ENFORCEMENT OF SINTANG REGENCY REGIONAL REGULATION NUMBER 13 OF 2017 CONCERNING PUBLIC ORDER BY THE SINTANG REGENCY PAMONG PRAJA POLICE UNIT

Sintang Regency still faces problems in the context of public order, primarily related to alcoholic beverage business licenses. This study aims to describe and analyze the enforcement of Sintang Regency Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2017 concerning Public Order by the Sintang Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit, specifically regarding alcoholic beverage business licenses. The research method is descriptive-qualitative. The results showed that in carrying out the duties and functions of enforcing regional regulations, the Satpol PP of Sintang Regency faced problems related to the lack of public understanding of obtaining business licenses and also the Pamong Praja Police Unit, which did not provide sufficient understanding to the public regarding related regional regulations. In conclusion, the enforcement of Sintang Regency Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2017 concerning Public Order by the Sintang Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit is quite well implemented. It needs to be strengthened in several aspects, including by conducting intense socialization activities, strengthening leadership commitment, and employee participation in training activities relevant to duties and functions.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Karawang

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at the Karawang Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. This analysis uses the independent variables of Leadership and Organizational Culture and the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample of this study were employees of the Karawang Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees whose respondents were 52 people. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that there is no partial influence of leadership variables on employee performance, there is a positive and significant partial influence of organizational culture variables on performance, leadership and organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Pemadam Kebakaran

Based on initial observations related to the organisational performance of the Pamong Praja Police and Fire Fighting Unit in Malinau Regency is still not optimal, due to a decrease in employee income and limited activity budgets. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance in the agency. This research belongs to the category of explanatory research to explain the causal relationship and test the relationship that occurs between leadership and motivation factors on employee performance. The instrument used is a questionnaire which is then analysed using the OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) method. The research results are as follows (1) leadership has a positive influence on employee performance but the effect is not significant, meaning that when leadership increases performance will also increase, and vice versa. This is because in carrying out their duties and responsibilities they are still faced with limited competencies, facilities, and dynamic and difficult to predict situations in the field (2) motivation has a positive influence on employee performance and the effect is significant, meaning that when motivation increases, performance also increases, and vice versa; This is because carrying out their duties and responsibilities according to the rules (3) leadership and motivation simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance and the effect is significant. Together, leadership as the ability to influence and direct individuals or groups to achieve pre-determined organisational goals and motivation as the power within a person that influences the direction, intensity and persistence of their own chosen behaviour are able to significantly influence the quality and quantity of something produced by the State Civil Apparatus of the Malinau Regency Pamong Praja Police and Fire Department in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

Policy Implementation in Controlling of Street Vendors in the Gurindam 12 Park of Tepi Laut Area by the Pamong Praja Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Tanjungpinang City Government

This research is entitled: Policy Implementation in Controlling of Street Vendors in the Gurindam 12 Park of Tepi Laut Area by the Pamong Praja Police Unit Satpol PP of Tanjungpinang City Government. The aim of this research is to determine the Policy Implementation in Controlling of Street Vendors PKL in the Gurindam 12 Park of Tepi Laut Area by Pamong Praja Police Unit Satpol PP of Tanjungpinang City Government officers as well as the obstacles and inhibiting factors found during the Policy Implementation in Controlling of Street Vendor PKL in the Gurindam 12 Park of Tepi Laut Area by the Pamong Praja Police Unit Satpol PP of Tanjungpinang City Government.

Determinant Factor of Pamong Praja Police Unit; Evidence from Bogor District, West Java, Indonesia

The objective of this study is to ascertain and examine the direct and indirect impact of organizational culture on employee performance, specifically via the lens of work satisfaction within the Civil Service Police Unit in Bogor Regency. The population in this study was Bogor district Civil Service Police Unit. The number of samples in this study was 232 samples. Data analysis uses path analysis. The research results show that (1) Strengthening organizational culture can improve the performance of civil service police units. (2) Strengthening job satisfaction can improve the performance of civil service police units. (3) Strengthening organizational culture can increase job satisfaction. (4) The performance of a civil service police unit is positively influenced by its organizational culture. The work happiness variable serves as an efficient mediator between organizational culture factors and employee performance variables. Strengthening both organizational culture and job satisfaction can enhance the performance of civil service police units.

