RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGGAJIAN PADA KOPERASI PEGAWAI MARITIM (KOPEGMAR) SUNDA KELAPA

The improving the performance and service quality of a company requires information technology, so that the company can use it to carry out their daily activities. Computerization is intended so that work that is routine and requires accuracy can be done effectively and efficiently. Activities in the Sunda Kelapa Jakarta Maritime Employee Cooperative (Kopegmar) have a problem. The data on temporary employees is incomplete. The process of making payslips still frequently makes recording errors. In calculating the payroll of permanent employees, there are still frequent errors and slow payroll reporting. Methods of data collection by observation and interviews directly on the object of research. The result of the analysis is the absence of an archiving application system in the company so that it does not run well, because it is needed an application with a database system is expected to solve the problem. A systematic and efficient computer-based payroll information system design that is made in accordance with the needs and is very useful for the Sunda Kelapa Jakarta Maritime Employee Cooperative (Kopegmar)

E-GOVERNMENT AND BUREAUCRATIC CORRUPTION IN NIGERIA: SUCCESSES AND CHALLENGES

This paper explored the successes and challenges of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) adoption in the combat against bureaucratic corruption in the Nigerian public service. This study adopted a qualitative approach via in-depth interviews for data collection and thematic analysis. Interviews were conducted within purposively sampled public officials with over ten years of experience in the public service. Two major themes were identified; successes and challenges encountered in the fight against bureaucratic corruption with the use of ICT. It is discovered in this paper that ICT has played a significant role in the combat against bureaucratic corruption by increasing the revenue of the government through the Integrated Personnel Payroll Information System (IPPIS) and Treasury Single Account (TSA) systems. However, challenges faced in this regard can be attributed to the infrastructural gap, shortage of ICT skilled personnel, and resistance by the public officials. It is therefore recommended that for the little success to be sustainable, those challenges must be mitigated.

PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGGAJIAN PADA PT WANGSA INDAH NUSANTARA

The payroll information system in Aldomaru still uses Microsoft Excel, so there are often difficulties in finding payroll data if at any time the data is needed and it takes a long time to make data reports. This causes inefficient processing of payroll data. So we need a computerized system for processing payroll data in Aldomaru. So that it can be used as a fast, precise and accurate information in the form of an application.
 The research methods used are analytical methods and fact-finding methods: interviews, observations, and literature studies. Design method through database design and database application. The result achieved is the introduction of a payroll database system that facilitates the performance of the payroll department of PT Wangsa Indah Nusantara. The conclusion of this study is that the design of a new database can facilitate the payment of salaries.
 The objectives of this study include: finding the obstacles faced by the employee payroll department at PT Wangsa Indah Nusantara, designing an employee payroll information system. In this design, the author uses Visual Basic.NET programming language with database format using Microsoft Access 2010.
 The result to be achieved is the design of a payroll information system for management to make it more efficient and effective in making decisions on matters relating to payroll. The conclusion of this paper is that with the Payroll Application, the payroll administration section can easily make reports.

Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS) and Transparency in Government Payroll Administration in Nigerian Civil Service: A Unique Approach

This paper investigates the effect of Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS) on transparency in Government Payroll Administration in Nigerian civil service. A descriptive cross-sectional survey research design was used in form of questionnaire administered to illicit information from the respondents, which provides generalized opinions/statistics from the number of individual cases. The population of the study covers 100 Treasury Staff of the Office of Accountant General of The Federation Working at Federal Pay Office, Sokoto and Federal Pay Office Birnin Kebbi. Census was adopted, and as such sampling represents the population. Data was collected and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the aid of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 21. The findings from test of hypothesis of this paper revealed a significant moderate positive relationship between IPPIS, Transparency and Accountability. Hence, the null hypothesis which states that there is no significant relationship between IPPIS and transparency in government payroll administration in Federal Civil Service in Nigeria is rejected and the alternate hypothesis is accepted. The paper recommends that Government should strengthened the internal control mechanism of IPPIS so as to continuously detect and block any loopholes that will give room for fraud as well as carrying out routine Audit and Inspection of the program so as to ensure strict compliance with laid down rules and regulations governing the operation of IPPIS, coupled with compliance with the provisions of Financial Regulations and the Civil Service Rules.

