The increase in consumption of bottled drinking water (AMDK) reached 54.11% from 2018 to 2020, which has a negative impact on the environment. SiHatin Waste Bank is a community formed to manage the waste. Waste Bank officers face the risk of injury and infection, especially to the hands, due to the lack of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the processing of plastic glass AMDK waste. This condition creates new problems for Waste Bank officers, the purpose of this activity is to implement education on the use of finger protection in sorting and cutting plastic glass AMDK. The method of implementation of the activity involves observation, preparation of educational materials, direct training at the Waste Bank location, and evaluation of the impact through monitoring changes in officer behavior. The implementation of education on the use of PPE succeeded in increasing staff understanding by 41%, which is expected to reduce the incidence of injury and infection in the process of cutting plastic bottled water. It also contributed positively to the overall operations of the Waste Bank. In the next stage, there is a need for comprehensive monitoring by involving stakeholders to support the implementation of education holistically in an effort to manage sustainable waste.

Analysis of Al-‘Ashri Text Book for Arabic Teaching Based on Rushdi Ahmed Tuaima’s Theory

Learning the Arabic language will only develop if you analyse the materials used in books, and books the one of the latest educational materials in this era. This study aims to discover the book "Al-‘Ashri for Ninth Grade" according to the theory of Rushdi Ahmed Ta'ima. As for the research methodology, the researcher used a descriptive library approach and a data type search, which are the words and sentences in the book. The data sources are the book "Al-‘Ashri for Ninth Grade." The data collection method used for research is reading, classification, and analysis. From analysis, this book is based on the theory of Rushdie Ahmed Tuaima, and his writings have proved that this book is ideal based on the preparation of the materials of the book according to the idea of Rushdie Ahmed Tuaima in the preparation of educational materials. It is the value of the book "Al-‘Ashri for Ninth Grade, "the researcher found notes in some cases, namely: 1) Use of intermediate language in the book, 2) errors in translation and writing. 3) Lack of interest in grammatical analysis training. Of these three conditions, it is necessary to complete it, especially for writers of Arabic for non-native speakers.

Clinical-epidemiological characterization of women who received post-exposure HIV prophylaxis in a public hospital in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul

Introduction: Prevention strategies are key to combating the epidemic of infections such as HIV and syphilis. The epidemiological scenario of Porto Alegre/RS for these infections shows the need for greater efforts in the area of prevention, seeking to characterize both the population that uses these strategies and the services involved in the care of exposed people. Objective: This study aimed to characterize the clinical and epidemiological profile of patients who received post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) to HIV treated in a public hospital in Porto Alegre/RS. Methods: This is a retrospective, research, descriptive study based on the Clinical Protocol and Therapeutic Guidelines for PEP, updated in 2018 by the Ministry of Health. Prophylaxis request forms and medical records of patients treated were analyzed. Results: The population consisted of 87 women who received PEP from January to September 2019. There was a predominance of women aged between 20 and 29 years old (55.2%). The most frequent sexual exposure was consensual (69.0%) followed by sexual assault (31.0%). Porto Alegre was the place of residence of most patients (73.6%). The most frequently used therapeutic regimen was the combination of atazanavir, ritonavir, and tenofovir plus lamivudine. On the first visit, 8.0% of the patients showed reactive results for the treponemal syphilis test. Only 23.0% and 14.9% of patients returned for anti-HIV tests in the first and third months after exposure, respectively, and the results were non-reactive. Only 19 patients (21.8%) attended the consultations between 0 and 28 days after PEP. Conclusion: It was identified that a considerable percentage of women already had reactive serology for syphilis, most women did not return for follow-up within 28 and 90 days after the first consultation, more than half of the women were aged between 20 and 29 years old, and the most frequent sexual exposure was consensual. In this sense, efforts are needed, such as adequate counseling, adoption of interventions such as sending messages by cell phone, telephone calls, and preparation of educational materials, seeking to improve adherence to treatment and follow-up in the service, which is important given the scenario of epidemiology in Porto Alegre.

