Development of electronic handouts for class X high school ecosystem materials for online learning

Students' low interest is the most common problem in online learning. As a solution, we need media that is attractive and easy to use. This study aims to (1) develop electronic handouts on the Ecosystem topic for class 10th-grade senior high school for online learning, (2) determine the feasibility of handouts, (3) determine teacher perceptions of handouts, and (4) determine student perceptions after using handouts in learning. This study uses a 4D development model. The subjects of this study were 10th-grade high school students consisting of small groups (6 students) and large groups (26 students). The results of this study indicate that the validity of the material reaches a percentage of 90% in the "very good" category, the validity of the media reaches a percentage of 95% in the " very good " category, the teacher's perception results in the percentage of 90.83% in the "very good" category, the percentage of satisfaction is average. The small group average was 89.72% in the "very satisfied" category, and the average satisfaction percentage for the large group was 90.12% in the "very satisfied" category. So it can be concluded that electronic handouts can be used in online learning. This research handout can be used as an alternative learning resource to increase students' interest in learning.

Outdoor Digital Printing Machine is a printing machine or digital printing machine whose printouts are intended for outdoors and are weather-resistant, both hot, sunlight and rain. Outdoor machines use a special type of ink, namely solvent ink. The principle of the outdoor machine itself is to print the design results that were previously in the computer. This study aims to 1) Knowing about Digital Print Tools as well as. 2) Knowing the use of Outdoor Digital Printing Machines. 3) Knowing the print speed of the outdoor machine. 4) Knowing the percentage of customer satisfaction. The research method used is the R&D method. By using the R&D method, the results obtained to determine the speed of the outdoor engine on the printhead motor with LOW mode have a speed of 124 m/s, MIDELL mode has a speed of 161 m/s, while HIIGH mode has a speed of 241 m/s. s. The results obtained to determine consumer satisfaction with the speed of the print rate through the time of using the machine using the Guttman scale, namely the overall process time of the outdoor digital printing printing machine on customer satisfaction has a conformity, which is indicated by the percentage of answers "Yes" an average of 75%.

Usability Evaluation of Mobile App for the Sustainable Professional Development of Teachers

Teachers' professional development plays a significant role in the sustainability of quality education. However, providing sustainable professional development programs is difficult because of various challenges, such as insufficient government policies, a scarcity of qualified personnel and training opportunities, lack of access and resources, etc. The COVID-19 epidemic has further intensified the problem and adversely harmed schoolteachers’ interest, motivation, and involvement. In such situations, technology can play a positive role in carrying out sustainable educational activities. However, little focus has been paid to the use of technology for the sustainable professional development of teachers, particularly in the under developing countries. Due to its unique qualities, mobile learning is receiving much attention as an essential component to impart sustainable education to teaching professionals. It represents a paradigm shift in ongoing professional development, particularly for teachers who are constrained by time, resources, and travel requirements. Mobile learning is an alternate and complementary technique to enhance teachers' professional development, allowing them to work, learn, and attain their full potential. To meet the sustainable development goal of teachers’ education, in [1] we have provided a framework for teachers' continuous professional development (CPD). Based on that, we have also developed a mobile App to provide training and ongoing support to teachers’ professionals. This study evaluates the usability of our mobile App for the sustainable development of teachers. Usability characteristics of usefulness, efficiency, and satisfaction are measured using a usability testing approach. 107 elementary school instructors took part in the study. Participants in the study performed eight usability tasks in the same room using the researcher's internet bandwidth. The participants' time and completion rate were recorded. A post-test questionnaire followed usability tasks. After the usability activities, participants completed a System Usability Scale questionnaire to assess overall satisfaction with the training app and gain a broad picture of the program. The application achieved a 100% completion rate for all tasks, indicating an extremely effective, efficient, and sustainable system. Moreover, the satisfaction percentage was also found to be 84.1 percent, which is considered highly satisfactory.

Effectiveness of Aspiration Under Ultrasound Guidance in Breast Abscess in Terms of Early Resumption of Breast Feeding: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective: Effectiveness of aspiration under ultrasound guidance in breast abscess in terms of early resumption of breast feeding. Study Design: Randomized controlled trial Place and Duration: Mardan Medical Complex and Teaching Hospital and Jinnah International Hospital, Abbottabad, from November, 2021 to April, 2022. Methods: There were a total of 140 female participants. The patients ranged in age from 16 to 50. After obtaining the patient's written consent, demographic information including age, weight, height, and body mass index were collected. Breast abscess diagnosed on clinical examination and ultrasound breast were included. Seventy patients were assigned to Group I and treated with percutaneous aspiration, whereas the same number were assigned to Group II and underwent incision drainage. Early breast feeding was restored in both groups and compared for their respective outcomes. The entire dataset was analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Results: We observed that the percentage of patients in group I who were able to resume breast feeding was 61 (87.1%), and in group II was found in 42 (60%) patients. The level of comfort experienced by patients in group I 60 (85.7%), as compared to group II 35 (50%), was significantly greater. Conclusion: In this study, we came to the conclusion that percutaneous aspiration in breast abscess was successful and effective in comparison to incision drainage, with less problems and a high percentage of satisfaction among the women. Fuzzy evaluation model for attribute service performance index

