ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT DI KABUPATEN MALANG TAHUN 2018-2022

The income of the population of a society is important for welfare because it influences its ability to meet basic needs. In Malang Regency there are around 2,685,900 people with a GDP per capita of 43.73 million rupiah in 2022. This research applies a quantitative approach. The research results show that the Covid-19 pandemic, rising fuel prices, low levels of education, people's mindsets that care less about education, economic limitations, lack of employment opportunities, and climate conditions are the causes of the high number of poor people, low levels of education, and low levels of poverty. high open unemployment. The impact is an increase in crime, limited access to education, high levels of unemployment, poverty, and a decline in prosperous economic conditions. Apart from these factors, education has a significant influence on people's income. Community income is not significantly influenced by the number of poor people and the level of open unemployment. The Malang Regency Government has implemented various programs to overcome these challenges, including Indonesian Economic Heroes (PENA), creating opportunities for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), the Malang Makmur equality education movement program (GERTAK Malang Makmur), the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP), labor-intensive programs, job training programs, and the Pre-Employment Card Program.

Analisis Tokoh Pada Film “Penyalin Cahaya” sebagai Korban Pelecehan Seksual Menggunakan Teori Kebungkaman

Film is a mass media that can influence people's mindset through the message it wants to convey. The film "Penyalin Cahaya" tells the story of Suryani, Farah, and Tariq, who experienced sexual harassment by a fellow Matahari Theater group member, Rama. Rama is described as a figure who has a powerful relationship with the university. This article uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection technique used in this article is the listen-and-note method. The theory used in this article is the Theory of Silence by Edwin Arderner and Shirley Arderner. The purpose of this study is to determine the reasons for the silence experienced by victims of sexual harassment in the film "Penyalin Cahaya." The results of the analysis of the film "Penyalin Cahaya" using the Theory of Silence obtained that the cause of silence in women and men is the lower class, which does not have the power to defend themselves. Aplikasi Pengenalan Rumah Adat Berbasis Augmented Reality Pada Perangkat Mobile Android

Indonesia has an extraordinary cultural wealth, including various traditional houses reflecting history and values. However, people's understanding of conventional houses is often limited. Factors such as the availability of introductory media and changes in people's mindsets have caused reduced interest and attention to traditional cultural heritage, including traditional houses. Augmented Reality (AR) technology has emerged as an innovative solution to facing this challenge. This research develops an AR-based traditional house introduction application on the Android platform, with the addition of interactive features such as quizzes and puzzles. The research results show that this application can increase people's understanding and interest in Indonesia's cultural heritage. Functionality testing on the Poco F5 and Samsung A50 devices shows valid results, meaning the test is reliable and can provide an accurate picture. Meanwhile, feasibility testing with 7 Yogyakarta Technology University students showed varying responses, but the majority positively assessed this application. By utilizing AR technology, this application can be an essential first step in maintaining and promoting Indonesia's cultural diversity in the digital era.

Intention to use fintech services: An investigation into the moderation effects of quality of internet access and digital skills

This paper aims to investigate the moderating influence of the quality of access to internet and digital skills on the factors that influence the intention to use fintech services among the young working population in India. We use the Theory of Planned Behavior to examine the intention to adopt financial technology in a rapidly technologically transformative Indian landscape. We conducted an empirical investigation on 324 young workers in India using the survey method. The TPB model's relevance in an Indian context is validated. Attitude, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norms together accounted for 48.7% of the variation in the intention to use fintech services. The quality of internet access significantly moderated the positive effect of young workers' attitudes on their intention to use fintech. Digital skills significantly moderated the positive effects of attitude and perceived behavioral control on intentions to use fintech services. India is considered a very fast adopter of digital technology. In India, the use of electronic channels in financial service delivery is on the rise. With the wide geographic dispersion and huge population, the quality of internet access and digital skills can influence the intention to use fintech services. There can be vast differences in the behavioral mindset of people in a developing country like India compared to that of a developed one regarding the use and adoption of digital platforms for accessing financial services. Developers and regulators must adopt approaches and policies that consider these behavioral factors. This paper examines the Theory of Planned Behaviour in the context of a rapidly transforming behavioural context in India with the adoption of technology-based financial services. The importance of quality internet access and digital skills as factors moderating the adoption of technology is examined in this paper, unlike many previous studies.

