Pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan dan pelayanan pustakawan terhadap minat kunjung siswa di perpustakaan SMK Wikarya Karanganyar

<p dir="ltr"><span>The aim of this research is to determine the influence of library facilities on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, the influence of librarian services on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, and the influence of library facilities and librarian services on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. This research utilizes a quantitative descriptive method. The population consists of all OTKP students, as many as 93 students. The sampling technique used is proportional accidental sampling with a sample size of 75 students. Data collection methods include questionnaires, observations, and document analysis. The data analysis employs multiple linear regression analysis with prerequisite tests such as normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests. The results of this research are as follows: (1) There is a significant positive influence of library facilities on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, with a value of t</span><span><span>value</span></span><span>3,751 > t</span><span><span>table </span></span><span> 1,993 with a significant of value 0,000 < 0,05. (2) There is a significant positive influence of librarian services on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, with a value of t</span><span><span>halue </span></span><span>2,206 > t</span><span><span>tabel</span></span><span> 1,993 with significant value 0,024 < 0,05. (3) There is a significant positive simultaneous influence of library facilities and librarian services on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, with a value of Fhitung 35.000 > Ftabel 3,12 with a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05.</span></p><div><span><br /></span></div><p> </p><p> </p>

The Effect of On The Job Training on Problem Solving Skills and Self Efficacy of Aviation Polytechnic Cadets

Aviation Polytechnic is a vocational education that should follow the global vocational education. The Polytechnic prepares its graduates not only to achieve education but also to develop social attitudes and skills in various fields. On-the-job training (OJT) programs were then conducted to increase some of these skills, namely problem-solving and self-efficacy (confidence in their abilities). This study aimed to determine whether OJT affected problem-solving skills, self-efficacy, and both. It used a quantitative method with a questionnaire as the instrument for data collection. The data were analyzed by a series of tests that examined the instrument, the prerequisite test, and the hypothesis. They were examined using the MANOVA method. The study indicated that OJT affected the problem-solving skills of Palembang Aviation Polytechnic cadets. The study also found the effect of OJT on the cadets’ self-efficacy. Finally, it was found that OJT had an effect on both problem-solving skills and self-efficacy.

Optimizing Collaboration Skills in the 21st Century: Recent Innovations in Project Model Differentiated Learning

Collaboration skills are important. Therefore, group learning needs to be held for hands-on experience that results in understanding and effective learning methods. This study aims to analyze the effect of project model differentiated learning on students' collaboration skills in grade V elementary school in science subjects. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique with 26 students. The research instruments used in the form of learning style questionnaires, observation sheets of the learning process in the classroom, and observation sheets to measure student collaboration skills consist of initial and final observation sheets. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis technique with Paired Sample t Test. Before the hypothesis test, the prerequisite test includes the normality test and homogeneity test. The average collaboration skills of grade V students before being given treatment using the differentiated learning project model were none in the Very High category, 9.99% in the High category, 70.76% in the Medium category, and 19.76% in the Low category. After being given treatment using a differentiated learning project model, there were 9.23% in the Very High category, 59.23% in the High category, 31.54% in the Moderate category, and none in the Low category. Furthermore, data processing is carried out with t-value ≥ critical t-value (39.034 > 2.05954), which indicates that there is a positive effect of the differentiated learning project model on student collaboration skills in grade V elementary school.

Hubungan antara minat baca dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar

The research purpose was determined the correlation of reading interest and critical thinking ability in social studies learning at <span>elementary school</span>. This research type is a quantitative approach with correlational research design. The research sample was fifth grade students at SDN Laban 01, SDN Wirun 04, SDN Laban 02, and SDN Plumbon 02, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. The sampling technique applies the probability sampling technique of cluster random sampling type. Data collection techniques for reading interest and critical thinking ability are in the form of tests and questionnaires. Analysis prerequisite test using normality and linearity tests. Hypothesis testing using simple correlation analysis by applying Pearson Product Moment correlation and multiple correlation analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results showed that reading interest affect critical thinking ability in fifth grade students of SD in Mojolaban District.

Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar dan Disiplin Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS pada Kelas VII MTsN 2 Bogor

This study aims to determine 1) There is a significant influence between learning motivation on social studies learning outcomes in class VII MTsN 2 Bogor. 2) The significant influence of learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes in class VII MTsN 2 Bogor. 3) The significant influence of learning motivation and learning discipline together on social studies learning outcomes in class VII MTsN 2 Bogor. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were all class VII students of MTsN 2 Bogor for the 2022-2023 academic year, totaling 320 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using product moment correlation and reliability test using alpha crombach's formula. Analysis prerequisite tests include normality tests, linearity tests and multicollinearity tests. The data analysis technique used is simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between learning motivation on social studies learning outcomes after the coefficient of determination test is carried out, the R square value is 0.973 or 97.3%. This means that the learning motivation variable has a significant effect on social studies learning outcomes of 97.3%. 2) There is a significant influence between learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes. After testing the coefficient of determination, the R square value is 0.962 or 96.2%. This means that the learning discipline variable has a significant effect on social studies learning outcomes of 96.2%. 3) Based on the results of the determination test, the correlation value (R) between learning motivation and learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes is 0.989. This shows a correlation between learning motivation and learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.977 or 97.7%. Thus the variables of learning motivation and learning discipline have an influence on changes in social studies learning outcomes by 97.7%, while the remaining 2.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
 

Improving Experimentation Skills through the Implementation of Project Based Learning: Analysis of Creative Thinking Skills

<em>This research aims to: (1) determine the effect of Project Based Learning (PjBL) on students' experimentation skills; (2) determine the influence of creative thinking skills on students' experimentation skills; (3) knowing the interaction between Project Based Learning (PjBL) and creative thinking skills on students' experimentation skills. The subjects of this research were all fourth grade elementary school students. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a quasi-experimental research design that provides pretests and posttests to the control class and experimental class groups. The research instruments used were performance to measure students' experimentation skills and written tests to measure students' creative thinking skills. Data analysis prerequisite tests include normality tests, homogeneity tests, and balance. Hypothesis testing uses a two-way ANOVA test with different cells. The results of this research show that (1) Project Based Learning (PjBL) influences students' experimentation skills; (2) Creative thinking skills influence students' experimentation skills; (3) The application of Project Based Learning (PjBL) has an effect on students who have high creative thinking skills. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of Project Based Learning on experimentation skills in science learning in terms of creative thinking skills</em>

Penggunaan Metode Field Trip Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Kelas IV MI Thalabul Khair Kabupaten Banjar

Basically, the process carried out consciously by a person to produce change is known as learning behavior and developing positive abilities. One way to facilitate teachers' ability to educate students and achieve learning goals is to use methods. This research aims to determine how field trip learning can improve academic achievement and obtain a significant relationship between student academic achievement and the MI Thalabul Khair field trip learning approach, Banjar Regency. This study uses a quantitative research design. With this design, there is every sample has two classes: a control class and an experimental class. totaling 14 students. Test questions data is gathered by observation, interviews, and documentation, among other techniques. Analyzing the collected data uses hypothesis testing, prerequisite test analysis, and descriptive analysis. This research obtained results, learning through field trips in class IV regarding the surrounding environment in social studies lessons can improve students' academic scores, and social studies learning outcomes are positively correlated utilizing the field trip instructional approach. In accordance with the difference between the control class's average score of 66.42 and the average score of the experimental class of 90.71. The field trip learning method also adds new experiences and enthusiasm to students during the process of learning.

How to conduct paired-t-test SPSS: comprehension in adsorption with bibliometric

<span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study was to provide an example of how to calculate, measure, and interpret a paired t-test analysis using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). This study explained a step-by-step process to understand how t-test analysis can be used. To support this study, bibliometric research was added for showing the research trend in the use of t-test in a wide range of applications in the medical and educational fields. The analysis was carried out in two stages, namely prerequisite testing and hypothesis testing. In the prerequisite test, we did the normality (the Shapiro-Wilk) and the homogeneity test (Levene). Both tests were used for understanding what a significant impact happens on student learning outcomes from the statistical data gained during the teaching and learning process. Since this study provided step by step on conducting the t-test using SPSS and also how to interpret the results, this study is applicable for users to use in various research fields.</span>

Hubungan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai Terhadap Hasil Lompat Jauh Di Sd Negeri 02 Pasmah Air Keruh

This research aims to: (1) determine the leg muscle explosive power of male fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 02 Pasmah Air Keruh Kepahiang. (2) The results of the long jump performance of male fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 02 Pasmah Air Keruh Kepahiang. (3) To investigate the relationship between leg muscle explosive power and long jump performance at SD 02 Pasmah Air Keruh. This study is a correlational descriptive research conducted at SD 02 Pasmah Air Keruh, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province. Research Procedure The research activities include several stages: (1) Standing broad jump test. (2) Preparing the equipment. (3) Test implementation. (4) Recording the results. Data collection technique in this research uses measurement test technique, while the data analysis technique includes test results, prerequisite test, and correlation test. The research results indicate that the leg muscle explosive power test results for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 02 Pasmah Air Keruh fall into the "Sufficient" category. Based on the long jump test results, the average score is 4.29, which falls into the "Good" category. Based on the correlation test results, the significant value of leg muscle explosive power on long jump performance is 0.000, indicating a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive power and long jump performance with a Pearson Correlation coefficient of 0.819, signifying a high degree of correlation.

