Exploring the linkage between TV shows and women's empowerment in a metropolitan city of Pakistan

In Pakistan, Television (TV) morning shows attained a lot of popularity among urban women over time due to the presentation of women centric content. This study has attempted to analyze the content of TV morning shows and assessed its linkage with women's empowerment (WE) by considering a case of Lahore – a metropolitan city of Pakistan. The study relied on qualitative information from 66 episodes of selected five leading morning shows and survey data of 260 urban women viewers of TV morning shows. Content analysis of morning shows revealed that around 38–77 % episodes (varying across TV morning shows) presented the content on WE, and 44–60 % episodes invited women celebrities to portray their success journey to influence the learning behaviour of women viewers. Surveyed women perceived that the learnings from TV morning shows, particularly from the success stories of celebrities, have been effective for influencing different aspects of their empowerment such as their mobility and participation in social networking, their awareness on financial matters, choice of career and participation in household level decision making. Econometric analysis also validated the positive relationship between TV morning shows and women empowerment. Based on findings, it can be concluded that TV morning shows mainly have positive influence on women's learning behaviour and informally sensitize them on different aspects of their empowerment. Based on findings, the study highlights that well-planned TV morning shows may trigger a change in the behaviour of the public on a larger scale to achieve national objectives on women's empowerment and gender equality.

A Study on the Endogenous Dynamics of Rural Tourism Green Development in Yunnan Under the Background of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality

Yunnan Province has abundant rural tourism resources, however, the vigorous development of rural tourism in Yunnan is accompanied by ecological safety risks. Severe tourism pollution restricts the sustainable development of rural tourism in Yunnan. 'Greening' has become the main way for the sustainable development of rural tourism in Yunnan under the background of 'dual carbon'. Based on the 'dual carbon' background and combining the perspectives of 'driving factors for green development' and 'green behavior', this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of 'greening' in rural tourism communities in Yunnan during the process of rural tourism development. Combined with the social network relationships of rural tourism green development communities in Yunnan, the original model is modified. On the basis of social exchange theory and group dynamics, a relationship model between social network environment and participation behavior mechanism is formed. Through this model, the endogenous driving force of rural tourism community residents to participate in green development is explored, and methods and paths to motivate the driving force for green development are sought. Ultimately, it achieves that residents can participate, are willing to participate, and have the ability to participate in all aspects of the green development of rural tourism in Yunnan, promoting the sustainable development of rural tourism and communities in Yunnan.

Determinants of Small-Scale Farmers’ Participation in Social Capital Networks to Enhance Adoption of Climate Change Adaptation Strategies in OR Tambo District, South Africa

Globally, climate change remains one of the most pressing challenges, and it is also an obstacle to the fundamental achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. The purpose of the study was to examine the determinants of small-scale farmers’ participation in social capital networks to enhance adoption of climate change adaptation strategies. Multistage and purposive sampling were used to carry out the study. A cross-sectional research design was used to carry out the study and structured questionnaires were used as a data collection tool. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Binary Logit model, and the Ordered Logit model. The findings of the study show that gender, household size, age, marital status, education, and employment status affect a farmer’s participation in social capital networks. The results also show that household size, employment status, and income level affect the extent of participation in social networks. As the paper is the first to look at the determinants of the participation of farmers in social capital networks in Eastern Cape, the results are of paramount importance to policy formulators in order to formulate policies that will encourage farmers to join localized farmer-based social capital networks to adopt climate change adaption measures.

Psychology of the Network Crowd as a Subject of Political Extremism

The purpose of the article is to describe the psychological characteristics of the network crowd and their use to disseminate the ideology of political extremism, as well as to propose recommendations on countering these technologies. Opening the resources of foreign social networks for its citizens, Russia has become a hostage to unspoken rules. The problem with stopping the wave of extremist content demonstrates a serious threat to ensuring information sovereignty and emphasizes the relevance and significance of studying this problem. The methods of interdisciplinary theoretical analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization and conceptualization of the scientific ideas of the use of the psychological effects of the crowd in the network space, the content of the analysis of the posts of participants in telegram channels during protest actions were used. The article develops an author’s approach to understanding the phenomenon of the network crowd as a specific hybrid that has arisen on the basis of social networks, embodying elements of an organized nucleus and spontaneous periphery. The idea of the mechanism of control of an organized network crowd as a function from the composition of the content to create emotional resonance, the activities of groups that disperse information on social networks and infection leaders, involving participants in social networks with their emotional response, is justified. Conclusions are drawn about the conditions under which the network crowd turns into a threat. Recommendations are proposed to counteract the indication of participants in social networks by the ideology of extremism.

