Photodegradation of pesticides in the presence of humic substances

The photodegradation of some pesticides that are non-degradable or nearly non-degradable in standard laboratory test has been studied in the presence of humic substances. It was shown that the photodegradation rate of all compounds investigated increased in the presence of humic substances.