Exploration the concept of thayyiban halal food in the primary school environment: a study of students' halal literacy

Food and drink are basic human needs that must be met every day. In Islam, the food and drink consumed must not only be halal (permissible), but also must be thayyib (good and beneficial). The introduction of the concept of thayyiban halal food has become an important element that has penetrated people's mindset. In an educational context, an understanding of this concept is very important to instill from an early age. This research aims to investigate the halal literacy profile of students in concept of halal food and thayyib in primary schools. A survey method with field observation was used to collect data from 40 students in grades 4, 5 and 6 at Beribu Foundation Elementary School. Data was collected through halal literacy questionnaires and interviews to gain in-depth understanding. Data analysis uses a descriptive approach to provide a clear picture of students' understanding of the concept. The research results show that there are variations in students' understanding, where most are close to correct understanding while others require deeper understanding. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the halal literacy profile of students at the elementary school level and can be a basis for developing better education in the concept of halal food and thayyib in the future.

Sanctions Against Criminal Acts of Gambling on Skill Games Shooting Fish in the Legal Area of the Medan District Court

One of the gambling cases that was decided through the Medan District Court was the fish shooting gambling case, decision number 2452/Pid.B/2021/PN Mdn.Currently, many fish shooting games are found as gambling games in the community. The consequences of shooting fish gambling bring things that are not good financially and disrupt people's mindsets. The formulation of the problem that is made is How are the Sanctions in the Crime of Gambling Fish Shooting Game in the Medan District Court?, How is the Review of Criminal Law Against the Crime of Gambling Fish Shooting Game? This research uses normative research methods in the form of primary and secondary data sources which are then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques with a deductive mindset. The results of the research are first, the decision of the District Court number 2452/Pid.B/2021/PN Mdn regarding the crime of gambling fish shooting agility games based on Article 303 Bis paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code, which is to impose a prison sentence of 1 (one) year. ) year. Followed by the testimony of witnesses, defendants, evidence and considering things that are aggravating and mitigating for the defendant when determining the sentence of criminal sanctions.

PENGELOLAAN EKOSISTEM LAMUN DALAM MENDUKUNG KEBERLANJUTAN DUGONG

Seagrass is one of the three important ecosystems in coastal areas. Seagrass usually forms large fields under the water column and still gets sunlight so that it becomes high primary production. Seagrass ecosystem and the marine biota within it are utilized to improve the welfare of community living in the coastal areas. The impact of these activities causes a decrease in the quality and quantity of seagrass ecosystem, resulting in disruption of the balance of aquatic ecosystems and reduced water productivity as well as the survival of marine biota such as dugongs which is vulnerable to extinct. Therefore, to preserve the seagrass ecosystem, it is necessary to introduce to the students about the importance of seagrass ecosystems and awareness for the environment from an early age. This community service activity was conducted at SMA Negeri 39 in Waai Village, Central Maluku using the lecture/discussion method. The results of the activity can be seen from the questions they asked during the discussion/question and answer session and when giving the pre and post-test. This shows that the service activities carried out received a positive response even though they were simple in implementation. This community service activity is expected to increase knowledge and awareness about seagrass ecosystems and marine biota, especially dugong, and to change people's mindset, behavior and love for coastal areas from an early age.

Pragmatic Language Style Found in Hotel Industry in Labuanbajo: A Cyberspace Linguistics Study

It is acceptable if educators who utilize ESC sources as teaching aids continue to center their efforts on ESP. However, people's thought patterns and linguistic behaviors have changed in step with shifts in people's mindsets, particularly those of hotel service consumers who are experts in hotel services. This article focuses on analyzing the lexical meanings and language styles that the hotel business frequently utilizes to market its goods and services online. In addition, the way that hotel visitors write in their remarks on Tripadvisor. The ultimate goal of this research is to give vocational schools the knowledge they need to teach language in a way that corresponds with the forms and styles of communication that are now in use in the hotel sector. This study's methodology is qualitative, employing an ethnographic technique approach to the research design. Zgusta's (1971) lexical meaning was the theoretical frameworks employed in this research. The findings of the study indicate that informative language forms are more frequently employed than contentious ones. Presupposed meaning, evoked meaning, expressive meaning and propositional meaning are the three forms of lexical meaning that are frequently employed in hotel industry and guests’ comments.

Violence in the History of England's Christianity: A Study on the Basis of Religious and Literary Discourse

The current article is concerned with the dialectics between power, society and religion at a most dramatic period of the English history – the Tudor Reformation, a time when prevalent Catholic ideas were challenged by the new faith creating a conflict which could not be reconciled for centuries. The transition to a new social order took a strongly religious character. The schism triggered a tsunami of violence that permeated and shaped all aspects of life, polity, and culture. In the current article, politico-theological foundations of violence are viewed in historical perspective including both ideology and practice. Making violence a focal point of the research, we study all the means mobilized to justify it as well as mechanisms and venues of propaganda whose aim was to exert influence on people's mind-set.