Values and economic performance across European welfare state regimes: Direct and indirect effects through social capital, human capital and managerial skills.

The values that people hold are linked to their economic performance. These links can be either direct or indirect, operating through moderating variables such as social network participation, interpersonal trust, trust in institutions, human capital, managerial skills and hours worked. In this paper these effects are studied using structural equation modelling (SEM) methodology applied to European Social Survey data from 28 European countries in 2018. Schwartz classification of values is used, distinguishing between Self-Enhancement (Power, Achievement), Openness to Change (Self-Direction), Conservation (Tradition, Security, Conformity) and Self-Transcendence (Universalism, Benevolence) values. It is found that Power has the strongest positive direct effect on economic performance, further strengthened by a positive indirect structural effect through hours worked. Self-Direction is indirectly positively linked to economic performance through higher managerial skills and hours worked. Tradition has a strong negative direct effect on economic performance. Security is indirectly negatively linked with economic performance, owing to its negative effects on interpersonal trust, management skills and hours worked. Some of the identified effects are context-dependent and vary across European welfare state regimes. For example, Power is statistically significantly linked to economic performance only in the liberal and conservative regime. Values promoted by respective welfare state regimes are not necessarily associated with higher incomes within those regimes, e.g., Tradition and Security values promoted in the conservative and Mediterranean regime are associated with lower incomes. These findings may lead to a range of policy implications, particularly in relation to the policies on immigration, demographics, the labor market, and work-life balance. Unfortunately, due to the cross-sectional character of the dataset, causal relations among the variables of interest could not be identified.

Students' participation in social networks' conflicts (based on the materials of a sociological study of Barnaul universities)

In the modern world, there is a significant number of collisions in the Internet space, which occur not only in interpersonal communication online, but also on various social networks with a large number of participants. Almost any social network that supports the function of discussion, commenting on the information provided, allows you to observe a number of pre-conflict and conflict situations. Despite the fact that the space in which communication takes place is virtual, the consequences of conflicts in it can be more than real, both for an individual and for a number of participants. Conflict situations can have an impact on the daily life of opponents and collectively affect social processes in society. In his work, the author studies in depth the nature of conflicts in social networks. The study was implemented through a quantitative method of collecting information – a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The general totality of the study was made up of students from Barnaul who are users of social networks. The study was conducted using a selective method. The sample totals 367 respondents. The sample size was determined by the capabilities of the researcher. A single-stage sampling was used, the selection unit was specific students. According to the results of the study, the following conclusions were made. Firstly, the vast majority of students use social networks every day, but only half of them have participated or are involved in conflicts. Secondly, students most often conflict on social networks with strangers and in community comments. Thirdly, trolling is still one of the important problems of social networks. A significant part of the (interviewed) students became victims of trolls. Fourth, most of the conflicts in social networks in which students participate are short-lived and occur through verbal debates. Fifth, most students choose a more "peaceful" behavior strategy. Sixth, many students determine the beginning of a conflict in a social network by negative emotions from interaction and consider the presence of physical distance to be the main feature of the described conflicts.

HOW FILIAL PIETY INFLUENCES THE LINKS BETWEEN ELDER ABUSE, SOCIAL WELL-BEING, AND DEPRESSION AMONG CHINESE SENIORS

Abstract Objectives Based on Interactive Biopsychological Model, this study examined how multi-dimensional social well-being and filial piety influence the association between elder abuse and depression among older adults in China. Methods The participants were 7,700 older adults (aged 60 years or older) enrolled in the 2018 China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey, a national population-based study of older adults. Moderated mediation models were applied to test the mediating effects of multidimensional social well-being (social isolation, loneliness, social network, and social participation) and the moderating effect of filial piety. All mediation and moderated mediation effects were estimated using SPSS.26. Results: Different dimensions of social well-being have a partial mediating effect on the association between elder abuse and depression. Traditional attitudes towards filial piety exacerbated the effects of elder abuse on depression by improving social isolation and loneliness while reversing the negative effects of elder abuse on depression through improving the social network. The interaction of elder abuse and filial piety has no significant influence on social participation. Conclusions: Although particular sociodemographic factors are associated with a greater risk of depression for elder abuse victims, our findings suggested that victims with traditional attitudes towards filial piety are more likely to feel isolated subjectively (lonely, worse social adaptation) and more depressed. This should be taken into consideration when developing culturally sensitive identification, prevention, and intervention services for older adults.