Linguistic and Didactic Adapttion of Educational Mecal Texts for Foreign Students

The principles of selecting educational texts of a medical profile for practical classes in Russian as a foreign language are considered. The ways of their linguodidactic adaptation for foreign students who speak Russian in the volume of the basic and first certification levels are described. The novelty of the research lies in the application of the methodology of corpus linguistics and the modeling method in the preparation of educational material for the lesson. The author presents examples of adaptation of the educational text in the discipline “Anatomy” in order to prepare students for further study of the subject and successful communication in this subject area. It has been determined that for foreign students with a basic level of Russian language proficiency, it is necessary to apply non-linguistic and linguistic adaptation of the text, while for students with a B1 language proficiency level, non-linguistic text adaptation should be carried out, aimed at preserving the meaning of the original text of the textbook. It has been established that the Latin version of the terms makes it difficult to perceive the Russian-language text and, therefore, necessitates the creation of a terminological dictionary on the subject with parallel translation into Russian and English.

ON THE EXPERIENCE OF PREPARING AUTHENTIC LEARNING MATERIALS IN THE KAZAKH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE FOR THE SYSTEM OF FLIPPED TEACHING

The article deals with the preparation of educational materials for teaching Kazakh as a foreign language within the framework of a university course. Taking into account the changing conditions in the systems of university language teaching, there are more and more new requirements for achieving the goals and requirements for preparing a modern specialist who practically knows the language being studied. Emphasizing teaching on achieving a practical level of use of the acquired knowledge and skills requires the teacher to activate all possible ways to prepare relevant and effective learning courses. The author proposes a number of methods and techniques that are possible to use, that are not particularly financially or laborious by to develop and are available for use by a wide range of teaching professionals. Standard means of mass computer text editors, available Internet resources can expand the opportunities for a practicing language teacher to create his own language courses, which makes such materials more effective and the course competitive. The creation of practical learning materials through a specific learning way, the visuality of learning resources, and the active involvement of students in the learning process become valuable opportunities that expand the potential of teaching in the broadest context.

Al-Mawād at-Ta‘līmīyyah ‘alā Asās al-Kifāyah al-Ittiṣāliyyah fī al-Kitāb al-Madrasī “Al-‘Arabiyyah al-Mu‘āṣirah” li Eckehard Schulz


 Abstract
 
 One of the textbooks used in different countries written by non-Arabs is "Modern Standard Arabic" by Schulz. By the author, he allegedly used a communicative input. However, in terms of strategic competence and the perspective of the foundations of the preparation of educational materials, it was not enough. Based on this issue, the objectives of this research are to know the foundations of the teaching materials in the textbook "Modern Standard Arabic" by Schulz, and its educational materials from the perspective of communicative competence. This research used the synthetic-inferential approach with the theory of foundations for preparing educational materials and the theory of communication. The type of this research is qualitative-quantitative through a desk study, which is written data and taken from the textbook "Modern Standard Arabic" by Schulz, whether it was printed or electronic version. The data collection used the documentation method, and the data analysis used the James Spradley method and discourse analysis. The results obtained by the research are the foundations for the preparation of the textbook, "Modern Standard Arabic" by Schulz, which is the structural-communicative approach; purposes; Material consisting of its selection, organization, arrangement and presentation; ways; and evaluation, and the educational material in that book is a perspective of communicative competence is very good which is up to 85.45%.

Readability and Suitability Assessment of university students Educational Materials in Preventing Smoking

Background: Educational materials are frequently used by health care providers to inform university students and young people about smoking and the health risks of smoking. However, little attention has been paid to the readability and suitability of these educational materials. Objectives: The study aimed to determine the readability and suitability of educational materials in preventing smoking for university students. Methods: Multiple instructional materials and books were used for the design and preparation of educational materials and were then tailored to the target group. Readability was measured by using the readability assessment of materials (RAM); and suitability was determined by the suitability assessment of materials (SAM) that considers characteristics such as content, graphics, layout/topography, and cultural appropriateness. Twenty reviewers, including 15 students and 5 health specialists scored the educational materials. Results: The mean readability score _ standard deviation(SD) of the educational materials was 8±1.6, 9±1.5 and 10±1.7, for the booklet, the pamphlet of the skill of saying no, smoking pamphlet and quitting it , respectively, which were increased to 15±1.4, 16 ±1.7and 17±0.8, after tailoring the content. The average SAM scores before and after tailoring the content were 45% for the booklet, which was increased to 88% and 75% for the pamphlet of the skill of saying no, which was increased to 93% and 79%for the smoking pamphlet and quitting it ,which was increased to 95%.The increase in all scores was significant (p< 0.01).The final tailored educational material was rated “superior media” on the SAM ratings. Conclusions: Given that most of the printed materials are suitable for people with higher education levels, health providers are strongly advised to prepare simple and understandable education materials that may increase the likelihood of consumer perception and recall.