Cross-sectional study: mindset towards Coronavirus in developing countries and lessons learned: the case of Sudan.

People's mindset towards COVID-19 in developing countries has an impact on how they perceive and react to the preventative measures taken by the governments to contain the virus. Understanding the factors influencing the mindset and identifying lessons learned amidst COVID-19 are critical to inform any future intervention strategy. This was a cross-sectional, community-based study conducted to assess the mindset changes and lessons learned post-COVID-19 in developing countries, focusing on Sudan. The study adopted a sequential mixed approach (SMA), combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The study used a structured questionnaire with 300 respondents and in-depth interviews with two experts. To identify the factors influencing the mindset of the people towards COVID-19, the study employed logistic regression. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. Of the total (N = 300) respondents, 59.0% are female, 59.3% are between the ages of 20 and 39, 79.7% have a university education, 25.3% have the Coronavirus, and 42.3% has their family or relative contracted the virus. Further, only 22.7% had taken the vaccine. Reasons for vaccine hesitancy include lack of trust (29.5%), fear of side effects (24.1%), and absence of the need to travel outside the country (25.5%). When the virus first appeared, 77.3% thought it posed a health risk, while 22.7% perceived it as a hoax or conspiracy. After 3 years, 73% still regarded it as a health threat, while 27% believed it was a hoax or conspiracy. The mindset was found to be influenced by age, history of the disease, the extent of trust in foreign media coverage, and the belief in the effectiveness of the vaccination. Assessing the mindset towards the virus and identifying the lessons learned from the pandemic could be of vital importance to control the spread of the virus in developing countries. Making use of such lessons and influencing the mindset of the people towards positive attitudes and behaviours are required to enhance the effectiveness of the health precaution measures adopted. Further research is required on the public's mistrust of foreign media coverage and the contribution of local media to educate the public about the virus, particularly among the elderly.

This paper explores Lady Whistledown in the Netflix series, Bridgerton, as a modern Tiresias. The series tells a story of people, especially the socio-economic life of people living in the Regency Era. Throughout the entire series, the character: Lady Whistledown narrates people’s lives through her society paper that exposes the scandalous secrets of people living in the society. Drawing on insights from Joshep Cambell's notion of myths, the paper argues that Whistledown’s narrativization of people’s secrets embeds mythical prominence as it deals with the complexities of people and is indeed an inseparable unit from human life. Although the mythical character belongs to the primordial period, Tiresias stays in the mindset of people in an archetypal mode. This archetypal character holds such a power that audiences fail to eradicate it from their memories as they create different forms in their minds. Consequently, this ultimately presents new forms with novel components that serve to inform humans through the behaviors they present. Whistledown exhibiting the quality of Tiresias exposes the secrets of aristocrats through her writing in the society paper. The analysis shows that she empowers characters and audiences through the playfulness of words and projects herself as a modern Tierasis restoring the elements of myths in modern form and evoking the rage to interrogate the societal norms where representation is treated with disparity. Thus, Whistledown despite being a modern character personifies a mythical character: Tierasis, who resists the discrepancies existing in society.

Potensi Pewarna Alami Sebagai Pemanfaatan Hasil Alam Taman Nasional Bukit Baka Bukit Raya

The management of National Parks which have special regulations means that village communities around the area have limitations in utilizing the potential of the forests around where they live, as a result, conflicts often occur between village communities and National Park managers. It is necessary to find a solution to utilize a more diverse range of forest products without having to violate the rules for managing national parks. One of the non-timber forest products that has quite high potential for improving the economic level of society is natural dyes that can be extracted from various kinds of resources in the forest. Bukit Baka Bukit Raya National Park has very abundant natural resources so efforts are needed to utilize these natural resources sustainably. For this reason, the PKM Forestry team, in collaboration with the TNBBBR management, carries out outreach on the potential of natural dyes as a use of natural products based on regional potential in improving the economy of the community of Belaban Ella Village, Belaban Resort, Bukit Baka Bukit Raya National Park. It is hoped that this outreach can increase the community's capacity to utilize forest products that are environmentally friendly and of course have high economic value. This outreach can change people's mindset to start exploiting the potential that exists in the forest in an environmentally sustainable way.

