Participation of LPMD in Village Infrastructure Development

The general background infrastructure development is fundamental for enhancing the quality of life and economic prospects in rural communities. Specific background in Indonesia, institutions such as Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (LPMD) are pivotal in facilitating this process. Knowledge gap despite their critical role, there is a scarcity of research addressing the specific contributions of LPMD to infrastructure projects at the village level. Aims This study aims to bridge this knowledge gap by investigating the involvement of LPMD in the planning, implementation, and supervision of infrastructure development within a village context. The Results Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the results indicate that LPMD actively engages in project implementation, proposes community-based programs, and oversees project execution to ensure accountability and transparency. Novelty This research contributes novel insights into the diverse roles played by LPMD, showcasing both active and passive participation in infrastructure initiatives. The implications highlight the necessity for local governments to recognize and strengthen the involvement of LPMD in development processes, ensuring that community perspectives are effectively integrated into planning and execution, which may lead to more sustainable and impactful infrastructure development in rural settings. Sharia-Based Family Financial Management Training in Aceh Jaya Regency

This community service aims to provide Sharia-based family finance socialization for women in Aceh Jaya Regency, Aceh. This activity was motivated by the low literacy level regarding Sharia-based family financial management in Aceh Province, especially among women. So, the service activities aim to increase understanding of Sharia-based family financial management, especially among women in Aceh Jaya Regency, Aceh Province. Service activities include preparation for activities, implementation of activities, and evaluation of activities. Implementing activities are planned in coordination with the Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Perempuan, dan Keluarga Berencana (DPMPKB) Aceh Jaya regarding availability, location, and activity participants. Activities were carried out involving women in Aceh Jaya Regency, Aceh. The Sharia-based family financial management material is delivered through discussions and questions and answers. Evaluation of the implementation of service activities is reflected in the presence and enthusiasm of participants in listening to the material presented. Community service activities provide positive results by increasing participants' understanding of Sharia-based family financial management.

A Green Infrastructure SDGS Num 11: Approach Planning Design Model Reliability of Permeability and Concrete Quality Rural Roads P3MD Program in Wonogiri

Design planning permeability and quality of rural concrete road construction work in the Program Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (P3MD) of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration in Wonogiri, which is environmentally friendly in accordance with the sustainable development goals of SDGs Number.11 Villages "Sustainable Cities and Community", is the urgency of global action to reduce the impact of climate change and overcome challenges in developing a village road infrastructure model that is sustainable and leads to Green Infrastructure. Testing the permeability of village road construction materials using a rational classification method based on the Unified Soil Classification System, ASTM and International Nomenclature Darcy’s Law by calculating the input discharge of rainwater seeping into the soil through the pores of road construction using a rational method, testing the compressive strength of concrete roads using Rebound Hammer / Concrete Hammer Test method, SNI Standard 03-4430-1997. The results of the input volume of rainwater seeping into the ground through the pores (run off) of rural roads construction in Wonogiri one year is 724,866 m3. The average compressive strength of concrete roads from the hammer test results for concrete road test is 290 kg/cm2> K-225 kg/cm2, than the desired construction, namely; standard deviation; (S=1.75), coefficient of variation (Kv= 7.35%), indicating that the data taken has a sufficient level of accuracy, while the uniform data is quite representative of the road section studied.

Analysis of the Application of PSAK No. 45 Financial Reporting of Non-Profit Organizations in Achieving Transparency and Accountability at Yayasan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Amungme dan Kamoro (YPMAK) in Mimika Regency

This study aims to analyze the application of PSAK No. 45 financial reporting to non-profit organizations in achieving transparency and accountability at Yayasan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Amungme dan Kamoro (YPMAK) in Mimika Regency. The type of research used is a descriptive-qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and foundation documents. The research results show that YPMAK has implemented PSAK No. 45 concerning the financial reporting of non-profit organizations in terms of format and structure in the preparation of financial reports. However, it does not fully implement PSAK No. 45, where YPMAK does not record funding activities in the cash flow statement and does not explain restrictions on donor resources. Meanwhile, transparency in the use of funds and accountability in YPMAK's financial reports have been transparent and accountable both in the presentation and submission of financial reports, so that the foundation has carried out financial reporting in a transparent and accountable manner according to the principles of professional financial management.

