Kajian Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Contract Change Order (CCO) Pada Proyek Konstruksi di Kota Palangka Raya

A construction project is a series of activities carried out only once and generally within a short period of time. Construction projects are related to the construction of a building, which then functions in various activities related to the government and the private sector. In the project implementation process, obstacles often occur such as changes. These changes can occur at the beginning, middle and end of the project. The problem that is often experienced in construction work is changes, where the changes themselves can be in the form of differences in volume, additions or reductions in work, with these changes it cannot be denied that there will be a change to the work contract or Contract Change Order. Project administration must be carried out carefully and structured correctly to avoid errors that can have an impact on all sectors. This research uses descriptive research where researchers will analyze data from survey results by distributing questionnaires to respondents with the aim of finding out the Contract Change Order factors that occur in Palangka Raya City. The method used is a literature study on Contract Change Orders by comparing related journals. The results obtained are that there are 4 Contract Change Order Factors, namely Planning and Design, Administration, Construction and Stakeholders which have 20 sub-factors Contract Change Order

Waste management in subsidized housing in Palangka Raya city based on SNI 3242:2008

The decision of the Low Income Community (MBR) to designate the location of subsidized housing provides an opportunity for housing development. However, this new development has led to environmental problems, in particular inadequate disposal of household waste. The locations of social housing, which are mostly on the outskirts of the city and far from landfills (TPS), mean that MBRs tend to dispose of their waste indiscriminately. The impact on the environment is evident in the pollution of water. In addition, the socio-economic aspects of the community are disrupted, ranging from the emergence of unpleasant odors to the disruption of environmental esthetics. Urban waste management in Indonesia always adheres to the technical operating procedures outlined in SNI 19-2454-2002. In this study, waste management in subsidized housing in Palangka Raya City is investigated based on SNI 3242:2008 through qualitative and descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis show that waste management in subsidized housing requires a collective role and commitment to implement the 3Rs concept (reduce, reuse and recycle). It also requires the support of the City Government, both in terms of waste infrastructure and awareness campaigns that emphasize the importance of environmental protection through proper waste management.

Students’ and Teachers’ Perception on the Development of Local Wisdom Module to Increase Student Learning Outcome

In this study we focus to analyze the teacher and student perception about the development of the local wisdom module, especially to increase learning outcome. The research method is descriptive and qualitative by used surveys to collect data. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 2 elementary school teacher and to 20 student 5th grade students, SDN 3 Langkai in Palangkaraya city, Central Kalimantan. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this research showed that teachers have never developed their own teaching materials based on local potential in Central Kalimantan, while students are of the opinion that the use of teaching materials based on local potential will make learning activities more interesting. This research concluded that the development of local wisdom module especially about batang garing very important thing to do based on teacher and student perception and important to continue in the next research to develop the module.

Pendampingan Kemampuan Reading dalam Konteks Sains pada Komunitas Membaca Mahasiswa Kota Palangka Raya

The community service activity is a mentoring program for student reading communities to provide reading skills in the context of science. This activity was carried out with student reading communities from various universities in Palangka Raya City for three weeks with the IAIN Palangka Raya service team. The purpose of this community service activity is to train reading skills in English and also to increase the insight of students into the science. The method of this activity includes the preparation phase (problem identification and planning), the implementation phase, and the evaluation phase (interviews and feedback). From the results of this mentoring activity, it can be concluded that this activity has a positive impact on community members by making them more productive in reading and increasing their skills and interest in reading.

