Formation of a system of economic education in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia)

In the year of the ninetieth anniversary of higher education in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), it is necessary to turn to the origins of the formation of economic education in the republic, to study its current trends and development prospects. To achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the Russian Federation, specialists with economic and financial competencies are needed, which causes a high degree of urgency of the problem. The opening of the Yakut State Pedagogical Institute in 1934 and the Yakutsk State University in 1956 laid the foundations for economic education in our republic. This article defines the stages of formation of economic education in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), training of financial and economic personnel for the effective functioning of the national economy. In a short historical period of time, Yakutia has passed the path of formation not only of educational institutions of various levels, but also of the creation of a higher education system as an important factor of social and economic development. Economic education is an integral, important part of higher education. The purpose of modern economic education is to form a high level of economic thinking and professional competencies. The level of competitiveness of the modern economy is largely determined by the quality of economic education, which creates the foundation for the growth of well-being and economic development. The article uses a set of quantitative and qualitative research methods: the study of scientific literature, regulatory legal documents; statistical data in the field of economic education, analytical materials, etc.

Educational Institution Administration Toward Excellence

Background and Aims: Educational institutions need to be effectively managed to foster an environment that supports both high academic achievement and personal development to guarantee that students receive a high-quality education. Effective management also enhances resource allocation, curriculum implementation, and staff morale, all of which contribute to the institution's overall excellence and reputation. This paper aims to collect concepts and principles of educational administration towards excellence. Content from various reliable sources has been analyzed, reasoned, and written academically. Methodology: This study is a study of concepts, theories, and academic documents. The content is analyzed and then presented descriptively according to the objectives. Results: The administrator of education who elevates the quality of the educational establishment, there must be 10 important principles, consisting of 1) The organization's leader must have a clear vision, 2) Focusing on learning as the core, 3) Organizational learning, 4) Giving value to teachers, personnel, and participants, 5) Agility, enthusiasm, 6) Looking to the future, 7) Managing for innovation, 8) Public/social responsibility, 9) Focusing on results and creating value, and 10) Systemic management. Conclusion: Administrators must abide by ten fundamental principles, such as having a clear vision, emphasizing core learning, and valuing all stakeholders, to improve the quality of educational institutions. Together, these values create a progressive, creative, and goal-oriented atmosphere that guarantees systemic and long-term quality in education.

Pedagogical guidance of the process of forming information technological competence of future computer science teachers: a practical aspect

The article reveals the current problem of organizing pedagogical guidance in the process of forming information technology competence of future computer science teachers in a practical aspect:It is noted that technological training in the conditions of the modern information and educational space of higher education` pedagogical institutions is implemented by performing a significant part of educational activities using communication technologies.In the article it is presupposed that mandatory presence of initial information and technological literacy of students, is manifested not only in their mastery of the skills and abilities in using their activities of a set oftechnical means and devices, but also in the ability to understand when this information is needed, find it how to evaluate and use it effectively.Therefore it is necessary to improve the ways of forming and developing information technology competence of specialists as a necessary component of their general professional competence. It is a value guideline of modern higher pedagogical education; the practical component of the process of forming information technology competence of future computer science teachers. It is revealed in the context of the activities of the studio of pedagogical excellence to improve the methodological and technological literacy of higher education teachers, which provided for work in two directions: «Modern Educational Technologies» and «Fundamentals of Computer Telecommunications». It is concluded that the use of information and communication technologies in the educational and information environment of a pedagogical institution of higher education and the optimal management of this process made it possible to provide students with additional theoretical and methodological material on electronic media in the disciplines of basic training in the field of informatization of education, which made it possible to repeat the educational material of the studied problems and use it in a new context.

Muslim community and education: madrasas and the dialectics of colonial policies in North India, 1781–1835

ABSTRACT Throughout the pre-colonial period in India, the term madrasa denoted an educational institution teaching both rational sciences and religious subjects. With the establishment of British colonial rule in India, madrasas experienced direct colonial meddling in their administration, organization, and curriculum formulation. By redefining madrasas primarily as religious institutions, colonial policies contributed to a shift in Muslim identity towards a more confined religious framework, moving away from the broader intellectual traditions that had previously characterized these institutions. This paper critically examines the diverse colonial policies concerning Muslim education and the colonial mindset towards oriental educational establishments between 1781 and 1835. It argues that the indigenous forms of knowledge were superseded and displaced by new ‘imported’ forms of epistemes through stringent colonial policies between this period. It shows how the pre-colonial Islamic institutions degenerated due to the colonial interventions, resulting in the marginalization of the Muslim community in North India.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE AFRICAN EDUCATION SYSTEM

In this paper, we focus on mathematical modeling and numerical simulation of the African education system. The aim is to create a mathematical model that can take into account the various parameters required for better governance of the education system in African countries. This is an ongoing problem in African educational establishments, both public and private. The aim is to provide decision-makers with a useful decision-making tool. For this resolution, we have chosen the simplex table method to arrive at the optimal solution.