The image of the judiciary has an independent value characteristic. In the case of the formation of social representations by the judiciary, we are talking about legal meanings, the legal form of perception of reality through the implementation of judicial information policy, the presentation of the judicial community in the public space, the actions of judges and their public assessment by the judicial community itself and the society as a whole. Mediatisation of social space and the judiciary emphasises issues that seem to be related to the private sphere of a judge’s life – that is, his participation in social networks. The society is interested in the ethics of a judge from the point of view of the possibility of making higher demands to the bearer of power. But to what extent it is justified and whether ethics in general changes in the postmodern society are questions, the answers to which may affect the further development of the judiciary as an institution and its legitimisation in society.

Adoption of improved chickpea technologies for productivity enhancement in the North Western Ethiopian highlands

Efforts have been made on promoting improved chickpea technologies. However, the result is not that much impressive. This study aimed to analyze drivers of technology adoption. 224 respondents were used for this study. Multivariate Probit (MVP) and Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) models were employed. The results from MVP model, marginal success probability of adoption decision were 60%, 19%, and 17% for a variety, bio-inoculant, and chemical fertilizer, respectively. Distance from farmers' training center, farm income, livestock holding, and field day participation have significantly affected for adoption of chickpea varieties. A social network, market information, and field day participation have significantly influenced the adoption of bio-inoculant fertilizer. In addition, household size, asset owned, and field day participation has significantly influenced the adoption of chemical fertilizer. Field day participation was the most important variable for the adoption decision of chickpea technologies as a package. The results from SUR model, farmers' training center distance, farm income, livestock holding, social network and agricultural training have significantly influenced adoption intensity of improved varieties. Age, farming experience, livestock holding, social network, education status, and field day and training participation have significantly influenced the intensity of bio-inoculant adoption. In addition, Age, education status, radio owned, training participation, asset owned and farmer's perception have significantly influenced the intensity of chemical fertilizer adoption. Training participation is the most determinant factor for adoption intensity of improved technologies. Hence, government should emphasize on improving of extension services, provision of education, encouraging livestock rearing, strengthening credit access for farmers, strengthening rural infrastructure, and considering community social network for adoption of chickpea technologies.

Subjective Well-Being and Related Factors among Independent, Healthy, Community-Dwelling Older Adults in Japan.

(1) Background: Subjective well-being (SWB) is internationally recognized as an important health-related factor for most age groups and is particularly influential for life quality and expectancy in independent, healthy, community-dwelling older adults. However, the physical function and community participation correlates of SWB in independent living older adults in super-aging societies and other influencing factors remain underexplored. (2) Methods: A total of 926 independent, healthy, community-dwelling older adults aged 65 years and above registered in Yokohama, Japan, were included. Respondents' mean age was 78.1 years (standard deviation = 6.7), and 74.0% were women. The dependent variable was SWB. The independent variables were respondents' demographic characteristics, physical factors (visual, hearing, and cognitive functions, and mobility), and community and social factors (participation in community groups, social networks, and community commitment. (3) Results: The mean (standard deviation) WHO-5 score was 16.3 (5.1). Significant factors associated with WHO-5 score were visual function (odds ratio [OR]: 0.708; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.352-0.690), hearing function (OR: 0.615; CI: 0.431-0.878), community groups (OR: 1.310; CI: 1.003-1.059), community commitments (OR: 1.180; CI: 1.132-1.231), and social networks (OR: 1.525; CI: 1.142-2.037) adjusted for the effects of demographic factors. (4) Conclusions: These findings are important because factors associated with SWB are likely to contribute to individual well-being and longevity and to developing a healthy super-aged society.

