Introduction. The organisation of cargo delivery in various transport connection options requires the identification of the most optimal parameters of transportation by certain transport modes and the development of better transport connections. The systematisation of transport and logistics processes requires a comprehensive solution to the problems of organising the delivery of goods in international multimodal connections. The growing demands of the freight clientele are becoming a key factor in the competition between both carriers and logistics operators to serve more profitable cargo flows. Problem Statement. International integration processes involve interaction between all participants in international cargo delivery, and its reliability depends on the effectiveness of its organisation. Ensuring high-quality transport services for a particular cargo delivery is only possible if the criteria are correctly selected and adequately assessed. Purpose. To determine the criteria of influence on the choice of transport mode in the organisation of cargo delivery, taking into account the factor influence characterising the carrying capacity of each transport mode serving a particular order, as well as the synergy of their interaction.

International integration of vietnamese higher education – general assessment of progress, viewpoints and policies

International integration has been an outstanding trend of Vietnamese higher education for 20 years. The international integration of Vietnamese higher education is considered as a proactive step and has achieved many positive outcomes. By reviewing of relevant literature, this paper aims to basically assesses international integration process of Vietnamese higher education in terms of establishing viewpoints and policies. The findings show that international integration process of Vietnamese higher education has taken place later than the socio-economic fields but has rapid evolution. From the initial legal basis launched since 1998, higher education has continuously expanded its roadmap, institutionalized viewpoints and policies, and completed legal framework which lays a foundation for international integration. Despite some positive results, the Vietnamese higher education’s standards are still set low, which mainly involves the reform to build a better integration structure and start applying the global rules of higher education.

Attitudes of Labor Migrants from Central Asia to International Integration Organizations in the Post-Soviet Space

The article presents the results of a sociological empirical study that was conducted from May to August in 2023. Its purpose was to study the attitudes of labor migrants in Russia towards various international integration processes in the post-Soviet space. The objects of the study were workers from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan, working in Moscow and the Moscow region. The choice of these countries is not accidental, as they are the main migration donors to the Russian Federation in Central Asia. The uniqueness of the research results lies in the fact that despite the certain “popularity” of such an empirical object as “labor migrants.” The analyzed subject has not yet been sufficiently developed theoretically and empirically. Particular attention is paid to the political preferences and migration attitudes of labor migrants. The issue of awareness of foreign workers of the activities of international integration and military-political associations, such as the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), European Union (EU), the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and also the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is examined. The paper also presents the respondents’ assessment of the role of these associations in the development of international processes. Separately, the article examines the relationship between Russia and migrant-sending countries. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude that respondents have a positive attitude towards integration associations in which Russia plays a key role. Moreover, the socio-political attitudes of foreign workers are characterized by a high degree of loyalty to the foreign policy of the Russian Federation. Migrants overwhelmingly support international cooperation between their countries and Russia and share the foreign policy position of the Russian Federation. In conclusion, labor migrants from Central Asia can be considered as a resource and capital of the influence of Russian “soft power.”

Aviation industry is a basic element of the national economy and the system of international economic relations

It is proved that air transport is a driving force and a means of formation and development of the domestic market, which ensures the process of integration of the national economy into the world economy. The role and place of the air transport industry in Ukraine's unified transport system are determined, and the advantages and disadvantages of air transport and its role in ensuring international integration processes are analyzed. The essential advantages of air transport that distinguish it from other modes of transport (sea and land) are the highest speed and time savings for transportation; high reliability and safety of transportation; geographical accessibility of departure and arrival points for passengers and cargo, predictability of transportation time, the level of autonomy of passenger service and cargo handling processes; lower costs for cargo insurance. The main disadvantage of air transportation is the high cost of transportation services. At the same time, an increase in transportation distance leads to its reduction, and in some cases, the cost of air transportation may even be lower than other types of transportation due to the grouping of small cargo. This is actively used in modern supply chains. Endogenous and exogenous factors affecting the pricing process in the air transportation industry are investigated. The systemic and non-systemic factors of influence are described, and the need for diversification as the most effective tool for reducing risk in global instability is determined. The author outlines the most critical tasks for developing the Ukrainian air transportation market, which are actualized with its unblocking. The specifics of the elements of the strategic development model, which should be considered in strategic planning in the air transport industry, are scientifically substantiated. BULGARIAN STUDIES IN THE POLISH LINGUISTICS TODAY: A CHANGE OF PERSPECTIVE

