ОРГАНІЧНЕ ВИРОБНИЦТВО У СИСТЕМІ АГРОПРОДОВОЛЬЧОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА В УКРАЇНІ

In the scientific article the need to develop organic production as an important priority for the development of the state food industry are emphasized. A comparative description of European countries with similar natural development potential of the organic sector to Ukraine is made, the volume of the domestic market of organic products in Ukraine is analyzed. The research revealed that Ukraine is a world leader in the production of organic honey, occupies a leading position in the area of certified land, and mainly specializes in the cultivation of grain and oilseeds. It is determined that the key element in the process of development of organic production in Ukraine was the adoption of the Law of Ukraine «On basic principles and requirements for organic production, circulation and labeling of organic products». The law regulates the basic principles and requirements for state organic production, circulation and labeling of organic products, principles of legal regulation of organic production, circulation of organic products and functioning of the organic products market, legal bases of central executive bodies, organic market participants and public policy in these areas. It is proved that an important step towards the development of state organic production is the adoption by the Government of the «Procedure for certification of organic production and circulation of organic products», which was developed taking into account the requirements of EU legislation. The document defines the rules of certification of organic production and circulation of organic products, as well as the procedure for issuing a certificate, its duplicate and form. Given that Ukraine is a leading supplier of organic products to foreign markets, as evidenced by the above data, the introduction of its own certification system will enhance Ukraine’s image in the world trade arena. In addition, it will contribute to the sustainable development of the state organic sector, increase the transparency of production and saturate the state market with organic products. The author notes the first important steps in the development of state organic production, based on which the main problems of such development are identified, which will form an effective infrastructure of the organic market, ensure both environmental and food security of agriculture as a whole.

This article discusses the main strategies for companies to enter international markets, namely the strategy of joint production, export and intermediation. The advantages of the export strategy over the strategies of joint production and mediation in entering the foreign market are determined. Features of three derivative export strategies are outlined. The state of the market of organic products in Ukraine and prospects of its development are analyzed. As of December 31, 2020 in Ukraine, the total area of certified agricultural land used for organic production increased by 13.8% compared to 2016, and the number of operators in 2020 increased by 48.75% compared to 2016. These indicators indicate an increase in agricultural land in preparation for growing organic products. However, the growth rate of the number of operators of organic products is more rapid, only in 2020 their number increased by 17% compared to the previous year, and almost doubled compared to 2016. The export potential of domestic organic products is formed and the list of countries consuming organic products In the domestic market in 2020, 7,850 tons of organic products of domestic production worth $ 25.1 million were sold. USA. Prospects for export development are much higher. The fact is that demand in the "organic" sector in the world is growing faster than the increase in the area of land. For example, the European Union for this reason imports up to 50% of organic products, which in monetary terms is about 20 billion dollars. USA. In 2020, Ukraine sold 232.4 thousand tons of organic products worth about $ 204 million. USD, which is 147 million dollars. USA more than in 2016. Ukraine is among the top 5 importers of organic products in the European Union, with its share of 7.8%, while the main importers are the Netherlands – 31%, Germany – 18%, Belgium – 11% and France – 8%. Traditionally, grain (except wheat and rice), oilseeds, soybeans, honey and other organic products are the most exported from Ukraine to the EU countries, accounting for 73% of the total volume of exported organic products. Based on the analysis, it is proposed to use the strategy of joint export as an option to enter the foreign market for producers of organic products that have recently been engaged in the production and promotion of these products.

Маркетинговий механізм розвитку ринку органічної продукції в Україні

The paper discusses the current state and prospects of production and sale of organic production in Ukraine. Certain empirical factors were characterized, such as the available resource potential for the production of organic agricultural goods. Its exports and consumption on the domestic market. It is determined that the organic sector is a very promising direction in Ukrainian agriculture. The necessity of forming and implementing a marketing strategic approach aimed at developing the organic production sector is considered. The main conceptual elements and basic priorities of the marketing strategy for the development of the organic market are presented. The article presents a model and algorithm which helps to create a marketing strategy for the development of organic production in Ukraine, which considers the core features of enterprises in the agricultural sector of the economy, which will ensure that all factors affecting the results of production are taken into account. The author emphasize that the novelty of the proposed strategy will consist in focusing on the areas of improving the system of development of the organic sector in Ukraine. The article concludes that the implementation of the proposed marketing strategies for the development of organic production will bring this area of activity to a new level of efficiency.