Optimizing University Libraries in Palangkaraya City as a Supporting Facility for Independent Campuses

Background: Libraries play an essential role by meeting students' needs, offering a variety of library resources, facilitating access to study spaces, managing lending services, and providing information services. Kampus Merdeka is a support and effort to encourage students to obtain a variety of helpful information for their future job prospects. Purpose: This study aims to know extend on how to optimize libraries to facilitate independent campuses. Design and methods: This article uses a qualitative descriptive methodology, utilizing library reference materials as the primary means of data collection and analysis. According to Sugiyono (2018), qualitative research methods are research methods based on philosophy, which are used to research scientific conditions (experiments) where the researcher is the instrument, data collection techniques, and qualitative analysis emphasize meaning. Results: The role of libraries is in line with the government's program for national education, as stated in Law No. 2 of 2003, which states that education is a conscious and planned effort to realize the teaching and learning process so that students actively develop their potential. Optimizing university libraries in the city of Palangkaraya by utilizing information technology can be used as a means of supporting independent campuses to utilize library resources. Steps that university libraries can take to optimize libraries include: 1) Optimizing the use of information technology and 2) Promotion of libraries by utilizing websites and social media networks to improve service quality. Librarians should strive to facilitate as many opportunities as possible for students to develop into competent individuals.

Kinerja Jalan Tingang Kota Palangka Raya dengan Metode Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2014

Population growth is usually accompanied by an increase in the activities of all communities in an area. Community activities require facilities and infrastructure to support the activities carried out. Transportation is an important activity for the community. Therefore, the existence of a private car is a necessity. Congestion often occurs during peak hours and some of the main roads in Palangka Raya City, such as Tingang Road, experience a significant increase in car traffic. Tingang Road is an important road for the local community because it is an access to residential areas, schools, sub-districts and an alternative road out of the city via Mahir Mahar Road or the outer ring road. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate road performance. This research uses a direct survey method carried out to the field in order to obtain precise information about a condition. After primary and secondary data collection is collected, analysis is carried out using PKJI 2014. Thus, based on the results of the analysis, the performance of the road can be known. The traffic volume is 546.85 skr / hour which occurs during the day, 11:45 to 12:45 WIB. The current capacity is 1667.98 skr/hr. Meanwhile, the degree of saturation is calculated at 0.327, which indicates level of service B, which indicates a good level of road service.

Analisis Kerusakan Jalan C. Bangas Kota Palangka Raya

Roads are land transportation which is the main supporting factor for the entire community, especially in the economic sector and other social activities. The damage to the C. Bangas road is like road damage in general, namely that there are many holes in the road caused by rainwater which .will flood the road. This research was carried out using 2 (two) methods, namely the Pavemanet Condition Index (PCI) and the Surface Distress Index (SDI) Method. The research was carried out along Jalan C. Bangas, Palangka Raya City, with a road length of 875 meters and divided into 18 segments with 50 meter intervals. The results of the research will be compared between the 2 (two) methods used. From the results of the research conducted, there are differences in the level of road damage in the PCI and SDI methods. The average PCI value for all roads is 17,278. The PCI value indicates that the condition of the road surface is serious, so it is necessary to upgrade/reconstruct the road. The average SDI value for all roads is 51,389. The SDI value indicates the road surface condition is Medium. So it is necessary to carry out routine maintenance. With this it can be concluded that the 2 (two) methods used got different results, namely the PCI method got serious results (severe damage) and the SDI method got moderate results (moderate damage)..

Analisis Tingkat Kebisingan Aktivitas Jalan Trans Kalimantan Terhadap Rumah Sakit Umum Kota Palangka Raya

High economic growth also indirectly has an impact on increasing vehicle traffic activity on the highway. Noise due to traffic will continue to increase along with the increase in human activity using vehicles.Sound Level Meter (LSM) is a tool used to measure noise at a point. Specifically in this research, namely the noise level of the Trans Kalimantan Road towards the General Hospital of Palangka Raya City. From the data obtained in the research results, it shows that the noise level at the General Hospital of Palangka Raya City due to transportation activities has exceeded the quality standard limits that have been set. From the results of research and data analysis, it was found that the traffic noise level that occurred at the General Hospital of Palangka Raya City at point 1 next to the entrance to the General Hospital of Palangka Raya City was 73.70 dBA and at point 2 in front of the Emergency Room General Hospital of Palangka Raya City was 77. 29 dBA which exceeds the quality standard noise level set for hospital areas, namely 55 dBA. Based on the results of these calculations, it is recommended that the General Hospital of Palangka Raya City make a natural noise barrier, namely in the form of a fence or a thicket of plants with fairly even leaf density or an artificial noise barrier in the form of a soundproof wall, etc. so that the comfort of the hospital can be maintained.