The object of this article is a number of Bulgarian linguistic research studies in Poland from the beginning of the 21st century until today. The aim is to present the new trends manifested in them, related to the aspect of research and the research methodology. The motive for proceeding to such an overview is dictated by the understanding that knowing the new realities in the Bulgarian studies helps in planning and implementing the policy of the Bulgarian institutions regarding the cooperation with Poland. A review of the most significant publications of recent years is made, which shows that in the Polish Bulgarian studies there is a reorientation of the academic interest - from history to modernity, from the language system to communication and from "pure" linguistics to cultural and cognitive linguistics. It is also characteristic that most of the studies are conducted in a comparative Bulgarian-Polish plan. As a proof of this statement, the most significant publications of Polish researchers of the last two decades are commented on. Among these are scientists from the Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw University, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Silesian University in Katowice, Mariа Curie-Sklodovska University in Lublin, etc. This reorientation of the academic interest was influenced both by the world processes of globalization and scientific international integration, and to a large extent by the scientific traditions and modern scientific schools existing in Poland.

Customs Control in the Eurasian Economic Union and the European Union: the Comparative Analysis

The study of the Institute of Customs Control is part of international integration processes. Under the rapidly changing international world facts, the international trade turnover in some directions is decreasing, and in others it is increasing at times, which affects the economy of all countries, their compliance with modern trends, part of all these processes is customs control, as one of the types of control at the state border, requiring the national security of states. The article compares the institute of customs control in the EAEU and the EU. On this basis, a comparison is made according to a number of criteria and key features. The legal regime of goods under customs control, its beginning, completion and correlation with other customs institutions are investigated. The general competence of customs authorities in the field of customs control is commented on. The circumstances of the goods being under customs control in accordance with the legislation of the EAEU and the EU on customs regulation are analyzed. As a result of comparing the institute of customs control in the EAEU and the EU, both similar and different features were identified. The comparison showed a mixed picture, since the two associations are at different stages of political and economic development, and are also characterized by different historical and geographical features.Aim. Study of the main criteria of the Customs Control Institute in the Eurasian Economic Union and the European Union.Tasks. Characteristics of the economic unions of the EAEU and the EU, as well as the study of forms of customs control in the EAEU and disclosure of customs control in the EU.Methods. Comparative legal analysis of international, supranational and customs law, as well as the study and analysis of popular science literature, description and generalization of the material in the process of research.Results. The protection of the security of the State is directly related to economic activity, namely, with the constantly flowing and increasing pace of international trade. States, uniting in unions, form a single legal field in which they create a regulatory framework. The EU introduced the institute of customs control earlier than the EAEU, since the EAEU relied on European experience when creating legislation regulating the customs area. With this in mind, this institute has similar goals and elements of the purpose of its conduct and holding.Conclusion. Actively developing integration processes lead to an increase in world trade turnover and increased control at interstate borders. Every state, and with it the unions, strive for safe and fast trade. Many elements become such tools, one of them is customs control. An institution that controls the legality, security and mutual cooperation of customs authorities and participants in foreign economic activity.

The Impact of Opportunistic Behavior on the Effectiveness of Export-Oriented Agricultural Product Chain Linkages: A Case Study in Vietnam

Exporting goods in general, and exporting agricultural products in particular, generate important capital accumulation for importing and developing production, serving the industrialization and modernization efforts of countries. From the economic activities in Vietnam in recent years, it is evident that linking agricultural products for the purpose of exports indeed generates substantial revenue to the national budget. It is an important factor and contributes significantly to the sustainable development of the country's economy. During the process of international integration and globalization, organizations always strive to seek external collaboration opportunities with partners in the product value chain to ensure the efficiency and responsiveness of the value chain, as well as to leverage resources and supply capabilities for their customers (Cao and Zhang, 2011). The linking process ensures product quality, promotes organizational development, and ensures high effectiveness in the collaboration activities among members (Walter, 2003). Cooperative behavior and activities in supply chain management have achieved significant importance (Kocoglu et al., 2011). Lambert et al. (1998) define ensuring product supply chain as the linkage of companies aiming to deliver products and services to the market. European integration of Ukraine: problems and prospects