Problems of the environmental degradation, declining life quality and the need to meet the needs of consumers in organic food determine the relevance of research the market of organic products. The purpose of the article is the consideration of the development history, analysis of world experience and trends in the market of organic products in order to develop mechanisms that will contribute to the development of this market segment in Ukraine. There are considered the history of the development of organic farming, its main stages, and significant events in this article. It is determined that the production of organic products was formed in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries in the modern interpretation and get widespread in the 80s of the twentieth century. The authors analyze the current state of the market of organic products in countries that have leading positions in the world. The special features of the formation of this market in the EU, where the area of organic farming is about 7.5% of the area of agricultural land, are considered. The analysis of volumes of consumption of organic products in the different countries is done. It is determined that the leaders in the production and consumption of organic products are the United States, Germany, France, Italy, China. Special attention is paid to the functioning of the market of organic products in Ukraine. It is determined that Ukraine has a leading position in exporting of organic products to the world market. But the vast majority of such exports are raw materials. Based on the world experience of organic market development, the main mechanisms have been identified. Its application will help to further development of organic market in Ukraine.

SIGNIFICANCE OF COOPERATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIC AGRICULTURE

The purpose of the article is to study the impact of the basic principles and benefits of the development of cooperative movement on the development of organic agricultural production, as well as to determine the role of cooperation in the development of organic entrepreneurship. Methodology. The author has used the methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of statistical grouping and comparison, induction and deduction, structural and functional approach to solve the problems and achieve the goals. The study is based on the comparative analysis and synthesis of scientific literature. Results. Organic food is increasing in popularity. The growing demand is mainly attributable to consumer concerns about negative implications of conventional agriculture for human health and the environment. Organic agriculture has a great potential to neutralize a negative impact of agricultural intensification on the environment. The article describes the concept and analyzes the current state of cooperation in agriculture. It is found that during the period under the research, the number of registered cooperatives has increased by almost 45%. The concepts of organic agriculture and organic production are clarified. The dynamics of agricultural lands engaged in organic production and the number of certified organic farms in Ukraine are studied. It is indicated that the consumption of organic products in Ukraine is much lower than in the European countries and the United States. The advantages of introducing a cooperative movement in the field of organic agriculture are identified. Being part of a cooperative helps small farms to be able to produce enough to generate profits and ensure their substance, which is an opportunity to compete with larger companies. Risks arising in the process of establishing organic cooperatives are outlined considering the international experience. It is concluded that efficient organic farming cooperatives can support local and export markets, stimulate production efficiency and promote local logistics. Practical implications. The advantages of consolidation of enterprises and entrepreneurs in the field of organic agriculture on the basis of cooperation can be used for the development of state programs to support the cooperative movement in organic farming. Value/originality. Views on the organization of production, processing and logistics activities of organic agricultural producers through the introduction of cooperatives have been expanded.

Scientific and methodological approaches to the development of experimental land management projects for the organization of the territory of state scientific institutions and enterprises for the production of organic products

The expansion of organic production in Ukraine is in line with global trends in the agricultural sector in the direction of greening of agricultural land use, accompanied by reducing the level of anthropogenic pressure on land resources, ensuring high quality crop products and maintaining a clean environment. The only means of creating spatial conditions for the harmonious functioning of organic land use within the territories of state research institutions and enterprises is the appropriate land management mechanism, which is currently lacking. Therefore, it is important to solve this problem by its creation and implementation in the practice of economic entities. The purpose of this study is to improve scientific and methodological approaches to the development of experimental land management projects for the organization of the territory for the production of organic products within the land use of state research institutions and enterprises. For this purpose the following tasks were solved: analysis of the current state of development of relevant land management projects and their legal support, determination of structural features and placement of relevant elements of the organization of the territory for organic crop production, substantiation of ecological and economic optimization of agricultural land structure and crop rotation.