Развитие приоритетного профиля подготовки «Деятельность кадровых подразделений и подразделений по работе с личным составом органов внутренних дел»

Introduction. The article describes the aspects aimed at the development of the leading field of study “Activities of the Personnel and Personnel Management Department of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia”. The authors give historical information about the development of departmental education of law enforcement bodies and the formation of leading fields of study among educational institutions of the Ministry of the Interior as well as analyse scientific articles describing the issue. According to the Federal Order of the RF Ministry of the Interior No. 820 of 29 August 2012 “On fields of study of educational establishments of the RF Ministry of the Interior”, Saint Petersburg University of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia (the MIA of Russia) is assigned the functions of the training and research centre, which aims to train employees for personnel departments; provide methodological assistance to the agencies, organisations, departments of the MIA of Russia to solve the identified problems; provide reference materials and scientific support of official activities. The article reviews the results of the university’s work in implementing the leading field of study between 2021 and 2024. The subject of the analysis is the university’s main professional educational programmes, programmes of additional professional education, programmes of training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel at postgraduate studies; methodological activities carried out for the benefit of personnel management departments of law enforcement agencies and organisations; scientific and methodological events to in the framework of the leading field of study. The result of the analysis is the authors’ conclusions about the factors limiting the development of the university’s leading field of study and the necessity to transform the organisational structure that ensures its implementation. The aim is to find ways to improve the development of the leading field of study “Activities of the Personnel and Personnel Management Department of law enforcement agencies”. Methods. The study used the following methods: formal logic, the analysis of normative legal acts, systematic, historical, statistical analysis. Results. We believe that the experience in the implementation of the leading field of study “Activities of the Personnel and Personnel Management Department of law enforcement agencies” and the ontradictions revealed will determine the future potential for growth of the leading field of study.

Axiological Vectors of Functioning of the Library Digital Repository in a Higher Education Institution

The aim of the article is to define main value orientations, according to which the institutional repository of the library in a higher education institution can develop as a socially oriented means of providing open access in the concept of open science. Research methods. In this study, general scientific methods of cognition (analysis, synthesis, abstraction), semantic analysis of the documentary flow of scientific publications, the method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete in order to determine and highlight a value component as an essential feature of the digital repository functioning, content analysis of scientific publications to identify main axiological components in functioning of the library institutional repository in a higher education institution are applied. The scientific novelty is to determine axiological vectors of functioning of the library digital repository in a higher education institution, caused by interaction with certain external factors and existence of a system of general rules for the library activities in a higher education institution in its various aspects, main value guidelines, according to which the institutional repository of the library in a higher education establishment will develop as a socially oriented means of providing open access in the concept of open science. Main conclusions. The digital repository of the library in a higher education institution is a socially oriented information product, which, additionally to outlining technological aspects, requires the definition of axiological vectors of its functioning in the context of the open science policy, the principles of the university academic community and the value orientations of the library activity in the higher education establishment and its staff. The conceptual approach in the study of digital transformations of libraries in higher education institutions should be the library humanism, as well as among the methodological approaches to its study should be the value (axiological) one, which can allow to avoid a technocratic approach to the development and use of digital repositories of libraries in higher education establishments.

The article's conclusions are especially important because they offer practical advice for educational establishments around the globe, showing how strategic technology adoption can both solve operational issues and further learning goals in a setting that is becoming more and more digital.

FACILITATOR AS AN IMPORTANT ROLE POSITION OF THE FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER IN THE PROCESS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF STEM EDUCATION

