Analysis Constumer of Continuity of Mobile Loans and Payments for Akulaku Fintech Services Using TAM

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the re-acceptance of the Akulaku Payment Online Fintech System using the Technology Accept Model. This research model directly follows the study using variables namely Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Convenience, Security, Service quality and Continuance intention as independent variables. variable. dependent Information was collected using the questionnaire method with a total of 65 respondents and sent directly to the respondents. Data were analyzed using the TAM Model and PLS method. The results of this research show that the factors that directly influence the acceptance of the Akulaku Fintech System are perceived Service quality and Continuance intention which are defined as variables that have a positive value or have a significant relationship, namely Perceived Ease of Use, Convenience, Security, which show a significant influence on the Continuance intention variable and only There is one variable that is not significant with the Continuance Intention variable, namely the Perceived Usefulness variable. Based on the results of the impact analysis on the research variables, it shows that the results of the perception data analysis of Perceived Usefulness have an insignificant impact on Continuance intention, Akulaku Fintech online with a T statistical result of 1,409 (>1.96). shows that the relationship is negative with this research, namely rejecting hypothesis H2. This can be explained by the fact that although the Fintech company Akulaku considers the application easy to understand and use, some respondents feel that the ease of use of the existing online Fintech payment system can still be improved, especially in the benefits aspect.Keywords: Fintech, Online Payment, TAM, Akulaku

Application of End User Computing Satisfaction Method to Analyze Customer Satisfaction in Using Mobile Application of National E-Commerce Travel Company

This study aims to ascertain perceived usefulness and service variables together with the degree of user satisfaction with the online travel agent application using the end-user computing satisfaction (EUCS) technique. Scholars employ a quantitative methodology. Questionnaires and literature reviews were the data collection techniques utilized to get the information required for this study. Respondents or clients who have downloaded or utilized the online travel agency application comprise the population used in this study. Purposive sampling is one of the sample techniques that the researcher utilized. One hundred individuals made up the sample. Microsoft Excel and the SmartPLS application version 3.3.9 are used for data processing. The measurement model, also known as the outer model, and the structural model, often known as the inner model, are the two models used in inferential data analysis using SmartPLS. According to the analysis's findings, user happiness is significantly impacted by and related to the content variable. User happiness is significantly impacted by and related to format variations. User satisfaction is significantly impacted by and related to the ease-of-use attribute. User happiness is influenced by and related to the perceived usefulness variable. User happiness is significantly impacted by and related to the service variable. In the meantime, user satisfaction is unaffected by the variables in this study that are rejected, specifically the accuracy variable, which is unrelated to user pleasure with the online travel agent application. User happiness is unaffected by the timing variable.

The Teacher Professional Education Students' Perception on Learning Management System-based Online Learning

This research aimed to investigate the perceptions and impacts of online learning utilizing the SPACE (Electronic religious learning system application) among students enrolled in Teacher Professional Education (TPE) programs at State Islamic Religious Colleges. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilized linear regression analysis and structural equation modeling through AMOS 23. Effectiveness was gauged using indicators proposed by Robert E. Slavin, encompassing quality of learning, appropriateness of learning level, intensity, and time. The study participants comprised students across three Teacher Professional Education Study Programs. The findings revealed that nearly all participants expressed ease in learning and perceived the modules within SPACE as more effective. They also indicated that the materials/modules in SPACE aligned well with the needs of TPE participants and found the learning procedures within SPACE easy to follow. Notably, incentive variables within implementation indicators had a direct influence on perceived ease of use (user convenience), subsequently impacting the perceived usefulness variable. For future research, integrating direct interview data from students and conducting comparative analyses between offline and online implementations in professional education would provide valuable insights.