Greening of agricultural land use as a major component of organic farming and sustainable development

In the interests of further development of organic production in Ukraine, it is necessary: to increase the area for the "organic" production through the use of uncontaminated lands; to create conditions for proper stimulation of agricultural producers, reduction of risks of organic production; to work out a system of state certification of organic products, to ensure clear state control over the quality of organic food; to create an appropriate base for the processing organic raw materials; to promote the competitiveness of domestic "organic" in the world market. Therefore, when greening agricultural land use as a basis for the development of organic farming, it is advisable to determine the optimal areas at the state level, primarily from an ecological point of view, involved in agricultural land turnover. To develop mechanisms for their most cost-effective use and provide the most favorable conditions for preserving the ecological and economic potential of agricultural land. We see the main goals of greening of agricultural production in the greening of social production, including the agricultural sector by greening its individual components, which are combined into a single system. Greening technological and management solutions are undoubtedly important. The priority tasks of greening agricultural land use as the main component of organic farming include strengthening environmental safety; reducing the man-made load on natural biocenoses; rational use of natural resources; preserving, reproducing and increasing soil fertility; introducing energy-saving waste-free production technologies; increasing the production of environmentally friendly organic products.

ORGANIC PRODUCTION EXPORTS CREDITING IN UKRAINE

The main aspects of the organic production export crediting are investigated in this article. As export crediting today is an extremely relevant and important issue in Ukraine, there is a wide base of research in this area. However, despite the number of developments, today there is no established mechanism for the organic production export crediting. Nowadays, the export of organic production in Ukraine is actively evolving, so it needs additional financial support for growth. One of the tools to support the export of organic products is lending. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to analyze the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of lending for organic exports. The current state of the export of organic products in Ukraine has been studied. The regional distribution of organic production export is determined. The main ways of export crediting are also investigated. The existing experience of crediting the export of organic production in Ukraine and the world is analyzed. In particular, one of the main tools for organic product export crediting has been identified. The problems faced by the producer of Ukrainian organic products are identified and ways to solve them are suggested. Prospects for the development of organic product export crediting in Ukraine are considered. Thus, the study presents recommendations that can be immediately used for practical implementation as a tool for organic product export crediting.

The concept of marketing of balanced development and features of its implementation in the food market

Purpose. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the development of the food market in Ukraine and determine its compliance with the goals of sustainable economic development, to formulate the concept of marketing of balanced development in relation to the food market and to identify a set of tasks that need to be addressed within this concept. Methodology / approach. While writing the article we used the following: methods of content analysis – to study scientific approaches to the interpretation of marketing tasks in terms of the concept of «sustainable development»; morphological analysis, generalization and scientific abstraction – to clarify the essence of the definition of «marketing of balanced development» and its conceptual content; economic-statistical and comparative analysis – for research, the dynamics of the food market and the market of organic products in Ukraine, the structure of exports of agricultural products to Ukraine, as well as the impact of the agro-industrial sector on the environment. To visualize the results, we used methods of graphical and tabular representation. The method of SWOT analysis assessed the qualitative characteristics of the state of the market of organic products of Ukraine in the light of opportunities and obstacles to the implementation of the concept of «sustainable development». Abstract-logical method was used to form a complex of marketing of balanced development, conclusions of the article and directions for further research. Results. The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics of the Ukraine food market development as a component of the national economy and food security of the state. It was determined that the areas of agro-food production, food processing and food products trade were showing growth due to increased demand in domestic and foreign markets. However, as a result of technological and resource features, agro-food production has a negative impact on the environment of Ukraine. Trends in the development of organic production as a way to implement the concept of sustainable development in the food sector were studied. The author’s interpretation of the essence of the concept of balanced market development was offered and the complex of tasks of marketing for the enterprises functioning in the food market was defined. Originality / scientific novelty. The article defines the magnitude and extent of the impact of agro-food production on the environment. The essential content of the definition of «marketing of balanced development» in relation to the agro-industrial sector through the prism of the concept of «sustainable development» was clarified. For the first time, a SWOT analysis was used to assess the state of the market of organic products of Ukraine in the light of opportunities and obstacles to the implementation of the concept of «sustainable development», which allowed determining the main directions for improving the marketing set for food market entities. The provision of the concept of sustainable development in the food sector was further developed. Practical value / implications. The main results of the study can be used for (i) structuring tasks of the marketing of balanced development of agribusiness entities; (ii) determining balanced development marketing complex for enterprise, will be relevant for both the organic market and the food market as a whole; (iii) definition of the purposes of balanced development at development of strategy of the enterprises; (iv) development of strategic directions of activity for the enterprises of the organic market on the basis of the conducted SWOT analysis.

