Implementation of Road Infrastructure Development by the Village Government as an Effort to Improve Community Social Accessibility in Nagauleng Village, Cenrana District, Bone Regency

Village government is expected to have an impact on improving the welfare of local village communities through the development of road infrastructure. This research aims to determine the role of the village government in developing road infrastructure in Nagauleng Village, Cenrana District, Bone Regency and to determine the facilitators and inhibitors of infrastructure development activities. Data analysis using an internal analysis model shows that the role of the village government in the development of Nagauleng village road infrastructure is still lacking and not optimal, this is due to a lack of planning, implementation and other supporting factors. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include a lack of oversight and monitoring of infrastructure development, a lack of budget from the government as well as difficult access and terrain where the location is a main road, thus complicating the infrastructure development process which takes a lot of time.

Economic growth is an indicator of the success of economic development, characterized by the process of increasing output per capita in the long term. Sidoarjo from 2010 to 2020 has not yet met the target in terms of development, there is still a lot of infrastructure that has not been improved, however, in the development of infrastructure development which will start in 2021, there will be a lot of development in infrastructure starting in the District. From the results of data analysis conducted by researchers, it is known that the Karangan Village treasurer has applied the type of tax, the determination of the tax rate imposed on every transaction carried out in the infrastructure development process, namely the 379 Meter long footpath has been carried out correctly in accordance with the applicable tax
 laws. The findings in this study are limited because in Karangan Village, developing village infrastructure does not use construction services but uses a self-management system, it can be concluded that the type of tax that is set on each transaction is not as much as when using construction services.

On the quality checking of persistent scatterer interferometry data by spatial-temporal modelling

Abstract Today, rapid growth in infrastructure development and urbanisation process increases the attention for accurate deformation monitoring on a relatively large-scale. Furthermore, such deformation monitoring is of great importance in the assessment and management of natural hazard processes like landslides, earthquakes, and floods. In this study, the Persistent Scatterer Interferometry (PSI) technique is applied using open-source Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data from the satellite Sentinel-1. It allows point-wise deformation monitoring based on time series analysis of specific points. It also enables performing spatio-temporal area-based deformation monitoring. Currently, these data do not have a sophisticated quality assurance process to judge the significance of deformations. To obtain different quality classes of the Persistent Scatterer (PS) data points, the first step is to classify them into buildings and ground types using LoD2 building models. Next, time series analysis of the PS points is performed to model systematic and random errors. It allows estimation of the offset and the deformation rate for each point. Finally, spatio-temporal modelling of neighbourhood relations of the PS points is carried out using local geometric patches which are approximated with a mathematical model, such as, e.g., multilevel B-Splines. Subsequently, the quality of SAR data from temporal and spatial neighbourhood relations is checked. Having an appropriate spatio-temporal quality model of the PS data, a deformation analysis is performed for areas of interest in the city of Hamburg. In the end, the results of the deformation analysis are compared with the BodenBewegungsdienst Deutschland (Ground Motion Service Germany) provided by the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR), Germany.

Analysis of Land Disputes Arising from Land Procurement Activities in the Development of Public Facilities And Infrastructure (Review of Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition)

Land as a living space with all the people has a social function that must be able to maintain a balance between individual interests, social interests, and the interests of the state. Infrastructure development in the frame of public interest is closely related to land as the medium. So that land and development activities are a unit that cannot be separated from each other. The consequences of this have implications for the existence of land procurement for the public interest (land procurement for public interest) in realizing the welfare of the lives of its citizens who are just and prosperous equally as the goal of being an Indonesian state as stated in the fourth paragraph of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The study shows the implementation of land acquisition that is not by applicable legal procedures, the occurrence of maladministration and implementation errors such as lack of socialization, not involving all land rights holders, and there is no dialogue process between the parties before determining the location of the development, compensation that does not accommodate all non-physical needs of society. This error caused a dispute in the infrastructure development process because it was not by the mandate of Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Land Procurement for Development in the Public Interest.

Application of the Greedy Algorithm to Maximize Advantages of Cutting Steel Bars in the Factory Construction

Indonesia is one of the countries that is currently exuberant with development issues in order to balance the ongoing process of global modernization. In the infrastructure development process, the developer will enter into a contract with the contractor. This study aims to analyze the performance of the greedy algorithm in optimizing steel cutting with maximum profit to construction companies. The methods used include literature studies, program design, and program trials where the algorithm used is a greedy one. From the results obtained, it is evident that the Greedy algorithm can provide optimal steel cutting solutions because it works by calculating and deviating from all available separation settings, so there is no need to recalculate if the program performs that step.