As the Internet of Things (IoT) becomes more and more popular and full-grown, diverse technologies for measurement and collection of business data continually improve as well. Effective data analysis of and applications can be helpful to stores to make smart and quick decisions in a jiffy, so that the percentage of customer satisfaction and in-store shopping can increase to raise the total revenue. Some researchers have suggested that the number of customers who enter a store refers to a Poisson process. Based on previous research, an attribute service performance index was proposed in this paper. This paper reviewed the fuzzy one-tailed testing model of the attribute service performance index and put forward a fuzzy two-tailed testing model of two indices based on the confidence interval to verify whether the improvement had a significant effect. Now that this fuzzy evaluation model is built on the confidence interval of the index, we can diminish the chance of misjudgment caused by sampling error. Its design can incorporate the past data or expert experience. Thus, the evaluation accuracy can be retained in the case of small-sized samples.

Feasibility and Application of Cluster Nursing to the Care of Patients with Acute Oncology.

Objective To probe the utility of cluster nursing for the care of acute oncology clients. Methods One hundred fourteen cases of acute oncology pioneers undergoing therapy in our clinic from April 2019 to February 2021 were randomly assigned into two consecutive arms, conventional care and cluster care, in accordance with the nursing modality. Complications, satisfaction, quality of survival, and negative emotions were compared across the two parties. Results The comorbidity incidence rate of the subject matter in the research cohort was 7.02%, which was below the comorbidity rate of 17.54% in the reaction cohort (P < 0.05); the percentage of satisfaction in the research cohort was 96.49%, which was higher than the satisfaction rate of 78.95% in the reaction cohort (P < 0.05); aftercare, the quality of survival was significantly higher in both groups, and the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower, with a more pronounced trend of change in the research cohort than in the reaction cohort (P < 0.05). Conclusion Bundled care for casualty oncology is of major value, with a marked reduction in the incidence of postoperative complications, high quality of survival, an excellent prognosis and negative mood, high patient morale and satisfaction and compliance with curative treatment, and good support for subsequent care.

Ethnochemistry-based Adobe Flash Learning Media Using Indigenous Knowledge to Improve Students' Scientific Literacy

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of using ethnochemistry-based Adobe Flash learning media using indigenous knowledge on scientific literacy. The study used a quasi-experimental method. The research subjects were 68 students who used ethnochemistry-based Adobe Flash learning media using indigenous knowledge on secondary metabolite material. The research is a quantitative study with pretest and posttest design. Data in the study were collected through tests to determine students' scientific literacy skills, including aspects of knowledge and competence in analyzing scientific phenomena, connecting chemical concepts to existing phenomena, and interpreting data or scientific evidence and questionnaires. Supporting data was obtained through a questionnaire to determine learning media users' opinions. The test was conducted with ten multiple-choice questions and a questionnaire with ten statements using a Likert scale of 1-4. The data analysis technique calculates the average score of test questions that have criteria according to scientific literacy and the percentage of user satisfaction. Based on the research results, the average value of 81.50 for scientific literacy skills on the concept of secondary metabolites with an N Gain of 80% is in a good category, and it is also known that the average percentage of user satisfaction is 83%, in a good category. Based on the hypothesis testing using the right-test, it has a t count of 16,160 and a t table of 2,021. The study concludes that applying ethnochemistry-based Adobe Flash learning media on secondary metabolites is effective for students' scientific literacy. Thus, it could be excluded that interactive media can support students' learning and improve scientific literacy.