Pengaruh Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Di Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah

This research aims to find out the influence jointly or partially between competence, communication and organizational culture to the performance of the Workers at the Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. The population is the workers of the company. Forty workers become the sample of this research. Data analysis technique used is linear regression which shows that from the three independent variables applied to the regression model (competence, communication and organizational culture). Competence is significant for 0,000 which can be concluded that competence affects performance (hypothesis 1 accepted). Communication has significant value 0,011 which can be concluded that communication affects performance (hypothesis 2 accepted). Organizational culture variable has significant value 0,459 which means that organizational culture not influences performance (hypothesis 3 rejected). Research results show that competence, communication and organizational culture all positively influence the performance of the workers. It can be proven using the result of regression statistic test with probability value 0,000 obtained which is lower than ? (?=0,05). So, it can be said that competence, communication and organizational culture influence positively the performance of the workers. Thus, hypothesis 4 accepted.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Program is carried out with the aim of growing awareness and empathy for Warmadewa University students towards the real problems faced by rural communities, and also to realize community welfare and educate the nation's life and to promote sustainable development. This KKN activity is located in Peguyangan Kaja Village, North Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali Province. Peguyangan kaja village office is located on Jl. North Ahmad Yani No. 456, Peguyangan Kaja, North Denpasar, Denpasar City. Kuliah Kerja Nyata-Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) UNWAR in Peguyangan Kaja Village is Group 2 and consists of 30 students. The approach system used is direct observation and deliberation. The solutions provided by KKN-PPM UNWAR students are as follows: 1) participating in "Clean Friday" and other hygiene activities, 2) distributing free masks and socializing the community around Peguyangan kaja village about the dangers of the omicron type of covid-19 virus, 3 ) assisting Posyandu activities for toddlers and the elderly as well as providing additional food in Peguyangan Kaja Village, 4) Implementation of the Stunting Case Prevention Program, 5) Marketing of local UMKM products through Social Media and the benefits of mushrooms for health, 6) Implementation of the Delivery of Jempiring Plants to Each Head of Dusun, 7) Implementation of Flowering Plant Planting Activities in Peguyangan 6 Elementary School Area, 8) 3rd dose vaccination activity for people in Peguyangan Kaja Village.

PEMBERDAYAAN UMKM MELALUI PROGRAM KAMPUNG BEBAS RENTENIR (KBR) KUBE BERDAYA OLEH RUMAH PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT (RPM) DI PAMULANG, KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN

Abstract Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) are a type of business that is still growing rapidly in Indonesia. There are still many SME actors who have weak economic values, this is due to low business capital ownership so that business actors tend to seek loans with easy and quick access conditions. Loans through moneylenders are considered to be able to help the economic activities of business actors, on the other hand moneylenders have some bad impacts that can harm the borrower because they provide early discounts and interest. This study aims to determine the process and results of empowerment in the Moneylender Kampung Bebas Rentenir. This study uses a qualitative approach. Informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data was analyzed using the data analysis technique proposed by Miles and Huberman, and Triangulation was used as data validity technique. The results of the research that have been obtained show that in the implementation of empowering SME in the program Kampung Bebas Rentenir, there is an empowerment process including awareness process, knowledge transformation, and intellectual ability improvement. The results of the empowerment of SME carried. The results of the empowerment of SME carried by Rumah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat in program Kampung Bebas Rentenir is to have the ability to fulfill basic needs, to increase income, and to participate in development.

Sosialisasi dan Edukasi Alokasi Dana Desa kepada Aparatur Desa di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan

Purpose: The purpose of implementing community service activities is to provide education to village officials so that they have an understanding of the complexity of village fund allocations and the ability to evaluate and analyze problems in village fund allocation management. Methodology: The implementation of this community service uses the focus group discussion (FGD) method. The partners involved were all village heads in the District of Timor Tengah Selatan, and the Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat of Timor Tengah Selatan District. Participants were determined by non-probability by purposive sampling. Based on this technique, the number of FGD participants was 267 people. The mechanism for implementing FGDs consists of discourse and evaluations. Discourse are conducted through information sharing, knowledge sharing, and relations. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the results was carried out through a non-test method using a direct-open questionnaire. Results: The implementation of village fund allocation management in the village is still a problem and obstacle caused by the limited human resources of the village head, limited supporting infrastructure, limited guidance and assistance, capacity building activities for village officials who are not yet oriented to village needs, programming and policies that are not adaptive between interests. government to the village, and sectoral ego. Conclusion: The activities carried out can educate so that participants have knowledge of the management of village fund allocations. In addition, participants were able to evaluate problems and obstacles in implementing village funds, especially those related to the allocation of village funds. EFEKTIVITAS EDUKASI CEGAH PERNIKAHAN DINI MELALUI PROGRAM SING PENTING BERAKZI ( SINERGISITAS UPAYA PENCEGAHAN STUNTING MELALUI PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DAN INTERVENSI GIZI) DI DESA GLAGAHWERO

