Are urologists underrepresented on fertility clinic websites? A web-based analysis.

Infertile couples frequently utilize the Internet to find various reproductive clinics and research their alternatives. Patients are increasingly using self-referral because of online information on health-care providers. The objective is to compare the image of infertility specialists to other team members on the websites of reproductive clinics. Information was gathered during November and December 2022 from two publicly accessible online registries which include the Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority located in the United Kingdom and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology located in the United States. We looked over every website that was accessible, paying close attention to how each team member was portrayed online. We examined a total of 447 clinic websites. Only 8% of the profiles of male infertility doctors were included. Contrarily, most websites (96%), which specialize in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, feature the profiles of female infertility experts. Male infertility professionals also had significantly lower representation than other clinic employees, such as nurses (55.7%, P < 0.0001), directors of embryology laboratories (46.5%, P < 0.0001), office personnel (39.6%, P < 0.0001), and embryology specialists (29.7%, P < 0.0001). Although male factor infertility explains the existence of over half of all cases of infertility, urologists who specialize in male infertility are glaringly understated on websites for fertility clinics. By improving this issue, fertility clinics can draw in more patients by making all members of the care team more visible.

CONCEPTUAL FOUNDATIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF PERSONNEL STRATEGY AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALISATION

The relevance of research on the conceptual foundations of personnel strategy formation in industrial enterprises under the conditions of digitalisation appears to be very relevant, which is due to the following factors. The digital transformation of industrial enterprises leads to the emergence of new technologies, processes and personnel requirements. The HR strategy must adapt to these changes in order to ensure that the company has the necessary qualifications and skills. Under the conditions of digitalisation, the demand for specialists in the field of information technologies and digital data processing is increasing. Companies need to develop strategies to attract, retain and develop such personnel in order to remain competitive. Digital technologies make it possible to automate and optimise business processes, so the HR strategy must reflect these changes and take into account the new roles and requirements for personnel. As technologies and processes change, there is a need for continuous training and development of personnel. The HR strategy should include training and development programmes aimed at increasing digital skills. Studying the conceptual foundations of personnel strategy development in the conditions of digitalisation will help companies to effectively adapt to contemporary challenges and ensure their competitiveness. The purpose of the article is to disclose the conceptual foundations of forming a personnel strategy at industrial enterprises in the context of digitalisation. The methodology of the study is an interdisciplinary approach based on the idea of effective development of an industrial enterprise as a sociotechnological system, which allowed to combine systemic knowledge that will help to understand how social factors affect the implementation of technologies and the development of the enterprise as a whole. The enterprise as a complex social and technological system should be analysed within the framework of the socio-humanistic approach, which is based on the recognition of the human being as the subject and object of all processes. In the context of a socio-humanistic approach to business analysis, it is important to address aspects related to social relations, human needs and values, and the interaction between employees and management. The fundamental principles of the socio-humanistic approach, such as taking into account the individual needs of employees, supporting their development and satisfaction from professional activities, can be applied to the analysis of an enterprise's performance. This means that the efficiency and success of an organisation is assessed not only by financial indicators, but also by the level of satisfaction and development of its employees. Studying the social interactions, communication and psychological climate of the team can help to understand what factors contribute to or hinder the effective functioning of the organisation. This approach allows to see the company as a living, organic system in which human relationships and values play an essential role. The study opens up the possibility of integrating different scientific disciplines, such as sociology, technology, economics, psychology and management, in order to understand the complex relationships in today's industrial companies. The implementation of the recommendations will help companies improve the efficiency of personnel management, provide the necessary human resources and meet the requirements of the modern market. The research generates new knowledge in the field of personnel management and digitalisation, has direct practical application for companies in increasing their competitiveness and stability in the market.

Konsep Dasar dan Ruang Lingkup Manajemen Pendidik Dan Tenaga Kependidikan

The aim of this research is to integrate Islamic management principles in the management of educators and education personnel in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of education. This research uses the library research method to explore and analyze literature from various written sources such as books, journals, articles, dissertations and official documents regarding the management of educators and education personnel, with the aim of understanding existing theories and identifying gaps in the literature. Data was collected through literature searches in academic databases, selection of credible sources, organizing data based on themes, and analysis by reducing, presenting, and synthesizing information to draw conclusions that can improve the quality and effectiveness of educational management. The result of this work is that educators, including teachers, lecturers and counselors, have an important role in the educational process with the main task of teaching, educating and guiding students, while educational staff such as tutors and instructors support the implementation of education through technical tasks. The management of educators and education personnel is based on Islamic teachings which emphasize skill, discipline and good implementation of tasks, as well as the principle of order to achieve organizational goals. The aim of this management is to ensure that the institution has a quality workforce, an effective work system and a harmonious work climate through recruitment, fair compensation and employee capacity development. Management covers critical aspects such as curriculum, personnel, classes, student affairs, and finance, with duties and functions that emphasize professionalism to improve the quality of education. Even though it is formally recognized, Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia still face quality challenges due to limited facilities and the government's unpreparedness.