Peran Dan Hambatan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Madiun Dalam Mengendalikan Peredaran Minuman Beralkohol

This study aims to determine the role, obstacles and efforts of the Madiun City Pamong Praja Police Unit in carrying out the enforcement of local regulations related to the circulation of alcoholic beverages. This research uses the Empirical Legal Research Method, with primary data sources from interviews and observations at the Civil Service Police Unit and one of the cafes that sells alcoholic beverages in Madiun, as well as secondary data sources, namely Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2017 concerning Control of Alcoholic Beverage Distribution and Retribution for Alcoholic Beverage Sales Location Permits. SatpolPP Madiun City plays a role in carrying out the enforcement of local regulations related to the distribution of alcoholic beverages in Madiun City by carrying out routine operations together with the Madiun City Police with the Criminal Investigation Sub-field which is approximately ten to fifteen operations every month based on the budget that has been approved by the DPRD. The obstacles faced are sourced from within the institution's own organisation or Internal and sourced from outside the organisation or External. Satpol PP Madiun City makes several efforts in various ways, including Satpol PP is required to work with what infrastructure has been provided, Satpol PP tries to carry out its work duties according to the applicable SOP, on call when suddenly required to carry out its work duties.

Education as State Control on Second Space: Sharia Regulation and Millennial Desire on Urban Cafes in Contemporary Bireuen City, Aceh

This article aims to analyze the efforts to dominate thirdspace in urban millennial cafes in Bireuen City, Aceh, by state sharia. Thirdspace is a concrete space as the actuality of contestation in secondspace by each group. Because secondspace determines the domination of thirdspace, state sharia through authoritative institutions, namely Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Civil Service Police Unit) & Wilayatul Hisbah (Satpol PP&WH) is trying to take preventive action. This qualitative research uses an anthropological approach. Researchers collected data from observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies related to research subjects. The theory used in this research is Thirdspace by Edward Soja about the process of forming thirdspace as a public place. The focus of this research is Bireuen City, as a strategic city from the point of view of rapid social change, advanced economy, strategic geographical location, and rapid development of public places for millennials. The research findings show that state sharia through Satpol PP&WH conducts Islamic religious education, especially theology and Islamic ethical philosophy education for millennials by visiting many high schools, as an effort to dominate thirdspace through secondspace, especially urban millennial cafes in Bireuen City.

Optimizing The Role of The North Minahasa Regency’s Pamong Praja Police Unit

The objectives of the research are 1) To find out how the Pamong Praja Police Unit (Satpol PP) behaves as a Public Servant in curbing illegal traders in the Pedestrian Area of Airmadidi Market, North Minahasa Regency; 2) To find out what is hindering the Pamong Praja Police Unit in controlling illegal traders in the pedestrian area of Airmadidi Market, North Minahasa Regency. Researchers used qualitative research methods with snowball sampling techniques. The results of the research show that 1) activities to control Street Vendors (PKL) on the roads and sidewalks (Pedestrian) of the Airmadidi market by the Pamong Praja Police Unit of North Minahasa Regency have been carried out but are not yet optimal due to a lack of knowledge, street vendors, lack of understanding of the function of roads and sidewalk. Not all street vendors understand the regulations of the North Minahasa regional government, even though they have been socialized; 2) Understanding of the community, street vendors, and members of the Pamong Praja Police Unit regarding their respective roles as obligations which has resulted in the implementation of street vendor control activities not being optimal; 3) The control of street vendors has not been achieved and is not yet optimal due to inhibiting factors, including a lack of qualified human resources, inadequate infrastructure and limited operational costs; 4) Satpol PP's behavior in taking action against street vendors who violate regional regulations always starts with direction and guidance through good communication; 5) Action against street vendors who violate regional regulations selling in the Airmadidi Market district is carried out through warnings in accordance with the established SOP.

