Through literature analysis and data integration, the successful experience of JD Logistics' digital transformation concepts and automation technology can be used in the development of warehousing and logistics technology for small and medium-sized enterprises., The successful experience helps small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the technological constraints in warehousing and leads to the development of the economy.

The article defines the important role of enterprise management as a tool of strategic development, while it should be noted that in order to achieve the set goals, it is necessary to use specialized methods and models - effective engineering, effective optimization, and effective reengineering of the enterprise's logistics systems. The goal is to study in depth the theoretical and practical foundations of the application of analytical methods and models in logistics to solve the problems of logistics management, to systematize the skills of developing and using analytical systems in various areas of application of logistics activities. The views of various scientists on the meaning of the concept of "Effectiveness of the supply chain" are considered. The main directions and elements that make up the concept of supply chain efficiency have been studied. Let us note the main areas of effectiveness of SCM implementation: increasing the number of orders, increasing the stability of demand, reducing insurance reserves, reducing risk and increasing the reliability of planning and delivery. According to the basic supply chain process, it is recommended to consider the main indicators of supply chain performance evaluation in the SCOR model: planning, procurement, production, sales and returns. For each set of indicators, growth and decline indicators are highlighted separately. A general index of supply chain performance evaluation is proposed. The direction of increasing the efficiency of the supply chain is proposed: increasing the visibility of the supply chain; certification training; investments in smart technologies; development of project plans.

Real-Time Control and Optimization of Internal Logistics Systems with Collaborative Robots

This study explores the benefits and challenges of using robotic process automation (RPA) and collaborative robots (CoBot) in transport management. The combination of RPA and CoBot can streamline processes, minimize errors, and boost productivity. However, the implementation of such technology comes with challenges and costs [1].This study aims to provide valuable insights into the role of RPA and CoBot in transport management, adding to the growing body of research on the use of automation in logistics and supply chain management [2]. Our analysis indicates that RPA and CoBot can revolutionize transport management, but their implementation requires careful consideration of factors such as security and investment. The study fills a gap in the literature by providing an in-depth examination of the benefits and challenges of using RPA and CoBot in transport management, offering practical recommendations for organizations considering implementing such technology.

Optimization of Logistics System with Fuzzy FMEA-AHP Methodology

The COVID-19 pandemic broke out and the global logistics industry suffered severe losses; therefore, the Fuzzy FMEA-AHP (Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effects Analysis-Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is proposed to analyze the failure reasons of the logistics system in the COVID-19 pandemic. In this article, we have made an optimization on the basis of the FMEA method: the fuzzy is integrated into the FMEA algorithm, referred to as F-RPWN (fuzzy risk priority-weighted number). Meanwhile, the AHP is used to determine the weights of risk indicators. In this article, we consider new logistics failures, such as the failure modes and failure reasons of the logistics system under the COVID-19 pandemic. There are 12 failures that have been determined, and relevant preventive and corrective measures have been recommended to cut off the path of failure propagation and reduce the impact of failures. In addition, the proposed method can help logistics firms, their supply chain partners, and customers with risk management issues during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Simulation and optimization of mining-separating-backfilling integrated coal mine production logistics system

As a new collaborative mining technology, the integration of mining-separating-backfilling (IMSB) enables the coal industry to realize safe, efficient, and green mining of coal resources at the expense of making the underground coal mine production more complex. In coal mining, the primary problem is to eliminate the production logistics system bottleneck to increase coal output. The key to synergetic mining is to realize that the mining capacity of the fully mechanized face should match the underground raw coal separating and gangue backfilling capacities. Considering a coal mine with IMSB in Henan Province, AnyLogic simulation software was used to simulate and optimize the production logistics system based on a generalized stochastic Petri net (GSPN). The main simulation results show that: (1) the raw coal separating capacity of this deep mine matches its mining capacity, and the gangue backfilling capacity can almost meet the demand for backfilling after raw coal mining; (2) belt conveyors 1 and 6 are the transportation bottlenecks of increasing production in the mine, and the lifting capacity of the main shaft is insufficient; (3) after optimization, the clean coal output of this coal mine increased by 3087 t monthly. This research promotes synergetic mining in the coal industry and can serve as a reference for the optimization of similar coal mine production logistics systems.

