Many theorists describe focus as a key gate in the initial processing of information with later stages. Early philosophers tended to identify focus or concentration as an important process for keeping the mind in order. This then became the basis for researchers to include workouts in one of the sports activities to increase student productivity in completing the final assignment. This study aims to analyze the contribution of Work Out to the productivity of students' final assignments. The research was conducted on 8th semester Penjaskesrek students as a sample who would be given a 30-minute Work Out activity for 8 meetings. While as many as 15 Penjaskesrek semester 8 students outside the research sample will be used as control variables. The instruments used in this study to measure the contribution of Work Out to the productivity of thesis preparation are Observation Guidelines (work out initial and final tests) and Monitoring Sheets (how far the preparation of the final assignment has progressed during the Work Out administration). Based on the regression test, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.729, which means that the contribution of the independent variable (work out for 30 minutes) to the dependent variable (Vo2Max) is 72.9%. Based on the results of monitoring the progress of the opinion, it was seen that during the 9 meetings giving work outs with a duration of 30 minutes, there was an increase in the preparation of the final assignment for the VIII semester Physical Education and Health Research Students by 32%. So, that result show correlation between a 30-minute workout and student productivity in completing the final assignment
