TPQ teacher education is a scholar of religion and a scholar of Al-Quran to teach in this school. The teaching fees of the ten teachers come from regular donations provided by residents around Palmerah Village, which the Insan Palma Sejahtera Foundation manages. To improve the competence of teachers, training to make presentation slides with animation with characters that match the learning targets of TPQ students or video clip inserts will also be provided.
