational safety measures are often funded on a residual basis and are not fully implemented. Therefore, improving the working conditions of the coal industry employees, reducing the level of injuries and occupational diseases among them were and remain the urgent tasks.

Environmental consequences of fair competition: Evidence from China's corporate income tax merger policy

An institutional environment of fair competition helps to enhance the economic performance of enterprises, while its potential environmental effects are often ignored. In 2008, China implemented a unified corporate income tax merger policy that set the same tax rate for domestic and foreign-invested enterprises to make the domestic enterprises competitive with foreign-invested enterprises in a fair tax environment. Taking this policy as a quasi-natural experiment, we conduct a difference-in-differences estimation to identify the impact of a fair competition environment on firm-level SO2 emission intensity. The results show that the fair competition environment significantly reduces the SO2 emission intensity of domestic enterprises in China. This finding also remains robust after considering factors such as various settings, metrics, and potential impacts. The possible mechanisms through which this policy shock affects firms' SO2 emission intensity are manifested by reducing corporate tax burdens, alleviating corporate financing constraints, promoting industry competition, elevating the production capacity of enterprises, and reducing the amount of pollutants generated. We also find firm-level SO2 emission intensity responses to fair competition vary with firm ownership, location, and industry pollution intensity. Hence, improving conditions of fairness in the market can bring about a win-win result for both the economy and the environment.

TO THE QUESTION OF REFINING THE ACCOUNTING CLASSIFICATION OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS OF SCIENTIFIC ENTERPRISES

The modern development of the economic system of our state requires the use of new scientific knowledge and innovations. The scientific sphere is a small segment of the economy in our country, as of 2020 the share of this industry in Ukraine’s GDP was only 3.04% and is much lower than this figure in Germany (6.24%), Spain (4.68%) ), Poland (5.92%) and France (8.44%). Science-intensive enterprises and intangible assets are interrelated, as the production capacity of enterprises in this industry depends on the availability of intellectual property rights. However, intangible assets are underestimated in the activities of Ukrainian science-intensive enterprises, and therefore today professional, scientific and technical activities (industry M) in the country is experiencing a crisis, which reduces the prestige of scientific work. The article considers the issues of approaches to the classification of intangible assets for accounting purposes. The main documents governing the accounting of intangible assets in our country are highlighted. Different approaches to the essence of intangible assets in scientific and regulatory sources are analyzed. It was found that intangible assets are one of the least studied categories in accounting. The share of the scientific sphere in GDP has been studied. The structure of investments in intangible assets of Ukrainian enterprises is analyzed. The importance of expenses for professional training, retraining and advanced training for innovative enterprises of the “M” branch is established. As a result, we concluded that the issue of classification of intangible assets remains unresolved, and therefore is relevant, and provided recommendations for improving the accounting and analytical management of knowledge-intensive enterprises.

Nonlinear Programming Model Based on Monte Carlo Simulation

This paper focuses on planning the choice of raw material ordering and transportation solutions for enterprises, and gives the most economical ordering and forwarding solutions for enterprises through quantitative analysis of supplier supply characteristics; and predicts the future production capacity of enterprises through time series analysis models, and finally gives the optimal ordering and transportation strategies. Among them, according to the existing optimal forwarder transshipment scheme to supplement, on the basis of the original consideration of the cost required for the production of enterprises, the model is improved, by increasing the target letter material type purchase limits, the establishment of multi-objective planning model based on Monte Carlo simulation to solve the optimal procurement scheme, the development of transshipment scheme. On this basis, the supplier supply data given in the article is divided in 240 weeks, 24 weeks as a cycle, and its long-term trend fluctuation over time is judged by drawing a time series diagram through SPSS, and the enterprise capacity prediction is made in cycles. In this paper, we find out the single-week capacity by selecting the capacity factor prediction, optimize the model, and substitute it into the improved multi-objective planning model to get the optimal strategy for purchasing and forwarding.