505. Impact of Remdesivir on SARS-CoV-2 Clearance in a Real-Life Setting: A Matched-Cohort Study

BackgroundEvidence regarding the impact of remdesivir (RDV) on SARS-CoV-2 viral clearance (VC) is scarce. Aim of this study was to compare VC timing in COVID-19 patients who received RDV with those who did not. MethodsMatched-cohort study conducted (25 February 2020-15 April 2021) at the IRCSS San Raffaele, Milan, Italy. The study enrolled hospitalized patients with pneumonia and a SARS-CoV-2 positive nasopharyngeal swab (NPS) at admission and at least one NPS during follow-up. Follow-up started at hospital admission and ended at the date of the first negative NPS (within 30 days after discharge). Patients who received RDV (cases) and patients who did not (controls) were matched based on age (±5 years), sex and PaO2/FiO2 (P/F; ±10 mmHg) values at admission. NPS were analyzed with RT-PCR. Results described as median (IQR) or frequency (%). Time to VC was estimated with Kaplan-Meier curve and compared with log-rank test. Results648 patients were enrolled: 216 cases and 432 controls. Patients’ characteristics at admission are reported in Table 1. VC was observed in 490 patients (75.6%) in a median time of 25 (16-34) days. Overall, time to VC was similar in patients receiving or not receiving remdesivir (p=0.519). However, time to VC was different when considering both the use of RDV (yes vs no) and age (≤ or > 63 years), as shown in Figure 1A. A significant finding was also observed considering the use of RDV and P/F values at admission (≤ or > 200 mmHg), as reported in Figure 1B. Among the 490 patients who reached VC during follow-up, overall time to VC was similar in patients receiving or not receiving RDV (p=0.075; Figure 2A); however, RDV use was associated with a higher probability of VC in the subgroup of patients with P/F admission values ≤ 200mmHg (p=0.035; Figure 2B), in the age group 55-65 years (p=0.025; Figure 2C) and in patients with comorbidities (p=0.028). ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ПІДХОДИ У ПІДГОТОВЦІ МАЙБУТНІХ ВЧИТЕЛІВ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ З ДИСЦИПЛІНИ «ХАРЧОВІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ»

The article is devoted to the topical problem of training future teachers of technology on the basis of the competence approach. It is noted that the idea of ​​the competency approach is competency-oriented education, which is aimed at the comprehensive acquisition of various knowledge and methods of practice; competence approach determines the ability of an individual to solve problems that arise in the knowledge and explanation of the phenomena of reality; when mastering modern technologies; when choosing a profession and assessing readiness for study. It is determined that the most effective in the organization of the educational process in food technology in order to form subject competencies is the information-activity approach. The technological approach to learning involves: clear formulation of learning goals focused on achieving the end result; preparation of educational materials and organization of training in accordance with educational goals; assessment of current results, correction of training aimed at achieving goals; final evaluation of results. It is substantiated that the integration of information and activity approaches in the process of planning and organization of the educational process on food technologies should take into account the need to implement didactic principles of teaching and compliance with the laws of information interaction of future teachers. The highest level of information approach involves such complex factors as the content, meaning, value of information, the purpose of its transmission, reception, accumulation, processing and use, motivations of all participants in the information process and more. Like any other general scientific tool, the information approach, of course, can not be separated from specialized, more specific tools of scientific, cognitive and practical activities or to oppose them. In the process of professional training of future teachers of technology an important element is the use of competency, technological, environmental and information-activity approaches that can optimize the educational process, make it more effective and relevant to society's needs. The problem of methodological approaches in the higher education system is very relevant and important. Modernity places new demands on human education and requires teachers of vocational education to be able to effectively solve various problems on the basis of existing knowledge, as well as to constantly improve their professional level and learn throughout life.