THE CONCEPT OF PERSONNEL ADAPTATION AT ENTERPRISES: ONBORDING AND E-LEARNING

It is substantiated that the basis of the successful activity of any enterprise today is its personnel potential. From the qualification level of personnel, his general experience and motivation depends on the effectiveness of the enterprise. It is proved that possessing specific operational and strategic functions, the staff provides a leading role in the development of any enterprise. Until recently, such concepts as "personnel adaptation system" and "personnel management" were completely absent in the practice of management at enterprises.It is analysed that modern conditions of management require HR management to improve the system of adaptation of personnel at enterprises. This is the most important factor in the system of ensuring the efficiency of staff.It is substantiated that the adaptation of personnel is a complex process of familiarizing new employees with the conditions and rules of work in the enterprise, as well as assistance in integrating a new colleague into the team. This adaptation is necessary for both new employees and those who change positions, but remain to work in the enterprise. The article notes that in addition to the individual selection of personnel, the general system of personnel adaptation at enterprises is aimed at creating a favourable microclimate in the team, establishing partnerships, securing new employees at the enterprise. As a result of the functioning of this system, the enterprise receives economic stability, increasing labour productivity and the level of individual responsibility, increasing staff motivation, creating a positive image of a company or enterprise, improving competitive positions in the labour market. It is investigated that despite the fact that each individual enterprise carried out adaptation and management of personnel directly through the top management, it had an established system of personnel management. In connection with the processes of decentralization, all talent management systems needed a thorough review and updating. Comparative analysis of current trends in staff motivation

This article presents current trends in motivation of workers, which is common for all industries.The aim of the research is to define and compare all tendencies of labor motivation in contemporary economy.The methodological basis of the research was summarization, grouping, comparison and generalization methods, which were used during the review of scientific literature. The method of research of current trends was applied - analysis and synthesis methods while constructing comparative table and discussing research results. By summarizing all of the founded scientific literature 5 recent trends in personnel motivation were revealed.Originality / value of the research. Further, based on these current trends in sphere of personnel management, it is possible to develop appropriate method for motivating workers of enterprises in different fields. Its implementation will increase the productivity of workers and, in general, efficienc of production activities. Through comparative analysis of current trends across different cultures and sectors, any organization can choose more suitable motivation method based on its own characteristics.Main findings of research are trends and their cause of occurrence, their main features and information about which industries it covered. Also, on the example of big organizations real cases of presence of tendencies were given. CHANGES IN THE LEGAL FIELD OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN THE CURRENT CONDITIONS OF MARITAL STATE IN UKRAINE

For the effective development of any enterprise, organization or institution, a key aspect is the organization of work with documents, in particular with personnel documentation. Personnel documentation includes a variety of documents containing information about personnel, such as applications for acceptance, dismissal, transfer to another position, orders, autobiographies, characteristics, contracts and employment agreements recorded in labor books. The personnel department is responsible for the preparation and execution of these documents and is considered a mandatory and important structural unit of any organization. Personnel accounting is carried out at all enterprises and institutions that have the right to independently hire and fire employees, transfer them or reward them, as well as establish their own internal rules and working conditions. Documents related to personnel work are drawn up at almost every enterprise. The quality of documentation and its efficiency significantly affect how effectively work with these documents is conducted. The very process of working with personnel documentation is an essential component of personnel administration. The determining factor in the success of mutual relations and maintaining the balance of the interests of employees and employers is the development and introduction of the necessary organizational and legal document base, which will ensure the progress of the labor process in accordance with the norms of current legislation. Compliance with key measures of personnel work guarantees the management of labor resources in accordance with ethical norms also. This will ensure a civilized resolution of problems and conflicts that may arise between subjects of labor relations. After all, the burden on labor legislation and personnel management is significantly increasing and requires adaptation to new realities in modern conditions of martial law.

