This paper highlights the design and implementation of an IoT-based patient health monitoring system for medical services. The proposed model enables users to improve health related risks and reduce the cost of collecting and analyzing live and big data efficiently. The idea came into mind because in daily life we need to check our blood pressure, heart beat rate, temperature, etc. and for this reason we have to go every time in the doctor’s chamber for check up. Nowadays To reduce this problem in busy life, the idea of this model came; it will reduce the time of patients and doctors and provides much better accurate results than manual check-up. Through this, we can also effectively monitor the patient’s health condition and assumes what type of diseases he/she possesses now or can be affected in future, so the patient has a chance to know their diseases bit early and take necessary health precaution measures. It also provides solution to remote medical support, drug delivery and management. If the patient is too much ill or aged and there is no chance for him/her to come to the doctor then he/she will able to get emergency treatment through this. At least we can say, that in the 21st century where increased population is a main problem in all over the world, there is a need to change and do something new in the field of healthcare where it can play a big role.
