Analisis Efisiensi dan Produktivitas Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah di Jabodetabek Periode 2019-2023

This research aims to analyze the efficiency and productivity of BPRS in Jabodetabek, totaling 17 BPRS during the 2019-2023 observation period. This research uses the BCC or VRS model as a basic model in analyzing bank efficiency and productivity using Data Envelopment Analysis and the Malmquist Productivity Index. This research uses input variables, namely third party funds and operational expenses, as well as output variables, namely operational income and financing. The results obtained from efficiency analysis using DEA show that there are still many BPRS in Jabodetabek that have not achieved maximum efficiency. The average Jabodetabek BPRS efficiency score fluctuates from year to year during the period 2019 to 2023, with an overall average efficiency of 0.716648. Meanwhile, the average productivity of BPRS in Jabodetabek is 1,102. In 2020 there was a decline in the efficiency and productivity of BPRS due to the Covid-19 pandemic. But Back shows recovery in 2021 to 2023.

The Effect of Third Party Funds, CFO, Debt Ratio on Earning Quality of Islamic Commercial Bank

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect Earnings Quality. This research will offer a new and broader view on the factors that influence the profit quality of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. This research use quantitative study that uses multiple regression analysis methods. The data used is panel data from 2019-2022. The factors analyzed for their influence in this study are Third Party Funds, CFO, and DER. The model estimation used is multiple regression analysis with a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the CFO and DER have an impact on earnings quality, while, third third-party Funds do not affect Earnings Quality. These findings indicates that banks need to pay more attention to managing operating cash flow (CFO) and capital structure (DER) to improve earnings quality. Proper management of these two variables can help banks achieve more stable and transparent financial performance. Although Third Party Funds do not significantly affect earnings quality, their management is still important to maintain the stability of the bank’s liquidity. These results also suggest that investors and other stakeholders may need to focus on CFO and DER as key indicators when assessing a bank’s earnings quality.

Credit Crunch Detection in Indonesia

This research analyzes the credit crunch phenomenon in Indonesia using the Simultaneity method. The data taken is time series data on the demand and supply side of credit. The research results show that the credit crunch phenomenon occurs from the demand and supply sides. The factors of credit demand are Credit Interest Rate (CIR) and Inflation. Meanwhile, from the supply side, namely Credit Interest Rate (CIR), Third Parties Fund (TPF), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Non-Performing Loans (NPL). The results of research using the Two Stage Least Square approach show that, simultaneously, the variables inflation, CIR, NPL, NIM, TPF have an influence on the demand and supply of credit which triggers a credit crunch during the Covid-19 pandemic.

THE EFFECT OF THIRD-PARTY FUNDS, FINANCING, AND EQUITY ON NET INCOME BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA

Third party funds, financing, and equity are important factors in some of the factors that influence net income, which take money from the public and then rechannel it into society. This research is aimed at knowing the impact Third-party fund, Financing, and Equity to Net income with research subject Bank Muamalat Indonesian period 2014-2023. This study employs multiple linier regression analysis and quantitative approaches. The study object is presented as published financial reports from Bank Muamalat Indonesia (2014-2023). And analyzed with the Eviews 12 statistical tool. The outcome of the study demonstrate Third-Party Funds a positive and significant effect on Net Income because the t-count value for Third-Party Funds > t-table is 2,9206 > 2,0280 and the significant value for Third-Party Funds < 0,05 is 0,0060 < 0,05. The result of Financing has a positive and insignificant impact on Net Income this is shown by the t-count value for Financing < t-table is 0,6558 < 2,0280 and the significant value for Financing > 0,05 is 0,5161 > 0,05. The results of Equity a negative and insignificant impact on Net Income because the t-count value of Equity < t-table is -0,1850 < 2,0280 and significant value for Equity > 0,05 is 0,8542 > 0,05. Simultaneously Third-party Funds, Financing, and Equity the effect Net Income, this is proven by the value significant F test 0,0007 < 0,05. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,3198 or 31,98%, which means that the Third-Party Funds, Financing, and Equity variables the effect net Income by 31.98%, while other factors not included in this study account for 68,02% of the explanation.