Evaluation of Waste Management Policies in The City of Palangka Raya

Waste in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province is relatively worrying, because the condition of waste generation in 2021 last reached 53,990.25 tons and unmanaged waste that year was 1,018.06 tons (SIPSN 2022). Based on these problems, the Palangka Raya City Government has established an Environmental Management and Waste Management Policy through Palangka Raya City Regional Regulation No. 01 of 2017 concerning Waste Management and Cleanliness. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze waste management policies in Palangka Raya City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out through interview observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. In this regard, in terms of implementing 3R waste management in the City of Palangka Raya, unmanaged waste will be reduced significantly in accordance with the policies set by the Regional Government and the Palangka Raya City DPRD.

Relationship Role of Peer Support Group with Quality of Life of ODHA

The problem of HIV-AIDS is a common problem that must be addressed not only by ODHA but also by all the people connected with ODHA. The main problem experienced by ODHA is the decline in immune system that impact on the incidence of disease and decreased quality of life of ODHA. In addition to the physical, public acceptance of the existence of ODHA is also a factor related to the quality of life socially. The role of KDS is needed to improve the quality of life of ODHA. This study aims to determine the relationship of the Peer Support Group Role with the Quality of Life of ODHA in the Family Planning Association of Indonesia in Palangka Raya city. This research is a correlational research using cross sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert Scale approach for WHOQOL-BREF and WHOQOL-BREF roles that have been standardized for quality of life. Data analysis using Spearman's Rank test statistic. The results of data analysis show that not all domains of 4 domains of quality of life have a significant relationship. Significant relation is found only in environmental domain with sig <α value is 0.03 <0.05 which means there is a significant relationship between the role of peer group and the quality of life of ODHA, in the environment domain. The conclusion of the study is that the role of KDS only relates to the quality of life of ODHA in the domain of the environment, not on the physical, psychological, and social relationships. Researchers suggest, the results of research used by PKBI to take policy in improving the quality of life of ODHA.

A look at the things that affect modern farmers' income

This study aims to analyze the effect, capital, land area, labor on the income of modern farmers (Hydroponics) in Palangkaraya City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach method and uses primary data sourced from hydroponic farmers in the research location obtained by interviewing respondents, Palangkaraya City. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that capital and land area have a positive and significant effect on the income of modern farmers (Hydroponics) in Palangkaraya City, labor has a positive and insignificant effect on the income of modern farmers (Hydroponics) in Palangkaraya City. From the results of this analysis, it can be suggested that the Palangkaraya City government helps hydroponic farmers who want to start modern hydroponic agriculture in Palangkaraya City by lending capital to farmers who want to start hydroponic farming but lack capital, for small land areas, farmers can plant hydroponic crops in stages so that the harvest yields more, workers should use the family so that income does not decrease

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the survival strategy of the Coffee shop business at About Something Coffee amid the many trends of Coffee shops in Palangka Raya City. In this research, the Descriptive Qualitative method is used with data collection through semi structured interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the research About Something Coffee has a strategy to survive by using niche market strategies (market nihce strategies) by retaining customers through distinctive characteristics such as taste, price and service. The SWOT analysis of About Something Coffee is divided into four parts, namely: a) strengths, namely good product quality, good drink taste, affordable prices, friendly and polite service, many variations of products sold and the atmosphere provided is comfortable. b) weaknesses, namely, raw materials that are difficult to obtain, a variety of flavors that are still lacking, pricing on the menu and there are spots that are easily sultry. c) Opportunities, namely, new innovations in products. d) Threats, namely the number of competitors/competitors and also the weather which is sometimes uncertain. Meanwhile, the TOWS matrix analysis obtained through the About Something Coffee SWOT analysis is divided into four parts, namely: a) Strength-opportunities strategy, which is to always innovate in accordance with the times. b) Strength-Threats strategy, which is to maintain service quality and provide services through the Go-Food and Grab Food applications. c) Weakness-Opportunities strategy, About Something Coffee makes competitors as motivation and uses the right promotional media to attract consumers. d) Weakness-Threats strategy, continue to develop innovations in order to compete and attract market share according to goals.

