Sosialisasi Penggunaan Internet sehat serta Gadget pada Anak Usia Dinidi Petukangan Selatan

Abstract. As technology evolves, it is very important for all of society to be able to manage usage wisely in order to maximize its benefits and minimize the risks it will incur. Gadgets are one of the visible forms of technological tools that are mostly used by the Society, which is always evolving from years of knowledge and can update new things so as to attract the interest of users. Not only parents or teenagers, but also early childhood and primary school children participate in this tool. Excessive use of gadgets will have a negative impact on development and growth in early childhood. This can happen and affect my behavior. In addition, excessive use of gadgets can affect the child and become a more closed person due to lack of social interaction with friends or relatives. However, the use of gadgets does not always have a negative impact, some of them use gadgets well and apply them as a learning medium that can be useful and bring insight. Therefore, they can easily access the Lessons online. However, the use of gadgets, especially in early childhood, requires periodic supervision of parents, because in early childhood they have a high sense of enthusiasm and curiosity about new things that they know that can lead to adverse risks, and can increase parents' concern with excessive use of gadgets by their children.

Signifikansi Budaya Pada Restorasi Arsitektur Dan Interior Pemedal Agung Dan Penyengker Pura Desa Dan Pura Puseh Desa Adat Denpasar

Many temples in Bali have been renovated without regard to their historical value, resulting in many new forms, ornaments, and materials even though the temple as a cultural heritage has cultural, social, and religious values. This research aimed to examine the reasons and process of restoring Pemedal Agung and Penyengker in the Pura Desa (Village Temple) and Pura Puseh (Puseh Temple) of Denpasar Traditional Village and analyze the restoration implementation implications of Pemedal Agung and Penyengker in the Pura Desa and Pura Puseh of Denpasar Traditional Village. This research used qualitative methods through a case study and ethnographic approach. The results showed that the causal factors in Denpasar Traditional Village restoring Pemedal Agung and Penyengker in the Pura Desa and Pura Puseh were due to a shared understanding of the importance of the traces and historical values in the temple building. It was outlined in the Perarem (rules) regarding the procedures for the temple repair process, and the community understands the importance of Denpasar’s identity value. The restoration stages and process of Pemedal Agung and Penyengker in the Pura Desa and Pura Puseh of Denpasar Traditional Village began with the planning process, identification of building form and damage, technical document preparations, procurement of construction workers, restoration implementation, and periodic supervision. The restoration process was accompanied by a series of Balinese Hindu ritual processes, namely Nuntun, Ngeruak, Mendem Pedagingan, Ngingsirang Pretime, and Ngeteg Linggih ceremonies. The restoration implications of Pemedal Agung and Penyengker in the Pura Desa and Pura Puseh of Denpasar Traditional Village could provide cultural significance, such as aesthetic, social, and religious values, with substantial cultural and symbolic capital.

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIFITAS PEMBELAJARAN DIKELAS MELALUI SUPERVISI BERKALA

Education is a key aspect in developing individual and societal potential. One important factor that influences the quality of learning is regular supervision. This article aims to describe the efforts used to increase the effectiveness of learning in the classroom through the implementation of regular supervision. The method used in this paper is a literature study to collect data related to the implementation of periodic supervision in the learning environment. The results of the discussion in this paper show that the integration of regular supervision as an integral part of the learning process can have a positive impact on the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes. The discussion in this article can also provide practical guidance for educational practitioners, school principals, and related parties in increasing the effectiveness of learning in the classroom through the implementation of periodic supervision on an ongoing basis.

Open Dialogue services around the world: a scoping survey exploring organizational characteristics in the implementation of the Open Dialogue approach in mental health services.

This cross-sectional study investigates the characteristics and practices of mental health care services implementing Open Dialogue (OD) globally. A structured questionnaire including a self-assessment scale to measure teams' adherence to Open Dialogue principles was developed. Data were collected from OD teams in various countries. Confirmatory Composite Analysis was employed to assess the validity and reliability of the OD self-assessment measurement. Partial Least Square multiple regression analysis was used to explore characteristics and practices which represent facilitating and hindering factors in OD implementation. The survey revealed steady growth in the number of OD services worldwide, with 142 teams across 24 countries by 2022, primarily located in Europe. Referrals predominantly came from general practitioners, hospitals, and self-referrals. A wide range of diagnostic profiles was treated with OD, with psychotic disorders being the most common. OD teams comprised professionals from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of OD training. Factors positively associated with OD self-assessment included a high percentage of staff with OD training, periodic supervisions, research capacity, multi-professional teams, self-referrals, outpatient services, younger client groups, and the involvement of experts by experience in periodic supervision. The findings provide valuable insights into the characteristics and practices of OD teams globally, highlighting the need for increased training opportunities, supervision, and research engagement. Future research should follow the development of OD implementation over time, complement self-assessment with rigorous observations and external evaluations, focus on involving different stakeholders in the OD-self-assessment and investigate the long-term outcomes of OD in different contexts.

