PENINGKATAN PROMOSI PARIWISATA DESA WISATA PADANG GANTING MELALUI VIDEO PROFIL OBJEK WISATA

Nagari Padang Ganting is a unique village in West Sumatera, Indonesia, with a wide variety of tourist attractions, including man-made/health attractions such as hot springs, cultural attractions such as the tombs of Tuan Kadhi and Sheikh Ibrahim, and natural attractions such as Nabi's footsteps stone and the seven-tiered waterfall. However, at present, tourists only focus on visiting the hot spring tourist attraction, due to the lack of clear information about other tourist attractions in Nagari Padang Ganting. Currently, there is a website and a profile video of Nagari Padang Ganting, but it is necessary to create a profile video about the other attractions in Nagari Padang Ganting to provide more information for tourists who will visit. This activity aims to provide a solution to the existing problems, namely by creating a profile video of the Nagari Padang Ganting tourist attractions, thereby increasing the promotion of Nagari Padang Ganting tourism. This will certainly attract local and foreign tourists to visit Nagari Padang Ganting, thus helping the community's economy because it receives a multiplier effect from the tourism activities that exist in Nagari Padang Ganting. So it is directly beneficial to Nagari Padang Ganting, the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) and the people of Nagari Padang Ganting, especially in the effort to improve community welfare through the promotion of tourist attractions in Nagari Padang Ganting. The profile video of the tourist attractions in Nagari Padang Ganting has been uploaded on the YouTube channel of the Nagari Padang Ganting Government and the Facebook social media of the Nagari Padang Ganting Government.

PRICING IN BUYING AND BUYING PLANT SEENDS IN SHARIAH ECONOMIC LAW (STUDY OF BUYING AND BUYING LIME SEEDLINGS IN NAGARI PADANG GANTING)

This journal was written because of the difference in price fixing by lime seed sellers in Nagari Padang Ganting. Where there is a difference in pricing for buyers from within Padang Ganting and buyers outside Padang Ganting. The price difference excludes postage. Based on this, the author wants to know about the pricing carried out by sellers of lime seeds. Then how does the mu'amalah fiqh perspective look at the pricing. This research was conducted in Nagari Padang Ganting. The research method used by the author is a mixed research, namely field research and library research. Field research conducted on sellers, buyers and the local community. And the library research that the writer did used various existing literature in the library that was relevant to the problem to be studied. Research materials were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the price fixing by sellers of lime seeds to buyers from Padang Ganting is the same as the price of one kilogram of lime for one seed. Meanwhile, the price of one seed set for buyers from outside Padang Ganting is more than the price of one kilogram of lime. So there are differences in pricing made by sellers and there are three reasons why sellers differentiate these prices. Firstly, buyers from Padang Ganting are native so prices are lowered. Second, because there is an opportunity to take excess profits from outside buyers. Third, because the seller has been doing this price difference for a long time, so it has become a habit. If seen from the concept of pricing from a mu'amalah fiqh perspective. The difference in pricing by sellers of lime seeds in Nagari Padang Ganting has not fulfilled all the principles of pricing, because there are prices that are not fair for buyers from outside compared to buyers from within Padang Ganting. Then, from a marketing point of view, it has not been fulfilled because the seller is not open in providing information about the price difference. And taking advantage of the ignorance of buyers from outside to gain additional profits, including unjust acts. Because in marketing there are four elements, namely ar-ridha, a healthy comparison of resistance, honesty, justice and openness.

ANALISIS PEMANFAATAN LABORATORIUM DAN PELAKSANAAN PRAKTIKUM PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI DI LABORATORIUM SMA

Utilization of laboratories and implementation of Biology practicum in schools shows the fact that they have not been carried out optimally, this is due to the many obstacles and many problems for carrying out activities in the laboratory. Limitations and infrequent implementation of practicum and lack of availability of laboratory supporting facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to describe the use of the laboratory and the implementation of practicum in Biology learning in the laboratory of SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were carried out using triangulation techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation which included data on laboratory utilization and practicum implementation. The results showed that the average percentage of laboratory utilization and practicum implementation was 79.25% and 82.02%, respectively, in the good and very good categories. This indicates that the utilization of the laboratory and the implementation of practicum at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting is good.