Methodological issues of a system approach to the study of market infrastructure development

The article considers the essence, properties, and task of market infrastructure, including the disconnection of scientific research on individual infrastructures. Monitoring of these studies highlights the tendency to a limited analysis of the reasons for the fragmentation of infrastructures. The essence of this limitation is that the subject of research is usually a separate infrastructure, such as innovation, market, technological, social, digital, etc. Enrichment of the arsenal of infrastructure management methods through comparative analysis procedures, in accordance with the tasks of science and methodology development, allows achieving an increase in the efficiency of both the management itself and the economic mechanism of infrastructure. As a result, stand-alone infrastructure is viewed through the prism of understanding the systemic properties of this phenomenon, identifying characteristic, and added properties, constant and variable system parameters. The systemic approach, as well as the holistic approach, in this case focuses the search, first, on identifying the links that provide a holistic vision of infrastructure as a single system characterized by its essence and various forms of its manifestation. In our opinion, enriching the lexicon of national science with the term "market infrastructure" in the early stages of transformation practice and scientific understanding of the transition economy positively allowed to track new patterns of formation of the market economy in Ukraine. The separation of the concepts of economic "infrastructure" and "market infrastructure" is still perceived by many domestic scientists as different categories, but this approach is not observed in world science, since the processes of development of leading market economies and science in these countries occurred simultaneously and evolutionarily. This statement does not refute the rationality of using the concept of "market infrastructure" as a category, but it defines the purpose of this article as the search for and establishment of "points of contact" between infrastructures to describe this phenomenon systematically. To this purpose, the article considers scientific approaches to defining the essence of infrastructure, the state of infrastructure typology, states the relevant definition of the systemic essence of infrastructure, and substantiates a scientific approach to the comparative analysis of the search for "points of contact" as links of integration. Based on the results of the study conducted in this article, the author also identifies the components of the infrastructure development process characteristic of infrastructure. Directions for further research are proposed. Bureaucracy Pathology in Infrastructure Development of Banjar Village, Sampang Regency

This study used bureaucratic theory and bureaucratic pathology to reveal bureaucratic pathologies that occur in villages in the context of infrastructure development that often occurs in Banjar village. The basis of the research used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study, firstly, the phenomenon of bureaucratic pathology in infrastructure development in the village of Banjar is still encountered such as frequent discrepancies between the proposals submitted and reports made from the infrastructure development process (incompatibility of budget allocation for infrastructure development). Second, the strategy for rehabilitating bureaucratic pathology in infrastructure development that occurs by gradually monitoring each infrastructure development project that is being worked on, in collaboration with professional and competent construction parties.

This study aims to analyze the framing of television media coverage on infrastructure development in the city of Sorong.
 The research method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative using the framing analysis approach to the framing analysis model introduced by Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. The results showed that news framing in the evening news program CWMNews, regarding the process of infrastructure development in the City of Sorong for the 2021 period with the presence of local television media so that it can help the community get accurate information about infrastructure development in the City of Sorong. By journalistic framing news on CWM TV about infrastructure development as a form of concern from the Sorong City Government regarding infrastructure development, infrastructure development in Sorong City seems to present several achievements that have reached a point. The implication of this research is for the audience or viewers to receive information directly from the source. This can be seen in the news narrative, pictures, and the selection of sources that give a positive image to the evening news.

The Spatio-Temporal Pattern Air Quality During Pandemic in Batang District Based On Google Earth Engine Approach

Resilient and sustainable infrastructure development is necessary to support innovative industries. Batang Regency is one of the regencies on the island of Java that is currently intensively building infrastructure to prepare the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KITB). Therefore, the government also supports this Presidential Regulation Number 79 of 2019 and Presidential Regulation No. 109 of 2020, which observes the development of the Batang Regency Integrated Industrial Estate. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit Indonesia in early March 2020, many changes occurred in the infrastructure development process. Some infrastructure has been temporarily suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Of course, this will be followed by a decrease in emissions due to limited movement and infrastructure development there. This study wants to analyze how the air changes from the beginning of the pandemic until 2022. The air changes will be seen by monitoring NO2 formed from emissions from cars, trucks, buses, and industry. This is intended to measure/identify how the pattern of air changes considering the Batang District is passed by the Pantura road so that there is a high intensity of movement. The method used is spatial analysis with google earth engine Sentinel 5P images. The result of this study can provide input monitoring emissions related to technological advances in the era of open data.