Bank is a business entities that have the function of collecting funds and distributing them from and for the community. The service of a bank is said to be good not only from bank’s point of view, but also from customer’s opinion as a service user. The problem that occurs is when bank has not been able to meet good and appropriate service standars, resulting in customers feeling dissatisfied. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction to find out how the quality of service is available and to help provide information regarding what steps should be taken to improve service quality Service Quality method and Customer Satisfaction Index. The stages in this research include surveys, literature studies, preparation and distribution of questionnaires, validity and reliability tests, gap analysis and percentage of satisfaction levels, writing results, and finally conclusions. The results show that there are 15 attributes with negative gap values and a satisfaction percentage of 80,38%. Based on these results, customers are satisfied with the service provided

Quality оf Working Life аnd Job Satisfaction on the Russian Labour Market

The article reviews foreign and russian quantitative studies on job satisfaction. The place of job satisfaction in the overall assessment of the quality of working life is shown. A review of studies that consider different sets of factors as an explanation for the level of job satisfaction is carried out. Based on the data of the Russian Longitudinal Monitoring Survey of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (RLMS-HSE) for 2019-2020 an analysis of individual indicators of the quality of working life was carried out. Hypotheses are put forward regarding the factors influencing job satisfaction and these hypotheses are tested on the basis of data from the RLMS-HSE. The author comes to the conclusion that there are correlations between various types of satisfaction (wages, working conditions, opportunities for professional growth, financial situation and life in general), they are positive, highly significant and quite strong. There is a correlation between job satisfaction and the degree of trust of employees in their colleagues and management, the presence of subordinates, the amount of money earned, the type of settlement (expectedly, cities have the highest percentage of job satisfaction), the level of education and the desire to find another job. The dependence of job satisfaction on gender, marital status, age, Russian or foreign ownership of the enterprise, state or private enterprise, promotion or transfer to another unit was not confirmed. Multiple correlation analysis showed heterogeneity of determinants of job satisfaction depending on the place of residence, age and income level of the respondents. The analysis showed that the increase in job satisfaction reduces the likelihood that an employee wants to find a new job, as well as the likelihood that he already has a second job.

A Study to Assess the Level of Satisfaction among IV Year BSc Nursing Students Related to Midwifery on Traditional Practical Examination Method and Objective Structured Clinical Examination Method (OSCE)

The objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) is a method in which students are assessed for clinical skills in a series of stimulated stations that may invove history collection, Physical assessment, laboratory investigation, treatment and hands on demonstration. On the other hand, Traditional practice methods (TPEM) such as oral viva, written assignment, MCQs and Nursing care plans are often used in the assessment of Nursing students. Objectives: • To assess the level of satisfaction of nursing students on OSCE. • To assess the level of satisfaction of nursing students on traditional practical examination method. Methods: A descriptive research study was conducted on a total of 27 nursing students to assess the level of satisfaction. The questionnaire is structured Likert scale. Results: The present study revealed that overall samples satisfied with OSCEwere67.7% whereas satisfaction percentage for TPEM was 46.0%. This concludes that samples under study were more satisfied with OSCE as method of examination whereas the satisfaction level of samples was less than 50% in case of traditional practical examination method. E-Module Development Based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) on Material Class X High School Chemistry Association

This study aims to obtain: (1) PBL-based E-modules that have met the criteria for content eligibility, language eligibility, presentation eligibility, and graphic eligibility according to the National Education Standards Agency; (2) Students' responses to aspects of the appearance, material and benefits of PBL-based e-modules on chemical bonding materials. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&amp;D) which has been modified as needed. This research was carried out in several stages, namely syllabus analysis according to the current curriculum, module analysis by researchers, module design and development, validation of e-modules by lecturers and teachers, and then evaluation of e-modules developed by students. The average result of validation by lecturers is 3, 53 which means it is valid and does not need to be revised and the average teacher validation is 3.86 which means it is valid and does not need to be revised. The average percentage of student satisfaction with PBL-based e-modules that have been developed is 77.87%. So it can be concluded that the E-module based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) in the chemical bonding material for class X SMA is valid and does not need to be revised. Based on the high student response, it means that students feel interested in the e-module.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on primary health care utilization: an experience from Iran

BackgroundThe Covid-19 pandemic affected the performance of Primary Health Care (PHC) worldwide. This study was performed to investigate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the utilization of PHC in Iran.MethodA before and after study conducted between 2019 and 2021. 56 medical science universities across the country were studied. The data extracted from Electronic Health Record (EHR) is entitled “SIB”. Three major indicators included a weighted average of essential services provided by (physician, dentist, mental health expert, midwife, nutritionist), percentage of actual delivered service, and percentage of customer satisfaction was selected as a criterion for assessing the PHC. Descriptive statistics and analytical statistics (Wilcoxon test) using SPSS 16 software were used for the data analyzing and reporting.ResultsThere was a significant difference among the examined dimensions before and after Covid-19 separation in all studied indicators except the level of percentage of customer satisfaction (P < 0.05). So that the percentage of actually delivered services decreased about 1% and the weighted average of essential services provided by a physician, dentist, midwife, mental health experts, and nutritionist decreased 627.95, 718.81, 460.85, 2914.66, 2410.65 numbers, respectively.ConclusionCovid-19 Pandemic has affected the performance of Iranian PHC at the beginning and overall, has a negative consequence on utilization of services. Preparedness to respond to pandemics and develop programs and interventions is necessary to cover the weaknesses of the PHC.