The scientific article analyzes the scientific and pedagogical literature and highlights the role of the facilitator as an important position of the future primary school teacher in the process of implementing STEM-education. Based on a thorough analysis of scientific and pedagogical sources, the essence of the concepts "STEM teacher", "facilitator", "facilitation" and "pedagogical facilitation" was clarified. It is highlighted that a STEM teacher is a new generation pedagogue who not only imparts knowledge, but also creates conditions for the development of students' critical thinking, creativity and innovative approach to solving problems. When implementing STEM-education, such a teacher acts as a "leader" of an integrated approach to learning, successfully combining the study of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. This paper presents the key aspects that define the role of the facilitator in the professional activities of primary school teachers in the process of implementing STEM-education. It has been determined that a STEM primary school teacher should be a qualified, creative and energetic specialist, interested in developing scientific thinking and technological literacy of their students. Being a teacher-facilitator in STEM-education in primary school requires flexibility, creativity and constant openness to new approaches. The article proves the necessity of forming the position of a facilitator in future teachers at the level of their professional training in pedagogical institutions of higher education. It is emphasised that in this context it is important to ensure a qualitative balance between theoretical and practical training of future teachers. Based on the analysis of information sources and available experience, the article provides advice to a future teacher-facilitator who will implement STEM-education in primary school: create a stimulating STEM-educational environment; engage students in practical activities; take into account the individual characteristics and interests of each student; engage students in teamwork in groups; focus on the development of critical thinking in children; encourage students to experiment and solve real problems etc.

On development of risk-based monitoring over ready-to-cook products

Introduction. Ready-to-cook food products are becoming more and more popular among consumers. They have certain consumer benefits making cooking more comfortable; still, such products pose serious threats for consumer health. The basic reasons for that include the following: ready-to-cook products are made of many various components; manufacture of such products involves multiple manual operations; it is hard to observe safety requirements at production facilities; etc. Optimization of monitoring over such products seems relevant and significant since it can provide more targeted control and surveillance. The aim of this study was to suggest possible ways to optimize monitoring over safety of ready-to-cook products based on analyzing long-term results of laboratory tests performed on such products all over the country. Materials and methods. There was used data from the annual federal statistical observation form No. 18 “Information on the sanitary condition of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation” and data from Laboratory Support section of the Unified Information-Analytical System (UIAS) presented by the Federal Service for Supervision in Protection of the Rights of Consumer and Man Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor). Risk profiles were created for specific ready-to-cook products considering the likelihood of violations of mandatory safety requirements and severity of potential adverse health outcomes caused by these violations. Results. We established that in general the proportion of samples that violated mandatory safety requirements equaled approximately 3.5%. Ready-to-cook food products not conforming to safety standards were detected 2.2–3.8 times more frequently at retail outlets and food providers than in educational establishments or healthcare institutions. Total bacterial contamination (TBC), coliform bacteria (CB), S. Aureus, and certain non-conforming sanitary-chemical indicators are priority health risk factors of ready-to-cook products. These are subject to mandatory laboratory control when each product sample is tested. It seems advisable to change the structure of samples taken within monitoring activities increasing proportions of analyzed samples of salads, drinks (juices), and mixed dishes (meat / fish with trimmings). Limitations. The limitations of the study include the analyzed data set (an in-depth analysis of the results of monitoring culinary products was performed on only one region). Conclusion. Optimization of monitoring over safety of ready-to-cook products that involves using risk profile makes control (surveillance) activities more targeted, ensures a growth in a number of detected violations and withdrawal of low-quality unsafe ready-to-good products from the market.

Managerial Mechanisms for the Implementation of Continuity in the Training of Future Primary School Teachers in the College–University System

The article presents an analysis of the problem of succession and one’s own managerial and pedagogical experience in its implementation in the training of future primary school teachers in the college-university system. The purpose of the article is to analyze the possibilities and management mechanisms for implementing continuity in the training of future primary school teachers in the college – university system using the example of the experience of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Kuzbass Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute of Kemerovo State University. The methodological basis of the research is the pedagogical principles of continuity in education and lifelong education. Based on the strategic planning method of SWOT–analysis, an assessment of the readiness of an educational organization of higher education to implement continuity in the pedagogical college – university system was carried out. The strengths of the university and objective opportunities available for this process are highlighted, weaknesses and external threats are analyzed. The management mechanisms for the implementation of the principle of continuity at two levels of professional education are considered. In conclusion, it is concluded that the implementation of continuity in the training of future teachers in the college – university system involves the use of management mechanisms representing a sequence of organizational and methodological actions. At the same time, the development of the learning process at the stage of mastering the higher education program is carried out in dialectical connection with the previous level of education and at the same time in accordance with the current goals, objectives, requirements for the training of a modern primary school teacher and conditions.

Innovative Environment of Pedagogical University Technology Park as a Factor for Study the Cognitive Activity of Students

This paper presents a new result of comprehension of literary sources related to the issues and architectonics of technoparks’ environment in pedagogical universities. Based on research analysis, the author identified blank spaces in the conditions of forming the cognitive activity by means of a foreign language for chemistry and biology students of non-linguistic training profiles. Cognitive activity is pointed out as a problem area, which can be influenced by the risks present during the training of students in Natural Sciences majors and profiles. The genesis of Technoparks of Universal Pedagogical Competencies is traced through a retrospective of the typology of Science and Technology Parks in their classic sense. The research context of this paper is in new and creative paradigm of the educational environment, which noted by modern scientists. It correlates with updated approaches and the sphere of concepts rethought by the author in the pedagogical and technological field, related to the realization of learning activities in the technopark of the pedagogical institution.