Computer network analysis is very important to help improve network performance. BIM (building information modeling) is an information modeling technology that can support the acceleration of infrastructure development. Building information modeling (BIM) is one of the technologies in the field of AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) that is able to simulate all information into development projects into 3-dimensional models. The purpose of using BIM technology in urban infrastructure development is to help building and construction specialists to design, simulate, visualize, and build better buildings, while BIM is able to reduce errors and omissions, reduce repetitive work processes, and be able to reduce project duration and increase profits for those in the construction industry. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to contracting companies in East Surabaya and found that the use of BIM is very useful to facilitate the process of infrastructure development to be more effective and efficient.

Village Government Strategy In Implementation of Village Farming Road Infrastructure Development In Tanah Bumbu Regency, Indonesia

Strategy optimization of village government in the implementation of road infrastructure development of farming carried out in the village of Manurung District of Kusan Middle Tanah Bumbu which has carried out the authors conclude that it is less than optimal. This is because budgeting is not efficient in terms of where the development is carried out, and there is no role and contribution from the community in agricultural road infrastructure development activities both in planning, implementation, and supervision. This is the inability of the village apparatus to implement and manage government in the village in infrastructure development activities which are local government programs, there is no community empowerment in the ADD program which is a problem in optimizing the infrastructure development of the Manurung Village farm road. Supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out the strategy in implementing farm road infrastructure development in Manurung Village, Kusan Tengah District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, it can be concluded that the supporting factors in the development of village infrastructure are participation and support from the community, adequate APBD funding to carry out development, as well as regulations given to villages to make managing their area easier. While the inhibiting factors for the development of village road infrastructure, it can be concluded that there are several things, namely firstly, the supervision and monitoring of infrastructure development have not been maximized, then the weather and rough terrain make the infrastructure development process difficult and take a long time, as well as construction materials that are increasingly expensive causing cost overruns. out of the calculation

Pengaruh ROA, ROE, EPS Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Semen Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The construction and building industry sector has an important role in the development of the country's economy because it affects most economic sectors and industries in the country which is an important contributor to the infrastructure development process in providing a physical foundation on which development efforts and improving living standards can be realized. Adaoun one of them uses financial statement analysis involving financial ratios as a measuring tool, such as Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA) and Earning Per Share that can be considered for investment purposes. The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence ROE, ROA, and EPS both partially and simultaneously on the stock price in the Construction and Building Industry Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2020. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis verification. The data was tested using SPSS v.16 with multiple linear regression analysis tests, coeficient determination, hypothesis testing that tested its validity through normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and autocorrelation tests. The sample is selected using the purposive sampling method. The results showed that some ROA and ROE variables had a significant effect on stock prices while other variables such as EPS did not have a significant effect. Simultaneous test results, namely ROE, ROA, and EPS together have an insignificant effect on stock prices.

The role of municipalities and landscape architects in the public involvement processes related to green infrastructure developments

Abstract While urban green infrastructure has a great importance with regard to the urban climate, human welfare and well-being due to the positive impact of ecosystem services, it also offers opportunities to practice democracy. The quality of a green infrastructure development process depends on the quality of the partnership between the many stakeholders. Municipalities have a permanent task and a role to play in building partnerships. Landscape architects often go beyond their engineering tasks to give priority to their professional vocations in public involvement processes. In our research, we examine the roles and responsibilities of these main stakeholder groups.

Prospects and Impediments of Railway Infrastructure Development in Ghana: Impact of Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) Technology

There is limited understanding concerning the practicable challenges that could impede the developmental process of railway infrastructure projects, and the possible negative effect of the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) technology in Ghana. Given that the majority of the population are unfamiliar with the newly planned railway system. Our research intends to contribute towards the development of human capital and elevating the standard of living through the assertion of productive policies to ensure rapid infrastructure development by highlighting not only the socio-economic impact, but the negative impact of the railway infrastructure in the society. Also, this study discusses the possible challenges that could hinder the railway infrastructure development process. This study employs face-to-face interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) interview sessions that assimilate 35 respondents. Data collected is transcribed verbatim and analysed thematically. The findings reveal that corruption, unstable political discourse, lack of modern technology, and the impact of the Covid19 pandemic are among the critical challenges to hinder the progress and completion of the railway infrastructure development. By-laws should be designated ensuring that every uncompleted national project must be completed and not abandoned by the successive governments regardless of political differences. A holistic approach towards a more sustainable urban and port planning in tourist cities