Glagahwero Village, Kalisat District, Jember is an area that still an area that is still the locus of stunting in Jember Therefore, there is a need for SING PENTING BERAKZI program (Sinergisitas Upaya Pencegahan Stunting melalui Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Intervensi Gizi di Desa Glagahwero) which includes reproductive system education and preventing early marriage. The first thing to do in conducting this program is to the situation analysis using an indeepth interview method in the form of a digital questionnaire, Google Form, filled out by mothers who marry early, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, mothers who have children under five, and cadres. From the results of that, it was found that there were still teenagers who got married before the minimum age limit that had been determined. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of education to recognize the reproductive system and prevent early marriage which is one of the factors causing stunting. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in post-test scores by 50% of participants who meet the minimum average score. Of the 60 participants, 55 children or 92% met the minimum average score. This proves that education to recognize the reproductive system and prevent early marriage is effective in preventing stunting in Glagahwero Village, Kalisat.

Business Model Canvas (BMC)’s Concept for SMEs in East Jakarta

Setting up and building a business is not an easy matter. Not a few who failed and eventually went bankrupt. It turns out that one of the reasons is due to lack of careful planning. One business model that is considered effective is the Business Model Canvas (BMC), which is a management strategy for planning business concepts, infrastructure and company finances and can be applied not only by start-up businesses, but also by existing businesses. But, unfortunately BMC is not widely known by SMEs players. Therefore, in this community service activity, socialization was carried out on the concept and application of BMC, with partners from the Sub-Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, East Jakarta City Administration, as well as participants who are SMEs in East Jakarta. The socialization used the classical method, namely in the form of an explanation from the resource person through a presentation on the BMC concept followed by application in the form of a simulation/joint practice. The output of this activity is in the form of articles published in the Jurnal Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Madani (JPMM) indexed by Sinta 3.

The habit has become a deep rooted tradition in the midst of social life including in Kedungdowo Village, Arjasa subdistrict, Situbondo district. Which money loan is allocated by the Activity Management Unit (UPK) Bangkit Mandiri Arjasa. So, the problem formulation was born such as : (1) What is the implementation of program DAPM (Dana Amanah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat) in Activity Management Unit (UPK) Bangkit Mandiri Arjasa? (2) How is the perspective of Islamic law on the implementation of program DAPM (Dana Amanah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat) in Activity Management Unit (UPK) Bangkit Mandiri Arjasa? To answer the problem formulation, this research uses qualitative analysis method. That’s research is explain object which related with problem research without related with variable research relationship. Method of collecting data which used researcher is observation method, interview method, and dokumentation method. Based on the results of this research, can be seen that implemntation of community empowerment intruction fund program (DAPM) in Activity Management Unit (UPK) Bangkit Mandiri Arjasa isn’t allowed in islam because it requires the practice of accounts payable (loan) in Activity Management Unit (UPK) Bangkit Mandiri Arjasa is not allowed because it require the addition of money back at the beginning of the contract.

The Role of Institutions in the Downstream Agribusiness Palm oil (Elaeis Sp) Subsystem

Palm oil is one of the leading commodities of Nunukan Regency. However, problems related to institutions that play a role in the downstream agribusiness subsystem are not running optimally. This is due to limited information, weak coordination between institutions, weak capacity and optimization of farmer institutions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the institutions that play a role in the downstream agribusiness subsystem. The research was conducted in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. Data collection was carried out using a descriptive method through an expert system approach with a survey method. Data analysis with Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). The results showed that 11 institutions that have an important role in the Downstream Oil Palm Agribusiness Subsystem in Nunukan Regency are (1). Department of Agriculture and Plantation, (2). SHA512 and MD5 Algorithm Vulnerability Testing Using Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS)

