Fenomena Relawan Demokrasi pada Pesta Politik di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat

This research aims to explore the phenomenon of democracy volunteers in Pasaman Barat Regency. The phenomenon of democracy volunteers in the 2024 elections in Pasaman Barat Regency shows an increase in political participation among the community. However, there are challenges associated with potential clientelism practices and limited volunteer resources that can affect the integrity of elections. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role and impact of democracy volunteers in the 2024 elections in Pasaman Barat, as well as to understand the challenges they face and how they influence the electoral process. This research employs a phenomenological type of study with a qualitative approach, focusing on political volunteers in Pasaman Barat Regency. The results of the democracy volunteers in Pasaman Barat Regency play an important role in expanding the voter base and increasing political participation. They also face challenges such as limited resources and the influence of political money. Volunteers tend to come from the general public with personal interests and often serve as a shortcut for political elites. Although it has a positive impact on participation and transparency, the presence of volunteers also reveals the potential for transactional political practices. The working mechanism of volunteers, including socialization and direct support to the community, demonstrates their efforts in enhancing political literacy and supporting candidates, despite the risks of a shift towards mass leadership.

The great interest of the public today regarding Islamic economics, in line with the increasingly massive number of people who become customers in all Islamic Banks, which is likely to have an impact on the emergence of disputes. As an example at this time is the matter of sharia economic disputes, initially a consumer protection complaint was made through BPSK Batu Bara Regency, which then the BPSK Decision was made a Legal Objection to the West Pasaman District Court with Decision Number 55/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2016/PN.Psb by Bank Syariah Mandiri Pasaman Barat, and was appealed to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia with Decision Number 622 K/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the law enforcement of dispute resolution is in accordance with the provisions and its application seen from the contents of the decision number Case Number 622 K/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2017; and Decision Number 55/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2016/PN Psb. While the location of the Dispute is in West Pasaman, West Sumetara. The result of this research is that it turns out that there is still a limited understanding of the actors of Islamic banking business activities who do not fully understand the regulations.

Comparison between NDVI and InSAR data coherence in deformation analysis caused by the 2022 Pasaman earthquake

Abstract One of the destructive earthquakes occurred in Pasaman Barat on February 25, 2022, with a magnitude of 6.1 Mw that caused 27 deaths, 19,221 people evacuated, and an estimated 6,627 houses destroyed. Currently, InSAR is one of the fastest methods to analyze the deformation impacted by an earthquake from processing Sentinel-1 Single Look Complex images. Analyzing the deformation of the 2022 Pasaman Earthquake using InSAR could be challenging because the area consists of high vegetation. It can cause decorrelation due to time difference which increases the possibility of the low coherence value of this data. Excluding the low-coherence result is essential for a better interpretation. This study will analyze the correlation between NDVI and interferogram coherence and eliminate low-coherence data for the displacement deformation map. The NDVI value was calculated using band 4 (Red) and band 5 (NIR) from Landsat 8 images. The InSAR was processed using SNAP, starting from interferogram formation until the conversion phase into displacements, and the map visualization was designed using QGIS. This application of the InSAR method (ascending mode) from Sentinel-1 SAR images can show the deformation, but the coherence level is relatively low. Deformations around the earthquake are shown as uplift and subsidence near the epicenter of the 2022 Pasaman Earthquakes. The high value of vegetation density in the study area causes low coherence between images, so the fringes that identify deformation due to the 2022 Pasaman Earthquake were not seen significantly for the entire study area.

UPAYA MEMPERKUAT AFFECTIVE COMMITMENT TO CHANGE PEGAWAI KEJAKSAAN NEGERI PASAMAN BARAT DI TENGAH DIGITALISASI

The rapid transition toward digital working systems were made possible by a series of converging innovations. Therefore, the readiness and affective commitment of workers to commit have considered as a serious challenge to the organization especially governmanet organization such as National Judiciary Institution. This study aims to enhance worker affective commitment to change in the digitalization era through model mediating readiness for change form transformasional leadership and technostress in National Judiciary representative area Pasaman Barat. By distributing paper questionnaires to 62 workers, this study then analyzed participants responses with assisting Smart-PLS latest version software. Results show that there are fifth research expectation are met, and not to the other two.