Pengembangan bahan ajar modul berbasis discovery learning pada materi laju reaksi

This research aims to (1) knowing the results of a chemical study on the action based reaction materials used at school by BSNP standards,(2) knowing that the modules on discovery learning on the action-based reaction rate matter are appropriate for media experts and materials experts,(3) knowing the results of student learning after being given the discovery learning module on reaction rate materials. (4) know students' responses to the discovery learning based modules on reaction rate materials. Research results from an average of 81% of those produced from teaching materials analysis have both the strenghts and deformityof content, language worthiness, presentation and feasibility of expertise. Average pretest class experiment in 57,25%. Whereas the average score of 83,5% experimental posttest class. N-gain values a normalized chemical student experiment class based on the percentage of that is 83,82%. Student response or satisfaction percentages of deveoloped modules are acquired on an averaged of 93%, which could be concluded that the developedment of the taught materials the discovery learning based modules on a action-based reaction rare matter is higher than the minimum criteria (KKM) set. T_count more that t_table (8,747 more that 1,685) and H0 is therefore denied and Ha received. Thus it may be concluded that the there is an impact on the development of taught materials the discovery learning based modules on action on reaction materials.

Analisis Indeks Kepuasan Layanan Akademik Mahasiswa Untuk Meningkatkan Layanan Manajemen Pada Program Pascasarjana Prodi PAH STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja

This study raised the issue of the academic service satisfaction index of STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja postgraduate students. This issue is important to research in order to improve academic service management in the STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja postgraduate program. In addition, the high fluctuation of public interest to study in postgraduate studies is also a consideration for this study. Thirty-five students in the first batch, increased to 52 students in the second batch; then dropped to 39 students in the third batch, and dropped again to 23 students in the fourth batch. The fluctuation of public interest in entering postgraduate is also the reason for the importance of this research. This study used a quantitative descriptive design. The five service dimensions that become indicators of student satisfaction are: the reliability dimension, the Responsiveness dimension, the Assurance dimension, the Empathy dimension and the Tangibles dimension. The results of data analysis showed that in general the academic services received by STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja postgraduate students were satisfactory. In detail, the percentage of student satisfaction with academic services at postgraduate is as follows: 3% of postgraduate students are not satisfied with the academic services they receive; 12% of postgraduate students are dissatisfied with the academic services they receive; 41% of students are quite satisfied with the academic services they receive; 35% of students are satisfied with the academic services they receive, and 8% of students are very satisfied with the academic services they receive.

The “3R Team” in action! Implementation of a program of learning from excellence in a neonatal and pediatric intensive care unit in France

BackgroundThe pursuit of improving quality of care and of patient safety is a crucial objective in intensive care units (ICUs). Classically, safety is characterized by analyzing adverse events. Neonatal and pediatric ICUs (NICUs/PICU) are highly technological units, with evidence of risk for elevated levels of emotional exhaustion and thus a significant level of staff turnover. We hypothesized that appreciative inquiry (AI), currently used in many organizations, could be introduced in our ICU. In the PICU and NICU, this new concept is termed “learning from excellence” (LFE). ObjectiveTo assess the impact of the implementation of an LFE program on well-being and on an educational program in the NICU/PICU of a tertiary care center in France. MethodsWe created a workgroup composed of caregivers called the “3R team” for “right resuscitations reviews,” based on the concept of AI. Before and 1 year after implementation, we administered two validated surveys—the Maslach Burnout Inventory and the Siegrist survey—to the entire staff of the 22-bed unit. ResultsThe questionnaire on satisfaction revealed a high percentage (93%) of satisfaction with the work of the 3R team and that scores of well-being and burnout were improved. The educational program was highly enhanced, especially simulation. Benevolence and happiness were increased. ConclusionImplementation of an LFE program in a NICU and PICU is feasible, and tends to increase the well-being and self-confidence of all categories of caregivers. It promotes educational programs of dynamic learning, including simulation. The next important step will be to study the impact on staff turnover and on quality of care.