The Role of Women Kipang Cake Workers as a single parent in Tanjung Kipang Nagari Atar, Padang Ganting District, Tanah Datar Regency

This research is background by the resilience of women as single parents in carrying out their roles as mothers and fathers for their children. The purpose of the study was to describe the role of female cake kipang workers as single parents in Tanjung Kipang Nagari Atar, Padang Ganting District, Tanah Datar Regency. The focus of the research is how the role of female kue kipang workers is as a single parent in educating children and also as the person in charge of the family economy. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of case study research. The research subjects were 2 female cake kipang workers who were single parents and their children, while the research informants were the family and closest neighbors of the research subjects. The research location is in Tanjung Kipang Nagari Atar, Padang Ganting District, Tanah Datar Regency. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The results of the research on the role of women as single parents are as follows: first, the role of women as single parents in educating children. In educating children, the roles of women are: (1) Fulfilling psychological, social, and religious needs. The things that parents do to meet the psychological, social, and religious needs are: (a) Fulfilling the psychological needs of children by accompanying children to study at night at home, so that children do not feel lonely and ask how the children are even though the children are far from their parents. (b) Meeting social needs by involving children in solving problems that are being faced so that children can express their opinions and find solutions to the problems they are facing. (c) Meeting the religious needs of the child by reminding the child to always perform the five daily prayers and giving sanctions to the child when the child leaves the prayer. (2) Women as single parents become examples and models for children, namely parents invite children to carry out maghrib recitals so that children get used to doing it in the future. (3) Women as single parents in stimulating children's development, namely providing understanding to children about the condition of parents so that they can help parents and give responsibility to children to do homework. Second, the role of female kue kipang workers as single parents as the person in charge of the family economy. As the person in charge of the family economy, namely, (1) Working as a cake worker to be able to meet family needs and children's educational needs. (2) Doing other side jobs to increase income, namely working as farm laborers, raising cattle and also washing dishes at celebration events. Praktik Sosial Remarriage pada Masyarakat Minangkabau di Kenagarian Padang Ganting

: Remarriage is an individual who is married the same or more than twice by a man or a woman. Usually, marriage is done once in a lifetime. However, in Nagari Padang Ganting found men and women married many times. This study uses a qualitative method. Data was collected using in-depth interviews, observation and secondary data analysis. The practice of social remarriage (marriage again) in the Minangkabau community in Kenagarian Padang Ganting studied with structuration theory by Anthony Giddens is known that there are structures that enable or empower "remarriage" itself. But there are also structures that constrain or curb “remarriage”. Of the two divisions, the empowering structure tends to be more dominant than the restraining structure. Men don't have space in their parents' homes, there are parties looking for a mate, the value of children as continuation of offspring, male providers, stigmatization of widows and two, men remarry to take care of their needs, second and subsequent marriages are easier to do and the practice of remarriage is a common thing to do into a structure that perpetuates remarriage. Meanwhile, remarriage is considered to increase men's economic responsibilities, the marriage law makes it difficult for divorce to occur and women carry out the parenting role posterity becomes a structure that restrains perpetrators frim remarriage.

Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 2 Padang Ganting Kabupaten Tanah Datar