Preventive health behaviors among the middle-aged and elderly in China: Does social capital matter?

This study explores the status quo of preventive care use and social capital among middle-aged and elderly people (≥45 years old) in China, and employs a multi-level model to analyze whether social capital at different levels is associated with preventive care use. The data are derived from the 2018 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS), which includes 11,503 respondents and 450 communities. Preventive care use covers the utilization of routine physical examination services. Individual social capital is measured by the level of social network and social activities participation. Social network includes contacting with children or other people, for example, by phone, text message. Social activities participation is measured by the involvement in social activities, for example, playing mahjong, going to community club. Community social capital is evaluated by the richness of community facilities. Results reveals that the utilization of preventive care is 48.94% among middle-aged and elderly in China. The most used preventive service is routine blood test. The intra-class correlation (ICC) coefficient indicates that preventive health behaviors of the respondents are clustered at communities where they live. Multi-level regression shows that influence of social network is not significant to preventive care use (p ＞ 0.05). Community facilities and individual social activities participation are significantly associated with preventive care use (p < 0.05). The association between social capital and preventive care use could be considered as an important factor when making policies to promote preventive care use.

Erminda Rentoul Esler's “Physical” and “Virtual” Networks: Women's Activism, the Irish in London, and the Local-Colour Story

ABSTRACT This article illuminates the life and work of Irish-born novelist, short-story writer, and periodical columnist Erminda Rentoul Esler (1860?–1924), who lived and worked in London from the 1890s onwards. First, the essay documents Esler's participation in various literary and social networks in London. These “physical” networks included London-based Irish revivalist groups where she interacted with other Irish and London-Irish writers, and early feminist groups such as New Women and suffragists (e.g., the Women Writers’ Suffrage League). Second, the essay explores Esler's equally important engagement with “virtual” networks of readers through her collaboration with English periodicals (women's magazines) and her local-colour stories. As this article will show, Esler's local-colour fiction of the 1890s is a critical node that joins together and interrogates discourses surrounding Irishness, the New Woman, and the transnational dimension of the regional story. Reasserting Esler's presence in the London literary marketplace and in Irish diasporic circuits highlights the complexity of regional, diasporic, and religious varieties of Irish identity that were being negotiated at the turn of the twentieth century. Her involvement also underscores the importance of these networks of sociability to encourage women's participation in society through education, professionalism, and the vote.

The mediating role of emotions in offline and online political participation: A post-social outbreak study in Ecuador and Chile.

In 2019, there was a period of social outbreaks in several Latin American countries, which share a background of social inequality, distrust in authorities, a crisis of representativeness, and discontent towards social and economic policies. In October 2019, in Ecuador and Chile, participation in these protests was characterized by street protests and broad political participation in social networks and alternative media, which were followed or interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. These facts have been deeply researched, addressing causal and structural factors of the phenomenon, the alternatives of political participation, and the role of emotions as determinants of action in these contexts. The objective of this study is to explore offline and online political participation (Facebook) after the social outbreak of 2019 in both countries, based on political interest, and how emotions intervene, especially negative ones, in a context of high demobilization. A descriptive, correlational ex post facto and cross-sectional methodology was used, with the participation of 367 people, 210 from Ecuador (57.2%) and 157 from Chile (42.8%), aged between 17 and 48 years (M = 22.13, SD = 3.73). The measurement was carried out from 2020 to 2021. A mediation analysis showed that people who are more interested in politics are more likely to experience anger and anxiety with the political and economic situation, which motivates conventional political participation (Model 1). In Model 2 people who showed greater concern about the political and economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and together with anger, favor online political participation, especially local support. These results suggest the influence of emotions on political participation, which occurs when there is an increase in social discontent due to government policies adopted during the pandemic and which represents a continuity of the discontent that was expressed in the October 2019 social outbreak.

