Hydrogen energy methods with effective catalysts create clean, sustainable energy. Nanomaterials impact several fields. This study implies about rapid manufacture of Nano photocatalyst materials for hydrogen production and wastewater treatment, including Rhodamine-B dye removal. The TiO2, plasma chemical reactor with segmented arc design synthesizes photocatalyst nanomaterial quickly. 10 ltr/min oxygen flow yielded the best powder. TiO2 nanoparticles were blue due to non-stoichiometric manufacturing, however annealing created yellow crystals with no huge agglomerated particles and finer grain size. XRD, TEM, SAED, FESEM, and XPS demonstrated that the photocatalyst Nanomaterials could remove Rhodamine-B dye from wastewater. The modified dye solution had 80% lower COD. Annealed titanium dioxide nanomaterial is ideal for wastewater treatment due to its two-step synthesis, colour degradation, and antibacterial capabilities. In acidic solution, annealed yellow and blue nanoparticle specimens were tested for HER catalysis. The blue sample's Tafel slope (231 mV/decade) was much worse than the annealed sample's 68 mV/decade.
