Two new species, Melaemosaccus flavomaculatus Legalov, sp. n. and Neolaemosaccus mindanaoensis Legalov, sp. n. from Mindanao, are described and illustrated. Melaemosaccus flavomaculatus Legalov, sp. n. (Bukidnon Province) differs from M. longiceps (Pascoe, 1873) in the smaller body sizes, yellow scales forming spots on the body, not coarse sculpture of the pronotum and elytra, and shorter rostrum. Neolaemosaccus mindanaoensis Legalov, sp. n. (Davao Del Sur Province) differs from N. luzonensis Legalov, 2020 Luzon in the larger body sizes, yellow scales forming spots on the body, coarse sculpture of the pronotum and elytra. The distribution maps of the genera Melaemosaccus Zimmerman, 1994 and Neolaemosaccus Hustache, 1937 in the Philippines are given. There are the first record of the genus Melaemosaccus Zimmerman, 1994 in the Oriental Region and the second record of the genus Neolaemosaccus Hustache, 1937 from the Philippines.