STATE AND DYNAMICS OF ORGANIC MARKET DEVELOPMENT IN THE WORLD

Introduction. In recent decades, the world is rapidly developing trends in green production and technology. In agriculture, these trends have led to the rapid development of the organic market. The paper emphasizes the importance of this segment of the food market from both economic and social points of view. The purpose of the article is to study the dynamic processes in the market of organic products in the world as a whole and in some regional markets. Results. It is emphasized that in Ukraine, as well as in other countries of the world, during the last two decades there is a rapid increase in the volume of organic production. At the same time, both in absolute and relative terms, our market is significantly inferior to the world's leading countries. The study found that the structure of the organic market of each country has its own characteristics that are closely linked to national traditions. In Austria, dairy products and eggs are of the greatest importance for consumers, in Germany these are meat and milk, in France these are baby nutrition, eggs, milk. The total volume of the European market for organic products in 2018 was 40.7 billion euros, of which 37.4 billion euros fell on the European Union. At the same time, for the period from 2005 to 2018, it increased in absolute terms from 11.9 billion euros to 40.7 billion euros, that is, almost 3.5 times. As for the land area occupied by organic crops in Europe, during the period 1985-2018 they increased from 0.1 million hectares to 15.6 million hectares. Including for the period 2008-2018 they increased from 8.3 million hectares to 15.6 million hectares, respectively, or almost twice. The leaders in the development of organic farming in terms of the share of organic land in the total agricultural land of the country in the world are Austria (24.7%), Sweden (19.9%), Italy (15.8%). It is emphasized that organic livestock is developing rapidly in Europe. During 2009-2018, the number of cattle in Europe increased by 88.1%, sheep – by 67.8%, pigs – by 105.2%, poultry – by 127.9%. However, the share of organic livestock in the total livestock remains low. It was the highest in cattle (5.2%) and sheep (5.0%), and lowest in pigs (0.7%). Conclusions. In order to accelerate the development of the market of organic products in Ukraine, the need to introduce an economic mechanism is emphasized. This mechanism should create the rules of the game in the market and determine the optimal economic decisions of economic entities. THE TRANSITION FROM THE TRADITIONAL TO AN ECO-FRIENDLY ORGANIC SYSTEM OF AGRICULTURE IN THE CONDITIONS OF CLIMATE CHANGE — CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS

The state policy on legal regulation in the field of organic production in Ukraine is analyzed. The influence of climate change on the cultivation of crops in the transition period from traditional to organic farming is considered. The main tasks of the transition period from the traditional to the organic system of agriculture are stated and scientifically substantiated. Possible ecological risks and factors influencing the adaptability of agroecosystems to agroclimatic conditions are shown. It is substantiated that the strategy of adaptation of agroecosystem in organic conditions should take into account ecological risks and adaptability of agroecosystems to agroclimatic conditions of each region. The groups of factors influencing the level of ecological risk during the transition to organic production are determined: the location of the farm, the level of organization of production, the peculiarities of the application of agricultural machinery. It is emphasized that the assessment of the location of the farm under organic production should be based on environmental risks caused by potentially dangerous economic activities: polluting industrial enterprises, high-traffic roads, existing and inactive storage of agrochemicals, contaminated soils with toxic residues. It is substantiated that the high adaptive potential of the agroecosystem plays a role in mitigating the negative effects of climate change. Such high adaptive potential of the agroecosystem depends on optimal indicators of soil agrochemical status, productive soil moisture reserves, optimal ratio of agricultural and ecological stabilizing lands. It is noted that to reduce the environmental risk of organic farming it is important to increase the level of organization of production processes and skills and responsibilities of employees, use of modern equipment and compliance with the optimal regime of technological processes. It is shown that the stabilization of the organic agroecosystem depends on a group of factors related to the peculiarities of the application of agricultural machinery: crop rotation, tillage, varietal selection, protection and fertilization systems. It is proved that the developed strategy of transition to organic production will contribute to the adaptation and stability of the agroecosystem in the transition period from traditional to organic farming.

