Good monitoring and control to make the system more stable. System mainly includes sensor for gas detection, temperature detection pass, humidity sensor, signal conversion and processing unit, A / D conversion circuit, sound and light alarm unit, RS232 communication module, the battery monitoring unit, a gas pump control unit. DSP main program using modular programming, completed the DSP initialization of the main program module, real-time communication with the PC module and system function module test program design. Laboratory research on gas monitoring and control system scheme is designed in this paper for tankers physical model. and on this basis, focusing on the completion of the core part of the control system in the control card design and implementation. This system can realize the monitoring of the whole process of leakage of hazardous goods transport equipment, once dangerous goods transport vehicles of hazardous chemicals spill occurred, the system can real-time detection to the leakage and alarm, the modern crisis of goods logistics provides a security solution.
