Penerapan Aplikasi Slims dalam Pelayanan Perpustakaan di SMAN 6 Bone

The aim of this research is to determine the application of management information systems in improving the quality of library services at SMAN 6 Bone. The type of research used is qualitative research. Then it is explained descriptively qualitatively. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the SLIMS application in improving the quality of library services at SMAN 6 Bone is good which can be measured using the PIECES framework which contains six components. First, performance to see to what extent and how reliable an information system is in processing or processing data. Second, the information produced by the system must really have useful value for decision making. Third, economics to see the extent to which the library information system currently being used is commensurate with the results obtained. Fourth, control, namely the aspect of knowing how to control and secure a system. Fifth, efficiency is a reference or guideline used in analyzing and evaluating a system in terms of its efficiency. Sixth, the company's service progress is determined by this variable whether the users are interested and satisfied with the service they have.

Sustaining quantitatively-grounded meanings for definite integrals in high school calculus

ABSTRACT Although the importance of developing students’ quantitatively-grounded meanings for integrals is widely acknowledged, there is limited research into how this can be accomplished in classroom settings. To address this limitation, I conducted a classroom design study in which I analyzed the collective development of classroom mathematical practices for establishing quantitatively-grounded meanings for integrals by a Year 12 calculus class. The findings suggest that the class established ways of approximating the value of definite integrals and integrals with a variable upper bound by progressing through the six layers of the Adding Up Pieces framework in ways that were largely similar to previous findings from studies conducted in clinical settings. The findings from this study also extend previous research by documenting the reasoning that students used to partition the domain and calculate target quantities using the trapezoidal rule, as well as the difficulty they encountered in developing the accumulation function.

Analisis Kepuasan Siswa Terhadap Penggunaan Google Classroom Di Jurusan DKV SMKN 1 Kamal

One innovation in the field of education is the development of learning media. Google Classroom offers various conveniences for teaching and learning both online and offline. Google Classroom provides various features in the application, users can assign assignments, carry out assessments, publish information, and save learning archives. With a total of 54 respondents, the aim of this research was to find out how satisfied students were with using Google Classroom in the DKV department at SMKN 1 Kamal. The research methodology used is the PIECES framework which includes Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency and Service. The results of this research achieved an average score for each domain, namely the performance domain obtained a result of 4.027 (satisfied), the Information and Data field achieved a result of 3.976 (satisfied), the Economics domain obtained a result of 3.796 (satisfied) the Control and Security domain obtained a result of 3.824 (satisfied), the Efficiency domain obtained a score of 3.879 (satisfied), and the Service domain obtained a score of 3.888 (satisfied). The result of the total average level of satisfaction with using the classroom for all domains is 3.898 (satisfied).

Evaluation of User Satisfaction of IBI Library Application Using PIECES Model

The writing of this article discusses the users and use of the IBI library application using the pieces model. By using pieces analysis as a tool to analyze a system in detail and thoroughly which will get special attention, so that the advantages and disadvantages of the system can be known to later be used as a reference for the company's further progress. PIECES is a best learning practice and development initiative that provides an approach to understanding and improving care for individuals with complex physical and cognitive needs and behavior change. PIECES enables the continuous improvement of shared care through human resource development. In the PIECES framework there are six components that can be used in evaluating the satisfaction of information system users, namely Performance (Reliability), Information, Economy, Control (control), Efficiency and Service. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method which aims to describe, summarize, various conditions, various situations or variables that arise in the community which is the object of research. The population and samples in this study were users of the IBI library application with a total of 15 respondents and the sampling technique in this study using random sampling. To get the results of the evaluation of the system, data measurement is needed. In this study, the data measurement method used a Likert scale with the criteria SS (Strongly agree) with a score of 4, S (Agree) with a score of 3, TS (Disagree) with a score of 2 and STS (Strongly disagree) with a score of 1. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the IBI library application to determine user satisfaction with the IBI library application.

