Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Example Non Example dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Prosedur

This experimental research was motivated by a problem in learning Indonesian: the low score of students' learning outcomes in writing procedural texts. Based on this, this research was conducted to know the effect of the Example Non Example learning model and learning motivation on the skills of writing procedure text. The samples of this study were students in grade 7-I (experimental class) and grade 7-H (control class) at MTs Negeri 4 Pasaman Barat for the academic year 2020/2021. The data of this research are the score of the learning motivation questionnaire and the test scores for writing procedural text writing skills in the experimental and control classes. The final results of this study indicate that the Example Non Example learning model has a good effect on the writing skills of the seventh-grade students of MTs Negeri 4 Pasaman Barat. It can be seen from the scores of students' procedural text writing skills taught using the Example Non Example cooperative learning model better than students taught using conventional learning models. Furthermore, there is also an interaction between the Example Non-Example learning model and learning motivation so that students can write procedure texts better.

STUDI TENTANG UPACARA ADAT PERKAWINAN DI KECEMATAN KINALI PASAMAN BARAT

The researcher's background in making this thesis is due to changes in the series of traditional wedding ceremonies and bridal make-up in West Kinali Pasaman District, as well as the existence of several series of traditional ceremonies and make-up processes that were left behind as in a series of ceremonies before marriage, namely mancari chickens (proposing). usually done by a mamak to find a mate for his nephew but in Kinali sub-district this process is rarely done. Meanwhile, a series of marriage ceremonies, namely the marriage contract, was previously carried out at night, namely at the night of cooking rice, but over time the marriage contract was carried out during the day. In the form of bridal make-up in Kinali Subdistrict, before the bride was make-up she first performed the bahieh ritual, but nowadays bahieh ritual is very rarely done because makeup artists are more following the trend of makeup. Many wedding ceremonies in Kinali Pasaman Barat Subdistrict have been changed over the years but still follow the prevailing customs. Previously, bridal make-up in Kinali Pasaman Barat Subdistrict, before the bride and groom were dressed, they first performed the bahieh ritual, but over time, makeup artists followed the current trend of makeup. The form of bridal clothing and accessories in West Kinali Pasaman Subdistrict, the bridal clothing consists of batabue, tokah, kodek / skirt, suntiang gadang bridal accessories, kaluang and galang, groom's clothing consists of skirt, vest, sarawa, sasampiang, bridal accessories saluak, kaluang, galang and keris. Wedding clothing, along with the times, has been modified a lot as well as various clothing colors, which used to be identical to the red color of the wedding dress. The meaning of wedding dress in Kinali Pasaman Barat Subdistrict, suntiang, implies that a heavy burden will be borne by a wife when living a married life. Saluak is a male head covering which has a meaning as a symbol of the leader in the gadang house after having a family. As well as leading the children and their nephews according to the customary saying of minang anak dipangku kamanakan in urang kampuang dipatenggangkan. The skirt symbolizes the wearer's greatness and big spirit.

Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT.Bakrie Pasaman Plantations

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work facilities and career development have on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Bkrie Pasaman Plantations Air Balam . Methods of data analysis using a questionnaire, with a sample of 82 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work facilities on improving employee performance,Meanwhile, Job Facilities and Career Development through Job Satisfaction have an effect of 69.2% while the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the company's management can improve performance by improving work facilities through office equipment, transportation, career development through training, education and job satisfaction through increasing salaries and promotions at PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantaions Air Balam Pasaman Barat.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN SCRAMBLE TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SD KELAS III PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA

This research aims to determine the effect of students' learning motivation through the application of the scramble learning model. This research is a research design with non-equivalent control group design, and quantitative research in the form of quasi-experimental research. This research was conducted at SDN 18 Lembah Melintang, Pasaman Barat. The population of this research is the third grade students of SDN 18 Lembah Melintang in the academic year 2021/2022. The samples of this study were 28 students in class IIIA and 26 students in class IIIB. The sampling technique used is "saturated sampling". Data analysis technology uses quantitative descriptive statistics to compare the average score of the final questionnaire on the Learning Motivation Scale with the help of Microsoft Excel. The results showed that the average final questionnaire for the control class was 97, while the average for the experimental class was 99. The results of the independent t-test analysis above can be seen the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000<0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in students' learning motivation in the control class and the experimental class. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Scramble learning mode will affect the learning motivation of third grade students at SDN 18 Lembah Melintang, so teachers must be able to use scramble learning mode to convey learning, because this learning mode has been proven to improve students' learning abilities and motivation.