PERAN SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA PADA PENERTIBAN REKLAME DI KOTA SURABAYA

This study aims to examine and describe the role of the Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Surabaya (SATPOL PP) in the Enforcement of Advertising in Surabaya City. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research are that the role of the Surabaya City Civil Service Police Unit in controlling advertising is considered quite good, especially in implementing policies, implementing human resources, and coordinating with related agencies. However, there are still deficiencies in providing facilities and infrastructure for dismantling and coordinating with billboard owners. An active role is needed from the Government and Civil Service Police Units to improve facilities and coordination, as well as carry out more effective outreach regarding advertising regulations.

Evaluation of the E-Kinerja Application Implementation Policy at the Pamong Praja Police Unit Office of Kuningan District

The delegation of authority from the Central Government to Regional Governments plays a crucial role in expediting Bureaucratic Reform. One facet of this reform is the adoption of the E-Kinerja application across all Regional Work Units, prompted by employees deviating from their assigned duties and functions. Consequently, the work outcomes lack effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability. This research aims to assess the E-Kinerja application's implementation at the Kuningan Regency Civil Service Police Unit Office, identifying supporting and hindering factors and exploring strategies to overcome obstacles. Utilizing a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, key informants, including the Head of the Kuningan Regency Civil Service Police Unit, and supporting informants from various State Civil Apparatus, were interviewed. Findings indicate that some dimensions, such as Capability (Timeliness), Efficiency (Policy Process Efforts), Responsiveness (Apparatus and Leader Response), and Accuracy (Impact for the Agency and Government), are relatively optimal. However, certain dimensions, including Effectiveness (Ability), Efficiency (Policy Implementation Process), Adequacy (Human and Non-Human Resources), and Equity (Goal Achievement and Transparency), fall short of optimal performance. Understanding the extent of the E-Kinerja application's implementation at the Kuningan Regency Civil Service Police Unit Office is crucial for refining the reform process. Addressing deficiencies in the identified dimensions will be instrumental in enhancing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of bureaucratic functions, aligning with the broader objectives of Bureaucratic Reform.

THE INFLUENCE OF JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

<em><span lang="IN">This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Gorontalo City Pamong Praja Police Unit. The research approach used in this research is quantitative, where the sample in this study amounted to 62 employees using a research approach and research design. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis test show the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Gorontalo City Pamong Praja Police Unit. Thus the first hypothesis (H1) can be proven or accepted. The R Square value is 0.419 in other words 41.9% of the independent variable, namely (X) Job Satisfaction, contributes to the variable (Y) Employee Performance, while the remaining 58.1% is in the form of contributions from other variables not examined in this study, namely organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline</span></em>

TINJAUAN FIQH SIYASAH TERHADAP PERAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA PADA MASA PEMBERLAKUAN PEMBATASAN KEGIATAN MASYARAKAT

This study is entitled a review of fiqh siyasah on the role of civil service police during the time of imposing restrictions on community activities (studies on the civil service police unit of Palu City). The problems are 1). What is the review of fiqh siyasa on the role of civil service police during the time when restrictions on community activities were imposed in the city of Palu? 2). What obstacles arise in carrying out the duties and roles of the Civil Service Police during the implementation of restrictions on community activities in the city of Palu? And aims to: 1). To understand the fiqh siyasa review of the role of the civil service police during the time when restrictions on community activities were imposed in the city of Palu. 2). To understand the obstacles that arise in executing tasks and the role of civil service police when implementing restrictions on community activities in Palu. This study uses an interdisciplinary approach to examine a topic/issue, where communication, collaboration, and integration occur, starting from definitions, objectives, processes, and data collection to analysis and conclusions. The subjects in this study consisted of secretaries and heads of public protection. Meanwhile, the object of this study is a fiqh siyasah review of the role of civil service police during the time when restrictions on community activities were imposed. A review of siyasa fiqh on the role of the Polisi pamong Praja during the time when restrictions on community activities were imposed in the city of Palu is in accordance with the principles of siyasa fiqh. The efforts of thePolisi Pamong Praja helped raise awareness and provide understanding to the public so that the city of Palu is free from Covid-19.The conclusion from the results of the study is that cooperation between authorities such as Polisi Pamong Praja, TNI, Polri, transportation service and the community can help the city of Palu be free from the spike in the increase in exposure to Covid-19 when restrictions on community activities were imposed. Suggestions from this study are that the municipal police unit in Palu City needs to improve its human resources so that it can maximize the tasks carried out during the implementation of restrictions on community activities and take a closer approach to the people of Palu City so that they prioritize discipline and comply with health protocols to achieve this. Palu city that is healthy and free of covid-19.