A personnel information system is a system that provides information about personnel to help companies manage employee data more easily and quickly. PT Graha Sriwijaya Sejahtera Sentosa is a company engaged in the distribution of car batteries under the Massiv brand. Problems that exist in companies include the accumulation of prospective employee application files resulting in the destruction of rejected employee application files, searching for employee data which takes a lot of time because employee data has to be searched in a storage cupboard so it is less efficient and employee leave applications are still recorded manually. in written media such as books and paper which have a fairly high risk of being lost or damaged, which causes data processing related to the company's human resource information system to still have shortcomings and inefficiencies. The system development method used is the RUP method (Rational Unified Process) by observing the running system. This research aims to collect data and convey information about employees. The results of interviews with the company's HRD revealed problems in collecting employee data adapted to the PIECES framework as welldiagram usecase as well as in planning to useclass diagram anddiagram activity andMySQL for database storage. The purpose of creating this system is to simplify the process of collecting personnel data in companies. Therefore, having a personnel information system in the company can help the company more easily collect employee data, provide information to employees regarding the company's internal affairs, and help employees more easily apply for leave without having to contact their superiors directly.

Evaluasi Tingkat Keberhasilan Aplikasi Tije Menggunakan Metode Pieces Framework

The TIJE application is a digital platform that has been specifically developed to provide smartphone users convenient online access to Transjakarta information. In order to use the platform, individuals must first establish an internet connection and then download the TIJE application. In order to evaluate user satisfaction with the TIJE application, it is essential to identify any faults or problems that may be associated with its utilization. One such way for assessment is the use of the PIECES framework. The study utilizes a quantitative research technique, using a survey administered via Google Forms as the principal instrument for data gathering. The data that has been gathered is then subjected to analysis using the statistical software package SPSS version 26. The assessment of user satisfaction with the TIJE application may be conducted with the PIECES approach. This approach assesses user satisfaction across many areas. The findings suggest that participants assigned a rating of 4.04 to Performance, 4.23 to Information and Data, 4.25 to Economy, 4.51 to Control and Security, 4.55 to Efficiency, and 4.59 to Service. The ratings achieved for the TIJE application vary from 4.2 to 5, indicating a notable degree of customer satisfaction.

Analysis of User Needs in Designing Boarding House Accounting Information Systems Using the PIECES Framework

The boarding house X has 93 rooms with different facilities so that it is necessary to design a boarding house accounting information system to manage the business process. Before designing a system, it is necessary to analyze system needs as a framework that can help solve problems and categorize needs. The PIECES Framework method (Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, Service) is useful for measuring the functional and non-functional needs of the accounting information system to be built. The results of this study show the overall average value of the importance of the six PIECES framework domains is 4.45 with the predicate VERY IMPORTANT. The data was obtained from 50 respondents who were residents of boarding house for daughter X. From this data, it can be concluded that it is necessary to design a boarding house accounting information system.

ANALYSIS OF OPAC SATISFACTION LEVEL IN POLITEKNIK KESELAMATAN TRANSPORTASI JALAN LIBRARY WITH PIECES FRAMEWORK

OPAC becomes a necessity to facilitate college library services. OPAC has a significant effect on the quality of user service satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. 4 stages of research were carried out which consisted of identification, indicator development, data analysis, results and findings stages. The PIECES Framework was adopted to develop indicators to analyze the level of satisfaction with 263 users as respondents. The results of the analysis show that there is 1 indicator (performance) with a satisfactory level of satisfaction, and 5 indicators (information, economic, control, efficiency, and service) with a very satisfied level of satisfaction. These results can be used as a reference for making improvements to improve the quality of library services from the perspective of OPAC user satisfaction.

Development and Evaluation of Drug Management Information System in Mijen Community Health Center Demak

Background: Drug management information systems can serve as tools for decision-making. The effectiveness of such a system can be assessed through evaluation. One of the evaluation methods used is the PIECES method.Objectives: This research aims to evaluate and develop a drug management information system using the PIECES method.Methods: The research conducted was a qualitative descriptive study with inductive analysis. Sampling for this research was conducted purposive sampling. System development in this study utilized the prototype method, with interviews conducted for Management Information System (MIS) evaluation using the PIECES Framework. The design of the MIS system was created using Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The designed MIS system development was evaluated using the same method. Data processing in qualitative research consists of valid, clear, and accountable word descriptions, sentences, or narratives provided by the researchers, followed by data validation using triangulation techniques and Nvivo 12 Plus software.Results: Evaluation results using the PIECES Framework indicate that the implemented MIS system benefits and aids staff performance in daily drug dispensing. However, there are still manual tasks and lacking features such as distribution, drug expiration warnings, and minimum stock on the dashboard. The proposed design for MIS system development includes several features such as stock in, stock out, and distribution, complemented with drug expiration warnings, minimum stock alerts on the dashboard, and reports for each feature.Conclusion: Implementing the proposed MIS system design can assist and streamline work processes by providing comprehensive information, thus serving as a decision-making tool.