Distribution Path Optimization for Intelligent Logistics Vehicles of Urban Rail Transportation Using VRP Optimization Model

Path optimization of logistics distribution vehicles is researched to improve the efficiency of intelligent logistics systems. The logistics distribution system based on urban rail transportation is analyzed. A mathematical model is constructed for the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) of multiple distribution centers. A novel Concentration-Immune Algorithm Particle Swarm Optimization (C-IAPSO) is proposed based on the respective advantages of C-IA and PSO in vehicle path optimization combining the concept of antibody concentration. C-IAPSO first calculates the concentration selection probability of particles in the swarm and updates the immune memory bank as per the optimal particle retention strategy to ensure the diversity of the antibody swarm. To assess the performance of C-IAPSO, seven standard test functions are selected for comparison experiments; results prove that it can provide the fastest convergence rate. On unimodal functions Sphere and Quadric, the accuracy of C-IAPSO gets improved significantly. The specific conditions of the distribution center and the demand spots are analyzed; the vehicle travels 508.40 km in total under the optimal distribution path calculated by C-IAPSO, which is a notable decrease compared with the 600.40 km of Adaptive PSO (APSO). To sum up, applying C-IAPSO to vehicle path optimization of intelligent logistics systems can improve transportation efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

The objective of the course Logistics Systems Engineering is to enable students to master the basic principles and methods of systems engineering and their specific applications in logistics system optimization through the study of this course. Taking the specific teaching design of the chapter "Introduction to Logistics System” as an example, this paper shows how to organically integrate the ideological and political elements of the course into the explanation of knowledge, and cultivate students' systematic view and view of the overall situation while students master basic professional knowledge. At the same time, this paper also provides some reference and help for ideological and political teaching of logistics management courses in colleges and universities.

Optimization of E-Commerce Logistics System Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

With the improvement of China’s social and economic development level, the requirements for logistics efficiency are becoming more and more stringent. Artificial intelligence technology is the current direction of vigorous development. With the development of the Chinese era, in order to better promote the development of China’s urbanization, this technology has been widely used in various fields in our country and occupies an important position in various fields. With the continuous innovation of artificial intelligence technology, various industries are undergoing industrial upgrading and format conversion. E-commerce logistics bear the brunt. This article mainly discusses the application of artificial intelligence in the e-commerce logistics system, and applies it to the e-commerce logistics industry. With the help of artificial intelligence algorithms, it is used to accurately calculate the supply and demand relationship of goods and the optimal path of actual logistics distribution. The selection provides algorithm-level support. The use of artificial intelligence can not only accurately predict inventory, but also play a role in optimizing inventory measures. With this technology, the automation level of the logistics sorting period can be effectively improved, highlighting the application value of artificial intelligence technology and promoting China the development process of modern e-commerce logistics industry makes it possible to develop in the direction of intelligence and automation. The experimental results show that the e-commerce logistics industry has great convenience for the sales and transportation of goods under the condition of combining artificial intelligence technology, and it has higher efficiency than traditional e-commerce logistics.

Research on the Optimization of Urban Cold Chain Logistics System Based on the Example of Guangzhou

In view of the realistic environment of the cold chain logistics development in Guangzhou, this paper aims at analyzing the present pre-cooling equipment of the cold chain logistics in Guangzhou, the lack of cold storage facilities, the incomplete cold chain structure, the lagging of the development of the third-party cold chain logistics industry, the lack of trace ability of the products, the information tracking mechanism and the deficiency of the standard specifications of the cold chain, the shortage of cold chain professionals etc., and the countermeasures are put forward from three aspects: strengthening the policy support for the overall planning of the cold chain logistics; strengthening the construction and improvement of the cold chain logistics system and the platform and the main body; and developing the Guangzhou cold chain logistics industry in various modes.

