Research on Curriculum Reform and Teaching Practice Strategies for Musicology Majors

As an important art discipline, musicology, its curriculum reform and teaching practice strategies are of great significance for cultivating high-quality musical talents. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation and problems of curriculum reform of musicology majors in China, and on this basis puts forward the core content of curriculum reform of musicology majors, including the repositioning of curriculum objectives, optimization of curriculum structure, updating of curriculum content and improvement of curriculum evaluation system. At the same time, this paper also discusses the teaching practice strategies for musicology majors, including innovative teaching methods, strengthening practical teaching, expanding extracurricular activities, and building a diversified evaluation mechanism. Finally, this paper puts forward the implementation path of curriculum reform and teaching practice in musicology, including policy support and guarantee, faculty construction, integration of teaching resources, and student participation and feedback.

A Practical Study on the Integration of Excellent Traditional Culture into Senior High School Class Management

With the continuous development of economic globalization, the inheritance and promotion of excellent traditional Chinese culture has become an important part of the current national development strategy. In this context, as an important place and carrier for cultivating outstanding talents in the new era, senior high school integrates traditional culture into class management has become an important direction for school development, which plays a positive role in promoting the development of the era and improving the comprehensive quality of students. Therefore, this paper mainly starts with the connotation and characteristics of traditional culture classics, in-depth analysis of the value of excellent traditional culture in class management work, and discusses the practice path of integrating excellent traditional culture into high school class management, and puts forward corresponding practice methods for student management work, which is only for the reference of relevant people.

The limits of representativeness in citizens? assemblies: A critical analysis of democratic minipublics

This article critically examines the widespread claim that minipublics, such as citizens assemblies, typically represent the broader population in democratic decision-making. Through systematic analysis, we identify four fundamental challenges to representativeness: small sample sizes, group effects that complicate output legitimacy, sampling biases from population lists, and low acceptance rates. We evaluate three common strategies used to justify small sample minipublics — stratification, supermajority voting, and second-best arguments — and demonstrate why these approaches fail to resolve the underlying representativeness problems. Rather than abandoning minipublics entirely, we propose three alternative ways forward: (1) scaling up and integrating multiple independent minipublics, (2) targeting specific inclusion failures rather than pursuing broad representation, and (3) leveraging nondomination claims instead of representativeness. While the first approach faces significant technical and cost challenges, the latter two offer more practical paths forward, particularly in addressing concrete democratic deficits in existing institutions. We conclude that minipublics remain valuable democratic innovations, but their legitimacy should be grounded in their ability to address specific inclusion failures and prevent domination by organized minorities rather than claims of broad population representation.

Research on the Practice of Sculpture Dematerialization in the Context of Conceptual Art

As one of the most influential art schools in the second half of the 20th century, the conceptual art has had a profound influence on the development of sculpture art. This paper aims to explore the practical path and artistic value of sculpture dematerialization in the context of conceptual art. Through the in-depth analysis of the core concept of concept art and the trend of sculpture de-materialization, this paper reveals the transformation process of sculpture from material entity to concept expression, and the influence of this change on the artistic form, creative technique and aesthetic experience of sculpture. The study shows that the dematerialization form of sculpture not only enriches the expressive force of sculpture art, but also expands the boundary of sculpture art, providing new possibilities for the development of sculpture art in the contemporary society. The research of this paper is of great significance for understanding the interactive relationship between conceptual art and sculpture art, as well as the practical application of sculpture dematerialization form.

Class organizations carry out the functions of "uniting, organizing, and educating" students, and their effective operation provides important support for the development of university Party and Youth League organizations. Therefore, achieving integrated operations of "Party, Class, and Youth League" has become an inevitable trend in current university ideological and political education. As China's urbanisation process enters the stock development stage, urban renewal has become an important issue in promoting urban development. This paper discusses the innovation and practice path of the management mode of Urban Renewal Bureau, including the establishment of a unified and coordinated management mechanism, the introduction of market-based operation, the optimisation of the fund management system, the promotion of the construction of smart and green cities, and the enhancement of multi-participation and public supervision. Through these innovations, the Urban Renewal Authority can effectively enhance the efficiency of project implementation, integrate resources from multiple parties, and ensure the smooth promotion and sustainable development of urban renewal projects. The innovation in management mode not only helps to resolve bottlenecks in traditional urban management, but also lays the foundation for future high-quality urban development. Study on the Practical Path of Rural Inclusive Finance to Support Rural Revitalisation

The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization cannot be separated from the strong support of finance, and inclusive finance, as an important channel for rural funding, has become an important driving force for achieving the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and continuously promoting rural revitalization. This article will take Tongchuan City as an example to deeply analyze the current development status of inclusive finance policies in Tongchuan City. It will explore the paths through which rural industry modernization and upgrading, as well as the formation of a new agricultural management pattern, will be promoted in practice. It will also discuss the challenges that will be faced in the future. Based on the impact mechanism of inclusive finance on rural revitalization, relevant policy recommendations will be proposed to establish and improve a new inclusive finance service system that is suitable for the characteristics of agriculture and rural areas under the background of rural revitalization, broaden the channels for fund utilization, guide more social funds to flow to rural areas, and further empower the transformation and upgrading of rural industries to consolidate the achievements of rural revitalization.