Analisis Butir Soal Ulangan Harian Siswa Mata Pelajaran PPKn Kelas IV Menggunakan Rach Model di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri

The study aimed to analyze the items on students' daily test questions on PPKN subjects made by the teacher to measure learning outcomes during the previous lesson process. Conducted on fourth-grade students at the 01 West Pasaman State Madrasah Ibtidayah. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using Rasch model data analysis with Win Step software. The results of the data analysis carried out were on the reliability data analysis using Winstep Cronbach Alpha 0.49 software. From the existing data, it is clear that the level of reliability of the questions is still relatively weak. The results of the Rasch model of person reliability and item reliability are 0.47 and 0.52. The results of the analysis of the quality of the items in terms of the validity of the items using the Rasch model obtained 6 questions that were said to be valid and 24 questions that were said to be invalid because they did not meet the requirements for the MNSQ outfit, ZSTD outfit, and the Point Measure correlation (PT measure Corr). In using the Rasch model it is felt to be more accurate because it meets these three criteria, so it is considered valid. above the P value or the level of difficulty of the items below 0.25, there are 3 items, meaning the item is very difficult. Questions that are above 0.75 have 5 items meaning the question is too easy. And questions that are scored between 0.25-0.75 have 17 questions. That is, 18 questions have a good level of difficulty. Analysis of distracting items using the Winstep Rasch Model software for 25 daily test questions for students of Civics class IV at Madrasah Ibtidayah Negeri 01 Pasaman Barat shows that there are 23 questions with good functioning distractors. Items where the distractor does not function properly are 5 questions.

Estimation Model Peak Ground Acceleration at Bedrock and Surface of The Pasaman Barat Earthquake on February 25, 2022 M_w 6.1

<p>The earthquake occured on february 25, 2022 in West Pasaman, Province West Sumatera with momen magnitude M<sub>w</sub>6.1, produced strong ground motion so that many several buildings were damaged. The peak ground acceleration (PGA) represents its level ground acceleration in bedrock and peak surface acceleration (PGA<sub>m</sub>) describes the acceleration value on the surface which depends on the amplification factor and the type of soil classification. Information peak ground acceleration (PGA) and peak surface acceleration (PGA<sub>m</sub>) values plays an important role in describing the level of damage due to earthquake events. The purpose this study for determine the peak ground acceleration (PGA) and peak surface acceleration (PGA<sub>m</sub>) for West Pasaman earthquake Mw6.1 using boore (1997) attenuation model. In this study using parameter data main earthquake and then peak ground acceleration (PGA) value calculated each grid points and then analysis peak surface acceleration (PGA<sub>m</sub>) value is based on the effect of site class from information Vs30 USGS model on peak ground acceleration (PGA) at bedrock from SNI 1726 : 2012. The result in this study showed peak ground acceleration and peak surface acceleration value in due West Pasaman earthquake ranged between 0.066 - 0.345 g and 0.223 - 0.627 g. The areas affected by heavy damage occured in Kajai, Rimbo Panti, Malampah and Tigo Nagari Subdistrict with peak ground acceleration and peak surface acceleration value around 0.115 - 0,345 g and 0.423 - 0.627 g respectively and was dominated with type site class moderate soil (SD) based on Vs30 data form USGS model.</p>

Reading indigenous signs: The wisdom of nagari communities toward natural disaster in Pasaman Barat

This study examines local wisdom regarding natural disasters of communities in traditional villages (nagari) in Pasaman Barat, Indonesia, through indigenous signs of disaster and interpretations. We analyze these signs through indigenous history and knowledge and a three-way communications framework of disaster interpretation in Indonesia. We collected data by conducting in-depth interviews with eight traditional figures and distributing questionnaires to 94 local residents in Pasaman Barat impacted by the 2022 earthquake through descriptive analysis. Our findings revealed that communities in Pasaman Barat have traditionally preserved indigenous knowledge about natural disasters, including architectural practices, logical and spiritual symbols, and a wide range of social mores and taboos. The people of the area improvised some valuable skills, such as the use of sandi tiang (the baseboard of a stilt) and bamboo barricades. Rituals and taboos associated with disasters include the tolak bala (warding-off ritual) and the banda larangan (forbidden fish), and distinctive signs of disaster observed by the community including the sounds of jirek (sacred grave), the appearance of tiger and uyia-uyia (forest beetles), and rivers flowing downstream during rain. These customs, mostly shared with Minangkabau customs despite some differences, are influenced by religious tradition, especially Sufistic tradition. Communities in Pasaman Barat continue to teach their children about these traditions, even as they adapt to modern life. Despite a dearth of established, traditional knowledge in this area, this study contributes to the future of disaster mitigation management by emphasizing rational and practical considerations in the face of natural disasters.