The Influence of Video Media on Skills and Creativity of Prosthetic Makeup for Character Venom Among 12th Grade Students At Vocational School

This study aims to determine the effect of video media on the skills and creativity of beauty students. The research design used is an experimental approach with a quantitative method. The total population for this study comprised 54 students from two different classes, with 27 students in the control class and 27 in the experimental class. Data analysis involved percentage analysis, prerequisite tests, T-tests, and linear regression to identify differences in the dependent variable (Y) between the control and experimental classes and to determine the impact of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). Results from the prerequisite tests, T-tests, and linear regression were obtained using the SPSS version 2.1 application. The sequence of tests concluded with the T-test on skills, revealing a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating differences in skills between the control and experimental classes. The T-test on creativity yielded a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, signifying a difference in creativity between the two classes. The linear regression test resulted in a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating an influence of video media on students' skills and creativity. This overall analysis demonstrates a significant impact of video media on the skills and creativity of beauty students at SMKN 8 Surabaya.

Liveworksheet Interactive E-Module Effect on Equal Fractions Comprehension at 4th Grade Elementary School

This study seeks to investigate the impact of utilizing the liveworksheet interactive e-module on the comprehension of equal fractions among fourth-grade pupils. This study employed a quantitative methodology, utilizing a quasi-experimental design. The research design employed is a posttest control only-control group design. The sample size for this study consisted of 26 children who were in the 4th grade at SDN 2 Kejambon. The investigation employed a simple random sampling technique. The instrument comprised six descriptive questions. The data analysis was conducted using a T-test as a prerequisite test, including normality and homogeneity tests, with the assistance of SPSS software. The results obtained from the T-test analysis include a t-value of 2.311 and a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.030, which is less than 0.05. The results obtained from the T-test investigation include a t-value of 2.311 and a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.030, which is less than 0.05. The liveworksheet interactive e-module was found to have an impact on the comprehension of the Equal fraction idea. Subsequently, invalid hypothesis (H0) that is “There is no significant difference in 4th grade student mathematic comprehension, both liveworksheet interactive e-module and video-based learning.”, rejected. Whereas the first hypothesis (H1), that stated “There is significant difference in 4th grade student’s mathematic comprehension, between liveworksheet interactive e-module and video-based learning”, considered as valid.

The Utilization of Local Wisdom-based Interactive Digital Module to Improve Students’ Critical Thinking Skills

Local wisdom-based interactive digital module is an alternative teaching material developed to provide students with meaningful learning and experiences. This study aimed to investigate the effect of Local wisdom-based interactive digital module on students' critical thinking skills. This study applied a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design involving 74 students who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Learning in the experimental class used local wisdom-based interactive digital module, while learning in the control class used conventional teaching materials such as publishers' printed books. The results of the prerequisite test analysis show that the data are normally distributed and homogeneous. Furthermore, the data were analyzed through an independent sample t-test, which explained that applying Local wisdom-based interactive digital module could significantly improve students' critical thinking skills for all indicators. Module with attractive display innovations equipped with pictures, videos, audiovisuals, and quizzes in presenting content and local wisdom can stimulate students' motivation, curiosity, and analytical and evaluation skills to train the use of students' critical thinking skills in learning.

Integrated environmental education physics project to enhance student creativity

This study aims to describe the results of research on physics education integrated with environmental issues, especially related to climate change, through literature review and its implementation in schools. The aspects observed include the feasibility, effectiveness, and student responses to the implementation of integrated physics learning with environmental education related to climate change to enhance creativity. The research method used was quantitative research with a true experimental design involving pretest and posttest control groups. The subjects of the study were science students in public secondary schools in Jombang, divided into experimental and control groups. The research data were processed using observation sheets for the feasibility of learning, prerequisite tests including tests for data normality and homogeneity, paired t-tests, two-tailed t-tests, one-tailed t-tests, n-gain tests, effect size, and student response questionnaires. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that (1) there is a significant difference in students' creativity before and after the implementation of integrated physics learning with environmental education related to climate change, with the experimental group experiencing a higher increase compared to the control group, indicating the effectiveness of integrated physics learning with environmental education. (2) Student responses after the implementation of integrated physics learning with environmental education related to climate change were categorized as excellent. Therefore, as an initial study, it can be stated that climate change education can be implemented in the form of project performance and has an impact on student creativity.