MODEL CONSTRUCTION AND CULTIVATION PATH OF DIGITAL LITERACY OF CHINESE NEWSPAPER EDITORS

In the context of digital development, improving the digital literacy of all people has become the foundation for the development of China's digital economy. The objective of this study is to develop a digital literacy model for Chinese newspaper editors and propose practical paths to improve digital literacy, thereby providing opportunities for them to enhance professional capabilities and promote the integrated development of the publishing industry in the digital age. This study is a concept paper which adopted a descriptive qualitative research method to analyze the necessity and urgency of improving the digital literacy of Chinese newspaper editors, summarized the global definition and framework of digital literacy, and constructed a digital literacy model for Chinese newspaper editors. It includes four dimensions: digital awareness, digital competence, digital practice, and digital development, presenting a progressive relationship. Based on this model, strategies for cultivating and improving the digital literacy of Chinese newspaper editors were proposed, including: cultivating digital awareness, improving digital competence, strengthening digital practice, and achieving digital development.

A review on recent advances in polymeric microneedle loading cells: Design strategies, fabrication technologies, transdermal application and challenges.

Microneedle systems (MNs) loading living cells are a powerful platform to treat various previously incurable diseases in the era of precision medicine. Herein, an overview of recent advances in MN-based strategies for cell delivery is summarized, including material selection, design of morphological structures, and processing methods. We also systematically outlined the law of microstructural design relative to the structure-effective/function relationship in transdermal delivery or precision medicine and the design principles of cell microneedle (CMN). Furthermore, the representative works of precision treatments focusing on inflammatory skin diseases were tracked and discussed using CMN. Indeed, it highlights a practical path to solving the dilemma of cell therapy and raising the hope of precision medicine. However, there are still some challenges in developing CMN since they need multi-dimensional comprehensive properties, including mechanical properties, cell viability preservation, release, therapeutic effect, etc. The manuscript could provide insights into developing an innovative fit-to-purpose vehicle in cell therapy for interested researchers.

Research on the Development Path and Digital Transformation of Specialized, Refined, Unique and New "Little Giant" Enterprises

As China's economy gradually moves towards a stage of high-quality development, the traditional extensive development model is no longer suitable for this transformation demand, and there is an urgent need to shift towards a more intensive, efficient, and sustainable development mode. Innovation is not only the driving force for high-quality development but also the main means of balancing economic and social development. The development of specialized, refined, and innovative "little giant" enterprises can effectively promote technological self-reliance and support the inherent needs and practical paths for the high-quality development of the Chinese economy. Meanwhile, digital transformation is a necessary path for enterprises to adapt to market changes, improve operational efficiency, and innovate business models. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes the development path and digital transformation path design research of specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises. After analysis, this article believes that the development of small and medium-sized enterprises can be divided into three stages: growth start-up, specialization and innovation, and the "little giant" stage. The three elements of efficiency change, innovation drive, and value co-creation are coordinated, and digital transformation is promoted in three stages. Suggestions are also made for the development of specialized, refined, and innovative "little giant" enterprises.

Distributed quantum machine learning via classical communication

Abstract Quantum machine learning is emerging as a promising application of quantum computing due to its distinct way of encoding and processing data. It is believed that large-scale quantum machine learning demonstrates substantial advantages over classical counterparts, but a reliable scale-up is hindered by the fragile nature of quantum systems. Here we present an experimentally accessible distributed quantum machine learning scheme that integrates quantum processor units via classical communication. As a demonstration, we perform data classification tasks on 8-dimensional synthetic datasets by emulating two 4-qubit processors and employing quantum convolutional neural networks. Our results indicate that incorporating classical communication notably improves classification accuracy compared to schemes without communication. Furthermore, at the tested circuit depths, we observe that the accuracy with classical communication is no less than that achieved with quantum communication. Our work provides a practical path to demonstrating large-scale quantum machine learning on intermediate-scale quantum processors by leveraging classical communication that can be implemented through currently available mid-circuit measurements.

Multi-Degree-of-Freedom Stretchable Metasurface Terahertz Sensor for Trace Cinnamoylglycine Detection.

Terahertz (THz) spectroscopy, an advanced label-free sensing method, offers significant potential for biomolecular detection and quantitative analysis in biological samples. Although broadband fingerprint enhancement compensates for limitations in detection capability and sensitivity, the complex optical path design in operation restricts its broader adoption. This paper proposes a multi-degree-of-freedom stretchable metasurface that supports magnetic dipole resonance to enhance the broadband THz fingerprint detection of trace analytes. The metasurface substrate and unit cell structures are constructed using polydimethylsiloxane. By adjusting the sensor's geometric dimensions or varying the incident angle within a narrow range, the practical optical path is significantly simplified. Simultaneously, the resonance frequency of the transmission curve is tuned, achieving high sensitivity for effectively detecting cinnamoylglycine. The results demonstrate that the metasurface achieves a high-quality factor of 770.6 and an excellent figure of merit of 777.2, significantly enhancing the THz sensing capability. Consequently, the detection sensitivity for cinnamoylglycine can reach 24.6 µg·cm-2. This study offers critical foundations for applying THz technology to biomedical fields, particularly detecting urinary biomarkers for diseases like gestational diabetes.

The Impact of International Education on Chinese Education in the Context of Globalization

With the deepening of globalization, in Chinas educational system, international education (IE) has emerged as a key area for reform and development. This paper aims to explore how to effectively localize IE in China in the context of its flourishing development, in order to adapt to China's national conditions and needs. The paper systematically analyzes the connotation of IE and its development in China and points out the main challenges China faces in promoting IE. The paper focuses on the integration strategy of IE and local education(LE) and puts forward specific localization practice paths. The study finds that by adhering to the development of educational field openness, promoting bidirectional cultural exchange and interaction, firmly upholding cultural confidence, and developing student-international exchange programs, it is possible to effectively promote the deep integration and innovation of IE in China. Finally, the paper summarizes the research findings and looks forward to future trends.