EKSISTENSI DONGENG SIRAH NABAWIYAH SEBAGAI STIMULASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS ANAK USIA DINI

This service to society is motivated by developments in the times that continue to develop from time to time. Based on this, it is necessary to provide stimulation in terms of strengthening so that children have religious character education through the Sirah Nabawiyah fairy tale. The aim of this community service is so that children can get to know the Prophet Muhammad SAW and emulate the stories that have been told to children. Apart from that, so that children have good character education based on the qualities of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The targets for community service participants are children aged 5-6 years in the Palangka Raya City area, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia and students of the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, IAIN Palangka Raya, who are also actively involved in the activities. the. The results of this community service show that children are very enthusiastic in following the fairy tales that are told and enthusiastic. Activities carried out with direct practice include reading the Sirah Nabawiyah fairy tale directly to children to make it easier for children to understand the fairy tale. The hope is that through the Sirah Nabawiyah fairy tale for early childhood, it will be able to stimulate children's religious character education, so that the goal of stimulation will be achieved optimally.

DETEKSI DAN EDUKASI KESEHATAN MENTAL DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 PADA REMAJA KOTA PALANGKA RAYA

Teenagers are the most vulnerable age group to experience stress and anxiety when faced with a new problem due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The purpose of this activity is to conduct early detection and mental health education during the Covid-19 pandemic for adolescents in Palangka Raya City. The method used in this activity is early detection of mental health with the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) followed by mental health education for adolescents. The results of this activity are 23.33% of adolescents who do not experience depression, 53.34% of mild depressive symptoms, and 23.33% of mild symptoms. encourage adolescents to share their feelings, take the time to provide support to adolescents, work together to resolve conflicts , educating youth to love themselves, reducing negative news viewing, sports/physical activities together, using social media wisely.

Ornamental or tree-filled City Park? A community preference for Sustainable City of Palangka Raya, Indonesia

City Park planning often focuses primarily on the benefits of ecosystem services. Seldom does the study of community preferences become the main focus. However, the community are the beneficiaries and service users of a city park. Hence, a sustainable city park’s planning and design have to involve the community. This study aims to investigate the preferences of the public of Pahandut district in Palangka Raya City, Indonesia, toward two city park themes, namely ornamental and tree-filled parks. A total of 159 city park visitors participated in this study as respondents. The results of binary logistic regression showed heterogeneous preferences influenced by socio-demographic characteristics. The findings of this study contribute to the foundation of well-performing and sustainable urban park planning by grounding the preferences of city residents. Community-derived policies are more likely to be sustainable due to the involvement of beneficiaries.

Utilization of big data and artificial intelligence on quality education management and its implications on school sustainability

Currently, school sustainability is the focus of attention of all parties, including education quality management experts, which is related to schools' weaknesses in using big data and artificial intelligence (AI). The aim of this research is to analyze the role of using big data and AI in improving the quality of education quality management in Indonesia and its impact on school sustainability. The research design uses a quantitative approach, especially correlational, verification or hypothesis testing based on empirical data in the field. The research population was all teachers, principals and high school supervisors in Palangkaraya City, Central Kalimanan, totaling around 5,423 people. The sample size used the Hair formula and obtained a sample size of 178 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed to selected samples using a Google form. Primary data was analyzed using SMART PLS. The results shows that the use of big data had an impact on the quality education management, it also has an impact on school sustainability, while artificial intelligence had an impact on the quality education management, it also had an impact on school sustainability, In addition, quality education management had an impact on school sustainability and it mediated the relationship between the use of big data and school sustainability, and finally, quality education management mediated the relationship between artificial intelligence and school sustainability.