Deployment of Security Management Technologies in the Hospitality Industry in Lagos Metropolis, Nigeria

This study examined the technologies being deployed for security management in selected hotels in the Lagos metropolis and investigated factors influencing the deployment of the technologies. It also assessed the effectiveness of the security technologies in the hospitality industry with a view to improving the standard of hotel security management in the metropolis. A multistage sampling technique was adopted to select fifty (50) hotels in Lagos state that were registered with the National Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC), Abuja. Three classes of hotels namely; 3-, 4-, and 5-Star were purposively selected. Data were collected through the administration of fifty (50) copies of questionnaire to the security managers, general managers, personnel managers, and other staff of the hotels. The questionnaire elicited information on the types of security technologies used, factors influencing the deployment of the devices and effectiveness of the technologies on quality of service. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that Close Circuit Television (CCTV) (100%), access pass for cars (92.9%), badges (81.0%) and lightings (97.6%) were the most used security technologies in the hotels. The study also showed that across the three classes of hotels considered, (3-, 4- and 5-Star hotels), most of the respondents considered training (4, 4.0 and 4.2), level of knowledge and expertise (4.3,4.7 and 4.0), user acceptance (4.0, 3.7 and 4) benefit consideration (4.1, 3.7 and 4.0) and location of the hotel (3.7, 3.5 and 4.6) respectively as factors that influenced deployment of security technologies on a five-point Likert scale. In addition, the result showed positive and significant relationships between quality of service and size of hotel (r=0.385, p&lt;0.05), and among variables such as cost benefit consideration (r=0.330, p&lt;0.05), coverage area (r=0.420, p&lt;0.05), cost of maintenance (r= 0.335, p&lt;0.05), user acceptance (r=0.317, p&lt;0.05) and customers’ attitude toward the device (r=-0.437, p&lt;0.05). Finally, the result showed that quality of service achieved through the deployment of security technology had significant effect by increasing efficiency (β=0.947), reliability (β=1.359) and improved security (β=1.058) The study concluded that security technologies deployed by the hotels were effective as it increased efficiency, improved security, and reliability.

Application of Innovations in Technical and Technological Updating of Ensuring the Security of Employees Databases of Engineering Enterprises: A Parallel-Vertical Approach to Optimizing Personnel Management

The main purpose of the article is to present a modern method of parallel-vertical data security, which, thanks to the counting of units in the i-th input bit slice and the parallel formation of the i-th bit slice of a sorted array of numbers, reduces the protection time. The object of the study is the personnel database of an engineering company. The research methodology involves the use of parallel sorting methods for the development of technical and technological means for ensuring the security of data arrays, methods for parallel search for maximum and minimum values for the development of hardware and software tools for searching for maximum and minimum values. The practical aspect of the obtained results lies in the development of technologies for parallel sorting and retrieval of data in real time with high efficiency in the use of equipment. A hardware structure is presented for simultaneous parallel-vertical search for maximum and minimum numbers to increase the speed of ensuring the security of personnel databases. The innovativeness of the results obtained lies in the schematic representation of the proposed approach to application. The diagrams themselves are the author's vision. The structure of a parallel-flow device for ensuring the security of a two-dimensional array of numbers using the displacement method is presented. In our opinion, such a technical-technological update will serve as an innovation in the context of the security of personnel databases of an engineering company.

Methodological bases of personnel management in the context of implementation of the “green office” concept

“Green” human resource management is a strategic approach that recognizes the relationship between environmental sustainability and human resources. This can lead to numerous benefits, including cost savings, improved employee engagement, and long-term organizational sustainability. The article examines the methodological foundations of human resource management in the context of implementing the green office concept. The purpose of the study is to identify the components of the conceptual model for implementing the policy of “green” human resource management at enterprises. The basic procedures of “green” human resource management are researched. It is identified that environmentally oriented HR initiatives can be considered as an organizational mechanism aimed at ensuring that employees behave in a “green” way. It is proved that “green” human resource management plays an important role in shaping the environmental values of employees and improving their environmental behaviour, contributing to the formation of the need to create answers to sustainable development issues in the human resource management systems of organizations. A promising direction for further research is the scientific substantiation of the list of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of the “green” policy of an enterprise in terms of personnel management.