Pembentukan kader peduli Covid pada masyarakat di Desa Rumbio, Kabupaten Kampar

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has lasted almost two years. In Kampar Regency, there are a total of 3567 confirmed cases of COVID-19 as of May 1, 2021. One strategy that can be taken to reduce this Covid case is the development of cadres who care about Covid for village communities to recognize and report cases immediately to health facilities. For this reason, the Environmental Science Postgraduate Service Team of the University of Riau carried out community service activities in Rumbio village, Kampar district, Riau. This activity begins with the preparation of educational materials and is given to village cadres in order to increase their understanding of COVID-19. The method in implementing this service activity is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely (1) Socialization, (2) Competency Improvement, (3) Implementation of activities, and (4) Monitoring and Evaluation. This activity is assisted by Kukerta students and periodic monitoring is carried out after the counseling. We also handed over visual media for Posbindu in the form of posters and banners. The existence of community service activities can improve the health status of the community.

The purpose of the article is to identify in the book of the prophet Jeremiah those ideas that are characteristic of the Christian worldview. The book of Jeremiah vividly expresses the idea of repentance, and Jeremiah's prophecies are closely related to the New Testament book of Revelation. The book of Jeremiah vividly expresses the idea of the responsibility of human society. The article notes that not all biblical postulates are absolute. For example, the categories of blessing and curse of God are conditioned by the way people live and can change according to the development or regression of the spiritual life of the people. This article can be useful in the preparation of educational material on theological and philosophical disciplines.

Criminal law as a means of protecting human rights and freedoms in the modern world

This paper is a comprehensive study of the problems of criminal law as a remedy for human rights and freedoms in the modern world. The relevance of this subject lies in the systematic violations of constitutional human rights and freedoms and the inaction of the criminal law in such cases. Nowadays, the criminal law as a remedy for human rights and freedoms in national and international law is described by imperfection in its adaptation to rapidly changing social relations, which, accordingly, leads to problems in their legal protection. There are various reasons for this in the legal sphere, such as gaps in the legal provisions, conflicts of legal regulation and inconsistency of the rules of legislation with existing public relations in the state. All of the above determines the relevance of the subject matter of this study. Thus, the purpose of this study was a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and applied issues relating to the remedies for human rights and legitimate interests against socially dangerous encroachments, and the formulation of scientifically sound proposals for improving the current legislation of Ukraine and the practice of its application in this area. Ultimately, this study identified the legal characteristics of human rights and freedoms at both the national and international levels. The remedies for rights were demonstrated through the lens of criminal law. In addition, the study analysed the forms of implementation of international practice in the national legislation of Ukraine as a remedy for human rights and freedoms in the modern world. The significance of the results of this study was expressed in the further research of related subjects concerning this issue, namely the history of the development of EU criminal law standards and the historical establishment of the concept of human and citizen rights and legitimate interests. Furthermore, the materials of this study can be used in the preparation of educational materials, methodological recommendations, as well as training in various fields of legal science. This, in turn, will allow properly using the criminal law protection of human rights and freedoms without violations on the part of criminal justice bodies

Опыт дистанционного преподавания педиатрии студентам четвертого курса в медицинских вузах Украины в условиях пандемии COVID-19

Статья посвящена опыту дистанционного преподавания педиатрии студентам 4-го курса медицинского факультета на кафедре педиатрии 1 и медицинской генетики Днепропетровской медицинской академии в условиях карантина вследствие пандемии COVID-19. Внимание учебных заведений к дистанционному обучению повысилось в последнее время, благодаря внедрению дистанционного обучения стало возможным создавать учебные и научные источники, возможности которых в несколько раз превышают таковые бумажных носителей информации. Клинические кафедры медицинских вузов получили возможность распространить свой опыт в применении новейших информационных технологий и впервые ввести преподавание онлайн клинических дисциплин. В статье описан опыт подготовки и проведения практических занятий, изложения лекционного материала. Изложена динамика изменений нагрузки на преподавателей и студентов в процессе приобретения опыта дистанционного обучения. Описаны этапы подготовки учебных материалов, тестов и клинических задач для студентов. Рассмотрены возможности применения тестов базы КРОК-2 в процессе подготовки студентов к практическим занятиям. Представлены варианты проверки знаний, полученных студентами при подготовке к практическим занятиям. В статье подробно рассматриваются возможности проведения практических занятий и изложения лекционного материала на различных платформах, представленных в Интернете, возможности идентификации студентов, а также различные формы общения студента и преподавателя. Также уделено внимание порядку и методике принятия у студентов отработок занятий, которые были пропущены до времени объявления карантина. Кафедра педиатрии 1 и медицинской генетики также делится опытом проведения методических заседаний кафедры, работы студенческого научного кружка и мерами по воспитательной работе, которые могут иметь место в работе кафедры во время карантинных мер в условиях пандемии COVID-19.