The Impact Of Principle's Transformative Leadership On Organizational Culture, Commitment, Behavior And Performance Productivity

This study aims to determine the transformation of the principal's leadership style at MTs Palangkaraya City, Central Kalimantan in building organizational culture, performance commitment, performance behavior and employee performance productivity. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 166 school principals from a total of 210 schools, thus to determine the characteristics of each respondent and variables, this study used descriptive data analysis. Meanwhile, to test the relationship between variables, inferential analysis can be used using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and the AMOS version 7 approach. The results of this study explain that leadership style transformation is seen as quite effective in dealing with various changes and is believed to be the strongest leadership model (strong leadership), because it can build a healthy organizational culture, performance commitment and performance behavior, so as to increase the productivity of individual performance to be more effective.

The effect of adding biopolymers on the physical properties of peat soils

Indonesia’s peatlands are concentrated in three major islands, namely Sumatra (35%), Kalimantan (32%), Papua (30%), and other islands (3%) of a total area of 21 million ha. Peat has a low carrying capacity. The carrying capacity of the soil is largely determined by the value of the water content contained in the peat. To overcome this problem, stabilization is carried out using a mixture of biopolymers to increase the carrying capacity of the soil. In this study, testing of the physical properties of peat soil was carried out in order to determine changes in the value of the physical properties of the soil that occurred after stabilization. The sampling location is in the area of Palangka Raya City. There were 5 variations of samples made for stabilizing peat soil with a mixture of 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 2.5%, and 3% biopolymer. The final results obtained after testing the physical properties of post-stabilization peat soil were a decrease in water content in the 3% biopolymer (395.13%) variation, the maximum decrease in fiber content in the 3% biopolymer (30.79%), and the maximum ash content obtained in the 3% biopolymer increasing the value of the bulk density at 3% bipolymer (1.64%), and increasing organic content (96.62%) at 3% biopolymer variation.

Location Based Service Technology in Mapping Tourism Potential with a Combination of AHP and Profile Matching Methods

Background: Palangkaraya is a city that has a variety of natural beauty and culture. However, the tourism potential in this area is still not fully optimized and managed properly. One of the causes of this is the lack of ownership by the Government regarding the mapping of areas that have the potential to become tourist areas in Palangkaraya City. Therefore a system is needed that can assist the Government in mapping areas that have the potential to become tourist areas
 Objective: Develop a system that can be used to map areas that have the potential to become tourist areas. The information generated from the developed system is expected to assist the government and the private sector in increasing tourism in Palangkaraya City.
 Methods: The method used is the application of Location Based Service technology with a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process and Profile Matching methods.
 Result: The system developed uses 10 criteria with 37 alternatives to produce information related to the sequence of tourism potential levels where the results of the sequence are then displayed on a map to provide an overview of the mapping of tourism potential areas.
 Conclusion: The system that has been created has succeeded in mapping areas that have tourism potential by applying LBS technology and a combination of AHP and Profile Matching methods. From this system it was found that blood with the alternative code A1 had the highest value, namely 4.295193, followed by A10 with a value of 4.156934 and so on. The test results were carried out by comparing the results of the system with the calculation results, it was found that the results were appropriate.

Development of Teaching Props on Water Cycle in Fifth Class Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

The research and development of teaching aids was motivated by the fact that students in class V MIN 1 in Palangka Raya City were faced for the past 2 years with online learning, some of which had an impact on decreasing learning outcomes, lack of student interest in learning, and the need for additional creative teaching aids to arouse students' interest in learning. . Teaching aids are communication tools used by teachers in the learning process. Having valid teaching aids will make it easier for students to understand the material. On the other hand, if the props used are not valid then it will not facilitate understanding for the participants. This development aims to describe the development of teaching aids for class V water cycle material at MI, and to determine the feasibility of the results of developing teaching aids for class V water cycle material at MI. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research that uses the 4- D model. Data collection uses interview, observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. The final results of this research showed that the validity test of media experts' teaching aids obtained a percentage score of 97.91%, and material experts obtained a percentage score of 98.21%, in the category of very valid and suitable for use. The student response to the results of developing teaching aids was 95.83%.