Application of the Project Based Learning Learning Model for Social Sciences Subjects on Learning Outcomes in Junior High Schools

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the social studies project based learning model on learning outcomes at SMP Utama Wacana 8, Mesuji Timur District, Mesuji Regency. This research is an experimental research with a quantitative approach, the design used in the pre-experimental design is the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were all class VIII of SMP Utama Wacana 8 with a sample of class VIII A based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using tests, and documentation. Try out the requirements of the instrument by testing the validity, test the reliability of the test instrument, level of difficulty, and test the ability to differentiate the questions. Analysis prerequisite test using data normality test and linearity test. Data analysis technique using t-test analysis and simple regression test. The results showed that: (1) there was an increase in student learning outcomes before the average value was 42.59 and after the average value was 58.96. (2) the t test, namely the sig (2-tailed) provisions Tcount > Ttable 0.05 which shows that there is an influence. (3) simple regression test (R Square) of 0.366 which means that the magnitude of the effect is 36.6% and the other 63.4% is influenced by other variables

Pengaruh Aplikasi Youtube Terhadap Kemampuan Komunikasi Anak Di PAUD Al-Ikhlas Desa Aektinga Kecamatan Sosa

The aim of this research is to determine: (1) The communication abilities of early childhood in PAUD Al-Ikhlas, Aektinga Village, Sosa District before being given media in the form of the YouTube application, (2) The communication abilities of early childhood in PAUD Al-Ikhlas, Aektinga Village, Sosa District after given media in the form of a YouTube application. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental type of research. The research design used pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design type. The instruments used consist of observation, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and carries out prerequisite tests, namely the normality test and homogeneity test. Test the hypothesis using the "t" test. The population of this study were children at PAUD Al-Ikhlas, Aektinga Village, Sosa District. The results of the research show that: the communication skills of early childhood in PAUD Al-Ikhlas, Aektinga Village, Sosa District, are developing well. This can be seen from the results of observations of the development of children's communication skills during the pretest and posttest. The average observation results during the pretest were 24 and the average observation results during the posttest were 32. Based on the hypothesis test calculations carried out, Tcount = 16.11 by looking at t and the significance level α = 0.05 was obtained Ttable = 1 .98. because Tcount > Ttable then Ho: rejected, Ha: accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the YouTube Application on Early Childhood Communication Ability in Al-Ikhlas PAUD Aektinga Village, Sosa District.

Effectiveness of E-Module STEM Biotechnology to Empower Metacognitive Skills and Science Process Skills of High School Students with Low Academic Ability in Industrial Agriculture Areas

Metacognitive skills are vital for empowering students, especially in subjects like biology that are intertwined with scientific activities. Science process skills are crucial for enhancing the learning process in science. This study aimed to assess the impact of STEM e-modules in Biotechnology on metacognitive and science process skills among students in the industrial agricultural sector, particularly those with low academic proficiency. The research followed a quasi-experimental, non-equivalent control group design with a pretest-posttest research structure. The study population comprised public high schools in Jember, with class XII students from SMAN 1 Jember selected as the sample through cluster random sampling and class equivalence testing using ANOVA. Data collection involved essay tests, and prerequisite tests ensured homogeneity and normality. Hypothesis testing employed a two-way ANCOVA at a 0.5% significance level. The findings revealed that significant differences in metacognitive and science process skills when STEM e-modules were used in Biotechnology material, variations in metacognitive and science process skills based on students' academic abilities, and an interaction between STEM e-modules and academic ability on metacognitive and science process skills. This research suggests exploring the effects of STEM Biotechnology e-modules and academic ability on other dependent variables.

The Effect of Training Model and Arm Muscle Strength on Arm Power in Judo Sport

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training models and arm muscle strength on arm power judo sports in Bandar Lampung City in order to determine whether there is an effect of training models and arm muscle strength on arm power in athletes. The type of research is factorial 2 x 2. The sample used was judo athletes in Bandar Lampung City totalling 50 athletes. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The instrument used was the Two Medicine Ball Put test. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity tests), hypothesis testing using paired sample tests and independent sample tests. The data analysis technique used in this study using SPSS 20 is by using two-way ANOVA (two-way ANOVA). The results showed (1) There was a significant difference in influence between elastic training of Uchikomi tyres and push ups on arm power of judo athletes in Bandar Lampung City, with a p-value of 0.009 < 0.05. The Uchikomi elastic tyre training group was better than the push up group with an average posttest difference of 0.37 metres. (2) There is a significant difference between athletes with high and low arm muscle strength on arm power of judo athletes in Bandar Lampung City, with a p-value of 0.003 <0.05. Athletes with high arm muscle strength are better than athletes with low arm muscle strength with a posttest average difference of 0.44 metres. (3) There is a significant interaction between Uchikomi tyre elastic training and push ups and arm muscle strength (high and low) on arm power of judo athletes in Bandar Lampung City, with a p-value of 0.002 <0.05. The results showed that the Uchikomi tyre elastic training group was a more effective method used for athletes with high arm muscle strength and the push up group was more effective for athletes with low arm muscle strength.