E-Transportation Effectiveness in Terms of User Satisfaction

The high mobility of people in Indonesia encourages innovation in the transportation sector. Innovation in the transportation sector, namely online transportation applications, transportation applications aim to simplify and expedite all user activities from the application. Previous research has not discussed the effectiveness of E-transportation based on user satisfaction by testing and assessing the effect of self-efficacy, Perceived Risk and Attitude on E-transportation usage intention using the TAM method. The use of the TAM method to find out about user behavior in accepting new technology (Lestariningsih, Tri, Budi Artono, 2020). The results of the study stated that the perceived usefulness variable was the most dominant variable in influencing the use intention of the go-jek application, which was 0.513 and the least dominant variable was perceived risk, namely with a small original sample estimate of 0.046.

Trust Mediates the Effect of Perceived Benefits and Perceived Convenience on the Interest in Reusing Electronic Money

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence that perceived utility and perceived simplicity of use have on a person's desire to reuse electronic money, with trust serving as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study that was carried out utilizing a sample of individuals who reside in the city of Surabaya, have used electronic money during the last six months, and are at least 18 years old. PLS analysis, also known as partial least squares analysis, was used in conjunction with validity tests, discriminant tests, reliability tests, inner model tests, and hypothesis testing in the process of data analysis. According to the findings of this research, the perceived usefulness variable is able to encourage interest in reusing electronic money, the perceived ease of use variable is able to encourage interest in reusing electronic money, the trust variable is unable to mediate the relationship between perceived usefulness and interest in reusing electronic money, and the trust variable is able to mediate the relationship between perceived ease of use and interest in reusing electronic money; however, the perceived usefulness variable is unable to mediate the relationship.

Factors that Influence Intention to use Mobile Banking

The increase in internet penetration in Indonesia which has reached 77.02% is not in line with the growth of Bank Mandiri mobile banking users to the number of customers which is still low. This study evaluates perceived ease of use, trust, compatibility, security, and convenience on intention to use m-banking with the mediation of perceived usefulness. This study distributed online questionnaires collected through social media and obtained 210 respondents in the Jabodetabek area. This research method uses quantitative with the Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results state that perceived usefulness affects intention to use m-banking, perceived ease of use and trust affect perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness variables can mediate perceived ease of use and trust in intention to use m-banking.

This research aims to analyze variables that have an influence on continuous intention and intention to recommend e-wallet applications. The dependent variables are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust and social influence. The research sample size was 239 respondents. Data is processed using the PLS application. The research results explain that the trust and social influence variables have a significant influence on continuous intention and intention to recommend, while the perceived ease of use variable does not have a significant influence on continuous intention. The perceived usefulness variable has an influence on continuous intention, but the perceived usefulness variable has no influence on the intention to recommend. The research results will contribute to e-wallet companies in understanding the behavior of Gen Z e-wallet users and creating company business strategies.

Exploring Factors Affecting the Mobile Commerce Adoption Among University Students in Malaysia

Objective – The purpose of this study is to present a conceptual framework for implementing mobile commerce utilising the TAM model and the application of Individual-Collectivism at the Individual Level (ICAIL) as a moderating variable in the context of mobile commerce in Malaysia. Methodology – The data for this study were collected from 550 randomly selected students from four Malaysian institutions using a self-administered questionnaire. Findings – The study found that images significantly correlate with the perceived usefulness variable. In contrast, the relationships between subjective norm, output quality, and outcome demonstrability are not significant, and anxiety has a weak relationship with perceived ease of use, playfulness, perception of external control, and self-efficacy indicates significant relationships. Novelty – Subjective norm is related to the image in a substantial way, whereas perceived utility does not affect behaviour. Furthermore, no significant link was found between the moderating variable, ICAIL, and perceived utility, perceived ease of use, subjective norm, or behavioural intention. This study investigated mobile commerce and the use of the ICAIL, which provides information progress for mobile commerce enterprises, service providers, financial institutions, and governments. Consumer intention over upcoming utopia: Urban air mobility

This study investigates the factors affecting users' acceptance of urban air mobility (UAM) systems, constructing a proposed theoretical urban air mobility acceptance and usage model (UAM-AUM). In this context, we posit that intention to fly, UAM conceptual intention, environmental consciousness, UAM affordability, general reliability and perceived usefulness variables are key determinants for behavioural intention to use. Using the UAM-AUM scale we apply structural equation modelling analysis for model validation based on data collected from 348 participants and the results strongly support the proposed model. Perceived usefulness is found to be the strongest determinant of user behavioural intention and mediates the effects of UAM acceptance, influencing the intention to use the system along with other variables. Another critical factor for promoting consumers’ positive intentions towards UAM system use is general reliability. The findings provide practical guidance for designing strategic interventions to improve public acceptance of UAM systems.