The paper is devoted to the process of Ukraine's integration into the European Union, namely, to the analysis of the historical path, comparison of opinions of domestic and foreign experts, and forecasting of possible economic and legal disadvantages and advantages. The authors analyze the economic and legislative provisions of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. The authors emphasize that international integration processes are currently having a significant impact on the functioning of not only regional and state systems, and the establishment of a new international order, but also on the internal policies of individual communities and countries and the daily life of each citizen. The authors note that the opinions of domestic and foreign experts on Ukraine's integration into the EU differ, reflecting different perspectives and interests. Domestic experts may focus on potential economic and political benefits, such as increased trade opportunities, access to EU funding, and increased stability. Conversely, foreign experts may take into account factors such as geopolitical considerations, regional security implications, and the impact on EU cohesion and enlargement capacity. By comparing these perspectives, a comprehensive understanding of the benefits and challenges can be achieved. The author concludes that Ukraine's accession to the EU is a complex decision that requires a thorough analysis of all possible consequences and benefits for the country. Ukraine's integration into the European Union is a consequential decision with wide-ranging implications. The historical path, opinions of domestic and foreign experts, and an assessment of economic and legal factors are crucial for understanding the potential consequences. By carefully weighing the pros and cons, considering the interests of the country and its citizens, and seeking expert advice, Ukraine can make an informed decision that maximizes the benefits and minimizes the disadvantages of EU integration.

The article proposes an analysis of a scientific study on the protection of health and human interests related to the legal regulation of waste electrical and electronic equipment.This article notes the influence of international integration processes in the system of relations for the protection of health and human interests related to the legal regulation of waste electrical and electronic equipment. A separate place is given to the problem of state regulation of waste electrical and electronic equipment in the Russian Federation.The problems associated with this type of waste are relevant due to the fact that these wastes have an extremely harmful effect on the human reproductive and immune systems.

Efek Globalisasi Yang Dihadapi Masyarakat Kontemporer Terhadap Perekonomian

Globalization is a process of international integration that occurs due to the exchange of worldviews, products, thoughts, and other aspects of culture. Globalization has become a significant phenomenon in contemporary society and has had a great impact on the economy. One of the main impacts of globalization on the economy of contemporary societies and the acceleration of international trade. In addition, globalization has encouraged a freer flow of investment between countries. But the effects of globalization on the economy also pose challenges that need to be addressed. Increased global competition could threaten the survival of weaker sectors of the local economy. Local companies have to compete with multinationals that have greater resources, more advanced technology, and lower production costs. This can lead to a decline in local employment and difficulty for traditional sectors to survive. In addition, the effects of globalization also create greater economic inequality. Not all segments of contemporary society can access the same opportunities and benefits from globalization. Income inequality, social inequality, and economic inequality may increase, especially between groups connected to the global economy and groups. The impact of globalization on culture has also raised concerns about the loss of local cultural identity. Amid the influence of dominant global cultures, there is a risk that local traditions, languages and values become marginalized or forgotten.

STUDENTS’ SCHOOL CULTURE AT THE INDUSTRIAL UNIVERSITY OF HO CHI MINH CITY IN THE ERA OF THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

School culture plays a vital role in the formation of personality, morality and lifestyle for students. In the current context, under the impacts of the fourth industrial revolution, the impact of the market economy, the process of extensive international integration and the development of communication has significantly influenced the formation of morality and personality of Vietnamese students in general and students at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City in particular. In this article, the author contributes to clarifying some theoretical issues about school culture from the survey results on the current situation of students’ school culture at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City on two aspects, be it the material cultural environment and the spiritual cultural environment, together with the results and limitations. On that basis, the author suggests ample basic solutions to improve the quality of students’ school culture at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City in the era of the fourth industrial revolution.

Local versus national banking development in Europe: who is the winner?

This article investigates the role of local banking development, per se, in European SME debt policies, using a cross-country dataset. Moreover, it assesses whether the debt policies of SMEs are mainly driven by local or national banking development. We find that higher levels of local banking development increase the amount of debt used by SMEs. Results suggest that national banking institutions reduce the influence of local banking sectors on SME financial behavior. Several robustness and further tests validate our results, suggesting that whilst the process of international integration and digitalization of financial markets, local banking development is still relevant despite the moderating role of national banking policies. Consequently, policy makers should first and foremost allow headquarters and central banks to better support local banks in integrating national banking policies in order to reduce the financial constraints on SMEs and spur their economic growth.