Tinjaun Yuridis Terhadap Kesiapan Kewajiban Spin Off Bagi Unit UsahaSyariah (UUS) Menjadi Bank Umum Syariah (BUS)

Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking in Article 68 paragraph 1 and Article 40 Article 40PBI No. 11/10/PBI/2009 mandates that every Sharia Business Unit (UUS) which is a sharia unit in aConventional Commercial Bank (BUK) to separate itself (spin-off). and it is explained that UUS is obligedto separate into BUS if the value of UUS assets has reached 50% (fifty percent) of the total asset value ofits parent BUK. The spin-off time is no later than 15 (fifteen) years from the enactment of the law, namely2023. The aim of this writing is to determine the impact of the spin-off on UUS by analyzing the solutionsthat can be offered. The research results show that it is necessary to review Law Number 21 of 2008concerning Sharia Banking by considering the financial condition of UUS. Apart from that, UUS whichhas carried out a spin-off by becoming a new BUS can optimize the use of Third Party Funds in the formof financing and other services. In order to encourage BUS growth, support from the government isneeded, such as providing tax incentives and simplifying regulations on capital participation. Apart fromthat, the new BUS needs to carry out various innovations by adding financing products and developingexisting products. This research aims to determine the readiness of the Spin Off obligation for UUS tobecome a BUS and the issue of readiness to fulfill the obligations of UUS to become a BUS in July 2023.Keywords: Spin-off Obligations, Sharia Business Units (UUS), Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS)

Reforms of Political Finance: Strengthening Democracy by Reducing the Impact of High-Cost Politics

This study has two objectives: First, to examine high-cost politics in Indonesian elections; Second, to propose measures to strengthen the Ministry of Home Affairs’ authority in political finance supervision and enhance regulations to promote electoral transparency, using the recent Indonesian elections as a case study. Indonesia’s political process is characterized by high-cost politics, where candidates often face pressure to raise substantial funds to finance their election campaigns. Consequently, elections, meant to serve as a democratic platform for all Indonesians, frequently become subject to abuse by individuals seeking to attain power. The primary goal of this study is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the high-cost politics in Indonesian elections and its impacts on democratic integrity. The study utilized a normative juridical methodology, incorporating statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicated that transactional and money politics, along with high-cost politics in Indonesia’s elections, pose a serious threat to democracy. The Ministry of Home Affairs and the General Election Supervisory Agency must strengthen their legal instruments to monitor political party finances. Furthermore, political actors must be encouraged to reduce high-cost politics.

Voting equilibria and public funding of political parties

AbstractDirect public funding to political parties exists in most OECD countries and its allocation is executed on the basis of two principles: (i) proportional to the votes (or alternatively the number of seats), and (ii) equal distribution. We consider a situation in which there are two scenarios and two policies, where the optimal policy for each scenario is different. We study which policy is implemented when public political funding is introduced and voters are uncertain about the realized scenario. First, when the goal is to implement the optimal policy, we find that direct public funding to political parties is necessary if voters are more likely to be right than wrong about the scenario. Second, we characterize all equilibria based on voters’ beliefs, the amount of money proportionally allocated, and the parties’ preferences over the pairs scenario-policy and being in office.

PENGARUH VARIABEL MAKROEKONOMI TERHADAP DANA PIHAK KETIGA PADA BANK KONVENSIONAL DI INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic variables on the collection of third party funds at conventional banks in Indonesia. The data used is monthly time series data from January 2017 to December 2022. The method used in this study is the Vector Autoregression (VAR)/Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method. However, in choosing between the two methods, stationarity test must be done first. The variables used include inflation, BI rate, crude oil price, and gold price. The results of the study show that the inflation variable has a positive influence, while the BI rate, crude oil price, and gold price variables have a negative influence on third party funds of conventional banks in Indonesia. This research is expected to be applied to banking policy makers with the aim of being insightful to be able to adjust policies when there is instability in macroeconomic variables and for economic policy regulators in determining policies that can stabilize the banking system. In addition, it is used as knowledge for customers to make better decisions regarding investment portfolios with the aim of identifying risks based on macroeconomic conditions.