Improved Compact Cuckoo Search Algorithm Applied to Location of Drone Logistics Hub

Drone logistics can play an important role in logistics at the end of the supply chain and special environmental logistics. At present, drone logistics is in the initial development stage, and the location of drone logistics hubs is an important issue in the optimization of logistics systems. This paper implements a compact cuckoo search algorithm with mixed uniform sampling technology, and, for the problem of weak search ability of the algorithm, this paper combines the method of recording the key positions of the search process and increasing the number of generated solutions to achieve further improvements, as well as implements the improved compact cuckoo search algorithm. Then, this paper uses 28 test functions to verify the algorithm. Aiming at the problem of the location of drone logistics hubs in remote areas or rural areas, this paper establishes a simple model that considers the traffic around the village, the size of the village, and other factors. It is suitable for selecting the location of the logistics hub in advance, reducing the cost of drone logistics, and accelerating the large-scale application of drone logistics. This paper uses the proposed algorithm for testing, and the test results indicate that the proposed algorithm has strong competitiveness in the proposed model.

The paper considers the issues related of business рrocess мanagement in Ukraine.The essence of management based on business processes and enterprise benefits from itsimplementation are considered and analyzed. The current state of the economy is found to becharacterized by low innovation activity, so it is necessary to redesign business processes atenterprises.In the modern world, the topic of improving business process administration is quite relevantand plays an important role in the organization’s management system. An important task in theactivity of any enterprise is to organize an effective management system that can provide thenecessary competitiveness in a market economy. The administration system itself is central tothe enterprise; improving business process management can provide the company with a rapidresponse to changing market conditions, with allowable (minimal) costs.The classification of trade enterprise business processes has been developed. The basisfor the classification of business processes contains four basic categories such as: core businessprocesses, support business processes, business development processes and auxiliary businessprocesses. The necessity of forming a mechanism for improving business processes has beenproved, which, under conditions of uncertainty, allows adapting the system of management of tradebusinesses to changes in the external environment.The article also addresses the issue of reengineering logistics processes at the enterpriseas a necessary measure for the effective implementation of modern tools for optimizing logisticsprocesses, in the context of introducing the strategic concepts of logistics managementsystems previously mentioned. The authors provided practical recommendations to domesticenterprises on optimization of logistics systems, the main of which is the formation of a flexibleindustrial structure of the enterprise, direct orientation of enterprise management to meetthe needs of the end user, organization of continuous process of product quality control andthe high-level formation of corporate culture at all levels of management of the organization.Effective business process management is one of the key areas of innovation and improvementof enterprises.

Logistics, as a scientific and engineering field, and women, with specific intellectual, scientific and research affinities, are attracted. The attractiveness of woman and logistics in this paper is analyzed through the concept of philosophical thinking about feeling of the beautiful and sublime. The logistics chain is an extremely complex system that includes a large number of different elements, activities, participants. There are different, most often conflicting goals, and the optimization of the logistics chain is inseparable from the optimization of logistics systems as carriers of its realization. The simultaneous and comprehensive optimization of all the links in the logistics chain is the goal, challenge, motive and need. Solving these problems requires different virtues, knowledge, skills. The goal is beauty, a harmonious realization of flows with all the characteristics of variability, randomness. On the other hand, true virtue is exalted, and women possess true virtues. Women, as architects of logistics chains, find the best combinations of characteristics of logistics processes and systems. In addition to the sublime, women tend to beautiful, and the power of beauty in the sublime creates a new dimension of virtue. In addition to the theoretical analysis of the relationship between women and logistics, the paper presents data on education, participation and status of women logistics engineers in the world and in Serbia.