Community Conditions After The Flash Flood Disaster in The Nagari Batahan Barat River Basin, Pasaman Barat Regency

Flash floods are inundations caused by runoff out of river channels because river discharge suddenly increases beyond the capacity of river flows. It occurs quickly and hits residential areas with low relief, in river valleys and basins, and usually brings discharge in the flow. As a result of high rainfall for 3 to 4 days, has caused many physical and social losses, including 255 houses being flooded. This research is classified as a mixed methods research type. The sampling technique was taken using a proportional random sampling technique to collect information for this research using a snowball sampling technique. For analysis of questionnaire data, it is measured using a Likert scale. The results of this research include that the residential conditions of the people of Nagari Batahan Barat were clean before the flash flood occurred, after the flash floods were not clean, the condition of the livelihood of Nagari Batahan Barat people, in general, was gardening and/or farming, the condition of the plantations and agriculture of Nagari Batahan Barat people, Pasaman Barat Regency before the flash flood occurred, and the condition of the community's plantations and agriculture after the flash flood was not good.

The combination of ATR-FTIR and chemometrics for discrimination of Red Ginger (Zingiber Officinale Var Rubrum) oil in West Sumatra and its antioxidant activity

Their origin influences the chemical components and pharmacological action of essential oils. This study aimed to classify red ginger oil (RGO) based on its FTIR spectra combined with chemometrics and determine its antioxidant activity. Fresh red ginger rhizomes were collected from six West Sumatra regions and extracted using hydrodistillation. ATR-FTIR and Chemometrics were used to classify the oil, and its antioxidant activity was tested using various methods. The study found that RGO was golden yellow with a unique odor, and it had a yield range of 0.52% - 0.86%, a specific gravity of 0.83-0.94 g/ml, a refractive index of 1.4834 – 1.4880, and an optical rotation value of -36.382. However, all RGO samples had low antioxidant activity. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) showed that RGO can be separated based on the altitude of the growing locations at the wavenumber 2000-400 cm-1. Hierarchical Clustering Analysis (HCA) revealed three clusters of RGO: I; Solok, II; Kamang Magek and Batusangkar, III; Dharmasraya, Pesisir Selatan, and Pasaman Barat, with different FTIR fingerprints. In conclusion, red ginger oil from different parts of West Sumatra has unique metabolite profiling and low antioxidant activity levels.

The Strategic Role of the Da'i Nagari in Driving Rural Development in Pasaman, West Sumatra

<p>This paper analyzes the strategic role of <em>Da'i Nagari</em> (local preacher) as <em>Da'i</em> assisting the <em>nagari</em> (village) government in driving rural development in Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. <em>Da'i Nagari</em> is a local government-created program that rewards preachers in West Sumatra. This study aims to describe the significant role of <em>Da'i Nagari</em> in the development process. This research is critical since <em>Da'i Nagari</em> is a specific regional government initiative that only exists in West Sumatra. By providing an overview of the presence of <em>Da'i Nagari</em> in Pasaman Barat, this qualitative descriptive study elucidates the role of <em>Da'i Nagari</em> in the development process. Additionally, this study addresses academic concerns regarding the potential positive effects of the <em>Da'i Nagari</em> program on rural development. The results of this study are revealed by describing <em>Da'i Nagari</em> as an extension of the regional government in developing rural communities. The presence of <em>Da'i Nagari</em> assists the community in resolving various religious problems, including character building, religious information development, and social issues.</p>

Iklim Organisasi di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat

This study aims to obtain information about the organisational climate in the education office and West Pasaman district seen from indicators of warmth, innovation, cooperation, openness, support and responsibility in the West Pasaman District Education and Culture Office. This type of research is descriptive research. The research population was all employees at the West Pasaman Regency Education and Culture Office, totaling 72 people. Determination of the magnitude is determined by the Slovin formula, withdrawal using saturated sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale and tested its validity and reliability. Furthermore, the data collected is analysed by finding the average and categorising the level of achievement. The results showed that organisational climate was seen 1) warmth 4.3, 2) innovation 4.3, 3) collaboration 4.4, 4) openness 4.4 5) support 4.3 and 6) responsibility 4.3. So the organisational climate in the Pasaman Barat district education office is included in the conducive category with an average score of 4.4..