Awareness, Willingness to Join, and Affordability of Social Health Insurance among Public Employees in Arba Minch Town, South Ethiopia

Background. As part of the efforts being made to achieve universal health coverage, Ethiopia plans to introduce a social health insurance scheme for the formal sector. Although the contribution will be collected as 3% of an employee’s gross salary from both the employee and employer, there is a concern that the premium may not be affordable for the majority of civil servants and that there could be limited interest in joining the scheme. As a result, the purpose of this study was to assess public servants’ awareness, willingness to join, and affordability of social health insurance in Arba Minch, south Ethiopia. Methods and Materials. A cross-sectional study design was used with 713 randomly chosen public employees from Arba Minch town from January 1 to 30, 2019. The survey participants were selected based on a multistage stratified random sampling method. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize awareness and affordability of the scheme, and both bivariate and multivariable logistic regressions were used to examine factors driving the outcome variables. Variables that had a p value of less than 0.25 in bivariate analysis were changed to multivariate analysis, and a p value of less than 0.05 was cutoff point for multivariate analysis. The odds ratio and 95% CI were used to report the findings. Result. In this study, 692 people voluntarily participated, which corresponds to a response rate of 97%. As the results revealed, 347 (50.1%) respondents had never heard of SHI before, 607 (87.7%) were able to afford the 3% of gross salary per month as a scheme premium, and 254 (36.7%) were willing to join the scheme. Working sector, regularly listening for health information through mass media, and social network participation were significantly associated with awareness of the SHI scheme. Also, educational status, family size, and net income were found to be significant factors associated with the affordability of the SHI scheme. On the other hand, awareness of SHI, family size, regularly listening for health information, and participation in social networks were significantly associated with willingness to join SHI during multivariate analysis. Conclusion. Half of the participants were unaware of social health insurance, suggesting that the program is not well known. Although only one-third of respondents were willing to join and pay for the program, the majority were able to afford the proposed contribution of 3% of gross wages per month.

Analysis of the increase in technology addiction during the Covid-19 pandemic and its consequences in childhood

Childhood is composed of biological and psychosocial transitions, which enable the acquisition of motor, cognitive, and affective-social domains of development. With the onset of the covid-19 pandemic in 2020 the WHO recommended that preventive measures be taken, such as closing schools as well as public places, a fact that culminated in distancing from friends and family. This has led to a greater proximity of children to technology, thus increasing their exposure to screens. According to the Brazilian Society of Pediatrics, the use of television, tablets, and computers should be equivalent to the child's age, monitored by those responsible in order to avoid excessive use. In this context, the objective of this project was to analyze the technological addictions of 4th and 5th grade students from Elementary School I in the city of Votuporanga-SP, developed before and during the Pandemic by Covid-19, and its impacts on the children's mental health. The data were collected through a semi-structured questionnaire designed to evaluate the behavior of the children regarding the use of technology and lifestyle habits, in a qualitative and quantitative way. Our results showed that the pandemic period favored a greater access to digital equipment by children, due to their use for school activities. The increased use of cell phones created the possibility of distraction with games, videos, and participation in social networks. However, they emphasized that they prefer games involving physical activity to simply using screens. We also observed that it is of fundamental importance that parents/guardians accompany the children in stimulating family interaction.

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Farmers’ Homestead Revitalization Intention from the Perspective of Social Capital

Revitalizing idle rural residential bases is essential for improving the utilization rate of residential resources, activating pastoral land resources assets, increasing farmers’ property income, and stimulating rural development vitality. Social capital is one of the essential social resources owned by farmers, which is closely related to rural social governance and farmers’ daily lives and plays an indispensable role in revitalizing residential land. Based on the theory of social capital and the survey data of 316 farm households in Shaanxi Province in 2022, this study first empirically analyzes the influencing factors of social capital and its constituent dimensions on farm households’ willingness to revitalize their home-steads using a Logit regression model, and then empirically analyzes the hierarchical structure relationship among the influencing factors using an ISM model. The results of the study show that: (1) Social capital and its three constituent dimensions of social network (“Contact with relatives, neighbors, and families” and “Contact with village committee staff”), social trust (“Trust in friends and relatives” and “Trust in village committee and other organizations”), and social participation (“Participation in meetings of village committees and other organizations”) have significant positive effects on farmers’ willingness to revitalize their residential land. (2) There are differences in the effects of different dimensions of social capital on farmers’ willingness to revitalize their homesteads: social trust as a deep-seated cause affects farmers’ social networks and social participation, which in turn affects farmers’ knowledge of homestead revitalization policies and ultimately farmers’ willingness to revitalize their homesteads. Based on the findings of the study, to improve farmers’ willingness to revitalize their homestead bases, government departments should base their efforts on the social capital characteristics of farmers, increase the cultivation of farmers’ social capital, and strengthen the publicity of the work of revitalizing homestead bases and related policies.