In many countries, these documents are required to access government services such as education, healthcare, social services, formal employment, insurance benefits, and inheritance rights. Indonesia should prioritize building a comprehensive Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) using a big data information system to ensure every individual has a legal identity, can access government services, and collect accurate and reliable statistics on vital events through geospatial maps. Surabaya, a city in Indonesia, still needs a comprehensive Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) system. We produce many informative visualizations from the query and modeling processes in Metabase. Based on the PIECES framework, this application's importance level is 4.56 or 91.25%, meaning the application is important, and the satisfaction level is 4.29 or 85.76%, meaning the application is satisfied for the respondents. This research provides a brief overview of how Metabase works and how it can be used to generate visualizations of job-type data. It demonstrates the ease with which visualizations can be changed and customized. It had a good affordability point, making its implementation easier and more beneficial. It also emphasizes the importance of having a powerful tool like Metabase for data analysis and decision-making, especially for the dispendukcapil as a civil registration agency.

Analysis of The Level of Satisfaction of Researchers and Devotioners with The Performance

The development of information systems and technology has certainly changed people's behavior in carrying out their activities which were initially carried out manually and can now be carried out digitally so that they are more effective and efficient. The Service Research Information System (SIPP) is a transformation carried out to digitize research and service services within the Semarang State University (UNNES). As a service provider, to find out whether the UNNES Service Research Information System (SIPP) is running as it should, an evaluation process is needed on the performance of the information system. In carrying out information system analysis and evaluation activities, the PIECES Framework analysis model is used. PIECES framework is a framework that has six categories for classification and problem solving, namely Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. The use of the PIECES framework method is very suitable for analyzing each system variable studied because it can provide real results on the effectiveness of the system used by UNNES. The aim of this research is to measure the level of satisfaction, find out strengths and weaknesses, analyze what components need to be improved in the quality of service at SIPP.

EVALUASI KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI NUJEK DI CIANJUR MENGGUNAKAN PIECES FRAMEWORK

The use of technology-based applications has absorbed into people's daily lives, including online transportation ordering applications, such as Nusantara Ojek (Nujek). Nujek has become a testament to the growth of Indonesia's online transportation, especially in Cianjur. But, there has never been an evaluation of the perceptions of Nujek application users for the services provided. Therefore, this research was made with the aim of evaluating Nujek application user satisfaction in Cianjur, using the PIECES Framework. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to users of the NUJEK application in the Cianjur area. Results of the questionnaire is calculated using a Likert Scale. The results of data analysis show that of the six PIECES variables, the average value for each variable is performance value (4.07), information value (3,85), economics value (4.36), control and security value (3 .67), efficiency value (4.40), and service value (3,98). All of these values are in the range 3.4 – 4.91 which indicates that all variables are in the satisfied category. Thus, it can be concluded that the Nujek application has provided a satisfying experience for customers in the Cianjur area, even though they are in the satisfied category, there are several notes that need to be considered and repaired to improve service.

The official website of SMK Wiyata Satya, https://www.wiyatasatya.sch.id, established on April 8, 2015, plays a crucial role in promoting and introducing the school to the community. The use of this website aims to reach a broader audience. Despite its advantages in accessibility and speed of information delivery, there are still some issues, such as the lack of an online registration feature, reliance on contact persons via WhatsApp, and incomplete information. The author employs the PIECES framework to evaluate the quality of the information system service and measure customer satisfaction. The PIECES method consists of six parameters: performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. This method is chosen for its ability to provide a detailed and comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation results indicate user satisfaction with the use of the website as a promotional tool and a source of information. The average satisfaction level reflects the majority's contentment with the platform.

ANALISIS KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI OVO TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN MENGGUNAKAN PIECES FRAMEWORK

The OVO application is an application that provides payment system services that can provide convenience in non-cash transactions, besides that the OVO application also opens access to digital financial products and services. OVO application which is a payment system used by various users. The diversity of these users will be an important point in assessing customer satisfaction because each customer has a different level of satisfaction. Users of the OVO application will assess customer satisfaction satisfied or dissatisfied, so that the existing system, will require further development in the future. One of the methods used in measuring the level of customer satisfaction is the pieces framework method which method has variables of performance assessment, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. Researchers use questionnaires on 103 respondents who use the OVO application, INSTIKI students class of 2019, dissemination of this questionnaire through the Google form platform. The research results on the level of customer satisfaction showed the results of PUAS, with an average value above 4.06.