Strategy Planning for Rice Seed Producer’s Information System Using Anita Cassidy Method

Strategic planning of information systems on seed producers is an action that needs to be taken in order to maintain and make the business grow faster. However, such information system usually been created through the system development life cycle (SDLC) or other methods that appropriate for business. This study used Anita Cassidy method for strategic planning of rice seed producer’s information systems in XYZ Ltd., as case study. The following stages has been done, i.e. visioning, analysis, direction, and recommendations. The final results of the stages carried out recommend business applications that can be implemented, namely: Rice seed certification information systems, E-Commerce of Rice Seeds, Rice Type Determination Applications, Irrigation Control Applications, Paddy Pest Resolution Applications, Rice Growth Monitoring Applications, Personnel Information Systems, Payroll Information System, Procurement Information System, Financial Information System.

The system development method used is prototype. While the author's modeling system uses Unified Modeling Language (UML).With the design of the lecturer payroll information system, it is expected to facilitate lecturers in completing attendance and seeing details of their income, the finance department does not have to work overtime to make lecturer salary reports, and the curriculum section is more facilitated in controlling lecturer performance.

SISTEM PERHITUNGAN PENGGAJIAN PEKARYA BERBASIS WEB DI PT. PETROWELL ENERGI

PT. Petrowell Energi is a company engaged in contracting, trading, repair for industrial equipment and the provision of services for empowering human resources. In providing services, this company processes its data using a computerized but simple payroll system that uses software Ms. Excel, so that in processing data experienced obstacles that cause the process of errors such as incorrect inputting salary data, personal data and salary reports that must be calculated and the process of calculation is repeated from each employee. The purpose of this web-based payroll information system is to overcome the problems that arise in the manual system currently running at PT. Petrowell Energy as well as being a good solution for companies for the creation of a more transparent and accountable system, in its processing it will be more effective and efficient. The method of data collection is done by means of interviews, observations, documentation and analysis of systems used by the company. The results of this study are to produce a computerized payroll information system that is provided with ease in providing payroll data information such as employee data information, and payroll data. In payroll data information systems, the authors use data flow diagrams, DFD, ERD, and MySQL for data processing.

Web-Based Honorary Teacher Payroll Information System

The purpose of this research is to design a web-based honorary teacher payroll information system. This research uses descriptive approach method and prototype development method and the system approach used is a structured approach. The results of this study, starting from the design to the implementation stage of the web-based honorary teacher payroll information system, can simplify the work of the treasurer in the payroll process. The treasurer is the most important part in the educational institution, because it handles the employee payroll process including the honorary teacher. But apparently the treasurer is still experiencing various obstacles such as when the process of calculating and recording salaries is still using the manual method. This can be seen in the process of calculating and recording teacher salary data which is still done in a notebook. The coordinator also experienced difficulties when recapitulating teacher absence.

Consulting Engineering Services is a company engaged in building construction consulting services. In this company in processing employee salaries still use manual calculations and use the Ms. Excel program. This can lead to errors in calculating employee salaries and the process of printing employee salary slips which takes a long time. In solving this problem, the authors designed an employee payroll information system. In this design, the authors use the PHP programming language. The method in this research is the Waterfal Method. The method in this research is through observation, interview, documentation and literature study. The system design is made using Contex Diagram, HIPO, Input Output Design, relationships between tables and database design. The system is made in a program with the PHP programming language with a database format using MySQL. The result of this design is to produce an application program that will be used to process web-based employee salaries in CV. Payroll is one of the most important things where it is useful for information on the list and benefits received by employees whether in accordance with the duties, responsibilities and the level of effort that has been done for the job. The teacher is the main resource in the world of Education which is the main factor that successfully educates students at the school. So a faster, precise way to payroll teacher data is needed so a special program is needed to support the process. The RAD method is a model of the process of developing enhancements specifically for short work times. The existence of a payroll information system has been created, can provide fluency in the storage process and also input-data so that there is no difficulty in searching data, calculating and making reports.

SISTEM INFORMASI PENGGAJIAN KARYAWAN PT.LIONG EMAS ABADI PERKASA

The application program "Employee Payroll Information System of PT. Liong Emas Abadi Perkasa" aims to help the payroll system at PT. Liong Emas Abadi Perkasa from manual to computerized. This application program uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which is carried out in several stages, namely the Initial Investigation, Make Prototype, the testing phase, the implementation phase and the maintenance phase. This application program uses several design tools, namely Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Context Diagrams and Relationships Between Tables. This application program uses MySQL as a database, XAMPP as a link between the database and display, PHP as a programming language and display settings application Testing this application uses the Black box testing method and User Acceptance Test (UAT). Based on the trials conducted it can be concluded that the program created can be run and can help users in the company's payroll.