UPAYA MENGOPTIMALKAN EDUKASI SWAMEDIKASI DIARE PADA ANAK DI DESA RIMO MUNGKUR KECAMATAN NAMORAMBE KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA

Background: Self-medication is the selective use of modern and traditional medicine by individuals to treat disease. The pharmacist's role in this case is very important to ensure that patients receive appropriate, effective and safe medication and treatment in accordance with therapeutic goals. Aim: This service is to change people's mindset and perspective so that patients can better respond to information about children's diarrhea which can be done by themselves using the Cross-diarrhea Treatment Guidelines. Method: This service takes the form of Health Education in the pharmaceutical sector using a cross-sectional design method that explores risk factors and effects through an observational approach or collecting data at the same time. Results: This study shows that post-service patient knowledge about treating diarrhea in children and self-medication for diarrhea in children is superior in terms of correct use of medication, and in terms of correct and correct use of medication in daily life the patient has carried it out correctly. . Conclusion: The role of pharmacists regarding the suitability of self-medication for diarrhea using the Cross Diarrhea Guidelines is positive in providing knowledge and lessons for posyandu mothers in Rimo Mungkur Village, Namorambe District

ANALISIS MITIGASI BENCANA BANJIR DI KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN

Safe and disaster-resistant residential areas are an urgent need to reduce disaster risk. The role of the government, especially the South Tangerang City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), is very important in increasing community preparedness in a comprehensive and targeted manner. In this research, we used a qualitative method by utilizing the study literature scheme as a secondary and primary data source obtained from Scopus, Google Scholar, books, performance reports and annual final reports. Our research results show that South Tangerang City has adopted various measures to reduce disaster risk, especially through disaster risk reduction information. The government has implemented mitigation efforts, such as disaster simulations and disseminating mitigation messages through mass media and social media. Apart from that, the government is also making other persuasive efforts to change people's mindsets in realizing a culture of safety, including through habituation and increasing preparedness in disaster prevention. In this context, residential areas that dominate the spatial layout and have different facilities are the main focus. Risk zoning can be done to divide residential areas into zones with different levels of disaster risk, thereby enabling appropriate spatial planning. Early warning infrastructure also needs to be installed to provide residents with information about impending disasters and allow sufficient time to take necessary actions. Clear and well-identified evacuation routes should be provided, while green open spaces can act as "protection zones" and gathering places during evacuation. Apart from that, disaster-resistant buildings need to be considered in planning this residential area. An effective drainage system is also important to reduce the risk of flooding. Public education and awareness about disaster risks as well as regular preparedness training need to be carried out. The government needs to monitor and evaluate the mitigation measures implemented to ensure their effectiveness. Overall, this research underlines the important role of the government and BPBD South Tangerang City in reducing disaster risk in residential areas. By combining comprehensive mitigation measures and involving active community participation, it is hoped that a safety culture can be created that can increase preparedness in facing disasters

IJCM_408A: Knowledge and perception of female feticide among medical students

Background: The preference for male children over female children has resulted in a declining sex ratio. We need to tackle and treat the mindset of people who don’t value the existence of females and consider them a burden. Objectives: To study the knowledge and perceptions related to female feticide among medical students of Mangalore. Methodology: A questionnaire-based cross-sectional study was carried out among third and fourth year MBBS students of Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore. A sample size of 300 was calculated and they were selected into the study using Convenient Sampling. Data were entered and analyzed by using SPSS version 29. Results: Around 94.6 % of the participants were aware of the correct meaning of the term “Female feticide”. Almost, 94.3 % of the participants had an awareness about the practice of female feticide being prevalent in India. Nearly 74% of participants received information about female feticide from multiple media sources and 51.1 % from Newspapers. Conclusion: The study shows medical students have the optimum level of awareness about the factors of female feticide. They favoured that the decline in sex ratio is the main impact of female feticide.

Impact of Antisocial Personality Disorder on Morality and Ethics

People tend to use both sociopath and psychopath when describing people who have antisocial personality disorder (ASPD). However, a psychopath is not the same as a sociopath. They are not official diagnoses. Instead, they both describe aspects of the same condition: ASPD. A psychopath has emotional deficits and psychopathic describes a chronic condition in which the violent behavior or abnormal behavior a person might suffer from and can lead to criminal behavior or illegal things that are against societys norms; a sociopath is antisocial and breaks rules and sociopathic is ASPD, which is classified when a person may tend to overlook the right and wrong or sometimes feelings of others or can treat others harshly and have no guilt under mental disorders. Research have constantly associated ASPD with crime, and yet experiments and studies cannot ensure that people with ASPD are most likely to commit crimes absolutely. Thus, to learn ASPD better, understanding the mindsets of people with ASPD is the key. This review dives into the morality and ethics of ASPD through various references. The present study looked at ASPD with novel perspectives. With the combination of research, this paper then compare, contrast and conclude the ideas from the references. In the discussion, the study try to challenge some traditional ideas about ASPD and also conclude the limitations of the present study.