Ways to improve the market of green agricultural products in Ukraine

Human has been influencing the environment since ancient times, but never has this impact been asintense as in the last century. The use of natural resources is currently occurring at such a large scale and atsuch a rapid rate that the natural reproduction of the environments used is not ensured. As a result, the mu ltifaceted centuries-old human activity has left deep traces on the modern soil and vegetation, air and waterenvironment, wildlife. Today, more and more consumers in the world are aware of the benefits and preferproducts that have a positive impact on the environment and human health. The environmental safety ofagri-food products, whether it is finished products, crop products or livestock products, is a global issue, as itcovers not only human health but also the country's economy. The standard of living of citizens, social acti vity of the person depend on quality of production, and also there is an influence on demographic aspect ofhis existence. Therefore, to ensure a high standard of living, the state must pay more attention to the environmental safety of finished products. The scientific work investigates and highlights the features and currentstate of the market for clean products in Ukraine, determines the level of populations attitude to organicproducts, outlines ways to improve the market for organic products in Ukraine.

Особливості годівлі курей-несучок за органічного вирощування

The consumption of organic products in Ukraine is gradually growing. Consumer awareness of the general rules for compulsory certification increases the credibility of manufacturers and the demand for such products. The article provides an analytical review of the current state of the problem of feeding organic poultry, in particular the replacement of synthetic amino acids in feed with natural components, a list of means for the prevention of gastrointestinal diseases of poultry by organic farming is given. The results of the study of feed mixtures and their components are presented. The studies were carried out in two organic poultry farms in Ukraine, as well as in accredited laboratories of veterinary medicine. Physicochemical, microbiological and chemical-toxicological research methods were used. According to the research results, rations for laying hens of different ages were developed and balanced in terms of nutritional value, energy value and other indicators. The article also describes the effect of dysbiosis on the health of poultry and the importance of intestinal probiotic flora in the correction of eubiosis. The use of natural preventive substances in poultry feeding, in particular of microbiological origin and phyto- and bioregulation preparations, is proposed. The basic principles of improving the quantitative and qualitative composition of the poultry intestinal microflora with the help of safe and ecological therapeutic and prophylactic drugs are formulated.

Assessment of soils of steppe zone of Ukraine by environmental criteria for organic production

Organic production in Ukraine is becoming increasingly a priority area of agriculture and for its formation it is important to have a science-based approach to the transition from traditional to organic land use. Currently, agricultural land that is in transition to organic farming is classified as a risk zone, since its current use does not meet the requirements of organic land use. In addition, for most farms, for a long time, the requirements for the return to the full range of nutrients from the crop were not met. As a consequence, there has been a gradual decline in soil fertility and degradation, which has become particularly dangerous in recent years and is an environmental threat. Conducting an assessment of the agro-ecological status of the Steppe soils for organic production will enable sustainable development of organic production and ecological security of land use by preventing the environmental threat of soil fertility loss, degradation, dehumidification, reduction of soil biodiversity and biological activity, which is indirectly linked to the transition to organic farming in the face of changing agro-technologies and farming practices.According to the results of the comparison regions of the steppe zone of Ukraine by the area of agricultural lands certified as organic, it is established that the largest share of land allocated for organic farming is 102.2 thousand hectares in Odesa region and 75.9 thousand hectares in Kherson region, which is 3.93 and 2.95% of the area of agricultural land, respectively. The certified organic farms of the steppe zone of Ukraine are analyzed, the main direction of their activity and the list of organic products that are produced are determined. It is revealed that organic farms of the steppe zone of Ukraine grow: cereals, legumes, oilseeds and industrial crops, vegetables and melons. According to the agrо-environmental assessment of the soil status of the steppe zone of Ukraine (on the example of the Kherson region) the imbalance of humus and nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) in the soils of the studied region was established. It has been proved that humus and nutrient balances in the steppe zone can be a criterion for assessing the environmental threat — loss of soil fertility, as they indicate an insufficient level of soil organic matter and essential nutrients. Recommendations are given to ensure positive balances of humus and nutrients of agricultural land in the study area for organic production.