This paper discusses the comparison of the results of testing the OTP (One Time Password) algorithm on two encryptions, namely SHA512 and MD5 which are applied to the Reconciliation Application of the Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Sukabumi. This study uses the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) method, which combines two forms of vulnerability testing to achieve a much more complete vulnerability analysis by performing different tasks in the same focus area. The vulnerability assessment uses the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) method. The results showed that the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) method was proven to be able to identify the level of security vulnerability in the Reconciliation Application at the Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Sukabumi with a vulnerability level score of 5.3 in the SHA512 environment with a medium rating and 7.5 in the MD5 environment. with high ratings. So, it can be concluded that the best algorithm for implementing OTP is SHA512

Community-Based Social Containment as a Strategy to Prevent The Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19)

Various efforts have been made optimally in suppressing the upsurge number of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) outbreak, but the incidence of confirmed cases continues to increase. Lack of understanding, awareness, and effective communication from the public in responding to the dangers and spread of COVID-19 requires the participation of the community to work together to create strategies to reduce the increase in confirmed cases. Research on community-based prevention of the spread of COVID-19 is still very minimal; more information is needed so that it can be the basis for determining new, more appropriate strategies. This article was written using a literature review method. The aim of this research is to find strategies to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at the community level. The entire article is a non-experimental study and is cross-sectional and observational from the Google Scholar, PubMed, and ERIC (EBSCO) database with a total of nine analysis articles originating from China, Australia, Italy, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. Keywords used to determine articles are English "(coronavirus disease OR covid-19) AND (community empowerment) AND (prevention program) AND (community health)" and Indonesian "(coronavirus disease OR covid-19) AND (pemberdayaan masyarakat) AND (upaya pencegahan) AND (kesehatan masyarakat)". The results of this review provide an overview of new strategies that can be implemented in the form of the concept of Community-Based Social Containment (CBSC) with the principle of empowerment to accelerate the handling of the spread of COVID-19 at the community level. CBSC is implemented from, by, and for the community in coordinating, planning, monitoring, facilitating, and evaluating the performance of their areas. As a basis for evidance base practice, further research needs to be carried out related to the effectiveness of the implementation of the CBSC concept as concrete evidence that can be applied directly.

Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Bersih dengan Metode Appropriate Technology di Kelurahan Mekar Sari Kecamatan Rambutan Pemko Tebing Tinggi

Planning for a clean water supply system is a community service program carried out by USU in collaboration with the Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa(PMD) of the Pemko Tebing Tinggi. The problem encountered is the unavailability of clean water. This condition can interfere with people's daily activities such as the need for households. The clean water supply system that is implemented is the application of appropriate technology in the sense that it is easy to operate and all components are easy to care for by the public. The purpose of this activity is to provide clean water that meets health requirements, namely colorless, tasteless and odorless. This system is also planned to provide clean water for the next few years. The projection of population growth is also a consideration, which is calculated based on the average population growth data. Based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), the need for clean water for a population with a population of 300 households with the household category is 120 liters per person per day, so the water requirement is 1.67 liters/second. The source of water is obtained by digging 15 meters deep by installing 15 concrete rings with a diameter of 80 cm and a height of 100 cm. Then a pump is installed to suck water and then it is pumped into a poly tank (capacity 2100 liters) storage tank which is located at a height of 5-6 meters. Before flowing from the tank to the pipe, the water is filtered using a filter. For this purpose, a piping installation complete with a valve and a float is designed to automatically close the pipe when the tank is full. The result of water from this system is clean water and suitable for consumption by residents.

Membangun Nagari Talang Anau melalui Penguatan Kapasitas Aparatur Pemerintahan Nagari

Governance has become an interesting field of study in public administration. The shifting of authority from central government to local government and even to village level becomes a challenge as well as an opportunity for bureaucrats to provide community services. It justifies why understanding of ideal and relevant governance is needed to solve current problems. As a bureaucracy aiming to serve the community, Nagari is expected to be able fulfilling the society’s needs. Based on this condition, this initiative was conducted in Nagari Talang Anau, Kecamatan Gunuang Omeh, 50 Kota Regency, West Sumatera Province to solve the problems of limited understanding of local government employees regarding state administration (government). To achieve this goal, the program began by contacting and making confirmation with Wali Nagari and then followed by training and socialization regarding state administration system (government), public policy formulation in Nagari, and community services. The result indicated that there were several problems in Nagari Talang Anau administration, such as limited access to information and technology sector, lack of programs by Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) and insufficient human resources. Based on these problems, the authors and the team members suggested that Nagari administration should focus more on the issue of improving the quality of human resources.