The principal of the madrasa conducts periodic supervision by monitoring learning activities online and monitoring the list of student assessments in accordance with student competence. Analysis of Quality Defects in Plastic Seed Products Using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Method

Plastic seed products are products made from recycled plastic materials such as raw materials for plastic bags and some screen printing plastics. UD. ABC is a company that produces PP (Polypropylene) plastic pellets. The existing problems include the discovery of instability in the production of plastic pellets which is in a negative direction for the company, namely there are product defects in plastic pellet products that exceed the standard defect tolerance limit of the company by 2%. Based on the Pareto diagram, it can show that the type of protrusion defect is 69.56% more dominant than the type of connecting defect, which is 30.44%. Based on the control chart based on the p-chart, it shows that some dates are outside the limits of the control chart, namely the sample lot number 3 (March) of 0.0352, 4 (April) 0.0273, 7 (July) 0, 0134, 8 (August) 0.271. The data that comes out of the control chart limits exceeds the upper control limit (BKA/UCL) of 0.02649 and the lower control limit (BKB/LCL) of 0.02395. So what must be done to repair the engine factor is to carry out periodic briefings on how the machine works starting from setting the temperature and changing the filter. Learning Supervision Strategy at SDN 1 Banawa, Donggala Regency in the Review of Islamic Education Management

The main problem in this study is the learning supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala and what is the review of Islamic education management regarding the learning supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala and to find out the management review of Islamic education regarding the learning supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala. The approach that the author uses in studying the title is qualitative by using a case study type of research at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala. The results showed that the learning supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala is the preparation of the supervision program, the implementation of the supervision program, the evaluation of the supervision program, the reporting of the supervision program, the follow-up of the supervision, and the development of supervision. An overview of Islamic education management on learning supervision strategies at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala is in accordance with Islamic education management because of the implementation of the supervision strategy at SDN 1 Banawa Kab. Donggala has used planning, organizing, actualizing, and controlling optimally based on local wisdom. The suggestion for this research is to carry out periodic supervision by educating, not dismissing. Furthermore, that SDN 1 Banawa is managed properly so that it is more trusted by the community and government.

Optimalisasi Supervisi Kepala Ruangan dalam Pelaksanaan Edukasi Personal Hygiene untuk Keluarga dan Pasien

The purpose of this research is to design an innovation that can improve the planning function of the supervision program by the head of the room through the design of making educational videos for families and patients to create patient independence. The method used is the case study method. This research begins with conducting a study of problem identification, problem analysis, prioritization of problems to be analyzed using fishbone. The next stage of the strategy will be planned by preparing a Plan of Action, then implementing it. The results showed that the fulfillment of personal hygiene needs by nurses in the inpatient room of the Depok Hospital was in the not optimal category. Recommendation: for the field of nursing, the head of the nursing section and the head of the room to carry out regular supervision.

Automated IV Infusion Control System Design and Development for Medical Use

For patients suffering from pathological conditions, Intravenous infusion serves to be the go-to treatment, it requires for a medical practitioner to set up the IV infusion device up as per the doctors’ instructions, followed by periodic supervision as abnormalities may occur. The objective of this paper is to demonstrate the construction of an automated intravenous infusion control system. Medical and laboratory fluid control has previously been achieved using pressure-based flow sensing, ultrasonic flow measurement, optical flow sensors, capacitive flow sensing, and thermal flow sensing. Due to its reduced susceptibility to external factors, our approach utilizing an IR sensor is particularly advantageous in IV scenarios for accurately detecting fluid drops. An IR sensor, microcontroller, servo motor/peristaltic pump, and an affordable microcontroller are used in this system to allow precise saline circulation rate control. An input control system can be implemented through either a matrix keypad or a single control network server. Controls the drops per minute and allows internet-based server-side control via IR sensor, 3x4 matrix keypad, and Bluetooth module. To accurately measure the saline flow rate and count drops, an IR sensor is integrated into the drip chamber of the saline container. In order to achieve the desired blood flow rate, the microcontroller continuously compares the sensor readings with the commands and adjusts the servo motor/peristaltic pump accordingly. Testing of the completed hardware provided satisfactory results, proving the device's ability to enhance patient care.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Peran Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Keterikatan Kerja