LEARNING MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS ON SCIENCE SUBJECT THROUGH ONLINE LEARNING AT MTsN 3 PASAMAN BARAT

Using technology in education field can create the interesting ambiance studying and also communicative between teacher and students. One of using technology information Online Learning. Online learning is very helpful to increase studying activities. It is coused by students as millennial generation, they like things that is easy to get. Students cas access anywhere and anytime use their smartphone. Online learning can increase the learning motivation from students. Online learning provides the interesting learning features. The type of this research is descriptive quatitative. The aims of this research is to know the motivation learning students through Online Learning in Students on Science Field at MTsN 3 Pasaman Barat. The technique of sampling is random sampling that involve 60 respondence from students. Analysing data of this research uses SPSS 16.0 for windows. Pengenalan Pendidikan Seni Tari Pada Anak Taman Kanak-Kanak

The limitations of kindergarten teachers, who generally do not have an art education background, are not a barrier to not teaching dance to kindergarten children, because learning the art of dance in kindergarten children is prioritized on how teachers can motivate students to be able to carry out locomotor movements with confidence that can be done while playing. Based on the results of the training provided to kindergarten teachers throughout the district. Pasaman Barat is able to organize simple dances and can be taught to kindergarten children according to the level of difficulty and characteristics of kindergarten children. In this training, teachers are trained to explore and imitate movements according to the level of understanding and abilities of kindergarten children as objects that are used as a source of expression for expressive movements for students. The technique used during the training is the group method. In each group, the teacher identifies the characteristic tendencies of the students, which then after getting the ideas, then the ideas and ideas are developed in a theme as the basis for constructing a series of dance moves so that they become a dance repertoire that is ready to be taught to kindergarten children. Thus the dance that is taught to kindergarten children can be done by class teachers even though they do not have a background in dance education. The dance that is taught can be felt by students, because the material provided is adjusted to the level of difficulty and characteristics of the child. Furthermore, dance learning in kindergarten children is more aimed at exploring the potential that exists in children through the process of exploration and imitation so as to give birth to expressive movements according to the level of understanding carried out while playing in a pleasant atmosphere.

Implementasi Program Literasi Keagamaan dalam Upaya Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Aqidah Akhlak di MTs Negeri 5 Pasaman Barat pada Masa Covid-19

To maintain the quality of learning outcomes in the Covid-19 period, creativity and innovation from teachers, because activities that can usually be done directly must be transferred online, without exception in teaching and learning activities. Teachers in MTs Negeri 5 Pasaman Barat have innovation by fulfilling Islamic literature both online and available in schools. In line with this reality, this study aims to describe how religious literacy programs are implemented as an effort to improve the learning outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak during the Covid-19 period in MTs Negeri 5 West Pasaman. To achieve the purpose of this research, the approach used is qualitative, data collection techniques are carried out with observations, interviews and documentation studies. The result of the study is that first, teacher Aqidah Akhlak and Head of State MTs 5 fulfill Islamic literature in the library that can be accessed by students offline. Guru Aqidah Akhlak also provides online Islamic literature that can be accessed by online learners, either through whatsApp groups, teacher rooms and online links prepared. Second, the availability of Islamic literature both in Madrasah and online makes the learning results of Aqidah Akhlak in MTs Negeri 5 Pasaman Barat maintained.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MADRASAH AND TEACHER LEARNING STYLE WITH ARABIC LEARNING OUTCOMES

The main problem in this study is the madarasah environment, namely the classrooms that do not match the number of students at MTs Negeri 1 Pasaman Barat. It causes the students undergo the teaching and learning process in the madrasah hall and in the library room, incomplete learning equipment, and the absence of student cooperatives. The monotonous teaching style results low student achievement, as there are teachers who are still not optimal in providing variations in teaching styles in the teaching and learning process. For this reason, researchers are interested in seeing the relationship between the madrasah and the teaching style of teachers on learning achievement in Arabic. This study used quantitative methods with a correlation research design and an ex post facto design approach. The sampling technique was stratified random sampling. While the data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data processing techniques using analysis requirements testing and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the madrasah had a significant relationship with Arabic learning achievement at MTs Negeri 1 Pasaman Barat, namely 22.8%, while 77.2% was influenced by other variables. The two teaching styles had significant relationship with Arabic learning achievement by 12.9%, while 87.1% were influenced by other variables, the three madrasah environments and teacher teaching styles jointly affect Arabic learning outcomes by 21.4% and 78.6% more influenced by other variables. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, there was a relationship between the madrasah environment and the teaching style of teachers together on Arabic learning achievement where Fcount> Ftable is 4.439> 2.200, then statistically Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected.

