Трансформация систем здравоохранения и социального обеспечения в условиях старения населения: проект «Школа здоровья» в экосистеме «Московское долголетие»

All countries face the difficult task of preparing their health and social care systems to work as effectively as possible in the context of the demographic shift associated with population ageing. This paper presents a thematic review of scientific literature sources and an analysis of data provided by the State Budgetary Institution «Directorate for Coordination of Activities of Medical Organizations of the City of Moscow» of the Moscow Department of Health. Long-term comprehensive care for the ageing population of Moscow involves bringing the health care system in line with the needs of older people and creating a social environment and communities favorable for older people. The implementation of the initiative aimed at creating an environment favorable for older people within the framework of the «School of Health» project is a socially significant strategy in line with the state policy of promoting longer and healthier lives of people, maintaining a high quality of life and well-being in old age.

ПРОФЕССОР С. П. ПОПОВ: НЕИЗВЕСТНЫЕ СТРАНИЦЫ БИОГРАФИИ

Aspects of scientific, organizational and pedagogical activity in the Crimea of the pupil, colleague and friend of academician V. I. Vernadsky, a major mineralogist, geochemist, Professor Sergei Platonovich Popov (1872–1964), have been restored. The main source for reconstructing the historical daily life of the professor in the conditions of the Crimean province were his letters to Academician V. I. Vernadsky. The analysis of the texts made it possible to identify the lines of intellectual tension «province – center» and show the wide range of S. P. Popov’s communication in the 20-30s. The corpus of documents from the State Archive of the Russian Federation, the Russian State Archive of Economics, and the State Archive of the Republic of Crimea are being introduced into scientific circulation, which made it possible to reveal stories about Popov’s work in Simferopol. The activity of the geologist at the head of the Crimean Research Institute, which he saw as a continuation of the work of the Commission for the Study of Natural Productive Forces of the Crimea established by V. I. Vernadsky, is revealed. The scientist’s activity is shown on the background of socio-economic transformations taking place in the country and in its separate region.

DẠY HỌC XÁC SUẤT - THỐNG KÊ GẮN VỚI THỰC TIỄN NGHỀ NGHIỆP CHO SINH VIÊN TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC Y DƯỢC THÁI BÌNH

Based on the teaching process in the direction of developing learners’ capability and research results on the Theory of Realistic Mathematics Education, the paper proposes an educational process for using research results in Medicine and Pharmacy to design content for teaching probability and statistics at Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, including 5 steps: (1) Finding “realistic situations” from the field of medicine and pharmacy that are suitable for students; (2) Organizing activities for learners to perform learning tasks; (3) Formalizing; (4) Applying; (5) Assessing and Self-assessing. The pedagogical experiment with the content "The law of Total probability" was conducted with the Preventive Healthcare major students at Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy in the academic year 2023 - 2024. The results showed that the proposed measure improves interest in learning and links probability and statistics knowledge with professional practice.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

The objective of this work is to understand the economic, social, cultural, political, legal, and financial differences that require strategic planning for the internationalization of organizational activities. The methodology used was bibliographic, with a qualitative approach. Internationalization is an innovative aspect for the survival of organizations, and it should be a process guided by the economic, political, social, cultural, financial, and legal differences of the country where internationalization is sought, while also requiring a manager profile with specific personal, organizational, and professional attributes to overcome challenges in these aspects and avoid failures. The planning of internationalization should include various decision-making strategies on how to enter this market, such as mergers/acquisitions and foreign direct investment, both of which have advantages and disadvantages that should be analyzed concerning cost/benefit relationships and threats/opportunities for small, medium, and large organizations as well as emerging ones. Successful cases of internationalization of Brazilian companies contribute to this process, such that the competition of globalized companies emerges as a line of thought that enables their survival in terms of competitive strategies.