Based on the initial observations that the writer made at SMP N 2 Padang Ganting, especially in class VII I, the writer saw that the students were less enthusiastic about learning this where it was seen that many students were noisy and talking with their friends and some students came in and out of class when the teacher was explaining the lesson. so that the learning process that the author sees is less effective. In addition, the learning outcomes are also unsatisfactory, where students do not understand the material presented by the teacher, the authors assume that some students still get low scores when the teacher carries out the assessment process onPAI subjects. This research is field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative. In collecting data, the authors conducted observations, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were PAI teachers and class VII I students of SMP N 2 Padang Ganting. After the data was collected, the authors processed it using descriptive analysis. From the results of the research that the authors conducted, it can be concluded that in the implementation of PAI learning in class VII I at SMP N 2 Padang Ganting school, various methods are used because learning PAI has different characteristics. Among the methods used are thelecture method, the question and answer method, and the recitation method (assignments), while other methods such as the discussion method, the drill method (practice), the group work method, the demonstration method, the problem-solving method, the experimental method are very rare. used by teachers. Meanwhile, the media used by the teacher is picture media and sometimes used in focus and using blackboards, textbooks, andworksheets in the learning process. Meanwhile, film and music media were never used by teachers in PAI learning. So by using a variety of methods by PAI teachers in class VII I at SMP N 2 Padang Ganting, students have started to focus their attention on learning.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL AUDITORY INTELLECTUALLY REPETITIONi TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEPI MATEMATIKA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS i IX

Understanding of concepts is a very important ability in learning mathematics, but the reality in the field is that students' understanding of mathematical concepts in class VII UPT SMP Negeri 2 Padang Ganting is still low. One of the efforts made to increase understanding of concepts is to apply the Auditory Intellectually Repetition model which aims to describe whether students' understanding of mathematical concepts in class IX UPT SMP Negeri 2 Padang Ganting in the 2022/2023 academic year has increased. This type of research is pre-experimental with a one group pre-test post-test design. The research population was all students of class IX at SMP Negeri 2 Padang Ganting. In this study only used the experimental class without any control class and the sampling used saturated sampling technique. The instrument used is a test of understanding mathematical concepts in the form of descriptions. The hypothesis test used is the paired t test. Based on the analysis results obtained P-value = 0.000 with a significant level of α = 0.05, so it can be concluded that students' understanding of mathematical concepts using the Auditory Intellectually Repetition learning model in learning increased in class IX UPT SMP Negeri 2 Padang Ganting. PELATIHAN DAN PENERAPAN CHSE DAN K3 BAGI PENGELOLA OBJEK WISATA PEMANDIAN AIR PANAS PADANG GANTING

Padang Ganting Hot water springs, Tanah Datar regency has experienced a drastic increase in tourist visits in 3 years. Although the problem faced is that visitors often faint due to soaking in hot water and there are even some who are found dead after soaking in hot springs. In addition, visitors' neglect of health protocols in the context of preventing the transmission of Covid-19 while in the bathing area is also a problem that cannot be ruled out. This is exacerbated by the lack of information provided at the bathing location and the incompetence of the management officers in carrying out their respective duties, thereby risking the safety of visitors. Especially now that we are in the Adaptation of New Habits to fight the spread of the Coronavirus, no preventive action has been taken at this tourist attraction which refers to the Covid health protocol. The purpose of this activity is to increase the manager's understanding of K3 and CHSE (cleanliness, health, safety, and environment) at the Padang Ganting Hot Springs tourist attraction. The method of implementing this service activity begins with an initial survey in the field and then continues with Focus Group Discussion activities then training related to the implementation of CHSE (cleanliness, health, safety, environment), installation of occupational safety and health signs and signs calling for the application of CHSE and ends with monitoring and mentoring both directly and online at this tourist attraction. The result of this activity is that managers understand and implement CHSE, the availability of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at Padang Ganting hot springs, and the installation of occupational safety and health signs (OSH) and the installation of signboards an appeal for the application of CHSE in Padang Ganting hot springs. So, can avoid the risk of visitors fainting and even dying while soaking in the Padang Ganting Hot Springs.

Development of socioscientific issues-based e-module on environmental change topic

This research background was the limitation of online learning resource and lack of e-module in learning process especially in using socioscientific issues approach. Moreover, the teaching material was less attractive and comprehensive that causes lack of students learning interest. This study aimed to produce e-module based on socioscientific issues in environmental change topic for senior high school students grade X. The research was conducted in SMAN 1 Padang Ganting in even semester 2021-2022. 4D (define, design, development and diseminate) model used to develop the e-module. This research result was the e-module produced have 83% in validity and categorized as very valid, 88% in practicality based on teacher’s questionnaire and 84% based on student’s questionnaire which categorized very practical. This suggets that e-module developed meet all aspects of a research development and in accordance with the characteristics of a teaching materials. It can be concluded that the socioscientific issues-based e-module developed was valid and practice for biology learning in senior high school.

