Study on the Treatment and Settlement Monitoring Technology of Passenger Dedicated Line Collapsible Loess Foundation

By the engineering background of Datong-Xian Passenger Dedicated Railway Line passing through the collapsible loess area, four representative test sections such as roadbed-bridge transition section, roadbed-culvert transition section, ordinary and special embankment section was selected. Different pile parameter and pile plane layout and subgrade filling measure has been taken according to the different test sections. At the same time, the correspondence of settlement monitoring project was carried out. After the long time monitoring, by the hyperbolic curve and logarithmic method predicting, the long-term settlement has been predicted. The monitoring results and the curve fitting shows that the settlement and the foundation treatment schemes with subgrade filling measurement meet the design requirement also provided reference and reference for other engineering.

Numerical Simulation of Thermal Field in Subgrade of Passenger Dedicated Railway Line in Cold Region

Based on the background of the subgrade in Dalian of Dalian-Haerbin Passenger Dedicated line and combined the local climate condition and geological data, the thermal field in subgrade was simulated by finite element software, and the distribution of thermal field in subgrade of different month in winter and different years were analyzed. The results indicated that: The main areas of subgrade appeared negative temperature in winter, and the sunward and shady aspect should be considered in the distribution of thermal field in actual analysis. The negative temperature of thermal field in subgrade decreased with the increasing of the years in the same period, and the global warming have a significant effect on the distribution of thermal field.

Simulation Calculation and Construction Control of Xiaolan Channel Super Large Bridge

Xiaolan channel super large bridge is a stucture type adopted in the passenger dedicated railway line for the first time, and the longest span bridge of the passenger dedicated railway line, also the longest span bridge of the high-speed railway in the world with a total length of 7686.57m.. At first, the author compiles APDL command flow program by using the unit birth-death technique, establishes simulation calculation model in the construction process. The creep characteristics of concrete are also taken into account. The whole process of beam first-to-arch later stage construction are calculated and studied. Simulation Calculation and construction control research of Xiaolan channel super large bridge shows that construction control method is reasonable, the calculation program which is used in the paper is right, and using three dimensional substantiality finite element method and “element birth and death” to simulate construction process conform to reality. The bridge is safe in the construction of beam first and arch late.

Analysis on Post-Construction Settlement of Pile Group Foundation and Load Monitoring for Dazhangcun Grand Bridge

Combining with the construction of Dazhangcun Grand Bridge of Datong-Xian passenger dedicated railway line, typical pile foundations’ axial load of steel bars and settlement of foundation was monitored and analyzed. At the same time, some meaningful conclusion which were reference and guiding significance for design and construction of the similar project in collapsed loess district were drawn.

Support Design and Analysis of Cast - <i>In Situ</i> Prestressed Continuous Box Beam Bridge

Based on DaZhangCun Grand Bridge across HejingYuncheng Highway’s specific conditions of DatongXian Passenger Dedicated Railway Line, construction method of group support and five segments pouring was designed. Support resistance during concrete placing and tension was analyzed by the software MIDAS/CIVIL and the mechanical behaviors of the bowl-scaffold support was identified while considering the gravity and construction load. Then targeted strengthening supports had been taken to ensure security.

Interaction Analysis between Night Train Operation and Maintenance Time on Passenger Dedicated Railway Line

Maintenance time on passenger dedicated line (PDL) affects the night train operation, considering the high-speed train can travel across adjacent conventional and inter-city railway lines with harmoniously utilizing the capacity of transport corridor to meet the demands of night service, the paper analyzes the interaction between setting up full range of vertical rectangular maintenance time window on PDL and night train operation, then the mathematical model for obtaining the best location of time window is established with minimizing the number of train ODs affected by time window as object, and meeting the reasonable departure and arrival time zone of sunset-departure and sunrise-arrival train as constraints, algorithm is also designed. Taking Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as example, a conclusion that there is little difference of the number of train ODs affected by different locations of time window is obtained by computer programming, then the relatively best location of 4-hour vertical rectangular time window are given when the train-sets' speed is 350 km/h and 250 km/h, and velocity coefficient is 0.9 and 0.8, respectively, the operation adjusting methods for those trains affected by the time window are also given, on these basis, the appropriate train-sets' speed of night train is suggested preliminarily.