Theoretical bases of formation and development of agricultural organic production in Ukraine in modern economic conditions

The article discusses the current state of the global market for organic products and the main trends of organic production in Ukraine. The analysis of the main indicators of the leading countries in the production and sale of organic products is carried out. Based on a comparison of the indicators of the Ukrainian market for organic products with world leaders, it was concluded that the Ukrainian market for organic products needs: the formation and implementation of a national management model, improving legislation and the structure of certification organizations, drawing up a program of financial, information and marketing support for domestic producers.

Introduction. The development of organic production in Ukraine is quite relevant today because of a number of obvious environmental, economic and social benefits inherent in this area of activity, as well as the growing demand for organic products in the world each year. In the system of modern market relations, domestic agrarian organic enterprises are increasingly in need of marketing support, where commercial activity, study of the organic produce market, improvement of its quality and sales management play an important role. Also people's needs are quite variable, especially in today's world, with each subject having its own needs, which are not always met. Purpose. The purpose of the scientific article is to define the features of the current state and tendencies of development of the world market of organic products and, in this context, formulating the prospects for the development of organic production in Ukraine. Results. It is revealed that in the conditions of the modern development of society the tendencies towards the consumption of environmentally friendly and high-quality products have increased, which has increased the level of demand for organic products. It also contributed to the growth of organic production, as evidenced by the growth of land used for organic farming. The countries of the leading producers of organic products in the world and Europe, as well as Ukraine's place in this rating, are identified. According to FiBL-AMI, Ukraine's share of the European organic produce market in 2018 was only € 29 million. and is ranked 28th in the ranking, respectively. While the share of leaders is: Germany - 10, 040 billion euros, France - 7.921 billion euros. Originality. The methodical aspects of investigation the the market for high-quality organic products in Europe and in Ukraine have been further developedon the basis of analizing of organic markets in different countries, and their dependence from the volumes of agricultural lands used under organic production. It gives the opportunity to substantiate the advantages and disadvantages of organic production, identify the main threats and opportunities for further development. Conclusion. Therefore, domestic organic producers need to carefully monitor changes in the domestic and foreign markets, analyzing above all the most profitable directions and trends that should be developed for export. The characteristics of organic production marketing are determined by the peculiarities of markets, demand, supply and prices in the agribusiness system. Studies show that the current challenges of European integration, associated with the loss of traditional markets for agri-food products in Ukraine and the search for new ones, have forced a number of agricultural producers to partially reconstruct production facilities at their own or invested costs [6; P. 26], as well as switch to energy-efficient and environmentally friendly production. After all, the structural changes that have taken place in the minds of modern society have determined the demand for certain products and services, the consumer tendency towards organic products. Therefore, the prospects for further scientific research are to substantiate a system of tools and measures to increase the capacity of the internal market for high-quality organic products, to develop the production and certification of organic enterprises, to promote the practice of promoting healthy nutrition.

Legal aspects of development of organic agriculture in Ukraine in the context of European integration

In modern economic conditions, organic production is gaining global significance, partly addressing food security and contributing to the well-being of the population. Ukraine is in the top-20 of world leaders in the organic movement. In this regard, the prospects for the development of organic farming are considered. The current state of regulatory support for organic production in Ukraine has been analyzed. It is proposed to approve the procedure for certification of organic production, the procedure and requirements for labeling of organic products, as well as requirements for material and technical base and other infrastructure necessary to perform functions of certification of organic production and circulation of organic products. The necessity of approving the criteria for determining the suitability of agricultural lands for use in the process of organic production is substantiated.