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Kota Tangerang is one of the private schools, but data processing payroll in this schooll was still unintegrated. The ongoing payroll system was still in use of a manual system. The results of this were many obstacles faced by the school in the production of materials such as in payroll contracts, payroll calculations, payroll slips, and drawing up payroll reports. Also, the information presentation was less fast, inexact, inaccurate because current media transmission information consists of purely physical documents. The research method used waterfall method. Waterfall is a model of its development process for the coverage of a system, sequential or linear. The research steps were divided into: analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. The system would then be built using synthetic programming language PHP and Mysql as a database. The web-based employee payroll information system was intended to provide advantages in payroll data processing such as payroll process, payroll calculations, payroll slips, and payroll reports, so that manual jobs could be much easier and computerized. The result was derived from this research was development of the web-based employee payroll information system.

Abstract: Payroll is an acceptance in return from the employer to the employee for a job or service that has been done and is expressed or valued in the form of money determined on the basis of an agreement or legislation and is paid on the basis of an employment agreement between the employer and the employee including benefits, both for the employees themselves and for the family. This research takes place at PT. Astro Niaga Jaya. The payroll process at PT. Astro Niaga Jaya is still conventional. Salary calculations are based on different details that hinder the performance process of the human resources department. Errors in calculating salaries can be fatal because it will affect the preparation of financial statements. Therefore, it is necessary to have an employee payroll information system so that the human resources department is not wrong in collecting employee payroll data. The purpose of this paper is to design employee attendance and payroll information systems at PT. Astro Niaga Jaya using Waterfall method in order to produce information that is fast, precise and accurate. The Waterfall method is often used in designing an information system. Perancangan Sistem Aplikasi Penggajian Pegawai Dalam Rangka Efisiensi Reformasi Birokrasi: Studi Kasus Di Kementerian Perdagangan RI

Technology is created for helping human’s activity to become easier, including for activities in an office. The growth of the information technology has followed by growth of the computer technology as its proponent. Computer has high grade accuracy in processing data. By an information technology, human can process data become faster and easier. In this research, an employee payroll application system was created the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The aim was to simplify the payroll process and organize payroll reporting process. The method that was used in this research is grounded research. Software used in this research are Java (Netbeans IDE version 8.0), MySQL 5.5.32, and XAMPP 3.2.1. The system development method to create a payroll information system was the waterfall method. The results of the study is a payroll application system with output in the form of employee reports, attendance reports, detailed salary reports, payroll reports, and pay slip reports.

This study will develop a payroll information system that will be made for Manis Lor Kuningan gas station. Employee payroll system is a tool in calculating, storing and managing company data making it easier to calculate expenses. Currently Lor Lor SPBU for employee payroll still uses paper media as well as Microsoft Exel so that the repaired data can be deleted, also less effective and efficient. So the principle of efficiency is needed as an effort to support safety facilities in the SPBU business environment for the process of managing reports that can utilize computerized technology, then a payroll system is created using php as a programming language and mysql as a data storage or database. Designing Payroll Information System: Case Study on CV. Bandung ID card

This study aims to build an information system that will help the business processes of an organization or a company that has implemented payroll and presence but the presence process is still using a lot of manual processes and has not been integrated with payroll. The methods used in this study are the object-oriented system approach method and the prototype system development method. Object-oriented approach is a new way of thinking seeing problems through real-world observations where each object is a single entity that has a combination of certain data structures and functions. The results of this study are the design and construction of a desktop-based payroll information system can more efficiently time and errors that often occur and processes that are still manually changed to be computerized for example in the presence process using RFID, recording and input data attendance is already automated finance payroll.

Web based payroll information system at PT. Mega Pratama Insurance

Diterima 10 Mei 2019 Direvisi 16 Juni 2019 Disetujui 20 Juli 2019 Purpose - the purpose of the payroll accounting information system is to be able to process data quickly and precisely, making it easier for the admin section in the payroll process and can improve employee performance efficiently. Design / Methodology / approach - Payroll information system that the writer built at PT. Mega Pratama Insurance uses a web-based information system. The system development method in the study uses the waterfall model and the data flow model used is, DFD (Data Flow Diagram). The design of this system is assisted by several tools such as XAMPP version 3.2.1, Notepad ++ web editor, Adobe Dreamweaver web and Mozilla Firefox web browser. Findings - The author chose this company because the payroll system in this company is still done manually, using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. The variable used in this study is the payroll information system at PT. Mega Pratama Insurance. Originality / value - Payroll information system at PT.