Bases teóricas para fortalecimiento de la comprensión lectora en inglés

The English and the reading comprehension in this language are necessary for the performance and process of the subject in several social, scientific, cultural spaces. Consequently, form the documentary analysis, in this article, on one hand, it is studied the results of external and internal tests to the educational establishment participating in this study; these of institutional, departmental, national and international character, as well as, the academic performance to the end of the scholar year of the students of that educational facility. This with the aim of characterizing the reading behavior in English of both Colombians and students belonging to the Educational Institution mentioned above. On the other hand, it is made a bibliography and conceptual analysis of several opened and closed databases, besides of institutional repositories, referring to the teaching of English and the development of reading comprehension in that language. All the above with the intention of relate both dimensions with Gadamer´s (1999) posture and identify a theoretical support that helps as a base for the enhancement of the reading comprehension in English in such a way that an epistemic proposal is established for the field of general and specific didactics of languages referring to said topic, in addition to being the basis for future research related to this topic. All previous allowed to identify difficulties in the use of English and the reading activity at the Colombian level, in particular, in the eighth grade students in the educational establishment participating in the research. At the same time, At the same time, this gave way to linking Gadamer's thinking with reading in English and its consolidation. And finally, it allowed to conclude the importance of the didactical study related to the reading in English, in which topics such as previous knowledge, the language, the motivation, the context and the interaction are decisive.

The Pengembangan Tujuan dalam Ilmu Pendidikan Islam Korelasinya dengan Perubahan Zaman

The purpose of this study is to examine how Islamic educational goals have evolved and how they relate to the times. This study employs descriptive qualitative methodologies and includes direct observation and in-depth interviews in a number of Islamic educational establishments, such as schools and Islamic boarding schools. Teachers, school administrators, and students from different backgrounds make up the research subjects. The survey's conclusions demonstrate how the objectives of Islamic education have changed, now include not just the study of religious science but also the cultivation of character, life skills, and critical thinking abilities. But there are a number of obstacles in the way of achieving this objective, such as divergent interpretations of Islamic teachings, the impact of globalization, and a lack of public support. The study suggests that in order to address these issues, more comprehensive curricular revisions, teacher training, and enhanced community-education cooperation are required. It is anticipated that this study will offer insightful information for the creation of contemporary, pertinent, and sustainable Islamic education.

AI ASSOCIATED CHALLENGES TO PHYSICAL THERAPY PROFESSION

Background: The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into physical therapy is transforming traditional practices, presenting a range of ethical, professional, and technical challenges. These include concerns about patient data security, algorithmic bias, job displacement, the need for continuous education, and system reliability. While AI has the potential to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment personalization, its adoption necessitates significant adaptations in clinical workflows and professional roles, emphasizing the need for a strategic approach to address these challenges and optimize its application. Objective: The objective of this systematic review was to analyze the ethical, professional, and technical challenges associated with implementing AI in physical therapy and to propose strategic recommendations for mitigating risks while maximizing the potential benefits. Methods: A systematic review was conducted following PRISMA guidelines, with a comprehensive search across PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and IEEE Xplore databases up to July 2024. The search terms included "Artificial Intelligence," "physical therapy," "challenges," "ethics," "professional development," and "technical reliability." Studies were included if they addressed ethical, professional, or technical barriers to AI integration in physical therapy. Titles and abstracts were screened independently by two reviewers, with disagreements resolved by a third reviewer. Data were extracted on study characteristics, AI applications, identified challenges, and suggested solutions. Quality appraisal was conducted using the CASP tool. Results: A total of 12 studies met the inclusion criteria. Ethical concerns, including patient data security and algorithmic bias, were reported in 60% of studies. Professional challenges, such as job displacement and the need for continuous education, were highlighted in 50%. Technical issues, including system reliability and integration into clinical workflows, were evident in 75%. The findings also showed that 40% of studies emphasized the importance of adapting clinical training programs to include AI-focused education. Conclusion: AI holds transformative potential for physical therapy by improving diagnostic precision and personalized care. However, its integration is hindered by significant ethical, professional, and technical challenges. Addressing these requires the establishment of robust ethical frameworks, continuous education and training for professionals, and rigorous technical validation processes to ensure AI's safe and effective application in clinical practice.