Purpose This contribution aims to demonstrate that the adoption of a holistic approach to the development of infrastructures supporting the growth of cruise tourism can represent a trigger for a more sustainable urban and port planning in the Moroccan context. Although, along with this growth, there are global-local issues pertaining to sustainability and resilience that need to be addressed to support sustainable urban and social development of tourist cities. Design/methodology/approach Documents and literature review were used to develop an in-depth analysis related to the different fields involved in the proposed theoretical reflection. Scientific publications, data and international statistical reports have been used to validate the approach. Findings The work provides empirical insights to show the strengths of the country related to the sustainability, suggesting that they deserve to be integrated, involving urban planning, green energy transition, as well as the economic and social sustainability of tourism industry. Originality/value This paper aims to stimulate a debate among stakeholders and scholars involved on tourist port cities urban planning to avoid a “silos” approach and to favour a more sustainable infrastructure development process. In that sense, the paper fulfils the need to provide a basis to encourage the integration of different strategic topics and agenda concerning social and economic growth of tourist port cities.

Degradation of a protected mountain area by tourist traffic: case study of the Tatra National Park, Poland

Mountain protected areas are characterized by high biodiversity, which makes it a great challenge for managers to maintain a balance between their use and the stability of natural ecosystems. Maintaining that balance is particularly difficult in areas with high tourism pressure. The expected volume of tourist traffic should be considered at the planning stage of the tourist infrastructure development process. Insufficient capacity of tourist infrastructure can lead to environmental degradation, which is hard, or at times impossible, to repair. In our research, we identified patterns of tourist footpath and road functioning in an environmentally protected area with high volumes of tourist traffic. Data from geomorphologic mapping was analyzed in order to identify tourist footpath and road structures in the Tatra National Park (TNP). Fieldwork was conducted in several stages between 1995 and 2019. Orthophotomaps from the years 1977, 2009, 2017 and 2019 were used to identify and compare degraded zones along selected tourist footpaths. Degraded zones were defined as areas surrounding a footpath or tourist road with a mean width larger than or equal to 10 meters, with heavily damaged or completely removed vegetation and exposed, weathered cover, where geomorphic processes that would not take place under normal conditions are readily observable. The examined tourist footpaths and roads vary in terms of their morphometric parameters. Research has shown important differences between mean and maximum footpath width as well as maximum incision depth for the forest zone versus the subalpine and alpine zones. A lack of differences in these parameters was noted between the alpine and subalpine zones. Research has shown that an increase in the surface area of degraded zones found adjacent to tourist footpaths occurred in all the studied geo-ecological zones in the study period. However, the largest increase occurred atop wide ridgelines found in the alpine zone. Degraded zones may be an indication of exceeding the tourist carrying capacity of a mountain tourist area. Mass tourism in TNP contributes to the formation of degraded zones adjacent to footpaths, whose continuous evolution may lead to irreversible changes in local relief.

Trend Analysis and Simulation of Human Vulnerability Based on Physical Factors of Riverbank Erosion Using RS and GIS

This study aims to analyze the pattern of bank erosion and simulate the physical aspects of vulnerability in the lower Meghna River, Bangladesh using remote sensing (RS) and geographic information systems (GIS). The physical factors of vulnerability were analyzed using GIS-based Structured Query Language (SQL). A questionnaire survey, GPS survey and field observation survey were conducted for collecting the primary data in the study area. The secondary data were mainly satellite image collected from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) website. Using time series Landsat images (MSS, TM and OLI-TIRS), this study analyzed 36 years of erosion and accretion process in the Mehendiganj Upazila region from 1980 to 2016. The result indicates that an enormous amount of land (4470.47 ha) was submerged by the river and average land loss rate was 124.18 ha/year. The study quantifies the number of vulnerable households beneath the present condition and how much it will be altered after a positive/negative change with the factors of vulnerability related to the households. Simulation data reveals that under the present physical condition, 43.88% of households were identified as severely vulnerable. The output of this study can be used in the classification of vulnerable households and for the improvement of the physical infrastructure development process near the erosion prone areas, also helps to mitigate environmental disaster in the developing countries.