Analysis of Students' Errors in Solving Story Problems Based on Newman's Error Analysis (NEA) on the Subject Matter of Linear Program in View of Students' Mathematical Ability

This study aims to describe the types of errors of students in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sirenja in solving story problems of linear program material based on Newman's Error Analysis in terms of mathematical ability. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were based on the results of prerequisite tests with two-variable linear inequality material with consideration of students who made the most mistakes, were able to communicate well and recommendations from mathematics teachers with one student with high, medium and low mathematics abilities. Data collection techniques in this study were written tests and interviews in the form of one essay question and interview guidelines. The interview technique used was semi-structured conducted with selected students to ascertain the types of errors made in solving story problems. The results of this study show that the errors made by subjects with high mathematics ability (ST) made mistakes in writing the final answer (encoding error). Errors made by subjects with moderate mathematics ability (SS) made errors in process skills (process skill errors), and errors in writing the final answer (encoding errors). Errors made by low ability subjects (SR) made errors in understanding the problem (comprehension error), errors in changing the problem into mathematical form (transformation error), errors in process skills (process skill error), and errors in writing the final answer (encoding error).

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Realistic Mathematic Education Berbasis Etnomatematika Madura Terhadap Kemampuan Literasi Matematika Siswa

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how fourth grade students at SDN Keleyan 2 are impacted in terms of their mathematical literacy by realistic math instruction grounded in Madurese ethnomathematics. This is a quantitative study using an experimental research design; a quasi-experimental design and a nonequivalent control group design are the types of research designs employed. 48 SDN Keleyan 2 class IV students served as samples. Classes experimental and control were employed in this study. In this study, tests of mathematical literacy and observation were used as data gathering methods. The data analysis includes an independent sample t-test for hypothesis testing, homogeneity testing, and a prerequisite test utilizing the normality test. Ho is rejected and Ha is approved based on the findings of the independent sample t-test data analysis, which showed that t-test = 7,757 > t-table = 2,012. As a result, it was determined that fourth grade pupils at SDN Keleyan 2 had significantly higher mathematical literacy levels when the model realistic mathematic education learning based on Madurese ethnomathematics was applied.

The Effectiveness of Domino Card Media on Mathematics Learning Outcomes on Equivalent Fraction Material in Elementary Schools

The use of traditional methods, the absence of learning media, students' boredom because they think mathematics is too difficult, and low student learning outcomes in equivalent fraction material are the problems underlying this research. This fact is motivated by the fact that the learning process is still focused on the teacher and not the students. The aim of this research is to find out whether the domino card media at SD Negeri 2 Durajaya, Greged District, Cirebon Regency can improve mathematics learning outcomes regarding equivalent fractions. This research uses quantitative experimental research, Pre-Experiment Design, One-Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The instrument for testing used in this data collection method uses test questions. The data collection sample technique used Simple Random Sampling to select 33 class III students at SD Negeri 2 Durajaya, Greged District, Cirebon Regency as the population. Non-parametric statistics with prerequisite tests for normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test to analyze the collected research data. Class III mathematics students at SD Negeri 2 DURAJAYA, Greged District, Cirebon Regency obtained an average pretest score of 75.4545 which was said to be a satisfactory order before using the Mathematics Domino Card media. After using the Mathematics Domino Card media, class III students at SD Negeri 2 DURAJAYA, Greged District, Cirebon Regency obtained an average post-test score of 92.4242 which was categorized as worthy of classification. The Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, resulting from the Paired Sample test table or T-Test above. In Class III of SD Negeri 2 DURAJAYA, Greged District, Cirebon Regency, it was shown that Ha was approved, this shows that there was a high difference in student learning outcomes before and after the implementation of Domino Card Media. Therefore, it can be assumed that the Mathematics Domino Card Media can provide Effective Mathematics Learning Outcomes for Equivalent Fraction Material at SD NEGERI 2 DURAJAYA Cirebon