USABILITAS GOOGLE CLASSROOM MENGGUNAKAN USE QUESTIONNAIRE DALAM DISKUSI INTERAKTIF PERKULIAHAN SAAT PANDEMI DALAM PERSPEKTIF MAHASISWA

The development of technology and the presence of the Covid-19 outbreak has made the world of education have no ideal choice except for distance learning. This encourages the use of various internet-based Learning Management System (LMS) supporting applications. Google Classroom is one of the most commonly used media. This study aims to find out the usability of Google Classroom to the students along their online-learning. The sample of this research was 105 students of Islamic Educational Study Program which selected by using purposive sampling. This research use survey research method. The result of this research shown that the usability of Google Classroom concluded as a high level, states as 80% of (usefulness), moreover there were as much as 80% students experienced that Google Classroom is easy to use, and there were also easy to access the learning material shown by 83% students. Additionally, the students also feel satisfy using Google Classroom as the media of interactive discussion, proved by the percentage of satisfaction of 79%.

The selection of hyaluronic acid when treating with the nasolabial fold: A meta-analysis.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) gel is a widely used dermal filler for the correction of facial volume loss. The relationship between the characteristics of HA and clinical efficacy remains unclear. The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to compare the efficacy and safety of monophasic and biphasic HA in the treatment of nasolabial folds (NLFs). Studies were identified by searching the electronic databases PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science from inception to May 2021. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were selected according to the inclusion criteria. Outcomes included the Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale (WSRS) score, Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale score, and incidence of adverse events. A total of 1190 patients from 14 RCTs were included in the meta-analysis. The mean WSRS score improvement in the biphasic HA group was much lower than that in the monophasic HA group (MD=0.18, 95% CI: 0.16-0.20, p<0.00001). The subject satisfaction percentage was significantly higher for monophasic than biphasic HA (RR=1.95, 95% CI: 1.09-3.48, p=0.02). There was no significant difference in the adverse event rate between the monophasic and biphasic HA groups (RR=0.96, 95% CI: 0.75-1.24, p=0.77). Regardless of whether improvement in NLFs or patient satisfaction is considered, monophasic HA is better than biphasic HA. Regarding the adverse event rate, there is no difference between monophasic and biphasic HA.

Patient or customer satisfaction is the level of consumer feelings after comparing what he received and his expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of outpatients with respect to pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy installation of Langit Golden Medika Sarolangun Hospital using 5 (five) dimensions of service quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangible Evidence This type of research is a descriptive non-experimental research. Observational data collection techniques with the criteria of outpatients and patients' families who redeem prescriptions, patients who can communicate well, and patients who can read and write. The results of these 5 (five) dimensions state patient satisfaction at a hospital pharmacy installation. This study was conducted by means of patients filling out questionnaires and then calculating the percentage of patient satisfaction with the indicators studied. Based on the calculation of the level of patient satisfaction on the Reliability indicator of 78.43%, the Responsiveness indicator of 80.13%, the Assurance indicator of 79.24%, the Empathy indicator of 80.76%, the Direct Evidence indicator of 79.22%.

Buried penis surgical treatment in children: Dorsal dartos flap VS. Fascia fixation. A retrospective cohort study

Several surgical techniques for buried penis (BP) treatment have been described, although there is not a reference pattern for it. In our institution, we have traditionally performed penis fixation to Buck's fascia at 3 points. In 2014 we introduced a dorsal dartos flap technique, fixed at both sides of the penis base. To compare both techniques and their long-term outcomes. A retrospective cohort study was conducted on consecutive patients with BP who underwent surgery between 2010 and 2018. They were divided according to surgical technique performed: group A (fascia fixation) and B (dorsal dartos flap). Demographic variables, surgical time and postoperative complications were analyzed. Long-term cosmetic outcomes were evaluated through a telephone survey to patients parents. Thirty-five patients were included (16 group A; 19 group B). Median age at intervention was 9.7 years in group A, with no statistical differences with group B (7.3 years; p=0.071). No statistically significant differences were observed in mean surgical time or postoperative complications between both groups. Cosmetic outcomes (Table 2) were significantly better in group B, which presented higher percentages of satisfaction with the outcomes (95% vs. 64%; p=0.02) and age at intervention (89% vs. 59%; p=0.032), higher perception of the procedure as "minimally invasive" (100% vs. 71%; p=0.013) and higher recommendation rate of the intervention (95% vs. 57%; p=0.029). Dorsal dartos flap is a reproducible, minimally invasive technique with minimal adverse effects and satisfactory long-term results. It has fewer postoperative complications and more satisfactory cosmetic results compared to fascia fixation.