Collaborating to Enhance Tolerance Among Bandung's Students of Diverse Religions

This study investigates the perceptions of tolerance held by students at UIN Bandung and Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR), two religiously affiliated postsecondary educational establishments in Bandung. The data for this research was gathered through document reviews and interviews using a qualitative methodology. Fifty students from UIN Bandung and fifty from UNPAR Bandung were interviewed. This study discovers that students' perceptions of their religious texts—the Bible and the Qur'an—have an impact on how tolerant they are Socially, it is discovered that Indonesians' conception of tolerance has a national dimension based on the national ideology. Religious and social concepts provide these kids with the foundation for tolerance in a variety of ways. Students at UIN Bandung continue to exhibit tolerance, but only within the framework of their religion—Islam. On the other hand, tolerance is practiced in both the social and individual environments at UNPAR, a campus that is more diverse and cosmopolitan. Collaboration strengthens the two student groups' tolerant attitudes. This collaboration later initiated the birth of the Halaqah Damai (Circle of Peace) as a forum for the two student groups to have dialogue and understand the essence of religious tolerance to be disseminated in their respective environments.

Unleashing ChatGPT: Redefining Technology Acceptance and Digital Transformation in Higher Education

This article examines the effects of integrating ChatGPT, a generative language model developed by OpenAI, into educational and training contexts in higher education. The research takes as its conceptual framework models of technology acceptance and questions the relevance of these models to the acceptance and adoption of ChatGPT. A qualitative study carried out with teachers from various higher education establishments in France enables us to propose a model adapted to the specific features of generative AI. The ethical dimension and the controllability of the tools by users, made possible by a progressive training program, are two constructions that are essential to a proper understanding of whether or not these new tools are adopted. Additionally, this research contributes to the growing discourse on how generative AI innovations can be leveraged to enhance digital transformation in the academic sector, with a particular focus on business schools’ stakeholders and strategies. Finally, the contributions and prospects for future research are discussed.

The Children in Need in Postwar Macedonia (1944–1950)

The article examines the educational and social needs of children in the devastated and impoverished People’s Republic of Macedonia (Narodna Republika Makedonija – NRM) as one of the constituent units of the yugoslav Federation (Federativna Narodna Republika yugoslavia – FNRJ) in the first years after the end of World War II. The focus is primarily given on the measures and activities that the Macedonian policy makers undertook in the areas of education and social protection of children and the changes their implementation brought in children’s life. Based on the study of a large number of legal acts and other primary sources, the various aspects of the democratization of education and social care in the new postwar political context are examined: expansion of the school network, access to educational and social institutions and services for all children, recognition of the right to education in the mother tongue, establishment of pre-school education, special education and the protection of vulnerable children. The research interest is also focused on the needs of a large number of children refugees, mostly Macedonians, who were evacuated during the civil war in Greece from its northern parts and sent to the socialist states in the Balkans and in Eastern Europe. Most of them were housed in yugoslavia and especially in Macedonia, which in 1948 became the largest transit center and shelter for thousands of children in need. Based largely on archival material and testimonies of child refugees, the article sheds light on the process of evacuation of children, their life in children’s homes throughout Macedonia and the endeavors of the state to meet their needs for shelter, food, education and normal life.

The objective of this article is to present the history and historiography of the educational establishment operating under the patronage of the Jesuit Order in Cluj (Klausenburg, Kolozsvár), known during time as the Jesuit Major College, the Claudiopolitan Academy, and the Academic College with the rank of University in Cluj.

Innovative Integration of Environmental Awareness into Mathematics Education: Insights from Teachers' and Students' Perceptions in Bahawalpur

This research examines the novel incorporation of environmental consciousness into mathematics instruction by examining the viewpoints of teachers and pupils in Bahawalpur. This research examined the effectiveness of interdisciplinary methods in improving environmental understanding and promoting long-term sustainability via mathematical approaches. Information was gathered through an online questionnaire administered to educators and pupils from various public and private educational establishments. The study's findings indicate a positive response to incorporating environmental subjects into mathematics course materials, with both groups acknowledging the value of this integration in fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Significant discrepancies between government and private institutions reveal difficulties in accessing resources and providing adequate pedagogical support. Interdisciplinary methods effectively increase environmental awareness, but the research also indicates a requirement for targeted teacher training and curriculum development initiatives. The study's findings culminate in proposals for creating uniform curricula, comprehensive professional development initiatives, and institutional backing to enhance environmental and mathematical education integration across disciplines.
