<p dir="ltr"><span>This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of the peer environment on student learning discipline; (2) the influence of learning motivation on student learning discipline; (3) the influence of the peer environment and motivation to study together on student learning discipline</span><span>The research method used is a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The population used is all students in class X and XI majoring in MPLB at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 214 students. Sampling used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a total of 140 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant peer environment influence on learning discipline (tcount 2.016&gt; ttable 1.977) with significance (0.046&lt;0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on learning discipline (tcount 4.288&gt; ttable 1.977) with significance (0.000&lt;0.05); (3) there is a positive and significant influence on the peer environment and motivation to learn together (tcount 72.589&gt; ttable 3.06) with a significance (0.000&lt;0.05).</span></p><div><span><br /></span></div>