The bottom gillnet catch composition in Sasak Ranah Pasisie coastal water, Pasaman Barat regency

This research aimed to determine the catch composition of the bottom gillnet at Sasak Ranah Pasisie coastal water, Pasaman Barat Regency, West Sumatera. The research was conducted from January to February 2019 with total of 15 fishing trip using the bottom gillnet. The gillnet used 100 m of length, 3 m of width, and 2 inches of mesh size. Each of fish sample was identified, counted, measured their length and weight, and determined the way of fish captured by gillnets. The result showed that fish catches composition using bottom gillnet consist of 26 species, i.e., 22 species of fish, two species of crabs, and two species of shrimps. The highest catch was Common ponyfish (Leiognathus sp.) as much as 23%. The other captured species were Silver grunt (Pomadasys sp.) 20,2%; Leaftail croaker (Otolithes sp.) 14,5%; Largehead hairtail (Trichiurus sp.) 6%; Moustached thryssa (Thryssa sp.) 5%; and Black pomfret (Parastromateus sp.) 5%. Based on the way of fish captured on the bottom gillnet, the predominantly fish were wedged as much as 39% from the total of fish catches, followed by gilled (30%), entangled (26%), and snagged (6%).

Struktur Gerak Silek Galombang Pada Sanggar Tunas Harapan Nagari Aua Kuniang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat

This research aims to reveal and describe the structure of Gerak Silek Gelombang Sanggar Tunas Harapan Nagari Aua Kuniang Pasaman Barat. This type of research is qualitative research using content analysis methods. The data type uses primary data and secondary data. The main instrument in this study was the researcher himself and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery, camera and flash drive. Data collection techniques are done by means of library studies, observations, interviews, documentation. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing data and concluding data. The results showed that the structure of dance motion galombang silek is analyzed with three stages consisting of the system of relationships between basic elements, grammatical hierarchical relationships and syntagmatic and paradigmatic relationship systems. The relationship between the basic elements of silek galombang dance, has a basic element that relates to attitudes and motions on the head, body, hands and feet that produce motifs that overlap and alternate attitudes. Grammatical hierarchical relationship in silek galombang dance consists of 47 motifs with 27 forms of basic motifs, phrases as many as 23 phrases, sentences as many as 9 sentences and 1 cluster. In this dance there is a syntagmatic relationship system in which this dance can not be reversed because every motion is bound and overlapping and there are also paradigmatic relationships on some motifs where this dance can be reversed.

Analysis of the Collaborative Learning Application in Reading Material at Ninth Grade of SMPN 7 Kinali Pasaman Barat

This research was designed to find out and analyze of the collaborative learning application in reading material at ninth grade of SMPN 7 Kinali Pasaman Barat. This research conducted due to several problems found in the field which were students make a fuss when working in groups, students do not listen to given the assignment by the teacher. It can be seen that there were students who work on group assignments that care and others were just busy talking with others. This research was done in order to answer the research question “What were the role of student and what were the role of teacher in collaborative learning at the ninth grade of SMPN 7 Kinali Pasaman Barat?” This research was a qualitative research using collaborative learning strategy. The purpose of this research was to find out and analyze the collaborative learning applicationin reading material at the ninth grade of SMPN 7 KinaliPasaman Barat by analyzing the teacher’s and students’ role in the collaborative learning. The researcher used interview and observation as the instrument of the research. The interview was directed to both students and teacher, which for the students contained 12 questions and for the teacher contained 7 questions. The researcher took 2 classes namely IX1 and IX2 as the observation object. Based on the finding from interview and observation of the collaborative learning in SMPN 7 Kinali Pasaman Barat, it was found that the teacher already fulfilled her role in the collaborative learning effectively, in the other hand the students still lack of the role as the cheer leader. They still laughed at their friends mistake. Besides that, the other roles that the students supposed to have were already done effectively. As the conclusion, the collaborative learning in SMPN 7 Kinali Pasaman Barat was good since the students and the teacher were doing their role effectively