A prática colaborativa na formação em saúde: Relato de experiência do PET saúde Interprofissionalidade

Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de um grupo de aprendizagem tutorial do PET Saúde Interprofissionalidade, com vistas à promoção da prática colaborativa na formação em saúde. Método: Trata-se de um relato de experiência de um grupo de aprendizagem tutorial do projeto PET Saúde Interprofissionalidade em um município do estado de Pernambuco. A equipe conta com tutores docentes, preceptores profissionais do serviço e estudantes de graduação e residência, contemplando os seguintes cursos: educação física, enfermagem, nutrição, psicologia, saúde coletiva e serviço social. São realizadas reuniões semanais para aprofundamento teórico, elaboração de material educativo e discussão de casos complexos, bem como visitas domiciliares às famílias em acompanhamento. Resultados: No ano de 2020, realizou-se o acompanhamento sistemático de famílias com problemas principais de obesidade e sofrimento psíquico. A cada semana, as visitas domiciliares eram realizadas por um subgrupo de preceptores e discentes, para avaliar e intervir junto às famílias. Os casos eram discutidos nas reuniões, nas quais eram elaboradas as propostas de intervenção em conjunto, por meio da prática colaborativa. Conclusão: Observou-se que o projeto promoveu a integração do ensino-serviço-comunidade, proporcionou aos estudantes a experiência da prática colaborativa interprofissional na sua formação, bem como um atendimento individualizado e de qualidade às famílias assistidas.

УЧЕБНЫЕ МАТЕРИАЛЫ С ДОПОЛНЕННОЙ РЕАЛЬНОСТЬЮ В ВЫСШЕМ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОМ ОБРАЗОВАНИИ

Objective : to determine the character and forms of the new generation educational materials in the conditions of a new reality - the dominance of clip consciousness, because it is focused on the perception of changing visual images and it limits the formation of systemic knowledge about the subject of study. 2) to make an overview of augmented reality (AR) programs and applications that can be used in the preparation of educational materials. Applied method : analysis of documents, including publications of domestic and foreign authors, describing the experience of introducing virtual (VR), augmented (AR) and mixed (MR) realities technologies into the educational process and educational materials; online sources for the latest augmented reality learning software. Results : textbooks with AR enable to observe objects in 3D in real time and in a real physical environment using smartphones, special glasses; it will allow them to gain practical knowledge and experience. Educational materials with AR and VR will become more in demand in technical / engineering and architectural and construction education, they will allow to visualize projects, to view the architectural models in detail. Conclusions : the use of augmented reality elements has a positive effect on the quality of education, but its effectiveness for students of different specialties is different. The greatest effectiveness of AR in the process of teaching undergraduate students of engineering and architectural specialties was revealed. In general, the impact of virtual and augmented reality on consumers is ambiguous. The problem requires further study, in particular, in the aspect of technostress.

Preparation of Educational Materials with Integration on the Basis of Archipelagic Islam For the Intermediate Level at the Institute of Islamic Study Ma’arif Metro Lampung

This study has the objectives, 1- Preparing integrative teaching materials based on Nusantara Islam for intermediate level, 2-Knowing the characteristics of integrative teaching materials based on Nusantara Islam for intermediate level IAIM NU Metro Lampung, 3- Knowing the extent to which the effectiveness of teaching materials is to improve the four skills in Arabic.This research is an experimental research designed by researchers with pre-test and post-test. While the population of this study were second semester students majoring in English Education, and took 18 students. Results of this study are 1. Completion of teaching materials which have the following stages: Initial analysis, preparation of teaching materials, validation of 2 experts, revision of teaching materials, field trials, revision of teaching materials after implementation in the field, final results. Teaching materials compiled by researchers are in (1) Format and layout arrangements, (2) Module content consisting of instructions for use, learning and evaluation activities, (3) the use of language in teaching materials is conversational language, language of expressions / descriptions, and the natural language of the Prophet's hadith. 3.