A Third-Party Funds, Capital Adequacy, Bi Rate On The Profitability Of Digital Bank Indonesia

Profitability refers to a company's capacity to make profits within a specific timeframe, by comparing the earnings generated with the assets or capital used. Based on theory, Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy, and BI Rate can influence profitability. Bank Digital Indonesia's profitability is projected to decline during the winter of 2022-2023. The objective of this study is to ascertain and partially examine the impact of the variables Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy, and BI Rate on the Profitability of Bank Digital Indonesia. To ascertain and analyze the concurrent impact of the variables Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy, and BI Rate on the Profitability of Bank Digital Indonesia.This study utilized a sample of 12 digital banks spanning the time frame from 2022 to 2023. The selection technique employed was purposive sampling, which involved selecting a sample of 5 digital banks based on 8 quarterly reports. This resulted in a total of 40 data points in the sample. This research employed an associative approach, utilizing E-Views 10 as a tool for data processing. The findings of this study indicate that partially, Third Party Funds do not have a significant impact on Profitability. Similarly, Capital Adequacy does not have a significant influence on Profitability. Additionally, the BI Rate does not have a significant effect on Profitability. Meanwhile, the profitability is influenced by the Third-Party Funds, Capital Adequacy, and BI Rate, all of which occur simultaneously.

A Study of the Influence of Religious and Nationalist-Based Political Parties in the Compilation of Legal Products Based on Legal Regulations

The ideology of political parties is divided into four categories: parties with Islamic ideology, secular nationalist ideology, religious nationalist ideology, and parties with Christian ideology. The regeneration process will bring out prospective leaders who have been tested in carrying out organisational work or society, and then the emerging decisions will be directed at achieving the goals of the country. These party cadres make a reflection of political parties related to ideology, which is expected to make policies in accordance with ideology, through being regional leaders. The research method used is sociological juridical with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach to obtain the answers to the problems studied, supported by secondary data and other data. When referring to the party principles owned by each political party, in general, political parties are based on three ideologies: Islam, Nationalism and Democratic Socialism. Political parties have an obligation to be able to build their own capacity; therefore, they have sufficient capability to fulfill what has been mandated by law. The fading of ideology has weakened the ties between political parties and their members, which in turn has resulted in the weakness of organisational networks. This condition leads the political parties to face an extreme dilemma. The way to collect party funds is by making policies that benefit certain parties. However, with transactional politics, the policies taken are not pro-people. The importance of the party's stand in policymaking is marked by their close relationship with elected and appointed political officials. For this reason, the party can see its role and influence in public policy using organisational theory. This fact shows that political parties are a more powerful element in the policy-making process than they should be.

This research aims to determine the profitability of banks which is influenced by several factors. While this research uses purposive sampling with the analysis technique of Statistical Package for the Social Sciens and Path Analysis. The results of this study conclude: Capital Adequacy Ratio has a negative contribution to the level of bank profitability. The ratio of third party funds has a contribution to the level of bank profitability. Capital Adequacy Ratio has a negative contribution to Banking Credit Distribution (LDR, Third Party Funds Ratio (TPF) has a contribution to Banking Credit Distribution. Capital Adequacy Ratio has a contribution to the level of Banking Profitability by Lending as Intervening. Third Party Funds Ratio has a contribution to the level of Banking Profitability by Lending as Intervening Credit has a negative contribution to the level of bank profitability.

While this study uses secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the results of the Independent variable test showing that Third Party Funds, inflation, and the Capital Adequacy Ratio have a positive and significant effect on consumer credit at Bank Persero in Indonesia. While the exchange rate has no significant effect on consumer credit at Bank Persero in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the effect of Total Assets, Third Party Funds and Operating Costs on Total financing and measure the efficiency level of Bank Aladin Syariah in the 2020-2022 period. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative research type. The data used in this study comes from the financial statements of Bank Aladin Syariah. The results showed that partially Total Assets had a significant effect on Total Financing of Bank Aladin Syariah. While Third Party Funds and Operating Costs have no effect on Total Financing. The highest efficiency value of Bank Aladin Syariah according to the Stochastic Frontier Analysis method occurred in the 2022 period. The implication of the research results is that the Bank Aladin Syariah policy improves its operational performance by being able to rationalize its operating costs. The highest efficiency value in 2022, the bank can concentrate policies by maintaining and improving efficiency through sustainable policies, regular evaluation, and adaptation to changes in the business environment. Bank Aladin Syariah can ensure the sustainability and improvement of its operational performance