QUESTION CAREER PATH ACEH SHARIA POLICE

After more than a decade of imposing Islamic law in Aceh, appearing various legal problems such as career path of Sharia Police or known as Wilayatul Hisbah (WH). In one hand, WH is faced on commitment of working harder by upholding religious norms as well as national regulations. On the other hands, their career path does not have a future certainty, even futureless. In the Act of Government of Aceh WH positions hand in hand with Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP), having specific task to uphold general bylaws. Unfortunately in national level there are no single regulations arranging a path of professional career for WH. This fact contributes on hesitation of WH members to pursue their future career. Some of them switch their position to other career paths, having more certainty in national level. From the perspective of budged use, skill training cost for WH members are very expensive. If most of them change their future career, it will be a big loss for national budget, because their skill cannot be used for WH development. Thus, it needs a breakthrough to resolve this problem

Implementasi Permenpan RB Nomor 4 Tahun 2014 Tentang Jabatan Fungsional Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Angka Kreditnya Pada Satpol PP Dan Kebakaran Kabupaten Trenggalek

This research was motivated by observational data that showed the promotion and level of the Functional Position of the Pamong Praja Police (JF Pol PP) in the Pamong Praja and Fire Police Unit of Trenggalek Regency was not following the RB Regulation number 4 of 2014. The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibiting factors that resulted in the process of promotion and promotion to the rank of the Pamong Praja Police Functional Position. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach using the theoretical method of George Edward III, which is based on 4 (four) aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The source of this research data is the Functional Officer of the Civil Service Police in the Civil Service and Fire Police Unit of Trenggalek Regency. The results showed that the process of promotion and promotion was still not following the periodization due to the lack of understanding of the profile of the position concerned. Among them, most of the functional officers of the civil service police still have not conducted an inventory of the activities carried out, resulting in difficulties in obtaining a Credit Number Determination (PAK) which is the main requirement in the promotion process and promotion. From the data, it is recommended that functional officials of the civil service police understand the profile of the position better to support the future career path.

PROFESIONALISME APARATUR SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BARAT

Professionalism is a most to be owned by the State Civil Apparatus in today's dynamic era. This research tries to explore two important things in looking at Professionalism in Pamong Praja Police Unit of West Sumbawa Regency, that is: How is the professionalism of Pamong Praja Police Unit of West Sumbawa Regency and what the factors that influence it are. The author tries to explain these two things by combining between the theory and concepts put forward by experts with the field conditions that occur. So that we can find out whether Pamong Praja Police Unit of West Sumbawa Regency is Professional, Towards Professional or Not Professional at all. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research because it is related to the selected problem that is telling social phenomena that does not intend to make calculations qualitatively or using statistics but rather lead to exploitation of public expression and events that occur. The Source Data in this study are: Informants, Events, and Documents. Data collection techniques used in this study are: Interview, Observation, and Documentation. Pamong Praja Police Unit has a duty to maintain and organize public order and tranquility, to carry out Community Protection, to enforce the Regional Regulation and the Decision of the Regional Head. To carry out these tasks required high professionalism, to know that there are several indicators used in viewing the professionalism of Pamong Praja Police Unit of West Sumbawa Regency are: a) The intellectual capacity of employees; b) Standard of work; c) Moral and ethical standards.

The Influence of Leadership Style, Workload, and Work Stress on Employee Performance in the Secret and Public Order Section Operational Section and Control of Polisi Pamong Praja Unit in East Java Province in Surabaya

Purpose: Human Resources are the most important thing in the organization, so that the company's activities can run well, as well as efforts to carry out all organizational activities to the maximum extent possible so that employee performance increases. The factor that needs to be considered is the leadership style, this is important because it is one of the components that affect performance. The second factor is the workload that is not in accordance with the work that should be done by other parts, in the end they are passive in responding to work. Work stress also affects employees who work hand in hand at work that is not actually part of their job, employees become ineffective in doing their jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, workload and work stress on the performance of employees.
 Design/methodology/approach: This type of research uses a quantitative approach.
 Findings: The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The influence of leadership style, workload and work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance.
 Research limitations/implications: The scope used in this study only covers one area in the Unit Polisi Pamong Praja of East Java Province which is not too large and broad, so the research results cannot be generalized to the wider population. In addition, this study only produced data from a questionnaire instrument based on the perceptions of the respondent’s answers.