DEFINITION OF ORGANIZATIONAL MECHANISMS OF LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION ON THE PRINCIPLES OF INNOVATIVE BIOECONOMICS

The constructional mechanisms of interrelations related to separate systems belonging to the production of livestock products on the principles of bioeconomy were substantiated, systematized and, accordingly, schematically defined. Monitoring and generalization of the specifics of the existing logistics systems in the production of livestock products on the example of farms in the Kharkiv region and research farms of the NAAS network and evaluating the features of their operation. It is established that the increase in production capacity causes a corresponding increase in technological equipment, which leads to more efficient use of labor, energy and other material resources. The analysis of the grouping data confirmed the fact and recorded a clear trend of increasing the productivity of cows while reducing the cost of 1 quintal of milk with increasing the production capacity of enterprises, including cows. Thus, the average milking for a cow increased from 4282 kg in the first group to 8493 kg in the fifth, with a corresponding increase in the average annual number of cows from 152 to 1216 heads. At the same time, the cost of 1 quintal of milk decreased by 10%. The low rate of reduction in the cost of milk compared to an increase in productivity of cows in 2 times due to an increase, above all, variable costs in increasing the capacity of enterprises. It is established that there are three main mechanisms of organization of livestock production on the principles of innovative bioeconomy: situational response, situational reform, and implementation of systemic reforms. The calculations made it possible to assess the structure of resource costs by species and draw conclusions about the functioning of livestock production mechanisms depending on the type of enterprise, and the effectiveness of management actions - on the performance of gross production, its cost and sales revenue.

ECONOMIC IMPACT OF THE PANDEMIC ON THE MEAT HUB IN KAZAKHSTAN

The industry is one of the socially significant branches of the agro-industrial complex. The need for the development of the industry of the agro-industrial complex is explained by the growth of consumer demand for and products, the average degree of investment activity and relatively high rates of dependence on imports. The specifics of the development of the food and processing industry and, in particular, the industry, as well as the development of modern fundamental and applied research in the field of food raw materials and food products are closely and organically linked to the need to provide high-quality and safe food to the population of the country at this level of development of the agricultural sector in need of constant support from the state, and increasing effective demand, in order to ensure food security in Kazakhstan. The subject of the study. The analysis of indicators on the volume of livestock processing, and products production from 2017 to November 2020 was carried out and the main directions of the industry development for the future until 2025 were determined. The purpose and objectives of the study. Study of trends in the development of the industry of the agro-industrial complex, taking into account the general directions of meat science and related branches of the food and processing industry of the agro-industrial complex. The need to increase the production capacity of enterprises for slaughtering, primary processing of livestock and the production of products through the construction of modern high-tech specialized and combined enterprises (meat slaughterhouses, processing plants) and the reconstruction of existing ones is justified. The scientific novelty of the work consists in providing comprehensive mechanization and automation of production processes to increase productivity, and labor safety and compliance with strict veterinary and sanitary requirements that meet international quality and safety standards (increasing labor productivity by 10% due to comprehensive mechanization and automation of production processes and reducing the share of heavy manual labor).

Graph models for evaluating production capacities of enterprises

The known methods for evaluating production capacities of industrial enterprises mostly submit approximate estimates and are typical of the planned economy. Currently, their practical application is limited, because the product range of companies is no longer fixed. Models created using the graph theory and matrix calculus are capable of overcoming these limitations and providing relevant information support for management decisions. The paper focuses on developing a method for evaluating the production capacity of an enterprise using graph models. Methodologically, the research relies on the graph theory and industrial engineering; applies methods of analysis and synthesis, matrix modelling. The central idea of the proposed models is that an enterprise is a depersonalized production system made up of certain links forming a production chain. To perform relevant calculations the graph model is aligned with the matrix model, which reckons with the main parameters of the production system: technological relationships, product mix, time and material consumption rates, production capacity of each link. The key difference between the graph model and currently existing approaches lies in abandoning the principle of a bottleneck link and switching to the concept of a limiting link, as well as using conditional units of product range. Testing the proposed models on a case of a bakery enterprise proves the efficiency of the method for assessing the production capacity. The developed graph model allows for sound management of production capacities due to the understanding of the flexibility of a product range and technological relationships.