The Role of Organizations in Developing Students' Soft Skills at UKM SINTALARAS UNM

The Student Activity Unit for Environmental Lovers at Makassar State University is one of the organizations within the scope of Makassar State University which is very important to know about its role in developing the soft skills of its members. Data obtained through interviews with 9 informants were divided into 3 types, namely key informants, namely alumni, expert informants, namely demissioners, then additional informants, namely administrators. The aim of this research is to determine the role of student organizations in developing student soft skills in the Student Activity Unit for Environmental Lovers at Makassar State University. The results of the research show that the Makassar State University Student Activities Unit for Environmental Lovers in Harmony has a role in developing the soft skills of students who are members of this organization. Activities in the Student Activity Unit organization for Environmental Lovers at Makassar State University indirectly develop the soft skills of students who are members of this organization.

Emergence of psycho-cognitive and socio-political perspectives during the dashboard appropriation process: The case of industrial SMEs in Morocco

The study aims to explore how the dashboard, initially designed to provide a rational view of organizational complexity, is appropriated by organizational actors in Moroccan Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The process of appropriation is iterative and complex, involving modifications to the artifact dimension of the tool and adaptations by user-actors in their cognitive, behavioral, and social dynamics. The research highlights the psycho-cognitive and socio-political factors influencing the use of the dashboard as a key management control tool. The motivation behind this study is to understand why such a tool can lead to disruptions, resistance to change, contextualization issues, and adoption problems within organizations, rather than fulfilling its initial purpose of rationalizing processes and standardizing behaviors. The research adopts a qualitative approach using the case study method, specifically multiple embedded case studies. The sample consists of three Moroccan SMEs within the industrial food sector. We deemed it appropriate to use a textual data analysis approach, selecting two methods for this purpose: lexical analysis and thematic analysis. The qualitative data analysis was conducted using NVivo 12 software. The findings indicate that the Pre-Appropriation phase creates a context that balances technical and political factors to reduce resistance among stakeholders. The subsequent Original Appropriation Phase involves a collective decision to adopt the dashboard, which can lead to either compliant integration or deviations that enhance user adaptation. Lastly, the Reappropriation phase challenges established routines, potentially resulting in either meaningful transformations or superficial engagement with the dashboard's features. This study demonstrates that the iterative process of dashboard appropriation in Moroccan SMEs, influenced by psychocognitive and sociopolitical factors, can result in resistance, adoption challenges, and unanticipated organizational adaptations and transformations.

Enabling and inhibiting factors of sustainability of Farmer's Producers Organisations in India

Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) are farmers' collectives or farmer-led business entities seeking to empower small and marginal farmers in India. Some farmer's collectives successfully achieve their goals and some often fail to meet the increasing demands in the agribusiness ecosystem. However, the academic literature glorifies the success studies of farmers' collectives. There are mentions of sustainability issues of farmers' collectives. However, not enough studies point to the factors that influence the organisational sustainability of farmers' collectives. Therefore, in this paper, the researchers aim to explore both the enabling and inhibiting factors of sustainability of farmer's collectives. A thematic synthesis process was applied to compile information from published literature. The study compiles enabling and inhibiting sustainability factors from 22 studies of FPOs. A qualitative approach using focused group discussion with farmers in FPO was completed to validate the findings from secondary data sources and collect empirical evidence directly from the farmers. The methodology guarantees inclusivity by collecting the voices of farmers through focused group discussion. Key enabling and inhibiting factors of sustainability of FPOs were categorized into economic, social, and environmental dimensions of organisational sustainability. In the economic dimension, improved agricultural income of farmers was reported as an enabling factor for sustainability, while some FPOs report capital shortage as a main hindrance for organisational sustainability in FPOs. The social dimension claims the collective bargaining power of members and effective capacity-building and collaboration opportunities as enabling factors. However, farmers highlight without good leadership strategies, and upskilling of farmers attaining sustainability is a mirage. Effective organisational activities like branding, marketing of products, access and awareness about capacity building were derived as the enabling factors in the environmental dimension of organisational sustainability, whereas, poor infrastructure lack of robust organisational structure, and climate change were termed as inhibiting factors. Understanding these sustainability factors can help policymakers to develop farmer-friendly collectives which enhance agriculture and food systems that will help achieve Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 1—Zero Poverty and SDG 2—End hunger.