Impact of the EU: Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) on Agricultural Product Export Enterprises in Vietnam

New-generation free trade agreements (FTAs) have promoted Vietnam's international integration process and brought many opportunities for Vietnamese exporters. Agricultural products are most affected when implementing new-generation FTAs. Impacts can include both positive and negative effects. The objective of this article is to analyze some of the impacts of the FTA between the EU and Vietnam on Vietnam's agricultural export enterprises after the agreement is signed. Research results show that the FTA has increased the import and export volume of agricultural products, and some of the strengths of Vietnamese agricultural products have also increased. Research results also show that when participating in FTAs, if businesses do not adapt in time, they will be left behind. At the same time, the paper also provides recommendations and solutions for enterprises and enterprises exporting agricultural products to Vietnam and the state to take advantage of and limit the negative impacts of FTAs.

The Role of Culture in Economic and Social Development during the Process of International Integration in Vietnam

During the process of integration, traditional culture is highly respected and fundamentally restored (Vietnam’s traditional culture has a rich history spanning thousands of years, surpassing the nation-building histories of many countries, which means it possesses sustainability and a greater influence than many might imagine). The new perspective on culture has sparked a revival of many previously neglected or even stigmatized traditional values, bringing Vietnamese culture back to its normalcy and reconnecting it with its past. Cultural values and diversity, including the diversity of local cultures and ethnic groups, such as Cham culture and Funan culture, are being studied more deeply, reviving the objective humanitarian significance of the existence of Vietnam’s diverse ethnic communities within an independent and unified nation. The achievements of human civilization that have once been present in Vietnam, such as French civilization in Vietnam or the accomplishments of the Nguyen Dynasty, are increasingly recognized as rational and inherited elements of Vietnamese culture. The awareness of society, especially the institutions responsible for economic growth coupled with cultural development, the pursuit of progress, and social equity, is increasingly recognized and implemented practically and effectively.

THE ROLE OF EXPORT-ORIENTED PRODUCTION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NON-OIL ECONOMY

The purpose of the research – determining the role of export-oriented production in the development of the non-oil economy. The methodology of the research – scientific summarization, analysis, synthesis, comparison, etc. research methods were used during the performance of research work. The practical importance of the research – the development of export potential through the international integration process, including the determination of parameters, factors and resources for the production of export-oriented goods, is considered one of the priorities of non-oil sectors. In this regard, the main goal of structural changes in the non-oil sector in accordance with modern demands is to ensure the country`s organic entry into the international distribution system and maximum useage the of export potential. The results of the research – research was conducted to determine the role of export-oriented production in the non-oil economy and directions for stimulating growth in the non-oil economy were proposed. The originality and scientific novelty of the research – determining the development trends of the non-oil sector and the role of export-oriented production areas in the development of the non-oil economy.

Developing high-quality human resources in Vietnam: A case in Binh Duong province

Human resources, especially high-quality human resources, play a decisive role in the socio-economic development of each country. In the context of deep and wide integration, along with the strong fourth industrial revolution, Binh Duong has focused on quickly building high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of development and international integration; which focuses human resources for industries with high technology content and added value, improving training quality to meet domestic and foreign labor market requirements. However, in recent years, Binh Duong has faced great challenges, high-quality human resources have not met the requirements of socio-economic development in the current international integration process. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system of guidelines, policies, strategic planning, and planning that are implemented synchronously to further develop high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development in the process of international integration.

Digitalization and regional integration: comparative analysis of the EU and EAEU experience

In the context of global and local geopolitical crises, the introduction of digital technologies into the life of society encourages us to reconsider the course of many processes. The transition to digital public administration, digital business, and digital mobility of citizens is changing the usual approaches to assessing the development of countries and regions of the world. The new opportunities of the digital economy both make it possible to simplify business processes and have potential risks. However, it is obvious that in the context of international integration processes, digital transformation entails the removal of barriers and contributes to the positive implementation of integration tools.This article presents a study of the relationship between digitalization and regional integration based on content analysis and a comparative approach. In particular, the introduction of digital technologies to enhance interaction between countries at the supranational level within the framework of integration associations is assessed on the basis of the cases of the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union. According to the authors, the use of digital cooperation tools, the opportunities that the Internet and digitalization bring have a positive economic and social effect. At the national level, the development of innovations and new technologies is stimulated, at the supranational level, areas of cooperation are expanding, trade processes are intensifying, and procedures for the movement of people, goods, and services are simplified. In addition, investments in the IT sector can generally provide GDP growth for both countries and regional associations. In this regard, it is concluded that it is necessary to use digitalization as a new tool for strengthening integration processes and for ensuring the sustainable development of regions.