Review of the Adoption of TQM Models and the Achieved Sustainable Business Results in the MENA Telecommunication Industry

Purpose: Understanding the criticality of the telecommunication industry in the current time and appreciating the significance of adopting total quality management models in organizations to extend business sustainability. This paper provides a comparison between two telecommunication leaders in the MENA region: Zain &amp; Etisalat, to assess their adoption of TQM models and the impact on their organizational and market success. Methodology: this study uses a comparative case study. a mixed-methods methodology was applied, combining quantitative and qualitative data. Primary data collection methods included surveys given to employees at different levels to gauge the internal effects of TQM models on operational efficiency and employee satisfaction, as well as semi-structured interviews with key management personnel from both companies, aimed at gaining insights into the implementation and outcomes of TQM practices. Secondary data came from a number of sources, such as government publications that described TQM adoption and telecommunication trends, market analysis and financial performance data from industry databases like Statista, annual reports and official documentation from Zain and Etisalat, and relevant quality management certifications and standards (like ISO 9001:2015). Thematic analysis of interview transcripts to find recurring themes and implementation insights, content analysis of company reports and publications to evaluate the strategic alignment and integration of TQM models, and case study analysis to compare and contrast Zain and Etisalat's approaches to adopting and implementing TQM models were some of the qualitative data analysis techniques used. Findings: The study found that the adoption of TQM models like EFQM, Kaizen and Lean six sigma across the whole organization is more effective than localizing the application to one aspect as indicated by the comparison between Zain &amp; Etisalat. The comparison indicated that the application of TQM extended the sustainability and resilience of Etisalat and Zain in the face of business challenges by improving performance and streamlining processes to increase customer satisfaction. Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: The study recommended that both Etisalat and Zain should consider incorporating sustainability practices into their TQM frameworks, given the growing focus on corporate social responsibility and sustainability. This could be illustrating a dedication to sustainable business practices by coordinating Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma initiatives with objectives related to social responsibility and the environment. To improve the synergy between Kaizen, EFQM, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, both companies should foster cross-functional collaboration.

GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN IMPLICATIONS FOR FOOD INDUSTRY

Purpose- This article has been carried out to determine the situation of green supply chain practices, which are of great importance worldwide, in Turkiye/Diyarbakır province food companies. Supply chain management starts with the procurement of raw materials. After the supply, the product is processed and delivered to customers through the distribution channel. After the consumption stage, the supply chain management process is completed with the return of the product that has completed its life cycle to the enterprise. The main objective of supply chain management is to make the best use of the factors in use. These factors are listed as technology, process management, personnel management, and performance measurement after completing the management process. With these parameters, it is aimed to be prepared for the expected changes in the market in supply chain management and to determine strategies against possible changes. Methodology- The survey method was used to obtain the study data. The questionnaire form, which was created following the scope of the study, was applied to the determined companies face-to-face and via email. In analysing the data obtained, the study data were analysed by frequency analysis through statistical programs. The results were presented in tables and interpreted. Findings- The survey data created within the scope of the study were analysed using statistical programmes. The data obtained were analysed by taking into account the strategic position and market share of Diyarbakır province in Turkiye. Conclusion- As a result of the research, it was determined that food companies operating in Diyarbakır province are aware of green supply chain management. In addition, it was determined that they pay attention to the use of environmentally friendly and recyclable products or activities from the raw material procurement stage to the production stage. In addition, it has been determined that they are sensitive to production, supply and distribution activities by international standards.

This article analyzes the essence of personnel risks of enterprises and develops a methodology for managing them. The methodology for managing personnel risks of an enterprise primarily involves identifying the risk and identifying its components. It also includes various aspects of the process of managing personnel and the enterprise as a whole, the key elements of which are: personnel risk factors; indicators of personnel risks; probable losses or gains; methods of personnel risk management; budgeting; Implementation deadlines. It is noted that the development of methods for managing personnel risks begins only when the critical point of the onset of negative consequences of the implementation of personnel risks in the functioning of the enterprise is reached, which entail serious problems. The main methods of managing personnel risks of an enterprise have been identified, which include preventive and reactive methods. The preventative method is to eliminate personnel risks before they reach the crisis stage. The reactive method is aimed at eliminating the negative consequences of personnel risks. Both methods should be used in the process of managing personnel risks of an enterprise. The proposed system of methods for managing personnel risks of an enterprise, built on the main stages of the personnel management process, allows us to formulate a number of recommendations in order to neutralize the impact of personnel risks, namely: recruitment, selection and selection of personnel, adaptation of personnel to working conditions at the enterprise; employee assessment and certification; personnel training and development; dismissal of workers. It has been proven that managing personnel risks requires the use of a set of measures to eliminate them. For this purpose, it is advisable to use risk transfer methods through outstaffing, outsourcing or personnel leasing. It is indicated that the management of personnel risks of an enterprise is closely related to the goals and objectives of the strategic development of the enterprise; personnel management system; personal assessment of employees and continuous identification and monitoring of the performance of enterprise personnel. Based on the results of the study, the main directions for minimizing the impact of personnel risks of the enterprise were identified, and the main methods for avoiding them were proposed.