This study aims to explain the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour through work engagement. This research is a quantitative study with 43 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sample technique thus the number of samples is equal to the total population of employees of PT. X. The analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS with PLS software version 4.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the SEM-PLS analysis technique which is processed with SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The analysis results obtained from this study indicate that transformational leadership and work engagement have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour. Meanwhile, work engagement in this study has yet to be able to mediate the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour. The implication of this research that can be applied to companies is the need for leaders to approach all employees according to the characteristics of each employee so that the delivery of input and directions can be more effective. In addition, it is necessary to have periodic supervision of employees' work so that employees will be more focused when working. Companies also need to involve employees in doing new things outside of work, such as accompanying apprentices or new employees during their orientation period, so employees get used to being open to everyone and accustomed to helping each other even outside their routine jobs.

Effect of web-based asthma self-care program on school students’ quality of life in rural community

Background Asthma is a pressing worldwide public health challenge and the foremost chronic disease observed in school-aged children. It constitutes a considerable social and economic burden and poses a substantial threat to the health-related quality of life of affected children. The attainment of sufficient knowledge and appropriate skills are fundamental requirements for effectively managing the potential hazards of asthma symptoms and administering optimal therapeutic interventions. Aim To appraise the effect of web-based asthma self-care program on high school students’ knowledge, the practice of inhaler technique, and the quality of life in Minia rural community. Methods A quasi-experimental design was utilized in this study. Sample The study was carried out on a purposive sample of 93 students suffering from bronchial asthma. Setting The study was conducted at governmental high school located in 4 rural sectors in Minia governorate. Tools Four tools were utilized for data gathering as follows: a structured interviewing questionnaire, including students’ demographic characteristics and past medical history; asthma knowledge questionnaire; the students’ reported practices checklist toward inhaler technique; and the Pediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (PAQLQ). Results Reveals that 50.0% of participants who had insufficient knowledge had improper practice related to inhaler technique, compared to 88.3% of participants who had sufficient knowledge related to asthma disease had proper practices related to inhaler technique post-intervention, with a highly statistically significant difference between the students’ knowledge and practice postweb-based asthma self-care program, P≤0.001. And alsoshowed highly statistically significant improvements in students’knowledge, practices regarding using of powder inhaler, and metered dose inhaler, and overall quality of life after program implementation. Conclusion The web-based asthma self-care program successfully improved the student’s knowledge, the practice of inhaler technique, and quality of life postprogram implementation compared to pre-program as it has provided accessible methods for education and assistance for students with asthma, targeting their unique needs and empowering them to manage their condition, leading to better health outcomes. Recommendations Conducting web-based asthma self-care program focusing on increase the awareness of students regard to trusted websites focusing on asthma, coupled with targeted efforts aimed at providing periodic supervision for school students to follow up on them to prevent complications; and replicating the developed program in a randomized clinical trial to confirm the findings.

The Related Factors to Nursing Documentation at General Hospital Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh

Nursing documentation is written information resulting from the nursing process to patients. Good documentation reflects accuracy in providing services. Inadequate supervision and motivation are some problems that affected to the nursing documentation. This study aimed to determine the factors related to nursing documentation at the General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. This study used a quantitative study; analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The sample sizes are 185 respondents on nurses and 185 medical records. Data collection tools are in the form of questionnaires to the nurses and observation sheets to the medical records. Data analysis was performed with chi-square and logistic regression tests. The results showed that the variables related to nursing documentation were supervision (p-value=0.00 0) and motivation (p-value=0.008). The factor most related to nursing documentation is supervision with an OR value of 6.0 52. Supervision has the most to do with nursing documentation. Periodic supervision and the presence of new technology in terms of documentation can improve the quality of nursing documentation.