Enhancing Employees' Social Responsibility: The Roles of Continuous Improvement, Organization Identification, and Perceived Organization Support

Social responsibility is imperative for its important function in the growth of societies and organizations. However, the research on corporate social responsibility (OSR) has predominantly focused on the actions of organizations. Not much has been discussed regarding the employee's behaviours in promoting the development of social responsibility within organizations. CI is known for its significant role in the organization's various outcomes, Although a conceptualization and some empirical support have been provided for its relationship with the behaviour of employees, However, the effect of CI on employee socially responsible behaviours has not yet been investigated. In this article, following OC and OI theories, we improve the research model which can describe mechanisms underpinning through which CI, OI and POS support actions for employees' social responsibility. Data was collected from members of service professionals in Saudi Arabia and examined using Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Squares. The findings indicated that CI actions and activities develop the skills that motivate employees to support social responsibility inside and outside the organization. Moreover, our research paper explained the mechanism under which CI activities reshape employees' socially responsible manners. The current study is among the first to look at how to modify the socially responsible behaviour of employees across organizations, which can be a starting point for transforming those employees into a sustainable society.

Mutant ATRX: pathogenesis of ATRX syndrome and cancer.

The transcriptional regulator ATRX, a genetic factor, is associated with a range of disabilities, including intellectual, hematopoietic, skeletal, facial, and urogenital disabilities. ATRX mutations substantially contribute to the pathogenesis of ATRX syndrome and are frequently detected in gliomas and many other cancers. These mutations disrupt the organization, subcellular localization, and transcriptional activity of ATRX, leading to chromosomal instability and affecting interactions with key regulatory proteins such as DAXX, EZH2, and TERRA. ATRX also functions as a transcriptional regulator involved in the pathogenesis of neuronal disorders and various diseases. In conclusion, ATRX is a central protein whose abnormalities lead to multiple diseases.

Social Networks as a Tool for Promoting Intangible Cultural Heritage of Ukrainian Regions (based on the materials of the information and communication content of Vinnytsia Regional Centre of Folk Art)

The purpose of the article is to comprehensively investigate the materials of the informational and communicative content of the Internet site and Facebook page of the Vinnytsia Regional Centre of Folk Art and to reveal the essential aspects of the use of social networks in the conditions of a full-scale invasion as an effective tool for the presentation and popularisation of the intangible cultural heritage of Vinnytsia as a region of Central Ukraine. The research methodology consists of general scientific and specific cultural approaches, principles and methods of scientific knowledge. The systemic-structural approach was applied to the study of the organisational and methodological activities of the Vinnytsia Regional Centre of Folk Art, aimed at popularising the intangible cultural heritage of the region. The internal connections and interaction of various components of the cultural and educational activity of the Centre for Cultural and Educational Activities, aimed at the presentation and popularisation of intangible cultural heritage in the conditions of a full-scale invasion, are revealed by the results of monitoring the materials of the Internet pages of the Centre (the Internet site and Facebook pages). Formal and comparative methods were used to analyse the institutional features of work in the Vinnytsia region as a region of Central Ukraine. The method of content analysis was used to generalise the publications of the Internet site and the information of the Facebook page of the Vinnytsia Regional Centre of Folk Art, dedicated to the intangible cultural heritage of Vinnytsia, contributed to the objective determination of the main thematic trends related to the investigated problem. The scientific novelty consists in substantiating, revealing and proving the effectiveness of the use of social networks as a really effective tool for expanding the role of regional centres of folk creativity in the presentation and popularisation of the intangible cultural heritage of Vinnytsia in the information field, in particular in the conditions of a full-scale invasion. On the basis of a practical study of the materials of the informational and communicative content of the Internet site and Facebook page of the Vinnytsia Regional Centre of Folk Art, the traditional culture of Vinnytsia, which contains a preserved living folk artistic culture with a classical / traditional folklore paradigm. The interaction of the Vinnytsia regional centre of folk creativity with institutions, cultural institutions and the external environment in the matter of preservation and popularisation of the intangible cultural heritage of Vinnytsia region was revealed. Conclusions. Summarising the positive experience on the materials of the information and communication content of the Vinnytsia Regional Centre of Folk Art (website and Facebook page) demonstrated concrete achievements in the presentation, popularisation and preservation of the intangible cultural heritage of Vinnytsia in the conditions of a full-scale invasion. It is argued that the digital representation of the content of the intangible cultural heritage of the regions of Ukraine, in particular Central Ukraine, in social networks is a really effective tool for popularising the intangible cultural heritage in the information field. It is concluded that the traditional culture of Vinnytsia contains a preserved living folk artistic culture with a classical / traditional folklore paradigm. It was noted that the employees of centres of folk creativity need to have the skills to work in the spheres of SEO and SMM, which requires constant improvement of professional qualifications and stimulation of scientific and creative approaches in this direction and is a continuously relevant requirement of the time.