Web design of borrowing books at SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang PasamanBarat Library aims to make it easier for librarians to enter books that were previously done manually, thus saving time. In this application I make it easy for library staff to do computerized input so that it can be efficient and effective. Application of SMAN 1 Valley Melintang Valley Pasaman Barat Library. The library makes it easy for library staff to enter new book data, member data and employee data at SMAN 1 Lembah Valley Pasaman Barat Library. Book data that has been inputted is stored with a MySQLdatabase so that the data is safe.This research helps in establishing a book loan system. The design system in making a book loan application at SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat was developed by using some software namely Xampp, Sublime Text, Server which is a combination of Web Server, PHP and MySQL.

Analisis Daya Saing dan Dampak Kebijakan Pemerintah terhadap Komoditas Kelapa Sawit Rakyat

Various policies are undertaken to support the increase of production and export volume of palm oil products. This study aims to analyze the competitiveness and impact of government policies on palm oil commodities in West Pasaman Regency. The research was conducted by survey method on 30 samples taken intentionally through multistage purposive sampling. The data is analyzed using Policy Analysis Matrix and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that the commodity of palm oil in Pasaman Barat Regency is competitive based on competitive advantage and comparative advantage both in the form of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) and Crude Palm Oil (CPO). This is evidenced by the value of Privat Cost Ratio on FFB of 0.72 and CPO of 0,86; Domestic Resource Cost Ratio on FFB of 0.66 and CPO of 0,96; the value of private profit on FFB of 87 million rupiah and CPO of 35 billion rupiah; and social profit on FFB of 122 million rupiah and CPO of 11 billion rupiah. The impact of government policy indicated that government policies are disincentive to output, protective to tradable input, and indicated a subsidy to domestic factors. This is showed by Nominal Protection Coefficient Output on FFB of 0.82 and CPO of 0.89; Nominal Protection Coefficient Input on FFB of 0.50 and CPO of 1.00; Effective Protection Coefficient on FFB of 0.93 and CPO of 0.80; Protection Coefficient on FFB of 0.71 and CPO of 3.21; and Subsidy Ratio to Produce on FFB of -0.09 and CPO of 0.09.

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH PADA PT. BANK NAGARI SUMATERA BARAT CABANG SIMPANG EMPAT PASAMAN BARAT

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the Quality of Service (X) which consists of 5 research variables namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty and Customer Loyalty (Y) at PT. Bank Nagari, West Sumatra Branch Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat, using data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire of 100 respondents. In data analysis using validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests namely normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. As for testing the hypothesis that is the F test, the T test, the determinant coefficient R2 using SPSS tools. The results showed that the Tangible variable did not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, Reliability variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, responsiveness variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, Assurance variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch, Empathy variable does not affect customer loyalty at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat West Pasaman Branch. Based on the results of linear regression testing found that the variable Service Quality consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy does not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Self efficacy, physical work environment and job satisfaction

The aim of this research is to know and analyze the influence of self efficacy and physical work environment on employee satisfaction in Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat. This research belongs to the type of causative descriptive research. The population in this study were all employer in Sejati Swalayan, Pasaman Barat. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique which amounted to 36 people. The analysis technique used is SPSS. The outcomes of this investigation are: (1) Self-efficacy take effect an absolute to job satisfaction in employees of Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat. (2) Physical Work Environment take effect positive effect to job satisfaction on employees of Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat.

PENGARUH MEDIA VIDEO TUTORIAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MENGGAMBAR MODEL DI KELAS VIII MTSN 4 PASAMAN BARAT

This research is a quantitative research which aims to see and find out whether or not there is an effect of using video tutorial media on the learning outcomes of Model Drawing at MTsN 4 West Pasaman. The population of this study was all VIII grade students of MTsN 4 Pasaman Barat. As for the research sample, using class VIII A and class VIII B. The sampling of the two classes used the Simple Random Sampling technique). To analyze the data, the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing were used to analyze the data. The conclusion of this study is that learning using video tutorial media has a significant effect on learning outcomes to draw models in class VIII MTsN 4 Pasaman Baarat.Keywords: Learning Media, Video Tutorials, Learning Outcomes