Technical and technological support justification of the microbiological products' production for plant protection

Annotation Purpose. To substantiate recommendations and perspective technical and technological decisions on production of microbiological preparations for protection of plants against diseases and pests for creation of bioproductions. Methods. Analytical review of scientific and technical sources, normative, balance and technical-economic calculations. Results. Recommendations for the production of microbiopreparations are substantiated and an industrial site for the production of microbiopreparations with a capacity of 420 l/cycle is recommended. The main technological equipment is the fermentation complex FKM-420, developed by specialists of ITI “Biotechnics” NAAS for the cultivation of liquid microbiota. Substantiated recommendations for the production of microbiological products. Conclusions. Recommended industrial site for the production of microbiological products with a capacity of 420 l/cycle. Obtaining biological products as close as possible to their use (to areas under crops) will positively affect the quality of biological products and the cost of crop production, will provide additional jobs in rural areas and organic food, and will also contribute to the revival of Ukrainian black soil. The implementation of the biomethod depends on state support in the form of subsidies (subsidies), which will stimulate the development of organic production in Ukraine. Organic farming using the biological method of protecting agricultural plants from diseases and pests will make it possible to obtain high-quality environmentally friendly food for the population, help preserve the nation's gene pool, raise the image of the state, and also reduce environmental pollution and increase soil fertility. ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ПОВЕДІНКИ СПОЖИВАЧІВ НА ВІТЧИЗНЯНОМУ РИНКУ ОРГАНІЧНОЇ ПРОДУКЦІЇ

Introduction. Consumers around the world are increasingly interested in how organic food is produced, how to improve their diet so that it is healthy, and how to reduce the impact of intensive agricultural production on the environment. At the present stage of development, organic agriculture has fully proven its ability not only to ensure sufficient production of environmentally friendly products, but also to promote the restoration and conservation of natural resources. Purpose. The purpose of the scientific article is to define the main characteristics of consumer behavior of organic products based on the results of marketing research; assessment of the reasons for the change in consumer loyalty to domestic organic products; formation of recommendations for the promotion of organics in Ukraine. Results. The relevance of this problem necessitated a marketing research by compiling questionnaires and conducting a survey among organic consumers in the Kiev region. The sample was 276 respondents. This study led to the conclusion that the level of consumer awareness of the features of labeling of organic products remains low, despite the popularization of a healthy lifestyle and nutrition in modern society. As a result of the analysis, it was found that currently organic production in the region is promising, given the growing interest from consumers. However, the key problems in the development of the market for organic products remain: a low level of awareness of target consumers, lack of guarantees of high quality organic food, and their misconception at points of sale. The search for ways to solve these problems determines the prospects for further scientific research. Originality. In the process of writing a scientific article, the following research methods were used: comparative and abstract-logical analysis - to formulate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the problem of scientific research, to formulate conclusions and prospects for further research; as well as sociological analysis - to conduct a survey, using pre-designed questionnaires on the behavior of consumers of organic agricultural products in the selected region. Conclusion. As a result of assessing the position of the population of Kyiv region on the situation of production and consumption of organic products in Ukraine, the insufficient level of public awareness and promotion of organic matter was determined. The level of consumer confidence in organic producers also remains low: 47.3% of respondents said they trust, but another 47.3% expressed distrust. Respondents were also willing to pay a higher price for certified organics. The marketing research identified priority types of organic matter: 65.3% of respondents want to buy all organic products, while 9.3% preferred meat and dairy products, 6.7% - fruits, 8% - vegetables, and 1.3% answered that they have their own organics. It is established that the demand for this product largely depends on the age group of the consumer, his marital status, the presence of children, average monthly income and the level of culture of consumption. A number of measures to increase consumer loyalty are proposed and the main factors influencing the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and consumption of organic matter in Ukraine are identified.