Prosocial Giving to Various Targets: A Longitudinal Examination in Poland in the First Post-COVID-19 Year

AbstractRecently, Europe, including Poland, witnessed several events that encouraged prosocial behaviors toward various actors in social life, including people and organizations. However, are the tendencies to support others changing over the post-COVID-19 yearly period and does that change depend on the target of donations? Based on social support mobilization and deterioration theory and construal level theory, in the current study, we aimed to test the change in the willingness to give money (operationalized as fictitious coins) or time to various targets in need over time. Poles from the general population (N = 566) participated in a 2-wave longitudinal study (first wave conducted in May 2022; second in late April/May 2023). Results showed a drop in the general prosocial giving tendencies of both coins and money over time, which confirms the social support mobilization and deterioration theory. In particular, the willingness to give coins to a Ukrainian refugee and time to Ukrainian and Middle Eastern refugees, as well as a local organization operating for pro-environmental issues and a global organization operating for a better quality of life in the world decreased. Most coins and time were intended to be given to family, a friend, a neighbor, and a Ukrainian refugee, confirming the role of psychological proximity in helping intentions. We provide interpretations of the discovered patterns in the light of previous data. Our analysis may be useful in predicting prosocial giving tendencies, especially for researchers of prosociality, charity organizations, and policymakers.

A Stakeholder Perspective on Diversity Within Organizations

Research on the influence of internal and external stakeholders on diversity outcomes within organizations has grown in the past decade. Across multiple macro and micro theoretical domains, this body of research has examined various diversity outcomes at different organizational levels. Through an integrative review of literature from management, sociology, psychology, and entrepreneurship, we highlight the channels and pathways of influence and the underlying mechanisms through which four major stakeholder groups—organizational actors, resource exchange partners, institutional actors, and societal forces—impact diversity outcomes in organizations. We discuss future research directions, empirical and conceptual, and present a promising path for future studies to unpack the complex relationships between stakeholders and organizations regarding diversity issues, particularly at the intersection of multiple stakeholders and diversity aspects.

Н.И. Воробьев и его роль в формировании академического татароведения в отечественной этнологии

The most important role in the formation of academic Tatar studies in domestic ethnology belongs to the outstanding scholar of the early-mid 20th century, Professor N.I. Vorobyev. With his works, he laid the foundations for a systematic approach to the study of the culture and life of the people, especially the reference group of the ethnic group – the Kazan Tatars. The use of data from related historical and geographical disciplines allowed him to pose and solve a number of important questions in the ethnic and ethnocultural history of the people. In his landmark monograph The Kazan Tatars (1953), special attention is given to their close root connection with the local Bulgarian civilisation – the ethnocultural prehistory of the people. The systematic approach consisted of the creation of N.I. Vorobyev’s first ethnocultural differentiation of the Volga-Ural Tatars, which was based on the cultural, everyday and linguistic differences within the ethnic group studied at that time. It was also manifested in the application of typological approaches to the classification of ethnographic material, which allowed him to present stable varieties of material culture (types) in dynamics, to outline analogues for them in other neighbouring and distant ethnic groups of Eurasia, and thereby to resolve a number of issues related to the cultural genesis of the people. The systematic approach was applied and improved in the research and scientific and organizational activities of his students and followers, including the authors of the volume “Historical and ethnographic atlas of the Tatar people”. Fundamental works of N.I. Vorobyev on the ethnography of the Volga-Ural Tatars laid the foundation for the formation of the Turkic-Tatar vector of academic ethnology in the Volga-Ural region of Russia. They are an invaluable resource for current and future generations of researchers.