Gambaran Cara Orang Tua Dalam Membentuk Kebiasan Belajar Menurut Anak

This research is motivated by many teenagers who get good learning result at SLTP level Kanagarian Kinali, Kinali District, Pasaman Barat Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the parent's way of forming the child's learning habits in terms of the following aspects: 1) arranging the learning schedule together with the child, 2) accompanying and assisting the child in learning, 3) giving praise to the child and 4) assisting the child in eliminating anxiety and saturation in learning. This study used quantitative descriptive method.The population in this study was 109 adolescents.Samples were taken 25% using stratified rondom sampling technique, so there were 27 people. collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. Technique of analysis using technique percentage. The result of this research show that parent in forming child's learning habit is included into good category

The improvement of paddy soil chemical properties following the application of rice husk derived biocharin the Regency of Sijunjung

The district of Dharmasraya, Sijunjung and Pasaman Barat are the three main locations of illegal gold mining in West Sumatra. This kind of activity triggers a lot of land-use changes and the loss of agricultural land within those areas and creates environmental problems as well. Decreasing agricultural land will bring a significant impact on food availability within the region. To protect the scarcity of food, we conducted remediation of ex-gold mining land on those three locations by using biochar made from rice husk. This study was carried on at Batu Manjulur village, Kupitan sub-district in Sijunjung for four months, where soil sample was analyzed at Soil Science Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Andalas University. The experiment use 6 level of biochar application, run from A [without biochar]; B [fulfil of 2% soil organic matter content [SOM]]; C [fulfil 3% SOM]; D [fulfil 4% SOM], E [fulfil 5% SOM] and F [fulfil 6% SOM] with three replication. The result shows the application of rice husk-derived biochar increased soil quality including the chemical properties of the soil and improving nutrient retention and land productivity.

The Effect of Hots-Oriented Worksheets on Heat and Kinetic Theory of Gases on Students' Critical and Creative Thinking Ability with Guided Inquiry Model in Grade XI SMA Al-Istiqamah Pasaman Barat

This research aims to see how effect of HOTS-oriented worksheets on heat and kinetic theory of gases on students' critical and creative thinking ability with guided inquiry model in grade XI SMA Al-Istiqamah Pasaman Barat. The type of research used is quasi-experimental. In this research, two classes were used as the sample class, where class XI IPA 1 was the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 was the control class. The difference in treatment between the two classes is that in the experimental class the product given is HOTS-oriented worksheets while in the control class the product given is conventional student worksheets in schools. For the treatment equation in the two classes, the learning model used is the guided inquiry learning model. The technique for collecting data was a written test with HOTS oriented questions. Critical and creative thinking skills are the basis for assessment in this research. The results of the study after being given treatment in both classes found that the highest skill score between the two classes was the value obtained by the experimental class. Based on the research that has been done, it is concluded that after being given treatment to the sample class, there is an increase in students' critical and creative thinking skills for each indicator. The improvement of students' critical and creative thinking skills on each indicator got higher results in the experimental class than the control class.

Pengaruh Pemberian Air Susu Ibu dan Fototerapi terhadap Ikterus Neonatorum di Ruang Perinatologi RSUD Pasaman Barat

Neonatal jaundice is a common problem in the care of normal newborns. West Pasaman Regional Hospital data states that in 2018 there were 41 cases of neonatal jaundice out of 369 deliveries. The research objective was to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding and phototherapy on the incidence of neonatal jaundice. The research method is retrospective, namely conducting research on past events. The research was conducted at RSUD Pasaman Barat with a population of 20 people. Sampling was done by total sampling technique, so that the sample size is 20 people. Data collection was carried out by means of observation at the West Pasaman Regional Hospital. The approach used is cross sectional, namely independent and dependent data collection is done at the same time. The data that has been collected is then processed manually and analyzed by computerized univariate and bivariate analysis. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional design. The study population was all babies in West Pasaman Regional Hospital with a total of 41 people, the sample size was determined by the total sampling so that the sample was 41 people. The data was collected by means of a documentation study using a checklist. Data processing was carried out by univariate computerization. The results showed that as many as 13 respondents (31.7%) were breast-fed, 63.4% were carried out with phototherapy and 24.4% of respondents had neonatal jaundice. Based on the bivariate analysis obtained p value 0.049 (Breastfeeding) and 0.001 (Phototherapy). The results of the Chi Square test, it can be concluded that there is an effect of breastfeeding and phototherapy on the incidence of neonatal jaundice