Cross-Sectional Study on the Professionalization of China’s Emergency Management Team

Ministry of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China was established on the basis of the original Work Safety Supervision and Management Department. In addition to assuming the responsibilities of the two committees and four departments, it also administers the four major industries such as non-coal mines, metallurgical industry and trade, hazardous chemicals, fireworks, and firecrackers. The comprehensive coordination quality of the emergency management personnel, and professional quality are constantly improved. This paper conducts a study on the Professionalization of China’s Emergency Management Team, and provides a research basis for further developing the Emergency Management.

Specific features of forming the socio-economic development strategy of a modern enterprise

Methods. During the research, the following methods of scientific research were used: abstraction – when determining the essence of the socio-economic development of an enterprise; comparison – when comparing the factors of economic and social development of an enterprise; systems approach – when forming the principles of the socio-economic business development model; logic – when developing an algorithm for implementing the main elements of the model into the strategy of socio-economic development of modern enterprises. Results. The essence of the socio-economic development of an enterprise is characterized. It has been demonstrated that in order to ensure the effective operation of any enterprise, the process of developing a strategy for its socio-economic development, which combines economic and social components, is important. Such a combination allows the enterprise to achieve higher competitiveness, which is formed due to both material factors (cost reduction, profit maximization) and the influence of intangible components - reputation, customer loyalty, trust. The desire of the management of a vast majority of Ukrainian enterprises to plan their activities in order to avoid risks and threats from the external environment, as well as the formation of adaptive business stability, has been revealed. The work shows the limitations of such an approach and actualizes attention to the importance of improving the level of qualification (special knowledge, skills and abilities) of the management personnel of an organization, directly responsible for the strategic direction of its functioning and development. Novelty. The principles of building a model of socio-economic development of business are singled out and an algorithm for implementing its main elements into the strategy of socioeconomic development of modern enterprises is proposed. Practical value. The principles of building a model of socio-economic development of business are pointed out: the economic situation of an enterprise, the level of its social development, innovativeness; the number of employees who have undergone advanced training; the rate of growth (or decrease) in the volume of product sales; profitability (loss) dynamics; implementation of the principles of corporate social responsibility; a set of alternatives for the parallel implementation of strategies for economic and social development of the enterprise; the goals for improving the socio-economic development of the enterprise are defined; criteria for choosing the best solution are established; the usefulness (efficiency) of the implementation of possible alternatives will allow enterprises to have reliable guidelines in their activities and to develop effective strategies for the future.

A method to assist designers in optimizing the exterior styling of vehicles based on key features

Aiming to assist the design and management personnel of automotive products to make correct judgments and give optimization solutions for the design of exterior styling, and to solve the defects of the traditional method which relies too much on experience and personal ability, a neural network-based key feature analysis and optimization method of styling is proposed. Firstly, the user attributes are analyzed and quantified, and the weighted optimization of user evaluation data is completed based on the multidimensional Gaussian distribution function to construct a more objective car styling evaluation dataset. Secondly, a particle swarm algorithm is proposed to optimize the prediction model of radial basis function neural network (PSO-RBFNN) which deeply analyzes the mapping relationship between different car perspectives and users’ perceptual preferences. The identification of styling components is completed with the annotation of feature points, and a parametric expression method of styling feature data with multi-viewpoint weight optimization is proposed. Third, the model interpretation is based on the embedded feature selection method to discover the key feature points affecting user perception, and the key common features of styling are obtained through the coupling relationship analysis of feature points. Finally, the optimal distribution range of key features is given based on statistical analysis, and the application process is shown by an example of optimization to verify the feasibility of the theory. Compared with the traditional methods, PSO-RBFNN has better prediction accuracy. Meanwhile, the modeling optimization method based on key features has the great advantages of objective accuracy and high efficiency compared with the traditional theory.

Specificity of the process of planning business structures in the field of hospitality in war conditions

Introduction. In modern conditions, planning the activities of business structures in the field of hospitality acquires special importance, as it ensures the efficiency of their functioning, adaptation to market conditions and satisfaction of customer needs. The planning process in this industry is distinguished by specific elements, such as taking into account seasonality, changes in consumer preferences, high standards of service and personnel management. In war conditions in Ukraine, this topic becomes even more relevant, because business structures and the planning of their stages must be ready for rapid changes and ensure continuity of activity in difficult circumstances. The purpose of the paper is to determine the most optimal stages of planning the activity of business structures in the field of hospitality in war conditions. Results.