Efektivitas Penggunaan Jurnal Langganan Dengan Pendekatan Perceived Usefullness di Perpustakaan Universitas Riau

This study aims to determine the causes of user difficulties in using the subscription E-Journal service system and to analyze the access to the subscription e-journal service system at the Riau University library. This research used quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study were students of the University of Riau as many as 100 students, using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique was carried out with a questionnaire containing statements that represented indicators of the perceived usefulness variable. The data was processed using descriptive statistics. The data obtained were tabulated and arranged in tabular form and then the percentage was calculated, and interpreted. The results of this study showed that only 25% of respondents stated that they had accessed the Lib.unri.ac.id website. and 95% access research journals through google search or google schoolar. As many as 97% needed journals for final assignments or other college assignments. 74% stated that the Riau University library did not carry out intensive promotion, and 98% stated that the Riau University library had to carry out intensive promotion. Then it was found that all respondents answered that the library had to do promotions. The conclusion of this study is that the effectiveness of using subscription journals with the Perceived Usefulness function approach for users at the University of Riau cannot be said to be effective and even students tend to barely know it, this is very unfortunate because subscription journals are expensive to use. In this case, In the future, the Riau University library must always carry out continuous and directed promotions.

Analisis Minat Penggunaan Ulang pada Dompet Digital Shopeepay di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and sales promotion on reuse intention the ShopeePay digital wallet during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research Methodology: This study is a quantitative research, the data in this research have been acquired form the distribution of questionnaires measured via ascale Likert using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique which data processing was assisted by Smart PLS 3.3.3. In this research, a sample of 96 people was used, and the sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method. Result: The results of this research imply that the perceived usefulness variable has no effect and not significant on interest in reuse with a path coefficient value of 0.192. The variable perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on interest in reuse with a path coefficient value of 0.314 and sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on interest in reuse with a path coefficient value of 0.274. Limitations: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the spread of questionnaires must use Google Form (online) so that it cannot spread the questionnaire directly. And the variables used and set out in this study are limited i.e., refer only to the variables of benefit perception, ease perception and sales promotion. Contribution: It is expected to be able to share the contribution of knowledge and benefits and this writing can be a contribution as a source of reference and have the same topic, and can have the benefit to be a consideration for the company that it can be used as a consideration in determining strategies towards its product or service. The influence of interaction, learner characteristics, perceived usefulness, and perceived satisfaction on continuance intention in e-learning system

Communication and information technology have encouraged the use of e-learning systems in the education world. Even the application of the system has become a must in this COVID-19 pandemic health protocol. Nevertheless, it still needs to be observed, whether the consumers would keep using the e-learning system in the future. This study aims to see the effect of interaction variables and learner characteristic toward perceived usefulness and perceived satisfaction on e-learning system that has been used, with the effect of continuance intention toward the system in the future. To answer the purpose of this study, there is a research model has been developed which includes seven hypotheses. For the research object, the researcher chose non-government-owned colleges in Jakarta with the students as the sample chosen by purposive sampling technique. The result of this research shows those seven hypotheses accepted with the significant level at 1%, as well as 5%. It means each of the interaction variables and learning characteristics significantly direct and indirect influence the perceived satisfaction variable as well as the perceived usefulness variable. Moreover, it is proven that perceived usefulness is a significant determinant toward perceived satisfaction, even both of them significantly direct influence continuance intention at e-learning system that has been used.