Development of IT - Based Mathematics Learning Media Using Articulate Storyline

This research is motivated by the lack of motivation and participation of students in participating in learning mathematics. The purpose of this study was to produce a valid and practical IT-based mathematics learning media on Data Presentation material at SMP N 1 Padang Ganting. The type of research used is development research using the ADDIE development model. The research instrument used was a validation questionnaire, a practicality questionnaire that was useful to see the practicality of learning media by teachers and students. The results of the validity of IT-based learning media using Articuate Storylineby 98% with a very valid category. The final value of practicality with the teacher obtained a final score of 100% in the very practical category. The final value of practicality with students was obtained 96.7% in the very practical category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that IT-based learning media using Articuate Storyline is declared valid and practical to use in learning data presentation materials at SMP N 1 Padang Ganting.

Analysis of Muslim-Friendly Tourism Potential in Padang Ganting Hot Spring Tourism, Tanah Datar District, West Sumatra, Indonesia

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the potential of Muslim-friendly tourism and the obstacles to its implementation at the Padang Ganting hot spring tourist destination in Tanah Datar Regency West Sumatera Indonesia. The focus of the research is to identify the four components of Muslim-friendly tourism destinations with the standardization issued by Indonesia Muslim Travel Index (IMTI). They are Accessibility (access), Communication (communication), Environment (environment), and Service (service) Methods: Data were collected by using observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. Furthermore, the data that has been collected will be analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. Result: The results show that the potential of Muslim-friendly tourism in the Padang Ganting hot spring is quite large, although there are still obstacles with the following indications: 1) potential Access, that is the road has been paved but is still narrow for four-wheeled vehicles or buses to pass, parking lots and roads exit still needs improvement. 2) The communication aspect includes Muslim-friendly information services through posters and stakeholder training by the district government of Tanah Datar regency, however, is still not geared towards Muslim-friendly tourism and no digital marketing has been carried out. 3) Environmental aspects have supported Muslim tourists but Wi-Fi service is not yet available. 4) There are services and facilities for Muslim tourists but there is no halal food certification, Ramadan services and the need to improve environmental hygiene. Benefits/Contributions: This research is expected to add to knowledge, especially in the analysis of Muslim-friendly tourism potential in a tourist destination. Contribution: This research can contribute to knowledge, particularly with regard to examining the potential for Muslim-friendly tourism in a tourist destination.

Differences Between Classical and Group Methods on Student's Qur'anic Reading Skill at the Al-Quran Education Center (TPA) Musala Jirek, Padang Ganting Disctrict, Tanah Datar Regency

This study aims to see the description and differences between the classical and group methods on the ability to read the Qur'an in students at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) Musala Jirek Kec. Padang Ganting Tanah Datar. The type of research used by the researcher is using a quantitative approach with the type of experimental method. The population in this study was recorded as santri and some students who were still actively reading the Qur'an at the TPA Musala Jirek during the COVID-19 period with a total of 16 students. The sample in this study was the experimental group I using the Classical Method and the experimental group II. Each group opened 6 people. The research instrument is a performance questionnaire test. The data analysis technique used is the normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the calculation of the classical and group methods on the ability to read the Qur'an. The results showed that the ability to read the Qur'an in students using the Classical Method was better with an average of 84.62 compared to learning using the group method with an average of 81.72. So, it can be said that there is a significant difference between the Classical Method and the Al-Qur'an Reading Ability Group for Santri at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) Musala Jirek Kec. Hubungan antara Kompetensi Profesional dengan Hasil Belajar Keterampilan pada Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students' skills in participating in extracurricular activities in randai skills at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting, Tanah Datar Regency. The cause of the low learning outcomes of this skill is due to the low professional competence of the instructor in learning activities. This study aims to describe the relationship between professional competence, describe student skills learning outcomes, and see the relationship between professional competence and randai skills learning outcomes in extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting, Tanah Datar Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational technique. The population of this study were all students who took part in Randai extracurricular activities and the research sample used the Random Sampling technique. This is done through the use of a technique in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results showed that the professional competence of instructors in Randai extracurricular activities was low, and student learning outcomes in Randai extracurricular activities were still low, and there was a significant relationship between professional competence and randai skills learning outcomes in extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting. Where in order for instructors to be able to develop professional competence in the process of randai activities so that the achievement of learning outcomes for students' skills is increased

MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA VISUAL PADA PEMBELAJARAN SENI TARI DI SMA NEGERI 1 PADANG GANTING

This study aims to describe the use of visual media in dance learning in order to improve learning outcomes at SMAN 1 Padang Ganting. This type of research is class action research (PTK). The research implementation consists of 2 cycles with the stage of planning activities, implementation, observation and reflection. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interviews, documentation and tests. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that visual media in the form of PowerPoint could improve student learning outcomes in dance art defence at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting in class X IIS. 2 which is seen from the research process during the process of learning the art of dance. With the media it can also attract students 'attention and reduce the level of students ' saturation in the teaching and learning process. Visual Media in the form of PowerPoint can improve student dance learning outcomes, it is in the prove with the results of research with the average cognitive value gained in Cycle 1 with the acquisition of 78.5 while on cycle II with the acquisition of 89.5. Thus, visual media can improve student learning outcomes at SMAN 1 Padang Ganting.

Validity of Edupark Based Electronic Physics Module Hot Spring Padang Ganting for Senior High School

Currently, the use of Padang Ganting hot spring attraction as a place to learn or commonly called Edupark (educational park) is very good to do. Because the covid-19 outbreak the learning process went from face-to-face to online so that the use of learning devices such as module also switched into the form of electronic modules. In order for the learning process to continue well, an electronic module is needed integrated with Edupark. This type of research is Design Research by using plomp model. It has three stages namely 1) preliminary research (initial investigation), consisting of analysis of educators, learners, potential regions and materials, 2) prototyping phase (prototype phase) consisting of formative evaluation and 3) assessment phase. This research was limited only to the prototyping phase until the validity test using validation instruments with likert scale. There were several aspects of eligibility assessed by expert lecturers, namely aspects of presentation eligibility, appearance, material and language. The results of data from expert lecturers was then processed using descriptive data analysis. The result of processing data obtained from validators in the aspect of presentation eligibility got a value of 93,06 with a very valid category, a appearance eligibility aspect got a value of 90,79 with a very valid category, a material eligibility aspect got a value of 76,39 with a valid category and a language validation aspect got a value of 78,33 with a valid category. Validation results of the five aspects of the Edupark hot spring Padang Ganting electronic module from material eligibility aspects, appearance eligibility, presentation eligibility and language validity were very valid category based on validity criteria according to Arikunto with a value of 84,64

Financial feasibility of lime (citrus aurantifolia) farming in Tanah Datar District, West Sumatra

Lime (Citrus aurantifolia) farming is one of the subsystems that form the lime agribusiness system in Tanah Datar District. This business has the potency to be developed. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of lime farming in Tanah Datar District in terms of financial aspects. This study used a survey method with a sample of 30 farmers in Padang Ganting Sub District, Tanjung Emas Sub District, and Lintau Buo Sub District, West Sumatra - Indonesia. Data were analyzed using investment criteria B / C, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis. The analysis shows that the interest rate is 13% and the selling price is IDR 4.300 / Kg during the productive age (15 years), the value of B / C is 1.92, NPV is IDR 51,809,117 and IRR is 37%. Sensitivity analysis shows that the selling price is IDR 500 Kg, then the business is not feasible. While the selling price of IDR 846 / kg, Break Event Point (BEP) is reached. It can be concluded that lime farming is feasible. However, policies in trade and product use are needed so that the selling price does not fluctuate, and farmers do not experience losses.

PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA PEMAHAMAN SISWA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE INTEGRATED READING AND COMPOTION (CIRC)

The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement in reading comprehension results using CIRC type cooperative learning in class V SDN 04 Padang Ganting. This study uses a qualitative approach to the classroom action research design. The design of this research includes (1) preliminary studies, preparation of action plans, (2) research implementation activities consisting of the stages of implementing actions, observations and reflection stages. This action research was carried out in two cycles. The researcher acts as a presenter / practitioner in the learning process, while the observer is a colleague on duty at the research site. The results showed that the use of the CIRC type cooperative approach in learning to read comprehension was effective for improving reading comprehension skills. This can be seen from the value of students obtained from the first cycle which is an average student score of 7.09, while in the second cycle the average value of students is 8.55. From the results of this study it can be concluded that learning to read comprehension by using a CIRC type cooperative approach can improve student learning outcomes.

PENERAPAN MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE MAKE A MATCH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR HIWAR DI MAS PLUS PADANG GANTING

This study aims to describe students’ activities and their learning outcomes using make a match type of cooperative learning model in learning hiwar. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. Data were collected through observation and then analyzed by using descriptive qualitative technique. The results of the data analysis indicate that make a match type can increase the activity and learning achievement of class X MAS Plus Padang Ganting students. The relevancy of students’ activities and learning activities in cycle II is increased for about 23.11%, and the unrelevancy of students’ activities and learning activities is decreased for about 16.26% in cycle II. While, students’ understanding about hiwar is increased 13.33%, and learning completeness is also increased 20.86% in cycle II.

MEMBANGUN NAGARI FOTOKOPI MELALUI KULIAH KERJA NYATA REVOLUSI MENTAL INDONESIA MELAYANI DI KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

Nagari Atar merupakan salah satu nagari yang berada di Kecamatan Padang Ganting Kabupaten Tanah Datar yang memiliki geografis yang berbukit-bukit. Nagari ini dikenal dengan nagari fotokopi yang ditandai dengan adanya tugu fotokopi yang berada di kantor pemerintahan wali nagari. Hampir setengah masyarakat Nagari Atar merantau untuk mencari penghidupan. Dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang merantau sehingga potensi-potensi yang ada di Nagari Atar tidak dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik, melalui pengabdian ini bertujuan membantu masyarakat untuk mengembangkan potensi-potensi yang ada melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Revolusi Mental Indonesia Melayani. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan masyarakat dan difusi IPTEKS berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada sehingga dapat memberikan solusi untuk mengatasi masalah. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat dilihat keberhasilannya dengan banyaknya/antusias masyarakat terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan. Harapannya hasil dari kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan mengatasi permasalahan yang ada sehingga Nagari Atar dapat menjadi nagari yang maju.

ENHANCING STUDENTS’MATH LEARNING OUTCOMES ON DETERMINING MULTIPLICATION OPERATION MATERIAL THROUGH NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER (NHT) MODEL

This study aims at describing the use of multiplication operations through number head together strategy in improving mathematics learning outcomes. This is a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative data. The research procedures are: planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage, and reflection stage. The data were obtained through writing test and observation sheet. The subjects of the study were the fourth graders of SD 04 Koto Gadang Kec. Padang Ganting, Tanah Datar regency, the academic year 2015/2016. The results shows that in Cycle I, the determining multiplication operations through cooperative learning type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve 71% of students’ math learning outcome. Besides, based on the observation result, it is found that the teacher activity in teaching cycle I was 74% accomplished, and the student activity 77% of the average meeting I and II. Moreover, in Cycle II, students' activities increased to be 89%, and the students’ to be 92% of average meeting I and II. It is summarized that cooperative learning type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve the students’ mathematics learning outcomes on the determining multiplication operation materials in Class IV SDN 04 Koto Gadang Padang Ganting Subdistrict Tanah Datar