Scientific Reflection on the Logic of the Development of Russian Social Psychology (For the 100th Anniversary of G.M. Andreeva)

The author studies the life path and scientific and organizational activities of a prominent social scientist and humanitarian G.M. Andreeva against the background of an analysis of the ways of the post-war formation of Soviet social psychology. Its outstanding role in the creation of an interdisciplinary system of cognitive and communicative social psychology and in its design and pedagogical implementation through the organization of teaching at the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University with appropriate educational and methodological support for domestic higher education and the inclusion of its achievements in world science is shown. Generalization of her teaching experience in Russian and foreign universities and its theoretical and methodological foundations allowed G.M. Andreeva to develop a fundamental concept of cognitive psychology of social cognition, which is being developed in various directions by participants and followers of the scientific school she created, one of the largest in Russian socio-psychological science.

Research on the social functions of trade to support the development of marketability of farm products

In recent years, there has been a problem of reducing the marketability of agricultural products of farms for many types of goods. Among the key food products supplied by farmers, the negative dynamics of sales was noted for the sale of potatoes and vegetables. This situation is largely related to the annual fluctuations in agricultural production, which is especially evident in the cultivation of fruit and vegetable crops. Using econometric modeling based on the construction of regressions based on panel data, the article shows the negative impact of changes in production volumes on the percentage of marketability of farm products. Farmers, like other small-scale enterprises, do not have a developed marketing infrastructure, unlike agricultural organizations. Therefore, farms are particularly sensitive to fluctuations in production volumes, which create for them the problem of lack or excess of resources for sales. An important way to solve this problem is the activity of trade organizations aimed at implementing social functions to support the sale of farm products. In Russia, such social practices are being implemented by the largest representatives of the retail industry in a pilot mode in certain regions of the country. In particular, in some areas, agricultural aggregators are operating, launched by the “X5 Group” and “Magnit” retail chains, which perform technological and marketing functions to ensure the sale of farm goods. There are other social projects of trade organizations, for example, “Agrocontract” and “Farmer›s Island”, initiated by “X5 Group”, which involve the conclusion of direct contracts with farmers in order to reduce the purchase prices of goods and provide for the purchase of various unique goods from farmers. The expansion of the social functions of trade organizations will significantly overcome the existing problems of marketing farm products and provide such farms with sufficient income and profit for further self-development of activities.

Bibliometric analysis of scientific publications on the websites of agricultural institutions of higher and additional education of the Russian Federation

The study of scientific activities of educational institutions of the agro-industrial complex is based on information from their websites and on scientometric indicators. Research work is reflected on all the studied websites and contains data on the topics of scientific research, the work of dissertation councils and data on patents and inventions. The electronic information environment is widely used, digital libraries are being developed, and links to digital library systems are provided. All higher educational institutions have scientific periodicals; the results of scientific research are presented in electronic form. Insufficient completeness of document archives, the spread of materials across the categories of the website, and limited availability of full-text databases are noted. An analysis of the publication activity of organizations was conducted on the basis of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). According to the number of authors with publications in the RSCI, Russian Timiryazev State Agrarian University, Kuban State Agrarian University named after I.T. Trubilin and Vyatka State Agrotechnological University are distinguished with 3219, 300 and 1520 authors, respectively. Publications of employees of the Kuban State Agrarian University, Russian Timiryazev State Agrarian University, Omsk State Agrarian University named after P.A. Stolypin and Ryazan State Agrotechnological University named after P.A. Kostychev have a high citation rate in RSCI. When analysing the dynamics of the number of publications of educational institutions from 2019 to 2023, according to RSCI data, a general trend of increasing the number of scientific publications in agrarian universities was revealed.