The Role of Civil Service Police Heroines in Organizational Development of Civil Service Police Units in the Province of Bali

The current condition of the Satpol PP organization (Pamong Praja Police Unit) is a pressure organization whose main task is to maintain peace and public order, enforce regional regulations and regional head regulations, and protect the community. One element of the Indonesian Civil Service Police Unit organization is the presence of female civil service police members, known today as the Indonesian Civil Service Police heroines, who play a role in changing the face of the organization to appear more humane, friendly, and professional. The purpose of this study is to identify, analyze, and explain the role of Srikandi Civil Service Police in developing the Civil Service Police Unit organization in Bali Province. For this study, a descriptive qualitative research method was used, employing Aghina Wouters' agile organization theory. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews with key informants and stakeholders, direct observation, and reviewing documentation related to the Civil Service Police Unit's heroines. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of data collection was obtained by testing using triangulation of sources, techniques, and theories. The findings show that the role of the Civil Service Police heroine is currently strategic in changing the face of the Civil Service Police Unit, which still appears less humane and friendly to the community.

Application of Organizational Culture in the Police Unit of Pamong Praja (Satpol – PP) district of Pohuwato

The results of the research conducted by the researchers through the dissemination of the list of interviews of seven organizational cultural indicators described through the statement of the informant on the research site, namely in the environment of officers of the Police Unit of Pamong Praja district of Pohuwato, can be explained as follows. In response to the innovations and courage in taking risks, the leadership of joint officials in the environment has had the ability to innovate in the framework of the implementation of tasks in the Police Unit Office Pamong Praja Pohuwato district, for example in terms of the arrangement of the PSK-PSKs in a certain cafe-cafe that has been considered to have innovated against the handling of this problem where they were initially affected by the raids collected in the Satpol PP Office to be given to the builder as well as guidance by the head of the Office in particular by the fields in relation to the problem then returned to its place of origin, but a few months later they re-acted in the café-café so that there was no effect they were conducting on the case.

KEDISIPLINAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA DAN PEMADAM KEBAKARAN KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN

Work discipline can be defined as the implementation of management to reinforce organizational guidelines. Good discipline can reflect a person's sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to him. This will encourage work morale and the realization of good work productivity. This study aims to determine the level of work discipline of employees of the Pamong Praja Police and Firefighters Office of Pamekasan Regency on employee performance, especially employees with State Civil Apparatus (ASN) status. The results showed that from the results of calculations using the t test, it can be concluded that the independent variable of work discipline which consists of preventive discipline and corrective discipline partially has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of the Pamong Praja Police Unit and Pamekasan Fire Department employees. And the corrective discipline variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of the Pamong Praja Police and Fire Department employees, so that the second hypothesis is also accepted.

Improvement of Human Resources of The Pamong Praja Police Unit Malaca Regency In Enforcement of Regional Regulations In Malaca Regency

The background of this research is how the human resources of the civil service police unit of Malacca district in enforcing regional regulations and regulations of the regional head of Malacca district, and how the level of human resources of civil service police officers can affect the enforcement of regional regulations and regional head regulations that have been determined, so that it continues to run in the corridors and discourses of peace and only have a just society, and can improve the welfare of the people in Malacca Regency. The research method used in this study uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach and the research techniques are observation, interviews and literature studies or literature studies with the research location at the Malacca District Civil Service Police Unit. regional head regulations that have been carried out in several sub-districts in Malacca Regency. The results of this study can be found that the resources of the Civil Service Police Unit of Malacca Regency are very necessary in implementing regional regulations and regional head regulations, so that in their implementation the apparatus in question can run in accordance with existing operational standards, so as to prevent the occurrence that may occur in the field. Therefore, every member of the civil service police unit must be given education and training as an effort to enforce existing regional regulations and regional head regulations, and in the future increase peace and can improve the people of Malacca in accordance with the ideals and expectations of the nation and society