Culture-based agricultural development model in dragen village, Jaten subdistrict, Karanganyar regency

Background: Agriculture plays an important role in a country's economic development. However, the agricultural sector often faces challenges in sustainable development. This research aims to identify the potential and factors causing agricultural problems and analyse structural transformation in Dagen Village, Karanganyar Regency. Methods: The research method used a descriptive approach with data collection through interviews and literature studies. Results: The results showed that Dagen Village has great agricultural potential, but the lack of community interest in the agricultural sector and farmers' lack of knowledge about modern agricultural techniques are the main obstacles in utilising this potential. In addition, structural transformation is also occurring in Dagen Village, where there is a shift from the traditional agricultural sector to the modern economic sector. Findings: The importance of paying attention to cultural aspects in agricultural development and structural transformation is also highlighted in this study, as culture plays a role in shaping people's mindset and behaviour towards agriculture and economic development. Conclusion: Thus, this research provides insight into the importance of integration between aspects of culture, agriculture, and economic development in the context of rural development.

Pelatihan dan Bimbingan Permainan Bola Voli untuk Remaja di Usia Produktif

The aim of this activity is to provide training and guidance in playing volleyball for teenagers of productive age. The method used is a demonstration which consists of two stages. In stage I, the team provided material that was carried out during service activities, such as passing, smash, serve and block techniques. Stage II is direct practice of the material that has been delivered until completion while the service team carries out the activities. In phase II, the team did it in stages over several weeks. The team carries out training three times a week so that what the team provides can be quickly understood by them so they can be more enthusiastic and healthier. On the first day when providing training, the teenagers were enthusiastic about doing the exercises, but they got tired easily because it was the first time doing the activity, but their enthusiasm and enthusiasm was enough to make the team happy because many people took part in the training. The team was divided into two fields, one field for teenage boys and another field for teenage girls. The youth leader helps the team provide training. The youth leader helps provide training to teenage girls, and the service implementation team provides training to teenage boys. The service activities were carried out well as indicated by the teenagers being very enthusiastic, because their parents paid attention to them while the team was carrying out training activities. The results achieved are that through this service activity we can provide solutions to the problems experienced by partners. In this case, the people in Padamulya Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency are starting to open themselves up to participate in afternoon activities in the form of gymnastics carried out at the village office. This activity is very beneficial for health and immunity. This activity opens up people's mindset about the importance of maintaining health. Knowledge about health increases and can be applied towards a healthy society, and is an activity that has succeeded in encouraging people's interest in maintaining health, both their own health in particular and the Padamulya Village community in general.

With the help of AI algorithms, these mind-sets can be synthesized and analyzed on a larger scale, providing valuable insights into the unique perspectives and preferences of individuals dealing with diabesity. This innovative approach has the potential to revolutionize personalized healthcare strategies and interventions, ultimately leading to improved outcomes for those living with diabesity.

Dark Side of Pakistan Showcasing Economic Crisis Through Memes

Purpose: The research represents witticism and humorous pictures, showcasing Pakistan’s economic issues on social media. The study highlights two important points of view, i.e., how these memes make an impression on people’s thinking about Pakistan and raise awareness in the young generation to pay attention to the developed economic condition of the country.
 Design/Methodology/Approach: The Fairclough model is used by the researchers to study social media’s impact on economic discussions. 30 memes have been collected from Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms through random sampling to see how these memes have changed the perspective and mindset of people, especially the young generation, who care about Pakistan’s economic problems.
 Findings: The results of this research highlight the hidden meanings in these memes and discuss their role in Pakistan’s economic condition. It is also evident from the results that some memes are used to create fun for the audience, but many of them are used to criticise government policies. Creating memes related to economic crises raised the issue of economy-building, highlighting the significance of the economy for purposes other than academic research and addressing societal issues.
 Implications/Originality/Value: The government should invest in infrastructure to facilitate market access and boost economic growth. Income disparities may be minimised by fostering economic growth, which increases people's access to jobs and economic possibilities. Finally, Pakistan should encourage social cohesiveness.