Penerapan PIECES Framework dalam Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna F-Learn UKSW saat Pandemi Covid-19

This research aimed to analyze the satisfaction level of Satya Wacana Christian University (SWCU) F-Learn users in daring learning during the Covid-19 pandemic using the PIECES framework. This method was chosen because it has proven its effectiveness in evaluating system user satisfaction in identifying problems, opportunities and development directions for the system being developed. This research analyzes six variables: performance, information and data, economics, control and security, efficiency, and service. The research sample for this was SWCU students. The total sample is 160 respondents. Data was measured using a Likert scale. The results of testing on the variables performance, information and data, control and security, efficiency, and service, users feel satisfied, while testing the economics variables, F-Learn users feel very satisfied. Additional testing on the performance of F-Learn confirmed that F-Learn has an excellent performance in terms of the speed of responding to commands, as well as in terms of control F-Learn is in category B (good). Overall, the average level of satisfaction of F-Learn users is 4.02. It means that overall F-Learn users, namely SWCU students, were satisfied when using F-Learn during the implementation of the daring learning policy during the pandemic.

Analysis of Needs with the PIECES Concept: How Urgency is the Involvement of Ethical Hackers in Accounting Information Systems?

This study aims to identify the needs analysis of a company in involving ethical hackers to achieve the desired goals. This research focuses on accounting information systems which are vital systems in business processes. The company's goals will be translated into a need analysis using the PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service). The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method and uses documentation techniques in collecting data. This study uses secondary data in the form of a literature review of 80 journal articles published in 2018-2023. Only ISSN indexed journals are used as data sources to ensure the quality of research output remains relevant. The results of this study are that the information aspect holds the highest urgency at 31.25% and the control aspect ranks second with a score of 25.00%. While the aspect with the lowest urgency is the economic aspect with an achievement of only 6.25%. Comparison of the scope of research and how researchers explore in more detail in linking opportunity costs can be input for further research. Furthermore, future research can also link several concepts such as urgency needs analysis with the PIECES framework, opportunity costs, and user trust in ethical hackers. So that the results of the research conducted will be more interesting and can be a reference for companies in making policies.

Analysis of User Satisfaction with E-Learning Services During the Covid-19 Pandemic Using the PIECES Framework

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the education sector has been able to provide assistance for the continuation of the learning process through e-Learning services. E-Learning is an online-based learning and teaching process that utilizes information technology services. E-Learning is specially designed by the institution and integrated with academic progress data to offer the best support to students who have become increasingly familiar with information technology during the pandemic, addressing its limitations. The objective of this research is to measure user satisfaction with the e-Learning service using the PIECES framework. The PIECES framework consists of Performance, Information/data, Control/security, Efficiency, and Service categories. The PIECES framework is employed for analyzing the information system and consists of six variables: performance, information, economic, control, efficiency, and services. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 368 students from different graduation years, spanning from 2018 to 2021, who are users of the e-Learning service. Based on the gathered data analysis, the average satisfaction levels for each variable are as follows: performance scored 3.75, information scored 3.82, economic scored 3.84, control scored 3.74, efficiency scored 3.7, and services scored 3.84. Combining these values and referencing Kaplan and Norton, it can be concluded that the overall user satisfaction level with e-Learning falls into the satisfied category

ANALYSIS OF HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIMRS) AND ITS RELATION TO THE READINESS OF ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD (RME) IMPLEMENTATION IN RSUP. SANGLAH DENPASAR

A hospital is a health service institution that provides plenary individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. This study focuses on the implementation of SIMRS using PIECES analysis where researchers assess SIMRS using six aspects, namely performance, information, economy, control, efficiency and service. Where the results of this system analysis aim to ascertain whether the system created has no error functions or the system is running properly. The method used in this analysis is the PIECES framework which includes 6 aspects of reference, namely: Performance, Information and data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. This method is applied to calculate the level of user satisfaction with the system which later the results are used for evaluation of the system related to the development of system quality. Performance according to performance calculations in the PIECES analysis obtained a value of 3.96 with the predicate Satisfied, but there are several things that must be improved.
