Rekayasa Teknik Guludan sebagai Upaya Rehabilitasi Ekosistem Mangrove di Ekowisata Pantai Alam Serdang Bahari, Pantai Labu, Sumatera Utara

Abrasion at Alam Serdang Bahari Beach (ASB) is increasingly worrying, causing the reduction of mangrove forests on the coast. ASB Beach is located in Regemuk Village, Labu Beach. The ASB Mangrove Forest Farmers Group (KTHM) has made many efforts to continue to exist morally and materially to survive in the ecotourism industry and is trying to re-green the beaches to minimize the impact of abrasion. The results of a field assessment involving lecturers, village officials, and KTHM ASB obtained a roadmap for a sustainable development village with a solution to prevent prolonged abrasion using the simplest and most economical way through engineered bund techniques to protect mangrove plants and also act as a wave breaker. Implementing this PKM aims to make new efforts to plant mangrove trees as coastal abrasion protection. Implementing activities uses a participatory action research (PAR) approach. KTHM, as the partner, carried out the construction of the bund enclosure, and the PKM team was the drafter and supervisor. The results of the PKM implementation are three plots of bunds in the shape of a ship's bow as an effort to break the beach waves using the Rhizopora sp. propagules collected from mangrove seeds by KTHM ASB. This innovation is still early to assess because it requires ongoing monitoring. It is hoped that this effort will better protect newly planted mangrove plants from fierce waves and abrasion as a joint effort to prevent abrasion on ASB Beach.

Guru Inovatif dan Kreatif Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Menggunakan Aplikasi CANVA

Innovative and creative teachers can be trained through socialization and training activities for teachers. This activity aims to expand teacher knowledge and improve teacher skills in utilizing technology through the preparation and creation of teaching materials using the Canva application. The community service activities carried out by the PKM team of the Superior Human Resources Supporting Lecturer Program (PDPSU) at the State Elementary School located at Jl. Jawa 01, PAHANDUT, Pahandut District, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province, have several stages, namely (1) Participation method, namely the community service team actively participates in providing knowledge socialization activities to teachers regarding the important role of teaching materials in learning, then material on how to utilize technology through the Canva application and link it to local wisdom; (2) Survey method, namely distributing questionnaires to training participants before and after implementation, as well as a satisfaction survey of community service partners and (3) Training, namely the community service team provides skills training to teachers to create teaching materials in the form of animated folk tales using the Canva application; (4) Activity Evaluation. This community service activity aims to produce innovative and creative teachers in compiling interesting teaching materials based on local wisdom. Strategi Pemasaran Air Minum dalam Kemasan di Pondok Pesantren Riyadhus Samawi

In general, some of the community's drinking water needs can be sourced from well water and water that has been treated by the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). However, the increasing demand for drinking water sometimes cannot be met by well water sources or water that has been treated by PDAM. Along with technological advances, accompanied by increasingly busy community activities today tend to choose a more practical way at a relatively low cost in meeting drinking water needs. One of the alternative ways to fulfill drinking water needs is by using mineral water products. Marketing is a process of preparing integrated communication that aims to provide information about goods or services in relation to human needs. The marketing carried out at the Riayadus Samawi Islamic Boarding School is still very simple, namely from word of mouth to the congregation. So that Yarisa Drinking Water has not been sold widely like bottled drinking water in general because the majority of consumers are still worshipers and the neighborhood around the cottage. The purpose of this community service is to contribute thoughts and training, especially to the manager of Yarisa drinking water regarding the importance of analyzing marketing strategies for a company in an effort to market its products so that these products can be accepted by the public and distributed widely. The PKM process carried out at the Riyadus Samawi Ludoyo Blitar Islamic Boarding School consists of three stages, including: first, problem identification with a study carried out by the PKM team, Yarisa drinking water managers, cottage administrators, cottage caregivers, and cottage owners to find out the quality and development of Yarisa drinking water marketing strategies. The second stage is the implementation of PKM by holding a seminar with the theme “Marketing Strategy for Bottled Drinking Water at Riyadus Samawi Islamic Boarding School” and attended by Yarisa drinking water managers and students and board members. The third stage is monitoring and evaluation of whether the bottled drinking water marketing strategy delivered by the PKM team has been implemented in Yarisa drinking water. The results of this PKM are socialization and assistance regarding bottled drinking water marketing strategies and making several marketing and motivational programs so that in the future Yarisa drinking water owned by Riyadus Samawi Islamic Boarding School can be marketed widely.

PERAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SMKN 1 KOTA BIMA

This service is based on the influence of technology on students' learning motivation because technology is increasingly spread everywhere and has a big impact on people's lives, especially in society and the educational environment, especially in vocational high schools. Daily life is experiencing major changes due to technological advances. With this dedication and research, the PKM team wants to know how technology influences student learning motivation in the Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) and RPL (Software Engineering) departments of SMKN 1 Bima City. The purpose of this service is to display and explain the role of information technology in student learning motivation. This service is carried out through conducting field surveys. 78 students were research subjects. There is a positive correlation between the use of information technology and student learning motivation, according to PKM's findings. This shows that students' desire to learn increases with more intensive use of information technology.

Upaya Inovatif Menuju Pesantren Bebas Skabies di Pesantren Ar Roshifah Tasikmalaya

The incidence of scabies and factors of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in Islamic boarding schools are still a problem. Therefore, community service activities (PKM) try an innovative approach with assistance in increasing the PHBS of students and pesantren administrators using the problem-based learning (PBL) method at the Ar Roshifah Islamic boarding school, Leuwisari sub-district, and Tasikmalaya district are expected to find a solution. In stage 1 of the PKM activity, physical examination of all of the administrators and students, most types of diseases are found, which are then used as a topic of discussion in stage 2—introducing clean and healthy living behaviors with the (PBL) method. This method uses problems as learning stimuli. There is group work for interaction (students and teachers are divided into small groups of 10-12 people) and the PKM team as tutors and facilitators. In conclusion, at the end of the activity, the students and administrators learn about scabies, starting from the etiology, risk factors, symptoms, methods of treatment, and prevention independently. They find out until they understand the roots of existing health problems and are expected to have an impact on daily life towards personal health and the environment to avoid scabies.

The city of Balikpapan has many flood points every year,.Flood events are a priority issue for the Balikpapan City Government, in 2017 there was an increase in flood events by 89 incidents. To solve this problem is to apply the construction with the latest environmentally friendly technology, namely porous concrete so that surface water can seep into the ground and can become a groundwater reserve. Porous concrete is the latest type of concrete technology with high porosity which is applied as a concrete plate which allows rainwater and water from other sources to pass through. Limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of teaching staff relevant to the Construction and Housing Study Program at SMKN 1 Balikpapan School so that they cannot carry out concrete manufacturing and testing because this is a basic competency that every student must have. The activity began by formulating a program that was relevant to the knowledge and research of the PkM team of the Civil Engineering Department of the Balikpapan State Polytechnic and the problems that exist around Balikpanan City. SMKN 1 Balikpapan to carry out follow-up activities or programs to be implemented, activity planning, activity schedules and activity output. The activities were carried out for 2 days which included socialization and practice of making porous concret.

Nowadays, digital literacy is very important because computerization is increasingly sophisticated, making it easier to find references for the study of science. By using digital literacy, it will be more cost-effective than having to buy books, and in fact, by using digital literacy the information will always be updated. Social media is now very popular among people because it can provide new information. The aim of this service is to teach and assist students to use digital literacy to increase learning capacity, and also to manage social media as a medium to strengthen brotherhood between fellow students. Juvenile delinquency that often occurs nowadays seems to have lost its indication of delinquency and has led to criminal acts that can endanger the safety and comfort of people's lives. In this regard, the Bina Bangsa University PkM team has a program for implementing community service to provide solutions to the problem of juvenile delinquency and narcotics in the Kasemen District area which is rampant and never resolved. This service program takes the form of legal counseling to prevent and combat juvenile delinquency and narcotics abuse. Thus, there are several stages that constitute the method of implementing community service, namely, the observation stage, the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of these legal counseling activities are that the PkM Program at Bina Bangsa University has had a positive impact and significant results on the legal awareness of teenagers in Kasemen District, especially students at SMKN 6 Serang City. Providing counseling about literacy and the dangers of narcotics provides benefits, insight and experience. new for partners to fight the influence of narcotics, providing education regarding the indications and losses of juvenile delinquency, providing legal awareness for partners not to engage in deviant juvenile delinquent behavior. PkM activities, which take the form of legal counseling to educate Kasemen teenagers so they can fight the influence of narcotics and juvenile delinquency, can minimize crucial legal problems in the Kasemen District which are rampant.