PELAKSANAAN PENGAWASAN PADA PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA OLEH PEMERINTAH KOTA SURAKARTA TERHADAP MAKANAN STREET FOOD SEBAGAI UPAYA MEWUJUDKAN PEMENUHAN HAK-HAK KONSUMEN

Street vendors are one of the business actors who are sought after by the public, especially those who sell or provide street food. In the city of Surakarta, street vendors are much sought after by both domestic and foreign tourists because the city of Surakarta is known for its culinary tours which serve typical Solo food. In the arrangement of street vendors, the city of Surakarta has made Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2008 concerning Management of street vendors. The problem to be studied is regarding the implementation of supervision on street vendors by the Surakarta city government. This research is a normative research using a statutory approach (statute approach) accompanied by the results of interviews with the Department of Industry and Trade and the Health Office of Surakarta City. Based on the results of the research that the rights that have been regulated in UUPK must be fulfilled to guarantee the safety and health standards of the food. Especially fulfilling the right to comfort, security and safety in consuming goods and/or services, in this case, is "street food". And the implementation of supervision of street vendors by the Surakarta city government has not been carried out routinely or periodically. For this, it is necessary to have direct and periodic supervision by the Surakarta city government so that consumer rights are fulfilled in terms of safety and health.

The influence of supervision on nurse performance at Bahteramas general hospital, southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia

The findings in the initial study found that one of the causes of the low performance of health services in hospitals is the lack of supervision of the work of nurses in carrying out office duties during working hours at the hospital. Supervision in question is the supervision activity carried out by the appointed work supervisor, to supervise the implementation of tasks that are the responsibility of the nurse in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on nurse performance at the Bahteramas General Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross sectional study design. The size of the population in this study were 209 people, with a sample size of 138 respondents. As for the method of data collection, it was carried out using interviews and field observations. Implementation Data analysis was carried out using Univariate and Bivariate methods. The results showed that there was an effect of supervision on the performance of nurses at the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital with a p (0.000 <0.05). Conclusion; monitoring variables affect the performance of nurses. Suggestion; The need to increase regular and periodic supervision to ensure that every work that has been done by nurses is in accordance with procedures set by the hospital.

This study aims to determine and analyze efforts of the Council of Trustees and Supervisors (MPPD) of the Klaten Regency Land Deed Making Official (PPAT) towards increasing PPAT compliance in carrying out the duties of the position. 
 The type of research used is empirical legal research. This study uses secondary data obtained from library materials and primary data obtained form of interviews with respondents and resource persons. The data will then be analyzed qualitatively, then concluded deductively.
 This research has three conclusions. The role of the MPPD of the Klaten towards increasing PPAT compliance in carrying out the duties of the position is conduct coaching at IPPAT organizational meetings, share the latest info regarding PPAT through WA Group, conduct guidance in the form of inspections to the PPAT office in the context of periodic supervision.

Faktor yang berhubungan dengan Catatan Keperawatan Dokumen Rekam Medis Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit H. Adam Malik Medan

<p><em>Nursing records are one of the most important aspects of the role of health care providers because they are evidence of the implementation of nursing care. Nursing documentation confirms that the legal and ethical responsibilities of nurses to patients have been fulfilled, and patients receive quality nursing care. Quality medical records are related to the completeness of medical record entries, accuracy, accuracy of medical record records, timeliness and fulfillment of legal aspects. </em><em>The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to nursing records of inpatient medical records at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan This study uses an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all 50 inpatient nurses and 50 samples were taken using a total sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with data analysis using logistic regression test. The results of the chi-square test analysis show that the p-value of each variable includes workload, p-value = 0.022, performance p-value = 0.018 and supervision p-value = 0.046. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between workload, performance and supervision with inpatient medical records. </em><em>It is expected to carry out regular and periodic supervision of each implementing nurse in the inpatient room, in this case the head of the room needs to plan direct and indirect supervision activities on a regular basis and is also involved in the implementation of nursing records</em></p>