Pre-Service Teachers’ Computer Self-Efficacy and the Use of Computers

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of pre-service teachers’ computer self-efficacy on their use of computers. The research used a quantitative design whose data were collected by using a structured five-point Likert scale questionnaire with responses ranging from 1(strongly agree) to 5(strongly disagree). Simple random sampling was used to select a representative sample of 400 participants from a population of 4000 pre-service teachers, of which 332 of them were successfully returned, yielding a response rate of 83%. The study employed the Technology-Acceptance Model with eight constructs, namely; demographic influence (DI), social influence (SI), basic computer skills (CS), access to computers (AC), perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), computer self-efficacy (CSE), and actual computer use (AU). Factor analysis was used to analyse the data generated from the survey, with the help of PLS-SEM, using the SmartPLS software version 3.0. The findings of the study indicated that each of the identified factors in the model had a significant effect on CSE. In essence, the identified explanatory variables explained 73.7% of the variance in CSsE. The four independent variables explained 45.4% of the variance in PU of computers and 66.5% of the variance in PEOU of computer use. The CSE model also explained 60.6% of the variance in computer use. In order to develop a strong CSE for pre-service teachers, it is recommended that higher education institutions ensure that all students have access to the necessary computers, proper connectivity, and skilled technicians.

Analisis Penggunaan Aplikasi Linkaja Dengan Technology Acceptance Model Pada Grapari Telkom Group Medan Sumatera Utara

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Intention to Use and Perceived Usefulness on Actual System Use through Intention to Use as an intervening variable in the LinkAja application in GraPARI Telkom Group Medan.The population in this study were all consumers average in one day, amounting to 150 people using a sample of 30 people. Based on the results of the t test (partial) the variable Perceived Ease of Use obtained tcount 4.748 t table 2.048 and significant 0.000 0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect partially on Perceived Usefulness. The variable Perceived Ease of Use is obtained tcount 4.433 t table 2.051 and significant 0.049 0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect partially on Intention to Use . The Perceived Usefulness variable is obtained tcount 5,089 ttable 2,051 and significant 0,046 0,05, then ha is accepted and h0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Usefulness has a partially significant effect on Intention to Use . The Intention to Use variable was obtained tcount 3.140 t table 2.055 and significant 0.040 0.05, then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, which stated Intention to Use partially significant effect on Actual System Use.Based on the intervening test, the results show that Perceived Ease of Use has a correlation with Intention to Use as an intervening variable because it has a value of Pvalue α, namely 0.105 0.05. The Perceived Usefulness variable has a value of 0.264 0.05, which means that it has a positive regression coefficient direction.

ANALISIS PENGARUH TRUST, APPLICATION QUALITY, PERCEIVED USEFULNESS TERHADAP INTENTION TO PURCHASE DAN ACTUAL SYSTEM USE (STUDI KASUS PADA APLIKASI KAI ACCESS)

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of trust, application quality, and perceived usefulness on the intention to purchase and actual system use of the KAI ACCESS application between the ages of 19 -39 years in Jabodetabek. From the 204 respondents obtained, data analysis was then carried out and the results showed that the trust variable did not have a significant effect on the intention to purchase, while the application quality and perceived usefulness variables had a significant influence on the intention to purchase variable, then the intention to purchase variable also had a significant effect. significant to the actual system use variable. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is found that the variables of trust, application quality and perceived usefulness can explain the variable intention to purchase by 81.1%, while the remaining 18.9% is explained by other variables and the variable intention to purchase can explain the actual system use variable of 52 .5% and the remaining 47.5% is explained by other variables.

Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keberlanjutan Minat Pengguna Dalam Menggunakan Aplikasi Mhealth Melalui Variabel Satisfaction

The use of internet and smartphone has evolved. The rapid growth of innovation in technology allows them to become a high-functioning service provider through many of the applications available to help out humans fulfilling their needs. People demand quick and instant service provision, including health service. Applications based on mHealth technology are made to serve that demand. This research aims to examine the effects of intervening variables such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust in application, and satisfaction on consumers’ continuance intention to use mHealth technology. This research employs a quantitative method to assess primary data samples taken from the users of Halodoc health service application in Java. The results of this research show that the trust and perceived usefulness variables do not significantly affect consumers’ continuance usage intention. Only the perceived ease of use and satisfaction variables yield a significant impact on consumers’ continuance usage intention. Hopefully, these results can be a valuable insight for PT Media Dokter Investama to enhance their service to attract more mHealth technology users to use Halodoc.

