While giving comparatively small doses of each component of a mixture of sulfonamides, the danger of intrarenal drug precipitation should be only as great as if each compound had been administered alone. Yet the sum of the components could be completely effective in eradication of a given infection. This method of sulfonamide therapy at first sight appears very desirable but a case...Bibliography1.