International migration in the context of financial and economic security: The role of public administration in the development of national economy, education, and human capital

The article outlines trends in today global migration and its consequences for economic growth and security. Both positive and negative sides of ongoing processes are analyzed, in particular the effect of remittances on the one side and money laundering and terrorism financing due to activities of criminal organizations involved in migrant smuggling on the other side. Accordingly, challenges and goals for national public administrations are indicted.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Tracking dan Monitoring Posisi Barang Menggunakan Metode Waterfall

Information systems and information technology are essential to support a business or organization's operational and management activities. PT Vale Indonesia, one of Indonesia's largest nickel mining companies, is experiencing problems in the SCM (Supply Chain Management) Department, especially in the Shipping & Traffic Section, in tracking and monitoring the current location/position of goods. The method currently used is considered less efficient. This research aims to design an information system for tracking and monitoring the position of goods at PT Vale Indonesia. The design was carried out using the waterfall method, a system development method carried out sequentially from one phase to the next. The result of this research is the design of an information system for tracking and monitoring the position of goods, which is ready to be implemented. The test results show that all the buttons on the system function properly according to the design that has been made, making it easier to track & monitor the position of goods there.

Innovative Development of Regional Industry: analysis, problems, and prospects (on the example of the Udmurt Republic)

Purpose: the study aims to analyze industrial development in the Udmurtia and propose measures to foster innovation. These efforts may enhance regional manufacturers' order portfolio and enhance the region's competitiveness both nationally and internationally.Methods: the research employs a complex of methods including factual, dynamic, causal, correlation-regression and structural analysis, alongside generalization, comparison, logical analysis, and graphical visualization.Results: the article analyzes the development of the industry in the Udmurtia, known for its strong presence in the military-industrial complex (MIC). The study delves into current industry trends, innovation indicators, and practices of MIC enterprises. It highlights obstacles to innovation and suggests measures to boost innovation, increase output volumes, and bolster the industry's adaptability to emerging challenges.Conclusions and Relevance: the regional enterprises of the manufacturing industry and MIC are the leading producers of innovation in the region. However, the proportion of innovative industrial products in the overall regional output is limited to 10%. Correlation and regression analysis showed the significance of the level of innovative activity of organizations and the share of organizations carrying out technological innovations in the effectiveness of innovative activity in the manufacturing industry. Innovation can be encouraged through various means, such as attracting investments, establishing a regional Agency for Innovation Development, digital platformization, and fostering integration among innovation entities with the help of an innovation accelerator, taking advantage of new market niche opportunities, stimulated by promoting corporate entrepreneurship. The region’s future prospects are closely tied to the development of the high-tech sector of unmanned aerial systems, what is the subject of scientific interest of the author's future research.

Intersecting liminalities and transition rites: non-disclosure agreements and misconduct in organizations

ABSTRACT For what reasons may NDAs continue to be an attractive measure to conceal severe misconduct in organizations, despite high-profile criticism? I theorize severe misconduct as a critical moment of separation of victim-survivor, perpetrator, and the social order of the organization. This provokes liminalities and I read Giesen's four liminal phenomena (victims, monsters, garbage, and seduction) as imagination devices in the analysis of the accounts of those who have experienced severe misconduct. In doing so, I show that the multiplicative effects of these liminal phenomena intersect in such a disruptive manner that NDAs offer an attractive ceremony towards transition; a seductive way for organizational actors to transform/adjust the presence of victims and monsters, hiding and/or recycling their garbage. I contribute by theorizing meta-liminality and intersecting liminal phenomena emerging from severe misconduct in organizations, showing empirically examples of why NDAs may be used to ceremonially manage the transition in these cases.