Perceived Trust of E-Services, Perceived Usefulness and Adoption of E-Banking amongst the Students of University of Kelaniya: A Relational Study

This study examines the relationship of perceived usefulness and perceived trust of e-services on adopting e-banking in the context of Sri Lankan private commercial banks. Sample was drawn from the students of University of Kelaniya, those who are possessing e-banking facilities of private banks. Initially 500 questionnaires were distributed and 305 duly completed questionnaires were considered for the final data analysis process. Governing factors on perceived trust of e-services were identified by conducting principal component analysis. TAM has been extended by using the perceived trust of e-services. In order to test the hypotheses, correlation analysis followed by multiple regression analysis using hierarchical method along with diagnosis tests for outliers, residuals, influential cases, were performed whilst supplementary statistical tests, such as trend analysis and contrast test of ANOVA were also used for further analysis of demographic characteristics with special reference to respondents’ income levels. The empirical evidence supported two hypotheses indicating the positive relationships of perceived trust of e-services and perceived usefulness variables towards e-banking adoption. Furthermore, it was revealed that there are differences in adoption of e-banking with regard to several demographic variables. Third hypothesis stating the existence of differences in adoption of e-banking between lower income category customers and higher income category was also supported. Restricted sample selection and time restrictions are limitations. Nevertheless, extending of TAM in relation to present research context could be noted as the originality of the research. Findings would be beneficial for Sri Lankan bankers and banking application developers, alike. In conclusion, future research could be conducted in varied contexts in the field of technology adoption in search of novel findings.

Factor Affecting Customer’s Intention to Use Mobile Banking Service at Private Bank in Indonesia

The rapid development of technology in Indonesia today resulted in very tight competition in the industrial world, where industry players are required to be able to provide faster and efficient services to keep their consumers from turning to competitors. PT. XYZ Bank In 2014 launched a mobile banking service called SimobiPlus. However, based on the data obtained from the number of internal SimobiPlus users, it is still below 15% of the total customers and it can be concluded that the use intention between customers is still very low, so the authors want to find out the factors that influence the user's intention to use. These research analysts used the method of the previous research UTAUT Extend, where this method has been proven on conducting research of intended use and modify it by adding a variable perception of usefulness, ease of use, trust, and security. In collecting the data, questionnaires with 400 respondents also use for the analysis of this research. Based on the results, the variable Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, Security, Social Influence has a positive effect on behavioral intention, where the Perceived Usefulness variable has the top influence among the variables used in this research.

The Perception of MSME in Tegal City on Readiness Towards MSME’S Digitalization in The New Normal Era

The Covid-19 pandemic caused a crisis in all fields, this pandemic had a wide impact on the business world at all levels, MSMEs were the hardest hit. Data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs, totaling 163,713 MSMEs, were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs has set a digitization target of 10 million MSMEs by 2020. The existence of this digitalization opportunity has not been optimally utilized by MSME players. Of the approximately 64 million MSME population in Indonesia, only 13% are connected to the digital ecosystem (Kominfo.co.id, 2020). There are 930 UMKM players in Tegal City from a total of 1940 UMKM recorded by the Cooperative Office. Of the number of MSMEs, some were able to survive and some had to close their businesses in the end. This is because some MSME players have not digitized their business. Perceptions of usefulness, perceived ease of use, and HR competence are factors that also influence MSME actors to readiness in implementing digitalization of their business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and HR competence on the readiness of MSMEs towards business digitization in the new normal era. The results of this study indicate that the perceived usefulness variable has no effect on the readiness of MSMEs towards digitalization, while the variables of perceived ease of use and HR competencies have an effect on the readiness of MSMEs towards digitization.