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT USIA PRODUKTIF MELALUI KEMAMPUAN KEAKSARAAN PADA MASYARAKAT KAMPUNG DAGIMON OBAA KABUPATEN MAPPI PROVINSI PAPUA

Illiteracy rates in two districts in the southern region of Papua, namely Mappi and Asmat districts, are still very high, reaching 60 percent. Illiteracy eradication (PAB), one of the non-formal education programs, is the government's effort to alleviate people from ignorance, poverty, backwardness and powerlessness. This activity is an activity Kuliah Kerja Nyata-Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) with the Literacy program. The activity method is counseling, interactive discussions and community learning accompanied by students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD), Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Cenderawasih University (UNCEN). The target of this activity is at the productive age, with the aim 1) Improve reading, writing and arithmetic skills as well as functional skills to improve the lives of students, 2) Exploring the potential and sources of life around the learning environment of participants, to solve literacy problems 3) Developing reading, writing and numeracy skills so as to develop their potential local and resources. 3) Developing reading, writing and arithmetic skills so that they can solve problems in everyday life, 4) Providing opportunities for KKN PPM students to experience learning and working in community development activities. The results of the activity show the high interest of the community to catch up with literacy. The level of attendance and enthusiasm for learning activities can be seen in the activity of trying to read, write and count at each learning session. After 30 days of activities, the mastery of community literacy has not been completed, but the impact of this activity has been able to open people's horizons. PEREMPUAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN POTENSI LINGKUNGAN MELALUI KEMAMPUAN KEAKSARAAN DI KAMPUNG SOBA KABUPATEN MAPPI PROVINSI PAPUA

Papua Province is in the first position for the number of illiterates. The number of illiterate people in the two districts in the Southern region of Papua, namely Mappi Regency and Asmat Regency, is still very high, reaching 60%. Women have greater illiteracy rates than men. The Ministry of Education and Culture notes that there are 1,157,703 men who are still illiterate. While the number of illiterate women reached 2,258,990. Entering this information era, literacy is an important key to improving education, health, nutrition and family welfare. Because with literacy and education, women will be more empowered, can make their own decisions and have a strong bargaining position in the family and community. Considering women as the most influential people in a group, with family as an example, women are the main focus in this matter. This activity is called Kuliah Kerja Nyata Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN PPM). It is a University Student Community Service which focus on Community Empowerment as the Learning Process/Activities. This takes place from July 26 to August 26, 2019, in Soba Village, Obaa District, Mappi Regency, Papua Province. Activities that involve students of Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Cenderawasih University are literacy learning activities (read, write and count) with women as the target of the activities. The method used in this activity is counseling, interactive discussion and community learning assistance. The implementation of KKN-PPM activities was enthusiastically welcomed by the Government of Mappi Regency and also all the village officials and the local community. The target community, who are generally women, take part in the literacy program very enthusiastically. The implementation of literacy activities was facilitated by the Principal and Teachers of YPPK St. Paulus Elementary School in Soba Village, Obaa District, Mappi Regency. Lake Toba area has the potential in the field of tourism business that is useful for the businessman. In order to achieve the target of 1 million tourists targeted by the Badan Pelaksana Otorita Danau Toba required a media marketing role that is able to support it. One of its marketing efforts is through ITX (Indonesia Tourism Exchange) which can develop the business network of tourism so that tourism business products become better known globally, easier booking process and online payment transactions to be more efficient and reliable. Asdep Tata Kelola Destinasi dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, held socialization in Tobasa district. After the socialization, tourism businessmen who join to become ITX members are Polado Homestay and CV. Toba Sporty from 30 participants. Obviously after becoming a member of ITX, the businessmen who have joined must have changes. Therefore it is necessary to conduct research on the role of ITX as an e-marketplace in Lake Toba area. In this study the researchers used qualitative descriptive research methods. This research uses e-marketplace theory. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The whole study yields a conclusion and suggestion related to the role of ITX.