INTEGRATION OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY INTO THE EURO-ATLANTIC COMMUNITY IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONALIZATION AND GLOBALIZATION PROCESSES: CONCEPT AND ASSESSMENT

The purpose of the article is to present the author's point of view on the conceptual apparatus that clarifies the definition of such economic categories as "internationalization", "economic integration", "inclusiveness", "globalization", etc. As a result, the essence of the processes of internationalization and integration of Ukraine into the democratized economic system of Euro-Atlantic countries is revealed. The object of the study is to analyze the complex processes of internationalization, globalization and integration of the Ukrainian economy into the competitive environment of Euro-Atlantic countries. The research methodology is based on general scientific and fundamental provisions of economic theory, international economics and statistics. The conceptual basis of the article is the world economic theories on the assessment of globalization processes in the development of the world economy. Processing and analysis of statistical data, modeling and forecasting of the identified trends were carried out using modern software. The most important theoretical and practical results that characterize the scientific novelty of the study and the personal contribution of the author are: identification of significant relationships and interdependencies between the processes of internationalization and international integration; meaningful analysis of the prerequisites for the emergence and deepening of the process of economic integration and the intensity of the influence of centripetal forces; the concept of inclusive growth, which is considered from the perspective of coherence of development goals of countries that form a globally integrated Euro-Atlantic community. Based on the main results of the study, the authors make several important conclusions and recommendations, including the following. Taxonomy of categories "internationalization", "economic integration", "inclusiveness", "globalization". Based on the analysis of the characteristic features of unions (international economic and full integration), it is proved that the latter require research, analysis and, as a result, the introduction of a common monetary, fiscal, credit policy, etc. One of the essential characteristics of the ability of any country to "fit" into the international system is the compliance of the development goals of such a country with the economic behavior of its government with international standards.

Impacts of Cross-Border Interaction from the Perspective of Cross-Border Cooperation Actors

Cross-border cooperation represents a "laboratory" of the international integration process, in which synergy is created between the diverse political, economic, cultural and social characteristics of the actors involved. The present paper examines perceptions of local cross-border cooperation actors in Slovak-Ukrainian borderlands. It is aimed 1) to identify their perceptions regarding the impact of more intensive cross-border interaction and expected impacts of the Association Agreement and 2) to verify the relationship between their views on the effects of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement implementation, as well as on deepening cross-border interaction and their tendency to perceive the EU, Ukraine or Slovakia as reliable partners. The empirical research and the statistical analysis were based on the approach proven within the EXLINEA research project. The results have revealed that the more intensive cross-border interaction has, as perceived by local actors on both sides of the border, a rather positive impact on borderlands. At the same time, perceptions regarding the reliability of Ukraine's partnership with Slovakia and the EU are seen as relatively significant correlates of attitudes of local cross-border cooperation actors. Namely, their attitudes to the effects of cross-border economic interaction, cross-border cooperation and the impacts of the Association Agreement implementation.

Identifying the development of high - quality tourism human resources in Vietnam when joining the international labor market and issues to solve

The process of regional and international integration has been taking place deeply and widely in all areas of life, economy - society, including the tourism industry. The change in management, business, and consumer demand in tourism activities is setting standards on high-quality human resources in terms of quantity, qualifications, professional knowledge and professionalism when participating in tourism activities and entering the international labor market. It is also a critical point that is being set for Vietnam when implementing the strategic goal of developing tourism human resources in the process of participating in integration. The article presents a number of related contents about identifying development drivers and the overall picture of the current situation, forecasting human resource needs of Vietnam's tourism human resources up to 2030, and issues that need to be resolved, and at the same time, giving some solutions and recommendations to develop tourism human resources in Vietnam when participating in the international labor market.