MONITORING OF MICROBIOLOGY QUALITY RAW WATER AND REFILLED DRINKING WATER DURING COVID-19

Introduction: Riau province regency / city data for drinking water depots in 2020 show that the largest number of Pekanbaru City in Riau Province has refill drinking water depots, there are 440 depots consisting of 220 feasible depots while 227 depots are not feasible. This research was conducted in the Tampan sub-district which is the most densely populated city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microbiological quality standards (Coliform) for refill drinking water depot, raw water source quality standards and population well quality standards during Covid-19. Methods: This research is quantitative descriptive analytic with triangulation methods observation with laboratory tests, in-depth interviews with correspondents of depot officers and residents of drinking water wells. The test was carried out at the UPT health and environment laboratory of the Riau provincial health office. Result: Data analysis compared 7 samples with laboratory test results according to quality standards. The results of the analysis stated that there were no Coliform bacteria in the tested samples. The source of raw water from housing will have better standard of quality the deeper it is. Conclusion: There is no periodic supervision from the health office / Puskesmas to drinking water depot during the Covid-19 period which is usually routinely carried out every 3-6 months according to regulation of ministers of health no.736,2010 concerning supervision of drinking water quality. Housing developers are required to provide a clean water source from a proper borehole from the start of housing development.

Stakeholder Capacity Building and Performance of the ARV Supply Chain system by NASCOP in Kenya

The study aimed at determining the effect of stakeholder capacity building on performance of the ARV supply chain system by NASCOP in Kenya. A combination of descriptive and explanatory research designs was employed in studying a target group comprising 541 pharmacists and pharmaceutical technologists across Kenya. From these, 229 pharmacists and pharmaceutical technologists were selected by use of stratified proportional sampling. An electronic questionnaire was used to collect primary data that was then analyzed using descriptive statistics such as percentage, means, and standard deviation to draw insightful findings. To test the relationship and magnitude of relation between the variables, inferential statistics including correlation was used. The study realized that stakeholder capacity building is important at p=0.000 determined at 0.01 significance level. Of note was that capacity building correlated with project performance at 0.711. The study, therefore, recommended that NASCOP management should prioritize strengthening the capacity of the pharmacy stakeholders in the ART facilities countrywide. In particular, they should provide regular training on DHIS2, strengthen ARV records/ documentation and inventory management, and can conduct periodic supervision initiatives to track and assess the progress of ARV management in the pharmacies and stores across Kenya.

Analisis Motivasi Kader Kesehatan dalam Penemuan Kasus Tuberkulosis di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Pengaringan Oku Tahun 2021

Tuberculosis is an infectious infectious disease caused by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis which mainly attacks the lungs. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors were associated with the motivation of health cadres in finding cases of tuberculosis in the working area of ??UPTD Puskesmas Pengaringan Kab. OKU 2021. The design of this research is Cross Sectional. The population in this study were health cadres in the work area of ??Pengaringan Health Center, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2021. The sampling method in this study used a total sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The results of the statistical analysis of respondents using the Chi-Square test showed that there was a significant relationship (p < 0.05) for age (0.001), cadre tenure (0.013), education (0.007), knowledge (P Value 0.009), attitude (P Value 0.004 ), training (P Value 0.000) and supervision (0.000). From the results of the multivariate analysis, the dominant factor on the motivation of cadres in finding Tuberculosis cases in the work area of ??the Pengaringan Health Center, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2021, is Supervision (P Value 0.000) (OR 28.967). From this research, it is hoped that the Puskesmas will carry out periodic supervision and guidance to health cadres, forming special cadres who run DOTS programs, especially in finding Tuberculosis cases.

The Principal's Strategy in Improving the Quality of Teacher Competence at Senior High School

The purpose of this study was to explore the competence and understand the principal's strategy in improving the quality of teacher competence at SMA Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo, the obstacles faced by the principal in improving the quality of teachers, as well as the principal's strategy in overcoming the obstacles which appear in efforts to improve the quality of teachers at SMA Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were determined purposively, they are the principal and teachers of SMA Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. Reduction data, display data, and conclusion are the steps of data analysis. To check the validity of the data using source triangulation and discussion with the supervising lecturer. The results of the study prove that the principal's strategies in improving the quality of teacher competence at SMA Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo are: (1) further study of the S.2 professional degree, (2) activating teachers in increasing competence, (3) providing motivation, (4) maximizing the function of the school library, (5) conducting periodic supervision and (6) providing welfare benefits. The obstacles faced by principals in implementing strategies to improve the quality of teacher competence at SMA Islam As Sakinah Sidoarjo are the lack of interest and awareness of teachers, insight into thinking which still tends to be exclusive, lack of teacher supervision activities and several other external factors. While the solutions to overcome the obstacles which appear include providing motivation and good treatment, involving teachers in scientific activities and increasing the implementation of teacher supervision.