The digital economy encompasses online business transactions, electronic commerce, digital services, and the digital creative industry, offering opportunities for growth, innovation, and efficiency while also challenging privacy, data security, and the digital divide. Alumni have significant potential in the digital business world, with access to education, experience, and extensive networks. Some findings suggest that electronic money positively impacts economic growth, but legal protection challenges remain, such as consumer data breaches and the need for regulation. The PKM team provides outreach to alumni and active students on legal developments in digital business. Lectures and training methods are used to impart understanding of legality and legal protection in digital business. This outreach successfully enhances participants' understanding of legal aspects, such as business identification numbers (NIB), business permits, tax obligations, trademark registration, copyright, product regulations, and intellectual property protection to avoid legal risks and enhance their business reputation.

Feasibility analysis is essential for every MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) as a consideration for whether a business is feasible to continue. The result of financial feasibility analysis is expected to determine whether the business plan is economically profitable or not. The purpose of this service is to provide training on measuring business feasibility at MSME Rajut Denzaa in Jambi. This training aims to help MSME Rajut Denzaa understand whether the business they are running is financially viable. Viable means that the income received from the business exceeds all the costs incurred during its operation. The owner of the MSME must truly understand whether their business is indeed feasible to continue. Lack of knowledge on financial feasibility measurement is the core problem of MSME Rajut Denzaa. Therefore, the PKM Team needs to provide this training to help MSME Rajut Denzaa understand whether their business is feasible to continue or not.

Optimalisasi Pelayanan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Kilasah Kecamatan Kasemen Kota Serang dalam Mencapai Good Government

Community services that do not run optimally result in obstruction of the government regulatory system in the agency. It can also cause fatal problems, such as increasing complaints from people who experience inconvenience and their service rights are not fulfilled. In principle, community service is a determining factor in the quality of government and the welfare of all sub-district officials and the community. This happened in various subdistrict agencies in various regions, including in Kilasah Subdistrict, Kasemen District, Serang City. As for the physical condition of the Killah sub-district office, it still does not have a permanent and independent sub-district office building, limited competent human resources, minimal facilities and infrastructure, minimal number of community service administration staff. So this Community Service activity aims to help optimize community services in Kilasah Village. Creative and Innovative Digital Economy Training to Increase Income of SMA Karya Utama Students

Abstract: The creative and innovative digital economy, fuelled by digital technology and the internet, offers numerous opportunities for individuals to increase their income. Shopee, a widely recognised e-commerce platform, effectively taps into this potential with its user-friendly services. SMA Karya Utama, a 22-student senior high school located at Jalan Pendidikan No. 23 Marindal Village, Patumbak District, has yet to fully comprehend the potential of e-commerce for entrepreneurship, as evidenced by the PKM team's survey. To bridge this gap, the PKM team aims to educate SMA Karya Utama students on the opportunities presented by the digital economy and how to utilise the Shopee app for sales. The PKM activity employed a variety of socialisation, demonstration, and practical methods to expose students to creative digital economy concepts and train them in the operational aspects of Shopee. The results of this activity included increased knowledge of the digital economy and practical skills in account creation, product uploading, store management, and marketing on Shopee. The training aimed to empower SMA Karya Utama students to increase their income, foster independence, and equip them to effectively face future economic challenges. Civil engineering construction is related to concrete, including the construction of roads, buildings, dams, houses, and irrigation channels. Considering the importance of knowledge related to concrete, students of SMK N 3 Semarang who are majoring in construction engineering and housing need to be well informed. Many vocational high school students are still unaware of the proper process of making concrete that meets the desired quality standards. Students of SMKN 3 Semarang, who are expected to be able to work immediately after completing their studies, need to be equipped with knowledge about the concrete-making process. The purpose of this activity is to improve the knowledge of SMKN 3 Semarang students regarding the quality of concrete materials, the making of K-225 quality concrete, and the value of the concrete slump test. The PkM team from Universitas Semarang conducted training on making concrete for SMK N 3 Semarang students using discussion methods and laboratory practice. As a result of this training, the majority of students understand the process of making concrete in terms of material quality, K-225 concrete mix design, and slump test testing.</em></p></div>

Edukasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada Siswa - Siswi SMK N 7 Semarang

<p><em>After graduating, many vocational school students take part directly in the work. One of them is vocational school students majoring in construction who can immediately work in the world of construction or projects. In the implementation of construction, many work accidents occur which are caused by human factors, because of understanding of the dangers in construction projects. It was recorded by the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) for Employment that from January to November 2022 there have been 265,334 work accidents in Indonesia. Therefore, students need to be given education about Occupational Health and Safety (K3). The aim is for the graduate to always apply K3 during construction so that graduates do not experience work accidents. Education was carried out through the presentation of material about K3 by the USM PKM team and continued with a question and answer session. Participants were very enthusiastic about participating in educational activities. It was shown from a lack of participants who asked questions to the PKM team. Apart from that, the results showed that 81% of the students thought that the PKM material was in line with community needs and that the overall PKM activities provided benefits.</em></p>

Budaya Profil Pelajar Kreatif: Menumbuhkembangkan Literasi Visual Anak Panti Asuhan

Community Service Partners (PkM), namely the Abdurrahman Bin Auf Orphanage (PA. Abd R.) Nogosari District, Boyolali. P.A. Abd R. currently has 49 foster children (M=23; P=26). The main problem in PA. Abd R., knowledge related to visual literacy and creativity is less than optimal with a percentage of 42%. So that foster children have visual literacy competencies, they need development and assistance so that they can continue their education to a higher, superior and competent level. The aim of the PkM program is to empower PA foster children. Abd R. through socialization, mentoring, and displays of visual literacy creativity to form habits. The expected impact of this program is that foster child partners will have an understanding of the material, expertise, creativity and skills in making learning media. Methods for implementing the PkM program, namely socialization, mentoring and showing creativity. The results of PkM activities are 1) Increased awareness and interest in learning for foster children in a visual literacy culture through socialization, mentoring and training. 2) Increasing the visual literacy skills of foster children that are culturally oriented towards creative student profiles. 3) Adequate learning resources/visual literacy reading books in the library (provided by the PkM team, adding 29 book titles). 4) Developing creativity from activities, a) working on Pre-test questions, b) making Popup books and booklets, c) making digital posters, d) making 3-dimensional wall magazines, e) making padlets, and f) working on Post-tests.

English for Tour Guide: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bagi Guru SMK di Purbalingga

This community service program seeks to help teachers enhance their English communication abilities, and in particular English for Tour Guide. Aside from that, it provides information, insight and creative inspiration in teaching and learning activities, which can indirectly contribute to the growth of local tourism. This activity was carried out utilizing a training method based on the results of an analysis of needs and challenges encountered at SMK Negeri 1 Bojongsari in terms of English mastery, conducted through interviews and observations. The training method used is through presentation of material, drilling, and evaluation. This PKM activity is for vocational school teachers and students, as well as UHAMKA lecturers and students. This training event went off without a hitch, as planned by the UHAMKA PKM team. Participants were enthusiastic and involved in creating a conducive atmosphere till the program ended. The evaluation results indicate that more time is needed for practice and evaluation. Furthermore, it is advised that existing activities such as comparable training, be held on a regular basis to develop teachers' teaching skills.