Migrant associations, other social networks of Portuguese Diaspora, and the modern political engagement of non-resident citizens

Portuguese emigration has a long global history and, in recent decades, has increased substantially and diversified its range of destinations. Recent emigration, predominantly to the European Union and Lusophone countries in Africa, complemented the traditional 19th to twentieth centuries’ waves of emigration to the Americas. The Portuguese Diaspora is multigenerational and globally distributed, although diverse. How are those generations of migrants organized within the local spaces of the Diaspora? Based on an innovative survey of more than 500 Portuguese Diaspora organisations, this paper shows how migrant engagement policies and practices are evolving and dealing with the new types of Diaspora relations, organisations and institutions. The main output of this research is an exploratory typology of the contemporary apparatuses of these Portuguese Diaspora systems and their nodes. This typology characterises the modern political engagement of non-resident citizens through their participation in associations and other social networks. With this pioneering paper, we intend to open a discussion regarding the means and forms available to mobilise current and past emigrant groups within a meaningful Diaspora policy.

Percepción de los adolescentes sobre el consumo de redes sociales

Adolescents participate in social networks on a regular basis as a new space for leisure and entertainment among this group, with little awareness of responsible use. The purpose of this study was to analyse the consumption of digital media and social networks in young people, as well as to assess their influence on the family and socio-educational environment. The research, of a cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational nature, was carried out with the participation of 104 students of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) from an educational centre in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, by means of the completion of a Likert scale questionnaire. From the results obtained, it is evident that there are significant differences in the use of social networks, according to gender and that there is a evidence of a relationship between their perception of digital competence and participation in social networks; on the other hand, adolescents do not perceive risky behaviour, as well as the possibility of having conflicts in their socio-family environment due to their participation in social networks.

In this article, the key attention is paid to the problem of the potential dependence of the children‘s audience on participation in social networks. Having defined as the purpose of the article the need to specify the elements of communication dependence of children on participation in social networks, a significant material of specific studies of the interests of the children‘s audience in social networks of both theoretical and applied nature, conducted by Ukrainian and foreign scientists, was elaborated. It is emphasized that the Internet and such a significant factor in its functioning as social networks are an extremely useful social factor in the intellectual, social and cultural growth of children and young audiences. At the same time, social networks are such a mass communication environment, within which there is always a potential danger of attracting children and young audiences to dishonest, and often socially critical groups and communities. The deviant content of such social networks as Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Roblox was analyzed. A generalized algorithm for determining the key, emblematic characteristics of dangers for children in social networks is derived, recommendations are given for reducing the level of both children‘s dependence on social networks and absolute trust in the content transmitted by social networks.

Complex interactive multimodal intervention to improve personalized stress management among healthcare workers in China: A knowledge translation protocol.

Numerous stress management interventions have been implemented in the workplace, but few are adapted to the healthcare setting. Due to the nature of their jobs, healthcare workers (HCWs) may find it difficult to adopt recommended stress management strategies. We present the protocol for a 12-week personalized stress management intervention among HCWs to change their behavior as well as improve physiological/psychological outcomes. It is a pragmatic quasi-experimental study involving stressed HCWs from two general hospitals in Wuhan, China. The intervention group will receive a complex interactive multimodal intervention, including advanced education via mobile connection, participation in a web-based social network, tailored feedback, and the support of a nurse coach, while the control group will engage in self-guided stress management. The primary outcome is centered on behavioral measures, namely improvements in stress management practice frequency after a 12-week intervention. The secondary outcomes are the changes in stress-related physiological indices (i.e. high frequency variability and normalized unit assessed by Holter) and psychological indicators (scores on the Perceived Stress Scale and Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale) following 12 weeks of treatment. The knowledge translation intervention builds on a body of work defining the role of individualized instruction and feedback intervention, as well as group intervention through WeChat social network and personalized coaching. We believe this novel intervention will help HCWs promote their stress management awareness and skills, and ultimately benefit their long-term health. ClinicalTrials.gov., NCT05239065.