Occupational Risk Management at Production Plants in Poland during the Covid-19 Epidemic

Abstract The epidemic is affecting the global economy, plunging many industries. The global scale of the epidemic and government controls, restrictions and constraints have led to imbalances in world trade and have put many companies under pressure. The epidemic is a test of individual companies’ ability to operate effectively under new conditions, including occupational risk management. The research was conducted using a questionnaire method, the study was attended by 199 respondents. The research is burdened with an error in the selection of statistical sample units, which resulted from the respondents’ involvement and their truthfulness. The research was burdened with an estimation error of 0.07. The research was divided into two parts related to freezing the economy and social life and their defrosting. The aim of the article is to assess the occupational risk management activities that determine the prevention of OSH in an extreme situation, which was the immediate freezing of the economy and social activity in connection with the epidemic and then their gradual unfreezing. The conducted research allowed confirming the accepted hypothesis that the effectiveness of actions protecting the health of employees, and thus the production capacity of enterprises in a crisis situation, is related to the size of the plant, and this may be indirectly related to the system of organization of occupational health and safety services in the country.

Internal Determinants in the Field of RPA Technology Implementation on the Example of Selected Companies in the Context of Industry 4.0 Assumptions

As part of the assumptions of Industry 4.0. many modern technologies are developing. One of them is robotic process automation (RPA). It allows the replacement of human labor with robots, thus increasing the production capacity of enterprises. In practice, the implementation of RPA takes place through two solutions (models): using the services of an external entity offering RPA (service insourcing) or creating your own center of excellence (CoE). The use of both solutions is influenced by numerous conditions (determinants), among which we can mention benefits on the one hand and threats on the other. They are very different and depend on the model used. In this article, attempts were made to identify and determine their impact on the selection of the appropriate model from the point of view of the company (the purpose of the article). The research used two cases of entities implementing RPA on the basis of opposites, i.e., two different models, in which the discussed technology is treated as an important element of their automation. The achieved results indicate that there is no universalism, and their dominant feature is individualism concerning both enterprises and the solutions they implement. This is undoubtedly the effect of the currently too shallow RPA market, as well as the small number of entities using technologies based on intelligent systems. This is a serious research gap, which along with RPA growth will be reduced as a result of more and more intensive research in this field.

SIMULATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF INTERACTION PROCESS PARAMETERS THREE ENTERPRISES IN A SINGLE PRODUCTION SYSTEM

The article presents a method of designing the process of interaction of three enterprises in a single production system. The matrix method of dynamic programming establishes calculation formulas for design parameters: the share of the flow of gross output, which is sent by enterprises for the development of their own production. The quadratic functional is accepted as a criterion of optimality, the physical meaning of which is the expenditure of funds to support the stable functioning of the process. In this case, the final product of the production system, sent to external consumption should be maximum. The software product is created and the optimum decision is received. Modeling in the modeling system of MVTP 3.7 of the process of interaction of three enterprises for three variants is performed. The option with optimal design parameters provides an increase in the production capacity of enterprises and corresponds to the area of rational values of the shares of intermediate products of enterprises, which is established by modeling.

Simulation and optimization of interaction process parameters three enterprises in a single production system

The article presents a method of designing the process of interaction of three enterprises in a single production system. The matrix method of dynamic programming establishes calculation formulas for design parameters: the share of the flow of gross output, which is sent by enterprises for the development of their own production. The quadratic functional is accepted as a criterion of optimality, the physical meaning of which is the expenditure of funds to support the stable functioning of the process. In this case, the final product of the production system, sent to external consumption should be maximum. The software product is created and the optimum decision is received. Modeling in the modeling system of MVTP 3.7 of the process of interaction of three enterprises for three variants is performed. The option with optimal design parameters provides an increase in the production capacity of enterprises and corresponds to the area of rational values of the shares of intermediate products of enterprises, which is established by modeling.
