The aim of this video presentation is to report a placenta percreta in a 7 week-gestation rudimentary noncommunicating uterine horn pregnancy. A 28-year-old woman presented with rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy free of complaints at 7 week-gestation. The diagnosis was suspected by ultrasonography and diagnosed by laparoscopy. Laparoscopic excision of the rudimentary uterine horn and ipsilateral salpingectomy were performed, as well as biopsy of several peritoneal endometriosis lesions. Histological examination found a 7 week-gestation pregnancy located in the rudimentary uterine horn with placenta percreta.