The effectiveness of inquiry-based learning towards eleventh graders reading comprehension on analytical exposition text

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Inquiry-Based Learning on students' reading comprehension on analytical exposition text in the eleventh graders of MIPA of MAN 3 Pasaman Barat. The study was prompted by a number of issues that arise on a regular basis during the teaching and learning process, particularly in senior high school. The key issue that will be addressed in this study is the usage of teacher-centered learning, which prevents students from actively participating in the learning process. The experimental research was used in this study. The participants in this study were the eleventh graders of MIPA of MAN 3 Pasaman Barat. This study's sample consisted of 35 students from the XI MIPA 1 class as the experimental class and 35 students from the XI MIPA 2 class as the control class. According to the findings of this study, the mean score post-test experiment class was 68.15, whereas the control class was 64.07. As a result, the experimental class outperformed the control class. The reading ability of students was assessed using the t-test, which yielded Tcalculated = 2.13 and Ttable(0.95:62) = 1.676 at a 95% confidence level. It can be concluded that tcalculated > ttabel, as H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Thus, inquiry-based learning had a significant effect towards students' reading comprehension of analytical exposition text.

The Relationship Between the Tutor's Learning Approach and Students' Learning Enthusiasm in Package C PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya antusias belajar warga belajar pada paker C PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat. Hal ini diduga karena pendekatan belajar tutor yang digunakan kurang cocok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1. Mendeskripsikan pendekatan belajar yang digunakan tutor di paket C di PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat, 2. Mendeskripsikan antusias warga belajar di paket C di PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat, 3. Mengetahui hubungan pendekatan belajar dengan antusias belajar warga belajar di paket C di PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis korelasional. Populasi penelitian ialah berjumlah 30 warga belajar dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakam Stratified Random Sampling dan diambil sebanyak 70% yaitu 21 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan alat pengumpulan data berupa daftar pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan Rank Order. Hasil penelitian menemukan : 1) Gambaran pendekatan belajar tutor di paket C PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat dikategorikan kurang baik; 2) Gambaran antusias warga belajar di paket C PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat dikategorikan rendah; 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendekatan belajar tutor dengan antusias belajar warga belajar di paket C PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat. Selanjutnya saran diharapkan bahwa : 1) Diharapkan kepada tutor agar menggunakan pendekatan yang tepat dalam belajar yang sesuai dengan sasaran / warga belajar yang dihadapi sehingga dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif; 2) Diharapkan kepada warga belajar agar dapat lebih antusias dalam mempelajari materi yang diberikan tutor sehingga memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih maksimal; 3) Diharapkan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat berinovasi dengan meneliti variabel yang baru sehingga dapat menambah dan memperbanyak variabel yang ada.

Social and Economic Change Through Salted Fish Management Efforts in Air Bangis Village West Pasaman Regency

The main issue in this research is to examine the forms of social and economic changes caused by salted fish management efforts, as well as to explain the impacts arising from salted fish management in the village of Air Bangis, Sungai Beremas Subdistrict, Pasaman Barat Regency. The research method used is field research with qualitative methods. The study was conducted in the village of Air Bangis. Data collection techniques employed by the researcher include observation, interviews, documentation using a mobile phone, books, and pens. Primary and secondary data sources were used in this study. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions, and to ensure data validity, the researcher used source triangulation. Based on the researcher's findings, changes in the community around the salted fish management business in the Air Bangis area, Sungai Beremas Subdistrict, Pasaman Barat Regency, include social changes such as shifts in mindset and interaction patterns. Economic changes include increased income and changes in livelihoods. Besides affecting the location of salted fish management, this also has social and economic impacts on the community. Positive impacts include improved social relationships, job opportunities, and fulfilling livelihood needs, while negative impacts include environmental pollution and social jealousy between workers and those not employed in the salted fish management facility.

Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Motivasi Siwa Mengikuti Kegiatan Pramuka Kelas VIII di MTsN 2 Pasaman Barat

The factors that influence students' motivation to participate in extracurricular activities are the focus of this study. These factors may originate within the student (internal factors) or from without (external factors). Students' needs, hopes, and interests are all internal factors that can influence their interest in and participation in extracurricular activities. However, external factors include things like family, the natural world, and social equilibrium.This study aims to shed light on the most influential factors influencing grade eight students' decision to participate in extracurricular activities. This study combines descriptive methods with quantitative estimation. Data collection software that makes use of angkets. This study's sample population consists of the sixty-five students that participated in the pre-exam activities at Class VIII of MTsN 2 in Pasaman Barat. This study used a non-probabilistic sampling technique called "total sampling," in which the entire population was sampled because the study's population was less than 100. This study used SPSS to conduct a thorough validity test, replicability test, normality test, homogeneity test, and factor analysis on the collected data. The research results show that the factors that influence students' motivation to participate in pramuka activities at the eighth grade level at MTsN 2 Pasaman Barat are as follows: the first factor is students' expectations, with an eigen value of 4.532, or 20.601%; the second factor is students' family environments, with an eigen value of 2,453, or 11.150%; and the third factor is students' school environments, with an eigen value of 4.532. That's why hope is the most important of those other twelve factors.
 

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

The scope of human resource management in general discusses matters relating to humans, including employee job satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is a factor that is considered important, because it can affect the organization's overall fraud. The satisfaction felt by employees at work is an indication that employees have feelings of pleasure in carrying out work assignments. Job satisfaction is also a positive employee attitude towards various situations in the workplace. This study aims to look at the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and feelings on job satisfaction in Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat employees. Sampling using a saturated sample that is as many as 56 employees. The results obtained are motivation and content on employee performance that affect employee performance at Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat.

Work-Life Balance and Wellbeing: The Moderating Role of Social Support

This study analyzes (1) the effect of work life balance on well-being in the nurses at Ibnu Sina Hospital Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat (2) the effect of social support on well-being of nurses at Ibnu Sina Hospital, Simpang Empat, Pasaman Barat (3) the effect of work life balance on well-being in the nurses of the Ibnu Sina Hospital Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat with social support as moderation. This research is a causal research. The population in this study were nurses at the Ibnu Sina Hospital, Simpang Empat, Pasaman Barat. The number of samples used is the population of 80 people who are taken using saturated sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM using Smart PLS analysis. The results of this study show: (1) work life balance has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of nurses at the Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat Hospital in West Pasaman (2) Social support has a positive and significant effect on well-being for nurses at the Ibnu Sina Hospital, Simpang Empat, Pasaman Barat (3) social support does not significantly moderate the effect of work life balance on well-being in nurses at the Ibnu Sina Hospital, Simpang Empat, Pasaman Barat.

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak Terhadap Perilaku Religius Siswa Di Kelas X IPS Man 1 Pasaman Barat

This study is based on the phenomena experienced by social studies students in class X MAN 1 West Pasaman. The researcher saw that at the research site there were still some students who did not live up to the moral creed material. This can be proven when students talk to their friends using impolite words, even heard when talking to their teacher. Then there are students who don't attend congregational prayers, students who don't want to read the Koran, and some are even hostile to their classmates, it's not uncommon for teachers to greet students without answering them. .and there are many other things behind the change or decline in a student's religious behavior. This research is a correlational research with quantitative data orientation. The sample of this research is students of class X IPS MAN 1 Pasaman Barat. There were a total of 80 people. The results showed that the analysis and discussion of the research data took the sig value from the results of hypothesis testing in the coefficient table. 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the learning variable of morals and faith (X) influences religious behavior. (Y ).

Implementasi Materi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Penguatan Karakter Religius Siswa Di SMKN 1 Koto Balingka

This research is motivated by the problem of the religious character of students which is increasingly concerning and needs the attention of all parties, including educational institutions. The importance of character education requires PAI teachers to pay more attention to strengthening the religious character of students in schools, including students in class XI TITL 1 (Electrical Installation Engineering) at SMK N 1 Koto Balingka. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning materials in strengthening the religious character of class XI TITL 1 students at SMKN 1 Koto Balingka, West Pasaman Regency and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning materials in strengthening the Religious Character of students in class XI TITL 1 At SMKN 1 Koto Balingka. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study type of research. This research collects data by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis starts from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of Islamic religious education learning materials in strengthening the religious character of class XI TITL 1 students at SMKN 1 Koto Balingka Pasaman Barat, namely through in-curricular activities and through extra-curricular activities. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning materials in strengthening the religious character of class XI TITL 1 students at SMKN 1 Koto Balingka, West Pasaman district, are adequate libraries, classrooms and the presence of the Koran. The inhibiting factors are the students themselves who lack awareness in implementing religious activities at school, the backgrounds of students who differ in terms of religious understanding, the environment or student associations which tend to be less relevant to the process of strengthening students' religious character and inadequate places of worship.