Potensi Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia Dalam Pola Dasar Manajemen dan Dana Pihak Ketiga

This article aims to examine the potential of sharia banking in Indonesia in terms of basic management patterns and third party funds. The method used in this research is the library research. The research results explain that sharia bank management is reflected in the annual financial report published by the OJK and contains the Third Party Funds of the sharia bank concerned. The potential for sharia banking in Indonesia shows a positive value, this is reflected in the total assets as of January 2023 owned by Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units reaching IDR 765.36 trillion. This is also supported by an increase in Third Party Funds by 12% which is able to make BSI one of the largest sharia banks in Indonesia in the position of the sixth largest bank in Indonesia and the fourteenth position of the largest sharia bank in the world with Third Party Funds of 261. 49 Trillion

PENGARUH SEKURITISASI KPR TERHADAP ASET KPR BTN DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KEPEMILIKAN RUMAH MASYARAKAT INDONESIA

Bank funding sources that are more efficient and more independent than using only third party funds that can be withdrawn at any time by depositors. One of the efforts to overcome the dependence of third party funds for Home Ownership Credit Financing is by securitizing KPR assets that have been financed in the stock market. Types of business industries that have implemented asset securitization as a funding instrument in carrying out their business include banking, electricity, toll roads and airlines. KPR securitization by banks is considered important because it can convert KPR receivables into liquid assets without having to wait for the return of mortgage installments for the next 20 years, and the proceeds from this securitization can be used to be channeled back into new mortgages and increase the number of home ownership for Indonesian citizens. However, only state-owned banks such as Bank Mandiri and Bank BTN have only recently implemented KPR asset securitization. Bank BTN has been securitizing since 2009 and Bank Mandiri in 2016, so it can be concluded that in the current banking industry there is still a gap between the timeframe for the source of funds and those distributed in the mortgage business (mismatch funding).

At the beginning of 2022, Bank Mandiri Taspen management will not only focus on lending, but will also start encouraging each Branch Office to expand the volume of Third Party Funds as a contributor to profit growth. The purpose of this research is to determine the Internal Control System for Third Party Funds implemented by Bank Mandiri Taspen Karangnunggal Sub-Branch Office. The research method used is a qualitative method that describes facts and events that occur in the field. The data used by the author in analyzing the Internal Control System for Third Party Funds comes from primary data and secondary data. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author came to the conclusion that the Internal Control System for Third Party Funds at Bank Mandiri Taspen Karangnunggal Sub-Branch Office has been implemented well.

Determinants of Bank Profitability and Implications for Company Value with Moderating Dividend Policy

The research is quantitative and the objective is to determine the internal (Loan Quality, Third Party Fund, Managerial Efficiency) and external (BI Rate, Inflation) variables that determine Bank profitability, and the impact of this profitability on company value by moderating the Bank's stock dividend policy. The method used is panel data regression and moderated regression analysis using Eviews 10. The data used is secondary data with a sample of 10 Book 4 banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2011-2020 period. The results obtained are first Loan Quality, Third Party Funds, Managerial Efficiency, Bank Indonesia Interest Rates and Inflation Rates simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on Banking Profitability, second Banking Profitability partially has a significant and positive effect on Company Value and third Banking Profitability which is moderated by Dividend Policy partially has a significant and positive effect on Company Value

The Effect of Murabahah and Musyarakah Financing on Net Profit with Third Party Funds as a Moderating Variable at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah

### Abstract This study, titled "The Effect of Murabahah and Musyarakah Financing on Net Profit with Third Party Funds as a Moderating Variable at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah," aims to determine and analyze the impact of Murabahah financing on net profit at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah. Additionally, it seeks to examine the effect of Musharakah financing on net profit and to investigate whether third-party funds moderate these relationships. The research employs a quantitative descriptive analysis method, utilizing Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The study focuses on Bank 9 Jambi Syariah, analyzing data from the years 2012 to 2022. The results indicate that both Murabahah and Musharakah financing significantly affect net profit. However, while third-party funds do not moderate the effect of Murabahah financing on net profit, they do moderate the effect of Musharakah financing on net profit.