Research on Location Optimization of Metro-Based Underground Logistics System With Voronoi Diagram

This paper develops a location optimization method about the metro-based underground logistics system (MULS) to transport freight by metro during off-peak periods. First, we make qualitative and quantitative feasibility analysis of the MULS through questionnaires and field surveys in metro stations. The analysis result shows that more than 85.22% of interviewees support logistics delivery by the metro. An improved $p$ -median model is developed, which considers four influencing factors. The shortest path algorithm is used to minimize the transport costs while the costs of the remaining factors are calculated using the collected data. Then, the Voronoi diagram is adopted to optimize the location of candidate metro stations and redraw the logistics service scope by adding weighted terms. Finally, the Nanjing metro is chosen as a case study to validate the effectiveness of the developed method. The optimization result shows the total cost of the logistics delivery is reduced by 33. 27% suggesting that the method can be used to reduce logistics costs and improve delivery efficiency in urban areas.

Road User Charging for Urban Freight Vehicles: A Systems Approach

Road user charging (RUC) has a long history as a mechanism to recover infrastructure maintenance and capital costs. The present RUC systems are facing issues such as transparency, cross-subsidization, environmental concerns and reducing revenue due to the likes of lessening fuel tax as vehicles become more efficient. Therefore, this paper reviews the strengths and weaknesses of the present RUC mechanisms implemented in the world with respect to stakeholder problems and demands of the freight industry and to describe the need for a more appropriate, practical and sustainable approach that can be used in the future. Finally, a model is proposed that is transparent and considers usage-based charging addressing most of the weaknesses highlighted in the models reviewed. Further, it considers externalities produced by heavy vehicles into account. The model has the potential to provide answers to key stakeholder issues and will lead to a sustainable freight transport system in the future. Encouraging fuel-efficient modes, optimization of loading, routing and logistics systems, and long term land use planning are a few of them.

Optimization of LNG Logistics System to Meet Gas Supply at Gresik LNG Receiving Terminal

The construction of Gresik LNG receiving terminal is aimed to fulfil the 109 MMSCFD (0.87 MTPA) gas requirement for combined-cycle power plant (PLTGU) Jawa-3 which is integrated with LNG Gresik Terminal. There are several potential LNG plants in Indonesia and abroad that can be the source of gas for Gresik LNG Terminal. Each of these LNG plants has varying gas price and distance to Gresik. The modelling of the LNG logistics system for Gresik LNG Terminal was built to illustrate the LNG supply chain from the LNG plants to Gresik LNG Terminal and several supply scenarios will be proposed. The built model is linear and optimized by using linear programming. Linear programming involves the determination of objective functions, decision variables and constraints. The optimization of the logistics system aims to obtain the cheapest gas supply cost for Gresik LNG receiving terminal. The result shows that the cheapest gas supply cost is obtained through direct supply scenario with gas source from domestic and abroad with combination of delivery from Bontang equal to 0.34 MTPA (40 %) with 12 shipments, Tangguh equal to 0.26 MTPA (30 %) with 9 shipments, and Bintulu Malaysia equal to 0.26 MTPA (30 %) with 9 shipments.

Logistics should be understood as the management of material, information, financial and other flows, that is, bringing raw materials, materials, information and Finance from the supplier and the manufacturer to the end user in accordance with the requirements. Logistics, as a branch of knowledge, is characterized by a multifaceted structure. And there is no doubt that the implementation of logistics processes and operations needs periodic optimization under the changed conditions of the enterprise or the environment. The logistical approach in the enterprise stands out and gets substantial rights service, a priority which is the management of end-to-end material flows, that is flows that come from the outside to the warehouse logistics, production halls, warehouses of finished products and then to consumers. As a result, the indicators of material flow at the exit of the enterprise become manageable. In the conditions of increasing competition, the issues of cost optimization and improving the quality of customer service are included in the list of key activities of modern distribution companies and retail networks. One of the important links in the logistics chain for this business is the distribution warehouse, the efficiency of which, in the end, greatly affects the efficiency of the business as a whole. Design of end-to-end processes in most cases provides the optimal solution for the accumulation of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products in a particular link of the logistics chains for a while. A complete project shows what needs to be done with the cargo at the point of accumulation. For this purpose, a warehouse is formed in the logistics system. Warehouses are buildings, constructions and various devices intended for acceptance, placement and storage of the goods which arrived on them, preparation for their consumption and issue to the consumer. Warehouse logistics has appeared for a long time and is developing quite actively. Moreover, logistics rightfully occupies one of the leading places in the life of modern society, as it ensures the satisfaction of the demand of this society. Moreover, it does so at minimal total cost, which is very important for increasing the profits of modern enterprises.One of the key principles of warehouse logistics is the analysis of existing logistics solutions and the development of measures that can improve their efficiency. This article analyzes the main existing methods of optimization of warehouse logistics systems.

