Basic Principles for the Creation of a National Automated System for Permanent Loss of Working Capacity

The System for the Observation and Analysis of Disability is part of the Unified National System for Health Service in Bulgaria.The system was designed after a detailed analysis of the incoming documents and their circulation had been performed and after various models had been designed and tested.Some of the basic tables describing the output of the system are shown. The information from these tables is designed for the various levels of administration which are the carriers of social activities in the country and for the management of the Boards of Experts on Industrial Medicine.

An analysis of manual circulation systems for academic libraries

AbstractA preceding paper examined concepts and components common to many types of library circulation systems; this paper attempts to identify and describe aspects that are particular to manual circulation systems. It assumes a manual file of records in the general form of paper cards or slips, for items that are charged or otherwise absent. It then discusses principles of record creation and coding (before, at or after transaction time), and file organization and processing. It identifies questions that are suitable for further investigation.

Foundation of vortex gravitation, cosmology and cosmogony

A hypothesis is proposed concerning the cause of the origin of universal gravitation. This cause consists in a system of the ether vortex rotations. Physical and mathematical grounds are described and the formula for the determination of the space gravitation forces is deduced. On the basis of the vortex gravitation, the principles of creation and existence of the celestial bodies are shown. Methods of the use of the vortex gravitation properties for the space flight projection are proposed.