MOTIVATIONAL TRAINING TO ENHANCE ENTREPRENEURIAL SUCCESS

Motivation plays an important role in the process of achieving business success. Having strong employee motivation can increase effective work commitment and ultimately lead to business success. The partner chosen in the community services (PKM) activity is engaged in a culinary business domiciled in Jambi. The method offered to partners is training/socialization which includes an introduction to the basic concepts of motivation, various theories of motivation, and the motivational process The results of this activity show that training on motivation in increasing entrepreneurial success is carried out by socializing to partners including an introduction to the basic concepts of motivation, various theories of motivation, and the motivational process has run smoothly. Partners were eager to receive the material presented by the PKM team. During the socialization process, partners had many discussions and questions and answers with PKM implementers. The results of the evaluation of the partners' answers to the understanding of the material were well understood. It is evident from the answers of partners who 100% can understand the material presented.

Strategi Peningkatan Daya Saing Produk Melalui Pelatihan Kemasan Produk pada Pelaku Usaha Perempuan di Desa Api-Api Wonokerto

The partner in this PkM activity is the Api-Api village government, Wonokerto, Pekalongan district, this village is one of the villages that has several MSME groups or women entrepreneurs. The MSME aims to be a forum for innovation for women entrepreneurs to develop themselves as strong entrepreneurs. Based on a situation analysis of the main problems currently faced by partners in the marketing aspect and business management aspect. Marketing aspects include low competitiveness and business performance due to lack of innovation, weak branding, weak positioning and not optimal use of the internet in marketing. Meanwhile, aspects of business management include business management that is not yet professional, not having a business permit/PIRT and halal certification, conventional financial reporting. Based on these problems, through this activity, several solutions will be provided, especially product packaging problems so that they can attract consumers, namely strategies for preparing content, images, sentences and things that may or may not be included in the packaging regarding their impact on marketing. The method of implementing activities uses a participatory approach through training activities, with measurable achievement targets. Through this training activity, participants understand the material and are expected to implement the training results. As a monitoring aspect, the PkM team visits partners to see the implementation of the training provided.

Pendidikan Pajak Syariah Al-Kharaj Dalam Meningkatkan Wawasan Ekonomi Syariah di Kalangan Mahasiswa STIE Ganesha Jakarta

The sharia economy offers a different approach from conventional economics, prioritizing the principles of justice, transparency, and sustainability. In the sharia economic system, there are various instruments that must be understood in depth by the actors. One of these instruments is sharia tax or known as Al-Kharaj. Al-Kharaj is a type of tax levied on land conquered by Muslims and administered by the government. This concept not only contains financial aspects but also has high social values and justice. This community service activity uses a lecture and discussion method aimed at STIE Ganesha Semester 4 Regular A. Management S1 students A. This activity is prepared for approximately 3 (three) months which includes the preparation, planning and implementation stages. The implementation of the activity was carried out for 1 (one) day, where the PKM team consisted of 4 (four) STIE Ganesha dsen and 8 (eight) students, where the lecturer was responsible for compiling the material and giving lectures, while students assisted in logistics and documentation to ensure that the activity ran smoothly and effectively. With a clear and interactive presentation, the lecture session succeeded in providing participants with a deep understanding of Al-Kharaj sharia tax and with an interactive and collaborative atmosphere, the discussion session succeeded in deepening the participants' understanding and giving them the opportunity to apply the concepts they have learned in practical situations.

Implementation of Healthy Lifestyle Through Rhythmic Gymnastics for Village Communities

The purpose of community service activities is to provide the village community with guidance on maintaining bodily health by adopting a healthy lifestyle through rhythmic gymnastics. Based on data from the Directorate General of Public Health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022, the percentage of districts/cities promoting a healthy living movement in West Kalimantan province was 28.6%. This means that the figure has not yet reached the target of the community movement plan set at 40%. The methods provided include: (1) survey stages with partners, (2) coordination with the Village Chief and local tribal leaders, (3) implementation of healthy gymnastics socialization, (4) documentation and publication. The results of the community service (PKM) implementation are considered good and responsive, as conveyed by the PKM team that the enthusiasm of the villagers participating in the socialization of a healthy lifestyle through rhythmic gymnastics for the village community is high among both young and old age groups