The Economic Impacts of Weather on the Textile and Apparel Industry and Implications

기상 및 기상 관련 위험요인은 산업 활동 특히 자본재에 비하여 최종소비재 산업에 민감한 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 섬유의류업의 기업을 대상으로 부정적인 기상정보가 미치는 경제적 파급효과를 이론적으로 검토하고, 통계분석 방법론을 적용하여 실증적으로 고찰한다. 대표적인 최종소비재 제품을 생산하는 섬유의류기업을 대상으로 기온변수가 매출액 변수로 파악되는 해당 기업의 경제활동에 미치는 영향을 통계적으로 추정한다. 기상변수 가운데 온도격차는 섬유의류업의 경제적 성과에 영향을 유의하게 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 온도격차의 효과는 점진적으로 적어지는 점을 반영한다. 온도변수가 산업 활동에 미치는 효과는 생산과 소비에 미치는 직접적 영향 이외에도 구매를 위한 이동, 유통, 운송, 보관 등 경제활동에 소요되는 거래비용이 증가하는 데 따른 것으로 분석된다. 계절변수는 계절적 차이에 따라 선행적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 기상변수의 산업별 그리고 개별기업별 영향은 경제사회의 복잡화, 기술의 고도화, 지식서비스의 증대 등으로 인하여 파급 영향이 크게 확대되므로 제조업 부문에서는 기상변수에 대한 적극적인 대응이 필요하다. 특히 기상정보의 효율적 활용은 산업부문의 거래비용을 감소시키며, 생산요소 투입, 물류 관리, 운송의 최적화, 제품 구조의 개선 등을 통해 기상이변으로 인한 위험을 감소시킬 수 있다.The risks of weather and climate change is assumed to affect more on the final goods industries than capital goods. This study attempts to analyze the economic impacts of negative weather phenomena on the textile and apparel industry, using statistical method. According to the estimating results, temperature-related variables, such as differences of cooling and heating degree-days has substantial effects on the sales with strong significance. The effects of the temperature variables is estimated to increase with decreasing rate as the values increase. The temperature differences from the averages seem to affect negatively on the firms’ performances through increasing costs of transportation, logistics, storage. and retailing as well as direct impacts on the consumer behavior and production. Seasonal variable is estimated to influence on sales precedently. It is necessary to make appropriate measures to reduce the negative impacts since the uncertain changes in socio-economic structure and complexity for the firms. It is highly recommended to use more systematic weather information to reduce transaction costs by efficient production input management, optimization of transportation and logistics system, and improvement in product mix.

RETRACTED ARTICLE: Hierarchical evaluation algorithm of logistics carrying capacity based on transfer learning in multimedia environment

In order to measure and enhance the carrying capacity of regional logistics system scientifically and give full play to the efficiency of regional logistics system, based on the perspective of sustainable development, this paper analyzes the network topology structure of regional logistics system. Combining the component elements and operation flow of regional logistics system, we take link line, operation capacity and energy environment as constraint conditions, and construct the measurement model of regional logistics system carrying capacity. The integrated management of logistics requires systematic integration of various modes of transportation, such as highway transportation, water transportation, rail transportation and air transportation, as well as the network of key nodes and their network. Therefore, we need to solve the different transportation models and the nodal carrying capacity calculation methods that constitute the logistics system. Therefore, this paper analyzes the connotation, various transportation mode and port capacity related to the concept of research ideas, research tools and methods, the related calculation formula, traffic flow as the main line to construct different modes of transport carrying capacity between the inner link, and the bearing capacity formula of each transport mode into a unified unit, the transportation mode of coordinated development that is the basis of the overall optimization and decision of logistics system.
